추가구매하는 수건 매우 품질이 낮음 보풀이 미친듯이 떨어짐. 세탁제대로안된거 주는듯. 추가로 구매하는 것이면 적어도 품질관리는 해주세요. 그리고 외국인 스태프가 많은데 너무 불친절해요.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The staff was really nice and friendly. The facilities were clean, and even though I was sharing a room with five other people, it was a quiet and comfortable stay.
I didn't like the fact that the light in the shared room couldn't be turned off at night. Even though there were curtains around each bed to make the sleeping area darker, some light could still get through and disturb my sleep. Also, the mattress and pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

Zu laut, zu klein, unangenehmer Geruch, Personal desinteressiert. Für längere Aufenthalte keine Zimmerreinigung, alter Kühlschrank der die ganze Nacht laute Geräusche von sich gibt, keine Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten im Zimmer.

Wifi was not that good in the room, and I asked one staff member to store my luggage until around 9pm and they said it was ok, but tomorrow when I tried to store it they told me i can only do it until 11am, and I almost missed my bus because of that. Staff also wasn't that pleasent.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026전반적으로 시설이 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 숙소 내부도 그렇고 욕실이나 화장실 같은 공용 공간도 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 이용하면서 불편한 점이 거의 없었어요. 특히 1층에 라운지가 있어서 외부에서 음식을 가져와서 먹을 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 친구랑 같이 앉아서 여행 계획을 짜거나 간단하게 이야기하기에도 괜찮았고요. 노트북을 가져와서 간단한 작업을 하는 것도 가능합니다. 다만 1층 공용 라운지다 보니까 사람들이 오가거나 대화하는 소리가 있어서 디지털 노마드처럼 장시간 집중해서 작업하는 용도로는 완전히 추천드리기는 조금 어려울 것 같습니다. 그래도 간단한 작업이나 여행 계획 짜는 정도로는 충분히 사용하기 좋았어요. 숙소 안에는 개인별 락커도 있었는데 락커 자체에 잠금장치가 있어서 따로 자물쇠를 구매하거나 챙겨오지 않아도 되는 점도 굉장히 편했습니다. 욕실이나 화장실도 전반적으로 매우 깔끔했고 샴푸와 바디워시도 기본적으로 제공돼서 따로 챙겨오지 않아도 되는 점이 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 시설이나 편의성 면에서는 만족스러웠습니다.
전반적으로는 다 만족했는데, 한 가지 아쉬웠던 점은 체크아웃 이후에는 짐 보관이 안 된다는 점이었습니다. 체크아웃하고도 주변을 조금 더 돌아다닐 예정이었는데 짐을 맡길 수가 없어서, 결국 숙소 밖에 있는 역 근처 무인 라커를 따로 찾아서 이용해야 했어요. 이 부분은 조금 불편했습니다. 체크아웃 이후에도 짐 보관이 가능했으면 훨씬 편했을 것 같아요. 그래도 이 부분 말고는 이용하면서 딱히 불편했던 점은 없었고 전반적으로는 만족했습니다.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026J’ai beaucoup apprécié la proximité de l’hotel des différents transports ainsi que petits supermarchés. J’ai apprécié également la gentillesse du personnel de l’établissement.
La salle de bain commune pouvait certains soirs être un peu sale du au passage, mais cela n’est pas de leur ressort. Puisque le lendemain tout était de nouveau propre.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026La ubicación es buena porque está cerca a una estación de trenes. El desayuno fue muy agradable aunque recién nos enteramos que era a 3 cuadras del hotel, pero no fue difícil de llegar. La atención es buena, pero a veces no había nadie en recepción y tocaba esperar a que alguien llegara. Como las habitaciones son muy chicas, en la recepción hay mesas para compartir y comer.
Si vi las fotos antes de reservar, pero la habitación era muy pequeña. Entiendo el propósito de ahorrar espacio y al tirar dos colchones al suelo con un minimo de espacio de separación, no lo sentí tan confortante a pesar de que los colchones estaban en óptimos estados. El espacio de la habitación era muy reducido que con las justas entraban las maletas. Yo solicité una silla porque viajé con mi mamá de 72 años y el único lugar para sentarse era el colchón en el suelo, pero me lo denegaron y es entendible, no es su obligación. Otro detalle, que si te avisan de antemano, es que todo cobran; desde las toallas grandes o pequeñas y todo. Para el valor por noche, me he hospedado en mejores hoteles que cobran un poco menos.

Hostel ve otel olduğundan biz iki kişilik ayrı odayı tercih etmiştik. Ancak odada yatalar yerdeydi ve biraz sıkıştı oda. Tek olumsuz diyebileceğim şey bu. Onun dışında personel güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The location was nice and there were not a lot of people in the area which was nice. The ammenities were pretty nice but a little disappointing that they had to be paid for. It wasnt a big issue though and everything was clean and comfortable.
I had to pay for some of the amenities, like face cream and such and it was a little pricey. The hotel staff was nice but strict with checkout time an did not have a lot of flexibilty in when I was able to leave at all.

On ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer, et il faut demander que le ménage soit fait sinon ce n'est pas nettoyer, même en une semaine.

This wasn't a problem for me. But you know, there's a bit of a walk to some of the train stations.And that might bother people. I also would have preferred a second pillow, but I should just ask.I could have gotten one. Honestly, you guys seem to run your location good. It wasn't terribly clear how to turn off the lights in the room at night.

Reviewed May 24, 2026He ido bastantes veces aquí, buen, servicio, tiene todo lo necesario, incluido lavandería, buena ubicación, prácticamente te puedes desplazar sin problemas a cualquier sitio teniendo cerca metro. Hay bastantes tiendas, sobretodo 7-Eleven, FamilyMart que están las 24h, bastantes restaurantes cerca. Y sobretodo a "unos minutos" para llegar al centro de Akihabara andando.

Reviewed May 21, 2026I didn't get to stay at this capsule hotel. I intended to stay, but because my flight was delayed 3+ hours, I was unable to arrive at the hotel before midnight, so they kindly refunded my payment, and I stayed at a capsule closer to the airport. I think they refunded me because I was communicating my concern before the flight took off. I did have to pay double elsewhere, so I did appreciate the competitive price of this capsule. I do acknowledge that this isn't a complete review because I didn't get to stay there. But it is nevertheless a measure of service. Thank you.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Tot, tant l'habitació de mida i comoditat amb molt bona relació qualitat-preu, la ubicació prop de metro-tren, la higiene de l'espai, l'amabilitat dels treballadors.
Em molesten força els sorolls i l'extractor d'aire no es podia parar, pel que em va costar una mica acostumar-me al soroll.

They don’t store your luggage after checkout. I repeat. THEY DO NOT STORE YOUR LUGGAGE AFTER CHECKOUT. If I knew about this beforehand I’d probably pick another place. Such an odd policy to have.
