Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Personnel à l'écoute, propreté et qualité de la chambre impeccable, très bons équipements. Emplacement idéal et calme. Beaucoup d'espace sous le lit pour les valises c'est particulièrement appréciable à Tokyo, belle surprise de la superficie de la chambre.
La salle de bain est très petite. Le petit déjeuner proposé est quasi exclusivement japonais, peu de choix continental, il est en revanche de bonne qualité pour son faible prix. Un seul ascenseur (et au Japon il est impossible d'utiliser les escaliers), ça cause des embouteillages à certaines heures, c'est à prévoir.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026僅指apa376的體驗：房間很乾淨，房務整理也很棒，櫃檯人員很親切耐心，有相當不錯的入住體驗，如果未來要再一次住該地點的飯店，這間我會優先考慮。另外房務人員很棒，不僅不會亂動東西，甚至把我放在床上的玩偶擺的很可愛（因為要整理床鋪）。
浴室沒有獨立淋浴間，所以要在浴缸內洗，這個部分其實沒問題。但因為是這樣的洗澡方式，，比較容易弄溼地板導致濕滑，鋪在地上的墊子也容易跟著濕掉，會沒辦法直接踩一次性拖鞋進去。

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Reservamos neste hotel porque quis ficar perto da estação JR Keiyo Line - com o objetivo de ir para a disney. Foi nossa primeira hospedagem num hotel APA e nos surpreendemos porque o hotel é preparado e pensa nos detalhes. Tem tomada universal para carregar o celular, espaço em baixo da cama para colocar a mala, na cabeceira da cama havia um espaço para apoiar objetos ... enfim, nos surpreendemos.
Há apenas 1 elevador e apenas 2 máquinas lava/seca. A estação de trem mais próxima do hotel ( que fica realmente a poucos passos) Hibia Line - A4 não tem elevador e como tínhamos malas foi bem complicado. Na saída do hotel, acabamos utilizando o uber - foi bem rápido chegar na tokyo station - cerca de 85 reais. Sobre o café da manhã do hotel, é exatamente sempre o mesmo e mais voltado para o café japonês - com arroz, peixes, misô.

部屋の掃除が行き届いていない ベットやお風呂場に髪の毛などが残っていた。 チェックアウトの際に清掃員の方に会ったが、挨拶もなく無愛想な感じだった。 掃除が行き届いてない理由がわかった気がする。

Desayuno japonés poco adaptado otros gustos Muy rígidos con horario llegada check in!!!, nos amenazaron con anular reserva y quedarse el importe si no llegabamos antes 0:00 aún habiendo avisado de que nuestro vuelo aterrizaba a las 23:00, surrealista y dentro estándar poco flexible adaptable que a veces encuentras en Japón

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Comfortable bed. Great location. The space under the bed with lighting made up for the lack of space overall but not something I minded honestly. Wifi worked well. Was lucky to have no noisy neighbours.
I'm a 5'5" asian woman so the small room wasn't an issue for me but could be for some others. Also would've been more cost effective for me to stay 2+ nights than just 1 as the price was almost the same if you stay overnight or 2 nights. That's my only complaint though really.

空間不大，但這是可預期的。

Unica pecca che sono arrivata mezz’ora prima di fare il check-in la camera era pronta mi hanno fatto pagare la bellezza di 2400 yen. Comunque lo consiglio

The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always happy to assist us, whether it was booking breakfast, giving us directions to local attractions, or answering any other questions we had. Their hospitality made us feel very welcome and well cared for. The room was the perfect size for the two of us—comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious and offered everything we needed to start the day. It was a wonderful experience and a great way to enjoy local cuisine. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back!

The room could have been a little bigger. Otherwise happy! It was quite a long walk from Tokyo Station - mainly the distance within the station. In the morning we took a taxi.

İstediğiniz her şeyi bulabileceğiniz bir yer kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bir kere daha gidersek ki gidicez 😁 bu otel zincirinde kalırız. Aklınıza takılan bir şey olmasın rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz.

Mit der Kleine des Zimmers ist zu rechnen, aber es war dennoch sehr schockierend wie klein ein Zimmer für 2 Personen ist.

Hotel 2 razy obciążył mnie za rezerwację. Przed przyjazdem otrzymałem e-mail, z którego treści wynikało: aby rezerwacja była potwierdzona to muszę zapłacić. Zapłaciłem. Gdy przyjechałem do hotelu podczas zameldowania pracownik recepcji zażądał ponownie zapłaty. Pokazałem wyciąg z bankù, że rezerwacja jest opłacona oraz otrzymany od hotelu e-mail.. Niestety rozłożyli ręcę i odesłali mnie do Booking. Czy gość hotelu powinien odpowiadać za błędy pracownika? W końcu ze strony hotelu otrzymałem wcześniejszą wiadomość o konieczności zapłaty przed pobytem. Do dziś nie otrzymałem należnego mi zwrotu. Skandal!

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Location was great - next to a station. Breakfast was amazing. It’s small but mighty, i.e. had everything you would need in a hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure, all the necessary amenities. They also had a common area with self-service laundry, water & ice dispenser, microwave, currency exchange.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Apa hotel så du vet vad du får när det gäller rummen. Väldigt bra läge precis bredvid hatchobori subway station där du kan ta dig var som helst. Hade inte frukost så kan inte svara för den. Ligger nära Ginza och Tokyo station.

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Nice area and the hotel itself, very close to the metro station hatchobori station Bed and pillows are very comfy, in the bathroom you can find all you need, also the room has an European socket Staff is friendly and helpful, maybe not so good with English, but the translator in your phone can manage all issues :) Rooms are soundproofed and that was really good for us to have a good rest and sleep
11 m² is not comfy for 2 people obviously, but it's just fyi, we were aware about it

10 katlı ve 100'den fazla odası olan bir binada sadece 1 asansör olması büyük problemdi. Kahvaltı verilen yerde aynı anda sadece Max 10 kişinin oturabileceği bir alan olması ve sürekli birilerinin ayakta sıra beklemesi sabah sabah insanı çıldırtıyordu. Ayrıca kahvaltı demeye de bin şahit lazımdı. felaket kötüydü..

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The location of this hotel was great. I was able to use the Hatchobori metro station to connect all over Tokyo. There are plenty of convenience stores and places to eat nearby. Not far from Tokyo station, making getting to and from the airport easy too. The room itself is small, but clean and neat. If you are out all day like I was, it's a great place to come back and just rest to sleep in.
I would have loved a little bit more room, just to be able to sort out my items, but being able to store my suitcase and items under the bed helped.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Really enjoyed the fresh linens and amenities daily!! Such a nice touch the deep bath was also much needed after 10k steps a day. will only stay at APA from here on out
