Attentive staff Comfortable room

They were awesome at keeping things clean

The fire alarm went off and not a single hotel member of staff in sight. Then to top it off we were never given an all clear by anyone we just saw everyone start to go to the front desk where we finally saw one staff member and then they were casually doing there job and people went up to ask if it was a fire he said no fire but no one was ever told people who overheard that conversation just began going back to the elevator and we followed the crowd.

This hotel is centrally located in Ginza. The room was clean and comfortable - perfect for a night or two's stay. Being able to store our luggage after checkout was excellent given our flight timings. There was a fire alarm at 6:45am on the morning we were to check out. We were first alerted by the phone in our room ringing with a recorded message. Unfortunately, we have little to no Japanese language ability so we didn't know what the call was about, assuming it was an unscheduled wake-up call. However, it was followed a minute or two later by a loud alarm and recorded message over a loud speaker system which we easily guessed was a fire alarm. We evacuated the building and waited on the street until the all clear was given. The only improvement we'd suggest is given there seemed to be a large number of international visitors staying at the hotel, it would be good to have the recorded message either on the phone or over the loudspeaker in a number of languages (we overheard other people saying they also didn't know what was going on). Otherwise, we were glad it wasn't anything major - the building seemed to be evacuated quickly and safely, and we were able to re-enter relatively quickly. It's reassuring to know the hotel has good working systems in place to keep guests safe.

Es war morgens um 6:45 ein Feueralarm und in einem Hotel wäre es sehr sinnvoll die Durchsagen auch auf englisch zu erhalten, da wir überhaupt nicht wussten um was es sich handelt - wir sind schließlich über die Feuertreppe nach draußen und haben keine Information erhalten was los ist und das wäre schon sehr wünschenswert gewesen Uns hat niemand von dem Vorfall berichtet - wissen bis jetzt nicht was da los war - Feuerwehr ist keine gekommen, daher nehmen wir an es war ein Fehlalarm

Everything was perfect. Just rooms were small but that is a tokyo issue. Hotel was amazing. Will be staying again !!

Hotel muy bonito, bien ubicado en la zona de Ginza, bien cerca del metro y de muchos shopping. El hotel está bien cuidado, el personal es muy atento.

The hotel is well situated close to several metro stations. It is very clean and the rooms are well equipped with coffee/tea, water, hair dryer, lotions, face cleansers etc. In the lobby, there are ample refills if needed. There is also a lounge where you can sit to plan your day, and laundry facilities. They have umbrellas available to borrow as you leave for the day. We were fortunate to book on the 12th floor where we shared a private lounge, laundry machine, and complimentary snacks, and pancakes in the morning. Definitely recommend.

The bed was not the most comfortable.

服務人員態度很好,而且會積極解決所詢問或遇到的問題 地點算得上非常方便,對面有藥妝跟7-11,另一側轉角有BIC迷你版 而且附近吃的也算挺多可以選擇

房間真的偏小,雙人房的雙床,擺下去後中間沒間隔 左右兩側也就剩大概加起來不到40公分 基本上29吋行李箱除了床上真的不用考慮哪可以打開了 唯一的走道就是門口,一打開就不用出門了

ホテルの近くにコンビニも美味しいお店もあり便利で良かったです。

The location was excellent. The place was very clean.

The reception area and luggage storage is to small. There was luggage everywhere. Sometimes long queues of people checking in or out.

枕の種類があれば助かったかな。 駅から近くならもっと良かった。

Abbiamo tentato di fare check-in circa 10' prima dell'orario previsto, ma la stanza non ci è stata consegnata. Fortunatamente hanno tenuto le valigie. La colazione forse potrebbe avere un po' più di varietà. La tendina della doccia...

No. Didn't eat

The bed is too soft and sunk in when you sleep. I don't have a proper sleep because of the poor condition of the bed. Secondly, there is no window curtain, lights from neighbour building shines into the bed all night and I woke up early because of early morning sun.

The location was brilliant for reaching train stations and walkable to 7 eleven as only across the road. The amenities such as products to use in the room: razor, bath salts, hair tonics and other bits were great. The room was small but we expected that. It was extremely clean and the small bath was super cute. They stored our luggage for the day with no problems. All staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved staying there.

Excellent location. Good bed, shower, and wifi. Everything I needed. I also liked the service that took my suitcase to the airport for me. Right across from a 7-11, which was handy.

アクセスが便利、清潔です。はす向かいにコンビニもあります。12階に泊ったが、エントランスの苔アートがきれいでした。ラウンジがあり、コーヒー・紅茶などの飲み物とスナックもあります。部屋内のテレビでYouTubeにもつなげるので、よかったです。

かなりコンパクトなユニットバスで、浴槽も洗面台も少し狭いです。ドライヤーの置き場所が無くて、部屋に置かないとダメなのは少し不便です。

Good location with several lines around, staff is very friendly and knows English well and they have the luggage forwarding service to the airport!

J'ai adoré la gentillesse du staff, la présence d'un coin fumeur au sein e l'hotel, 7eleven juste devant, rue calme, lits confortables et bon systeme de changement de serviettes Super rapport qualité prix, possible de faire des lessives, salle d'attente bref tout y est pour votre confort et dans la discrétion du personnel.

La chambre simple est minuscule et quad on ouvre la valise il n'y a aucune place pour circuler, 0 rangements. Serviettes un peu fines

風呂場に小さい虫が多数いました。おそらく通気孔などから入っているのだと思います。清潔感がなかった所が残念です。

プレミアムフロアー？だったので、廊下の休憩室で、飲み物やパンケーキなどが自由に飲食できたこと。眺めがよかった。室内は清潔でモダン。立地もよい。ベッドが寝やすかった。スタッフは親切。

立地上しょうがないとは思うが、部屋は広くない。スーツケースを広げるためと思われる三脚が使いづらい。

KOKO HOTEL Ginza‑1chome offers an excellent location in the heart of Ginza, just a short walk from Ginza Station and surrounded by great shops. It’s also very convenient for travelers moving around Japan by train, with Tokyo Station located nearby. A practical and well‑situated option for anyone exploring Tokyo.

We did experience cigarette smoke coming from a neighboring room and had to change rooms, and this same issue occurred at another hotel during our recent trip in Japan. It highlights the need for stronger enforcement of non‑smoking rules in hotel rooms, even though the staff handled the situation efficiently.

Location is very good.

There was a noticeable lack of assistance from the staff when I was struggling with my luggage. Another guest was kind enough to help me carry my heavy bags, while the staff simply watched without offering any assistance.

The area is nice, but a bit far from the main big station. Hotel room was nice for the price (with deals etc, normal rate is too expensive)

Staff was horrible. Both receptionist and every other staffs.

正直、場所がわかりにくかったです。銀座を知らない者にとってはかなり迷いました。銀座1丁目の近くかと思っていたらそうでもなく、せめて有楽町線銀座1丁目19番出口から徒歩何メートルを左折、くらいは公式ＨＰに書いてほしかった。

Excellent location in Ginza. Close to metro stations. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. 7 11 across the road. Facilities for eating and microwaving in communal lobby. Free amenities in lobby too ( shower gel, razors etc.) Comfortable beds.

Some rooms smaller than others. Limited storage areas and no wardrobe facilities in each room

True value for money hotel. I booked upon a friend’s recommendation since we couldn’t find many alternatives due to last minute plans. The location is very convenient, close by multiple metro stations, 7/11 nearby etc…

Rooms are really small, I know that’s sth you would expect in Tokyo yet we barely managed to keep 2 large luggages open. Although the room cleanliness was okay, overall cleanliness of the hotel could be better.

Very centrally located to various train stations, and just a 10 min walk to Tokyo Station. Ginza is a great place to stay if you want a quieter night time experience. With all the stores in the area, you will still feel like there is movement around you, but not as chaotic as Shinjuku or Shibuya. Also, there is a 7-Eleven across the street and a Family Mart down the street!

Only thing I would have preferred would be stiffer pillows, and another blanket, but that's personal preference. Generally. have nothing to complain about!

It was our last hotel on our Japan trip. A little retreat tucked away into the upmarket Ginza district. Well connected with subway stations nearby. Walkable from Tokyo station, but the best part was the direct train (Keisei liner) to Narita airport early morning to catch our flight back from Takaracho station..... very convenient and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable, albeit the rooms were small but cosy. There is no closet space, so you have to make do with living out of your suitcase.

There was no in-house breakfast option but there were plenty of nearby convenience stores and restaurants if you want a quick bite.

Located very close to Tokyo station for access to Shinkansen. There is also a 7 Eleven across the road and plenty of great restaurants. The property is clean and the staff are great.

The room sizes were small. They are clearly advertised but visualising before booking was hard. Other than that everything was great.

Location is perfect. Very easy check in/out. Good service. very clean.

That it is small is very clear in the photos. So if you have big luggage and more than one, this place can be complicated for you. But this is clear, and easy to find information. my problem was the lack of comfort in the pillow and mattress. After so many hours of walking, you need something really good to relax and sleep. The pillow was not proper, and the mattress gave me a lot of back pain. So the only reason that would not repeat this hotel again.
