Room not suitable for two people. I get rooms in Tokyo are small, but this room was not functional for 2 people: - no place to hang 2 towels after the shower (only one) - the entire bedroom had 2 electrical sockets (one attached to the bed) + 1 in the bathroom. So always having to turn something off to charge another or make a tea. - standard cleaning only every 3rd day - bed is adjacent to the wall, the bedsheets are just barely hidden between the bed and the wall (not actually tucked under the bed), i always woke up sleeping directly on the matress, which was suboptimal

Die Lage ist top und dabei ein sehr ruhiges Hotel. Frühstück sehr gut, kein Buffet, ein Teller nach Wahl.

Die Zimmer typisch japanisch sehr klein. Keinerlei Stauraum.

It was the worst experience of my life of staying at a hotel. The staff was very inexperienced and very unwelcoming.i had to cancel my entire booking of 8 days and I wasted my money to switch to another hotel. They charged me for that night along with booking.com charging me for first night too. So I paid double to stay one night. Very old rooms no smart TV. Location was also not good. Nothing was closer.

nice modern place in a good location. tasty breakfast. very quiet considering the neighbourhood. I had a compact room and it was sufficient for 1 person.

there is no proper reception. I travelled around Japan for a few weeks and this was the dirtiest hotel I stayed in.

The convenient location

Extremely overpriced and disappointing experience The location may look attractive on the map, but the value simply isn’t there. The property is marketed as being close to the famous Shibuya Crossing, yet the prices are completely disproportionate to what you actually get. What really disappointed me was being charged a late check-out fee for just 30 minutes. Considering the overall experience and price level, this felt unnecessarily rigid and rather poor hospitality. There is also no proper lobby or comfortable luggage storage area. Guests’ luggage was simply piled up together, one bag on top of another, which felt chaotic and far below the standard I would expect at these prices. For what you pay, I expected considerably more comfort, service and attention to the guest experience. You are essentially paying a premium for the Shibuya location, but the property itself does not justify the price. I would not stay here again.

Location was convenient to the Shibuya Station. A restaurant was connected to the hotel space. Baggage storage and delivery was very convenient. Staff was great. The bed was comfortable.

The bed was difficult to get into and out of. It took up all the space in the room. There was no place to hang wet towels after showering.

Very cute and trendy hotel easily accessible to all Shibuya (and by virtue of transit proximity - Tokyo itself) has to offer. Still tucked away enough from the action to avoid feeling crowded or noisy. Lovely bar and coffee shop on the ground level. The room was comfortable and appropriately spacious for 2 travelers. The bathroom was nice and fairly large for Tokyo!

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Direkt U-Bahn Anschluss vor der Haustür. Man kommt überall schnell hin. Dazu ist man so zentral das man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell erreicht.

all day place shibuya was perfect for our needs. the hotel staff was accommodating and helpful. the breakfast was absolutely delicious and included tasty coffee as well. the location was excellent - just a short walk away from anything we needed, and very close to the metro. highly recommend staying here!

A acomodação estava bem limpa, tudo organizado, tudo dentro das expectativas. A equipe é muito atenciosa, estavam sempre disponíveis para nos ajudar.

O ponto negativo da acomodação é o espaço, mas já fomos para o hotel sabendo o tamanho da acomodação, não tivemos nenhuma surpresa.

Wir waren zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes in einem anderen Zimmer, grösser und sehr wahrscheinlich auch teurer (von unserem Reisebüro organisiert), haben dann am Ende unserer Ferien hier nochmals gebucht und festgestellt, wie klein das Standartzimmer ist. Unser Gepäck passte nicht im Zimmer und wir mussten stets über die Koffer "klettern" um ins Bett zu gelangen.

Having great AC as we visited in summer. Was awesome. The staff were very helpful and organized. You are very centrally located which makes exploring easy. The room was great. Compact but with a large comfortable bed and the shower had great water pressure and of course the little ceramic angel disguised as a toilet. 🤩😍

Rummen var alldeles för små. Resväskorna tog upp all plats i korridor, och det var 2 st mellanstora. Fanns inget bord eller stol utan bara säng med en smal korridor. Heltäckningsmattan var ganska ofräsch.

As per all of Tokyo, rooms feel cramped. The beds are massive, ideally they’d be smaller (ie not King) to give more space and storage. No real room for suitcases or unpacking but this is standard for Tokyo and the room felt spacious regardless.

We only stayed for 1 night as we were going to Kyoto the next day but it was perfect for our quick stay. I will say the room is very tiny - you won't really be able to have 2 full-size suitcases open at the same time but it was very efficiently layed-out, and absolutely spotless. Even the carpets felt so clean. The shower/toilet area is actually very spacious and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast was AMAZING. Super fresh, high-quality and tasty. Don't think I'd do a long-term stay but for a night or two, it's perfect and very well located. Amazing value for the price.

hallways are not very pleasant. Cleaning supplies were stored in the hallway and the rooms are smaller than expected. It works perfect for a short stay, because of the location. But it is not comfortable. Not because of the bed or the amenities but simply from the design. The room was cramped, dark, and jammed together. Small spaces can work in Tokyo, but this is not the example of how to do it right.

Location

We reserved two rooms and were placed on separate floors. When I asked to be relocated to the same floor, the staff explained that only one room of this type exists per floor. Even when I offered to pay extra, they refused, showing a bureaucratic and unhelpful attitude. The room itself was a major disappointment. Although advertised as suitable for two people, it is not even adequate for one. The bed takes up the entire width of the room, leaving no space to move. There is absolutely no room to open a suitcase inside — I had to open my luggage outside the room. For two guests, this is completely unrealistic. The service was poor, rigid, and lacking any effort to provide solutions. The claustrophobic room conditions were so unbearable that we decided to leave the hotel one night earlier than planned. Overall, this stay was frustrating, unsuitable, and significantly detracted from what should have been a pleasant experience.

On the expensive side and small rooms

Our stay was comfortable, rooms are clean, staff was exceptional. We upgraded our room after the first night. Caution for travellers with large luggage or multiple luggages to check room size before booking. Food in restaurant was also exceptional.
