Сам отель немного старый, но чистый. Персонал очень вежливый👍🏻 местоположение удобное. Рядом есть базар, аптека, супермаркет 👍🏻 завтрак хороший.

Останню ніч, нам потрібно було виспатися, щоб прокинутися в 3 ночі в аеропорт… а ми оком не звели бо кацапи дівчата з номеру навпроти пиячили і шуміли, стукали дверима, сміялися і голосно розмовляли, це просто жах!! Ніхто їм не зробив зауваження, а шумоізоляції нема!!!

Amazing staff, and great breakfast, sea view from the top breakfast room and our bedroom balcony.

It’s on a very busy road, there was some fan noise every evening in the bedroom, bathroom was super small, and broken here and there. Everything is old. The occasional smell from the bathroom was very bad. There were hair on the pillow cases and linen. It’s a cheaper accommodation because of its quality.

Everything was good. staff was super supportive. location is perfect. eveything is on walking distance. tram station is just 8 minutes walk

Tjenesten var meget tilfredsstillende. Dersom noe skulle mangle, ble det raskt og effektivt ordnet etter forespørsel. Renholdet var grundig og av høy kvalitet. Lederen fremstod som vennlig, imøtekommende og profesjonell.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have upgraded my stay without any additional fees and their airport shuttle transport for fee is very convenient, clean and experienced drivers.

The location was excellent, close to all the must-see attractions. The staff was excellent: helpful, polite, and very respectful. The breakfast is very varied and has everything you need. If we were to return to Istanbul, we would be happy to stay at the hotel again

The rooms are dirty and small. I stayed for 6 nights and my room was not cleaned even once. The bathroom is dirty. The toilet flush is not working. Not worth the price.

The highlight of this hotel is its staffs. The location is also grest. Cleanliness and breakfast can improve.

I liked the location, very convenient to visit the historical places by walk. Breakfast was alright and staff was kind in general. Loved that the staff look after the cats! Cleaning could be improved and there's no room with balcony despite it was one of the reasons to choose an specific room with extra charge on the app. Overall it was a good experience and price was fine.

The hotel was in a very good location near the old town of Istanbul. The property is quite practical to get around and is near shops and plenty of restaurants for dining. It is a quieter part of town so you can walk safely for sightseeing and taking interesting photos. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for the staff was friendly, and you can enjoy a full breakfast every morning with delicious Turkish food and also continental. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay at the Old Town of Istanbul,

Nothing in this hotel.

The hotel was so so dirty, there was hair everywhere 😳, I asked them to clean the room they said yes, then they didn't clean it. I had to leave 2 days earlier than my check-out. Please do not come here it will ruin your vacation and your mood. Breakfast was almost empty without any refilling after 9am.

There was no cleanliness. The walk was long. The breakfast was normal.

The hotel was very nice and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, I really appreciate the quality and service of the hotel. It was really higher than what I expected, also their breakfast was very delicious and various. I would give it a 10 and I highly recommend.

Hotel is located in the bazaar with lot of shopping and eateries around. About 1 km walk to the Blue mosque. Terrace breakfast is excellent with phenomenal bosphorus views. 1 km walk to the Grand bazaar.

The area can be very busy during morning and evening hours.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming our requesy for early check in. Within walking distance to Sultanahmet and AyaSofia

the hotel is in a noisy road The light from the stairs comes in from under the door of the room. to go to Bayazit station there is a big Inclined Road.

if you want simple and good location this the Hotel! The workers are so nice and helpful! They clean your room everyday! The employees are really nice people they help you with everything! I like the location of the hotel, kind and helpful staff and comfortable bed, kittle.

Unfortunately in my room (number 105) I had a door from another room number 104 and I heard all the noise from my neighbors. It was very bad . I heard all their night conversations. Towels were clean but very crumpled, not white and with a hole, The shower was constantly leaking out and there was a puddle in the bathroom that did not drip into the hole.

Good location not far from historical Sultanahmet, market and restaurants/shops nearby, easy to reach in less than 10mins from University tramway and 20mins away from Marmoray metro station. Reasonably clean. Basic breakfast on a nice top-floor terrace (no warm food though). Very very kind and helpful manager, who also speaks good English. Overall a good value for money.

Bathroom a little ill-maintained but did not pose a problem. Some minor noise from the street, but not enough to cause a real disturbance.

The property is located in old Istanbul and is convenient in proximity to various points of interest. It is an older building but is adequately maintained. The staff is very attentive and provided great assistance during our stay. The morning breakfast (a traditional Turkish breakfast that was very well done!) on the roof was a great start to a day in the city. We enjoyed that the most.

Our vacations were with families, we are and our parents. At first we had a small troubles with rooms as we got an interconnected room, but after telling it the main receptionist changed the room for us and we got a rooms on a 5th floor with a sea view. The same happened with our parents and thanx to the main receptionist that the issue was resolved immediately. It good one for short staying and location is really good as it located in the heart of the center of an old town city (European Side). One of the perfect things is that the main receptions offered us a Bosfor Tour far all family which we liked!

I wish to make a room cleaning more often so it would be better.

Perfect location in the center of the old town. You could walk to most of the famous places. But the best was the service and the management that helped us with all sort of things.

The location and the staff were great.

The breakfast was very poor and sometimes not fresh. The place was noisy and we were always bothered by the random noise coming from the corridor or upstairs. The place was dirty, we stayed 3 nights and they changed the towels only one time because we asked for, never cleaned the floor or bathroom. And the room was already kinda dirty when we checked in.

Roof top terrace was an awesome spot for breakfast and dinner. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and helped us with flight complications. Very close to main tourest attractions. Everything felt safe and secure. Special thanks to Bekir and the manager who were delightful.

Me and my husband really liked the hotel location. Being within walking distance from the city center makes it ideal for strolling around and exploring.

We didn't like the breakfast. The breakfast remains consistent without any variation and is often served cold. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't offer anything warm. Despite having around 15 rooms, they only set up 5 tables for breakfast. To secure breakfast, we had to join a queue around 8 a.m., even though breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. If we arrived after 9 a.m., there was no food available. Moreover, The room, at 17 square meters, intended for two guests, incorporates the toilet, making it quite compact, to the extent that it struggles to accommodate the luggage of two guests. Finally, In terms of the room and cleaning service, we were informed that it would be cleaned every two days for guests staying there. However, during our nine-day stay, despite the need for cleaning at least four times, we only received the service once. Despite our attempts to inform the employees or use the door notice, the hotel administration provided various unnecessary reasons for their inability to fulfill this service. Consequently, we had to take on the responsibility of cleaning the room and changing the bed sheets and towels ourselves.

Bad breakfast. Shower is broken. Receptionist left and locked the door while I needed to go to airport around 7am. From your room you can hear everything everywhere.

The location was the only good thing about the hotel.

The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. The location is near tó the main attraction, Apor 10 min walk. Good restaurant and balkava nearby. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was diverse for the whole family .
