Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Very convenient to walk places and close to a train station which made it quick to get where we wanted to go. The room was nice and it had plugs in the headboard which was helpful.
The room was a little small but still an ok size if you don’t have much luggage. The smoking room was pretty small though so it felt crowded if more than 2 people were in there.

せっかく、きれいで清潔感があるのに、じゅうたんがしかれているために、汚れが目だつ。特にバスルームへのは入り口あたりの汚れが気になる。次に改修工事をすることがあれば、板敷き、タイル敷きにされることをお勧めする。

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026位置很好，300米就是四条地铁站，河源1公里多，去那里都方便。四条还可以直接去大阪。价格非常惊喜，3星的酒店一般是300-500元，然而，200多获得，非常物有所值。
wifi偶尔有时间连接不是很顺畅。入住给2个清洁选项卡（基础打扫和完全打扫），其实可以考虑平时保持基础清洁，必要时贴卡进行床品更换，这是大部分酒店的做法。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The Hotel is located in the city centre, at a 4 minute walk from the train station Karasuma. The neighborhood is lively and pleasant. Everything at the hotel is basic but functional, and cleanliness is overall very good. The staff is kind and welcoming. The room was very small but had everything needed for a comfy stay. The bathroom is tiny, but still functional. Best room features: silence (good soundproofing from the outside and inside noise), excellent bed quality, excellent wifi. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, in a neat space, and the food is great. It is a rich Japanese buffet with some "international" choices, and the menu varies every day. There also is a chef that prepares fresh onigiri upon request. A wide sort of free things for guests to use: toiletries, flip flops, PJs. The price is more than fair. Overall, a great experience: very recommended!
The only downside is the size of the room: it was declared at the time of booking, so no surprises, but still :) For us it was OK, because we had only cabin luggage, but 2 regular suitcases would not fit.

My room had a huge bed, but not that much free space available around it, which can be inconvenient if you have a large suitcase that you need to open.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Everything was very nice. I enjoy the fact that you have two stickers to put on the door, full cleaning and Reduced Cleaning. If there is no sticker they don't disturb you at all, they just leave the amenities by the door. There are other hotels where the cleaning staff disturbs you and knocks on the door but not here.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026駅から近いのに落ち着いた雰囲気のロケーションが非常に良かったです。朝食も種類は少ないもののとても美味しく、注文毎に作ってくれるおにぎりが美味しくて良かったです。ベッドの寝心地もとても良かったです。一階にいつでも飲めるコーヒーメーカーがあったのも良かったです。そしてフロントスタッフの方々も親切にご対応くださいました。
タオルの畳まれた部分に人の髪の毛。コップ二個は汚く、一つはひび割れていてどちらも使いませんでした。お湯呑みは洗ってから使用しました。お風呂場にも髪の毛が落ちていたり、部屋にもほこり。到着後しばらくは部屋の清潔さの確認作業で、リーガの名前を冠するホテルですのに、安さなりの代償だと感じさせられた点が残念でした。あと外出時に部屋キーを外すとクーラーだけでなく冷蔵庫もオフになるのか、要冷蔵のお土産保管が難しかったです。

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Die Unterkunft befand sich in einer guten Lage. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Rezeption konnte man sich jederzeit kostenlosen Kaffee holen.
Die Zimmer in der Unterkunft hatten alles was man benötigt, waren jedoch recht klein. Es gab keinen Schrank und kaum Ablageflächen für unser Gepäck. Das Wlan funktionnierte nur mäßig gut. Beim Frühstück gab es zwar einige vegetarische Optionen, jedoch war es eher Fleisch und Fischlastig. Als Vegetarier konnte man Mini-Croissants, Pfannkuchen, Brot, Reis, Rührei und selbst zubereitete Sandwiches essen. Leider waren an einem Morgen um 9:20 Uhr kaum noch vegetarische Optionen verfügbar und sie wurden auch nicht wieder nachgefüllt.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026雖然在地鐵站出口沒有很遠，但是距離四條還有一段距離，附近沒什麼商家，晚上沒地方可逛，房間灰塵多，冷氣原本不涼，找飯店人員來看也表示最大風量只能這樣，結果一打開濾網，全部被灰塵填滿，之後洗完濾網冷氣風量才正常，房間內的窗框灰塵也多，甚至冰箱裡還有前人留下的麵包，隔音不好，晚上睡覺時一直聽到沖水聲。

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan of 3 times I’ve come. The rooms are very comfortable and super clean, the bed is very big. The shower and AC works great. The location is awesome, near a market and stations, yet super calm surrounding. There are restaurants around as well. The staff is beyond nice, very friendly and proactive. I’d come back for sure.

Nos dijeron que no era posible una cama (doble bed) en vez de 2 (twin bed). También nos cogieron una toalla propia el equipo de limpieza por error y no pudimos recuperarla... La secadora no hace su trabajo del todo si se combina con lavado previo 80 minutos. Parte del equipo de recepción no habla mucho inglés (casi nada), no lo entendemos con toda la cantidad de gente extranjera que visita la ciudad

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026The hotel is very clean, in a quiet location and a 5 min walk to the metro. The staff is kind and ready to help you. The room was a bit small, especially if you have big luggage, but it was very cosy.

The bathroom smelled of mold, which was also visible around the bathtub. The fridge only cooled very little (definitely not enough) and the air conditioner was loud and not effecient. The drying function of the washing mashine didn't work properly.

Ho chiesto una stanza non fumatori, ma l odore di fumo era molto forte dovuto alla moquette. Il consiglio è non farsi dare la stanza al piano terra perché è di fianco lo spazio fumatori.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Posizione centrale con tanti ristoranti vicini, conbini e mezzi. Ottima la presenza della lavanderia. Colazione buona ma migliorabile. Personale gentile ed educato con un buon livello d'inglese.
Sebbene avessimo una stanza king, escluso il letto, la camera era molto piccola. Anche il bagno piccolissimo e scomodo per appoggi e posizione del wc. La vasca/doccia aveva una tenda piena di macchie. Climatizzatore decisamente da pulire.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026L'hôtel est très bien situé à moins de 5 min de la station de métro. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Je recommande vivement pour un court séjour à Kyoto !
La salle de bain est très petite et peu pratique mais cela reste un détail. Cependant nous ne sommes restés que trois nuits, cela peut devenir plus dérangeant pour un long séjour.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Best hotel breakfast I had in Japan. Not too many options but it seems to be normal in the country, and all the option I tried were very tasty. Room was very clean and tidy. Water was hot enough and internet speed was good. Loction is very good as it's close to a metro station and a few good restaurants.
Staff wasn't too friendly, which we didn't expect as Kyoto people are known for being friendly and polite. One of the guys at reception coudln't understand my english.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Nice clean hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Few minutes walk from Bus and train. Really helpful staff.. who let me store my luggage till check in time. Very helpful with directions and also gave us umbrellas on a rainy day.
