La localización es ideal. El barrio está lleno de cafés y es tranquilo. Cerca se Shibuya y Omotesando. Muy relajante la terraza y azotea con vistas a YOYOGI Park. El servicio impecable

Hubiera preferido que tuvieran desayuno japonés, la carta de desayuno es europea.

We LOVED this hotel. The pool, the breakfast, the Italian restaurant downstairs. Small amenities for turndown service. Easily walkable even with kids to Shibuya attractions (Super Donki!). Good selection of restaurants near by and the park gives a calming atmosphere and a place to go jogging.

The restaurant was amazing. Food, staff, incredible. The rooms were clean, comfortable and so well serviced. The pool divine.

The check-in staff at the desk could have been more helpful and seemed to not have a good system for sharing information to the team. Before our arrival, there were a few things like flight info for an airport transport, request to extend our check out, restaurant reservations that I emailed information and were then dropped or answered but then asked again by another person or needed to be answered again. Upon checkout the person checking me out struggled with how to add items used from the minibar to my bill and I was asked to wait 15 minutes with a car to the airport waiting on the street while they tried to sort it out. Eventually someone else came out from the back room to help after the two original people struggled to figure it and said I could go, that they would figure it out later. This was one small thing in an otherwise wonderful stay. Also there is some street noise at night, but otherwise I would recommend highly.

Frühstück entspricht nicht der Hotelklasse. Sehr limitiert, nach dem ersten Kaffee muss man zusätzlich zahlen. Habe dies der Reception mitgeteilt, leider folgte keine Reaktion.

Je mets un 8 malgré que nous ayons quitté cet hôtel plus tôt, pourquoi ? Car tout dépend du prix que vous avez en tête nous avions une réservation à plus de 400€ la nuit (resa totale 5nuits) c’est à dire le prix donc d’un grand hôtel de la capitale pour cela il faut que les prestations suivent et clairement cet hôtel ne vaut pas 400€ la nuit. Le positif : - le personnel qui a fait tout le nécessaire pour nous satisfaire pour la seule nuit où nous somme resté - les pizzas au RDC - l’emplacement et la piscine sur le toit magnifique

- chambre (très) petite et bruyante - piscine autorisée pour les enfants qui se transforme en parc aquatique. Il faut mettre une heure maximum pour les enfants pour mettre au adulte d’en profiter aussi sachant que celle ci est très petite - 6 transats pour des dizaines peut être presque 100 clients clairement pas assez.

Es war alles super. Alle waren super nett. Das Essen war sehr gut. Frühstück war top - Blutorangensaft sehr lecker. Die Austern beim Pool sehr, sehr gut. Der Pool super Aussicht und beheizt - also auch sehr gut geeignet für etwas kühlere Tage und super zum Entspannen nach einem hektischen Tag in Tokyo. Die Ausstattung im Zimmer top. Die Gesichtsmaske und der Tee vorm Einschlafen am Zimmer, sowie die Pyjamas des Hotel sehr, sehr gut - haben gut geschlafen. Super Niveau, modern, urban, hip und entspannt.

Alles war auch bei unserem 2. Aufenthalt top - absolut zu empfehlen. Wir wurden mit einem Kärtchen "Welcome back" in unserem Zimmer empfangen - fand ich sehr aufmerksam und hat mich gefreut. Alle sind super nett, Ausstattung top, Pool mega, Frühstück sehr gut. Wir mussten vor der Beginnzeit des Frühstücks bereits zum Flughafen und bekamen ein Frühstückspaket gepackt - absolut top :)

Not only does Trunk Hotel benefit from superb views over a green park from the rooftop bar and pool area, the architecture and attention to detail is top notch! Big kudos to the architect Keji Ashizawa ;- )

The Trunk hotel exceeded expectations on many levels! The best part was the staff. They were always kind, helpful, and went above an beyond on service. Other highlights included breakfast (perhaps the best we've ever had - highly recommend!), the best toilets, showers, bedroom amenities, and the pool/hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day.

The noise was our biggest issue. There is a busy road between the hotel and the park, and our room was on the 2nd floor just above the busy road. We noticed it was not loud on the 6th floor room, so maybe the higher level rooms are quieter. Also, the rooms were much smaller than expected. While sleek and well equipped, it felt cramped.

The location was two blocks from my son near Yoyogi park.Most of the staff was delightful.There was a wonderful girl in restaurants that was marvelous.i think her name was kali.

It was very noisy as we faced a busy road.And there was a very rude staff in the pool area.He wasn’t japanese．ｈｅ　told my son and his new wife to leave the pool and no potato chips were allowed.The manager was called nd she apologized but they were very embarrassed

This property is gorgeous and the hospitality of the staff is unmatched. Every design feature is well thought out and the rooftop pool was a great addition.

The balcony being labeled as “overlooking yoyogi park” was a generous description. We had a major road with a lot of traffic noise between us and the park. Additionally, the rooms are very small for the prices.

Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns die Bar in der sechsten Etage mit dem traumhaften Blick über den Pool und die Skyline von Tokio. Besonders bei Nacht war unser Aufenthalt einfach magisch. Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an Noa-san und das gesamte Team für die aufmerksame Betreuung und die lieben Glückwünsche zu unserem Hochzeitstag. Liebe Grüße aus Okinawa!

LOVED this boutique hotel, the staff were so kind and location was excelent. Right accross the road from Yoyogi park for early morning jogs and 10 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. So many great food choices in the area and dont miss the hidden walkway into the city (no need to walk on busy roads) that was a great find with hidden coffee shops dotted all around the area.

A gym would be amazing but managed to find a couple fo gyms close by (just make sure to bring a second pair of indoor gym shoes - otherwise they make you hire them).

Beautiful place. Tranquil pool area and exceptional staff. Incredibly clean and felt very luxurious. Attached restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

Not as quiet as other places we stayed in Tokyo due to the road noise at night. Not much space in the room for large bags.

Lovely boutique hotel very close to Shibuya and overlooking Yoyogi park. The roof top bar and pool is amazing! Staff are lovely and so helpful.

The room is very modern and really well designed. The reception staff were great and very helpful (over WhatsApp as well which is handy). The location is phenomenal, full of cool coffee shops, shops and restaurants just down the road.

The restaurant staff are hopeless unfortunately - they'd bring food at a dinner table for two an hour late for one party, and the other would have finished eating. It happened more than once, and we simply stopped going to both breakfast and dinner there.

Beautiful architecture and design, great location, helpful staff and a wonderful pool. A memorable stay in a country that is memorable anyway.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at this hotel felt truly exceptional. Located right in the heart of Tokyo, it offers both convenience and serenity: a rare combination in such a vibrant city. What made the experience even more unforgettable was the rooftop pool, an unexpected luxury that allowed us to unwind while overlooking the greenery of Yoyogi Park. We stayed in the Owner’s Suite at the very top, which was simply stunning. The room was spacious and beautifully designed with understated elegance, every detail thoughtfully curated, from the textures and artworks on the walls to the soothing scent that greeted us each time we entered. The two balconies were private and cozy, perfect for unwinding, while the large windows offered a stunning view of Yoyogi Park. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for without ever being intrusive. We also loved the afternoon tea and the in-room mini bar. They were both carefully curated with local, high-quality food and beverages. The Italian restaurant downstairs was excellent as well, with delicious dishes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This stay was without a doubt the highlight of our trip to Tokyo. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It’s a rare gem that manages to combine true luxury with an intimate, comfortable atmosphere. I can’t wait to return.
