Reviewed Jun 2, 2025I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is perfect — just a short walk from a large shopping mall, which made dining, shopping, and even catching a movie incredibly convenient. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. The reception lady, Su, was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a warm smile every time I passed by and was always ready to help with any questions I had. Her professionalism, kindness, and local recommendations really added a personal touch to my stay.

Reviewed May 5, 2025I spent a week with my family at this apartment hotel and had a great experience. The place was very clean, and the staff spoke English, which made communication easy. The suite looked exactly like the photos, and everything inside was fully functional. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. I highly recommend Mayar Residence for a comfortable stay.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2024Great property, very clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff. Nicely located across from Forum mall, close to metro station. My only complaint is too much noise from cars and trucks driving fast outside. I booked a room with a balcony, and it was impossible to enjoy outside with all that noise.

Reviewed Jan 6, 2024We had a nice time but the only thing does need to be revised is checkout time and process we waited more than 20 minutes until they finished and also there is no restaurant at the property.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2023Our family spent a week at the Mayar Residence. The Apartment had lots of space for everyone and all the facilities that we needed for our stay. In addition, we were offered daily housekeeping and bottled water. Mayar Residence is conveniently located across from the Forum shopping centre - so we had plenty of places to shop and eat at plus activities to keep busy. Would definitely book Mayar Residence again.
