Reviewed May 12, 2025Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ve restorandaki A. Sena Hanım çok ilgiliydi.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2024The place is nice, next to a lake, the people are friendly. The breakfast was a decent Turkish breakfast. However my room wasn't made up when we got back. Apparently you need to ask them to clean your room? Never heard such an absurdity. Certainly when the don't let you know you need to ask for it. Also this hotel popped up while I was researching inside booking for a hotel in Istanbul. It's freaking 150 km away from Istanbul

Room was ok, when we checked in, they did not give us the room type that we booked, so we asked them to switch us to Superior room Lake View which we paid for, and they did. That was not proper service, everything else was ok, they did not have toiletries, very noisy outside because of the event, the pool was good.
