Location and the overall setup of the apartment

Some amenities were missing like microwave

The apartment was reasonably clean, but considering the high price, the service was disappointing. There was no reception desk or staff available, which made communication very difficult, especially as I was travelling with a small child. Although I had requested a baby cot in advance, it was not there when we arrived, and we were told it could only be provided the following day. We also needed an extra blanket when the weather became colder, but it was difficult to contact anyone and receive help. There also seemed to be mosquitoes or another type of insect in the room, and we were badly bitten during our stay. Unfortunately, the staff could not offer an effective solution. Overall, these issues made our stay uncomfortable and stressful.

Cenk was an amazing guy. He takes care of everything. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped and modern. The toilets are very modern and new.

Just one thing. The housekeeping was very bad and not professional at in cleaning the room

Местоположение.

За пределами спальни находиться кондиционер, который работает так громко, что не возможно спать. Вместо одеяло вафельное полотенце. По факту вечером персонала нет. С кем-то решить вопрос не реально. Впервые в жизни я снял ночью другой отель и выехал. Не советую. Остались крайне негативные впечатления.

There is no soundproof in the apartment. So much noise coming from the outside cars.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The staff were friendly, respectful, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. A special thanks to Cank, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Personnel très gentil, arrangeant et serviable, toujours disponible. Nous avons fait la connaissance de plusieurs membres de l'équipe, mais à notre arrivée, c'est Abdulmalik qui nous a accueillis. L'emplacement est idéal, à quelques pas de la place Taksim (métro et bus) et de la rue Istiklal. L'hébergement était spacieux, confortable, pratique et propre.

Le seul véritable point négatif, déjà signalé dans l'annonce et dans certains avis, est le niveau de bruit dans la rue. Nous y avons séjourné durant la fête de l'Aïd al-Adha, ce qui a probablement accentué l'animation du quartier. Les personnes ayant le sommeil léger pourraient donc être gênées la nuit. La connexion Internet était également parfois instable.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Bei kleinen Anliegen wurde uns immer freundlich und schnell geholfen. Das Personal war herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Die 24-Stunden-Rezeption hat uns zusätzlich ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: sehr zentral, in Beyoğlu und in der Nähe der Metro. Auch das Café unten und die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.

Wenn man ein Hotel in einer so zentralen Lage wie Beyoğlu wählt, sollte man berücksichtigen, dass es dort auch nachts lebendig und entsprechend etwas lauter ist. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte eher eine ruhigere Gegend wählen.

Very welcoming team, especially Cenk. He sorted a good priced taxi back to the airport which in Istanbul is essential. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic for Taksim Square. 3 minute walk.

لم يعجبني ازعاج السيارات حيث ان الأصوات تصلني لغرفة النوم ايضا غرفة النوم لا يوجد بها مكيف حيث انني اضطريت للنوم في الصاله ولا يوجد عزل عن أشعة الشمس لذا لن اكرر الزياره

I really enjoyed my stay at Lilium Luxury Suites. The staff were always smiling, very kind, and ready to help with anything I needed without exception. The suite was very clean, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the location was perfect, close to everything. Whenever I come back to Istanbul, I will definitely stay there again.

Perfecte locatie bij Taksim Square! Geweldig personeel. Alles schoon en hygiënisch. Luxe hotelkamer voor wat je betaald.

Tout est à proximité, l'appartement est bien et très propre il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La réception est aussi là s'il y a besoin de quoi que ce soit.

Très bien placé à deux pas de la grande rue Istiklal très commerçante et animée. Le métro est sur la place Taksim à 100m avec le funiculaire pour descendre sur Kabatas et son port de ferrys qui déservent toutes les traversées sur le Bosphore. C'est vraiment très pratique pour visiter la ville. La pièce de vie est grande, on ne manque pas d'espace. Le personnel est serviable. Ne pas hésiter à demander un room service. On peut se ravitailler très facilement auprès des épiceries de rue, notamment pour l'eau celle du robinet n'ayant pas bon goût. Il y a aussi des mini market dans le quartier pour des courses plus conséquentes.

Le bruit de la rue peut être gênant. En soirée la circulation est sonore les conducteurs turcs n’hésitant pas à jouer du klaxon. On est proche aussi de la mosquée et donc des appels à la prière mais c'est commun dans cette ville. Il y a peu de vaisselle, juste le minimum pour 2 personnes, mais je pense que l'on peut demander plus auprès du personnel qui est très serviable.

The owner, Pasha, was very helpful and a truly kind person. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and responded quickly and comfortably to any requests. The location in Taksim is extremely convenient, with easy access to a variety of shops from morning until night. I felt completely safe walking around on my own. As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear the sound of the Qur’an recitation in the morning, but I felt it was a wonderful way to experience Turkey. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit Istanbul.

Although the building shows its age, it is well maintained and kept clean. Some very particular guests might notice certain details, but it’s important not to confuse age with a lack of cleanliness.

ملاحظه للاسف المكيف لايوجد في غرفه النوم فقط في الصاله وانا اقترح ان يتم وحده سيبلت يغذي غرفه النوم

Great location, with a subway station and bus stops nearby. The staff was very friendly and did their best to address any issues that arose. The apartment is large, with armchairs, a sofa, and a large table with chairs. The double bed is comfortable.

The room was chilly. The air conditioner was only installed in the entryway, and the warm air didn’t reach the bedroom. I asked the staff twice to provide a space heater, but they didn’t do anything. Fortunately, by the third day, the air in the apartment had warmed up somewhat. Every night, I could hear music—especially the bass—from the bars and clubs on the street, which made it hard to fall asleep. You should also keep in mind that there’s a mosque near the apartments, and the call to prayer will wake you up in the mornings. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, the stay was comfortable.

Everything was better than perfect Location was excelent ( especially that i have walking difficulty Clean. Staff were beyond helpful. They became like family. Recommend without hesitation.

Le stanze, molto ampie, sono molto buie e l’impianto di aerazione esterno è molto rumoroso. Inoltre pur essendoci cucinino e frigo, mancano piatti posate e pentole per cucinare.

Убирали не каждый день. После уборки выдали два комплекта полотенец на троих. Террасы или балкона не было, хотя при бронировании была.

Very well located apartments, perfect to use as central point to move around Istanbul. Nice staff, always willing to help, plus the apartment is given in very clean clean condition. Ongoing cleaning will happen every day it is requested, so it's all perfect to spend a few days visiting the city.

A few more plates, cutlery, glasses and pots and pans would have been nice. A bit too short on this aspect.

Es war super sauber - und trotz dass es ein sehr überlaufenes Viertel ist - wo viel los ist, sehr angenehm von der Lautstärke. Das Personal war unglaublich lieb! Egal was wir benötigt haben - haben sie uns geholfen!

Sadly room is next to Escape Club, which operates 10pm til 3-4am 7 nights. No chance of sleep till Club closes. Sound proofing if any is redundant vs huge club sound system. Asked manager what time club close, advised ‘don’t know’. Not sleeping before 3-4am made exploring & enjoying Istanbul very difficult. Booked and paid 8 nights, changed hotel after 4. No microwave in rm, contrary to listing, invited to bring foods to cafe next door. Black out/power cut of unit happened x3 nights in row, after midnight. Was offered another room on lower floor, but still next to Escape Club, I declined and changed hotel.

Wspaniały personel, bardzo dbają o gości. Wygodne łóżka. Duża lodówka. Ładne, przestronne pokoje. Praktyczny aneks kuchenny. Blisko do metra. Słychać odgłosy tętniącego życiem miasta, jednak przy zamkniętych oknach nie sprawiało nam to problemu ze snem. W pokoju jest sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja.

الموقع في بداية شارع الاستقلال ، تعامل بعض الموظفين جيد وليس الكل ، الشقق أمنة وليس هناك مايدعوا للقلق، النظافة جيده ، تجاوب الموظفين عند طلب التنظيف .

أدوات المطبخ قديمة ومتهالكة غير صالحة للاستخدام ولكن تم تبديلها بادوات جيده نسبيا، مرتبة السرير والمخدات متهالكة وغير مريحة ، الإزعاج من الشارع وسيارة الاسعاف والبوليس طوال اليوم، لن تستطيع النوم في الليل ولا في النهار ، صوت الشارع معك في الغرفة لعدم وجود عازل صوت ، بسبب الضوضاء العالية تعرضت ل إرهاق شديد بسبب عدم النوم الجيد مما خرب عليه الرحلة، السرير مفرد في الشقق الامامية ومزدوج في الشقق الخلفية، الشقق الخلفية أقل ازعاج ولكن باب الطواري يدخلك على الصالة ويمكن الدخول من الخارج عليك ، لا تستحق السعر كان غالي جدا ، ندمت على الاختيار ولن أعود حتى لو كانت مجانية،

Location was great, clean and very spacious with great staff.

Locația este aproape de strada principală și aproape de stațiile de transport. Surprinzător a fost destul de liniște ,am putut dormi perfect. Camerele mari și spațioase,bucatarie echipată cu tot ce e nevoie. Recomand cu drag!

前台服务很友好很礼貌，是挺专业的酒店服务。位置也是真的比较方便，去哪里都很近。吵也是真的吵，毕竟在这么便利的独立大街广场中心区域。如果睡眠质量很差对声音很敏感的要住洲际或者索菲亚才行。

Pasha, the owner, was amazing: friendly, helpful, generous. The room was also amazing. Spacious, luxurious, well appointed and a great value. Passion restaurant downstairs is also amazing and a good value. This is where I will stay for my future trips to Istanbul.

The location was very good, the water pressure was low, but the staff came and fixed it straight away. Cenk at the reception was very good.

The owner was horrible. There were ants in the room. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly and it doesn’t have an air conditioner in the room. The beds were small and not for tall people. You cannot turn in your sleep. The owner was horrible and force evicted us from the room. Worse experience ever. I would suggest you to never book this hotel as it is a scam.
