La struttura era davvero accogliente, in una posizione strategica per le attrazioni principali. Una nota di merito per il panorama ammirabile dal nostro balconcino e dal terrazzo in comune da dove contemplare all’alba le mongolfiere in volo. La colazione è abbondante e squisita e la proprietaria è sempre stata super disponibile e gentilissima. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

This hotel was the best accommodation of our 6-months trip in Asia! The view on the sunrise with the hot balloons from the room and rooftop is amazing. The room and bathroom are clean and decorated with a lot of taste. The breakfast is very generous and diverse. The staff is very nice, we had contact with Nilufar who guided us in our trip (and she speaks very good French). Everything was great, thank you!

The breakfast starts a bit late for people who get up early like us, but because it is so good, it is worth to wait!

Hôtel charmant, joliement décoré avec des meubles anciens. Petites chambres mais très propres et pratiques. Certaines chambres ont une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Accueil chaleureux et souriant de Neloofar qui est à l’écoute et très aidante. Gros plus pour le petit déjeuner fait maison et servi à table chaque matin.

Отель замечательный! Очень вежливый, приветливый персонал, помогли с бронью полета на воздушном шаре по очень хорошей цене, все было организовано замечательно. С общей террасы и даже из окон номера можно на рассвете наблюдать полёт воздушных шаров, вид 10/10. С интернетом проблем не было, номера чистые. Мы были в первых числах июня, видимо, сезон ещё не в разгаре, так что других постояльцев мы даже не видели, завтракали одни, наблюдали за воздушными шарами тоже одни, никаких толп и шума.

Site üzerinden rezervasyonu yaptık onay ve otelden genel bilgilendirme mailleri geldi. Saat gece 01.00 gibi oteldeydik kapı duvar! Ne resepsiyonist ne bir çalışan kimse yok. Bize ulaşın dedikleri telefon kapalı hiç bir şekilde otele ulaşamıyoruz 3 yaşında oğlumla birlikte sokakta kaldık ve 2 saat kadar dışarda bekledik. Sonra sabaha karşı başka bir otel bulup son dakika olduğu için çook yüksek bir fiyata çaresizce kendi imkanlarımızla o otele gittik. Ertesi gün bookingin hatası olduğunu söyledikleri bir mesaj ilettiler, eğer hata vardı ise iptal etme şansları var sistemsel olarak. Çünkü Rezervasyona gelen onay ile otele ulaşma esnasında en az 4 saat var kabus gibi bir gece geçirdik kısacası.

The staff was incredibly good, and the hotel manager, Niloofar, was super kind and lovely. The location is perfect, featuring a roof terrace facing the valley with a breathtaking view. Additionally, the breakfast was huge and delicious.

The hotel structure is a bit out of date and has a lot of potential to improve. It was probably glorious a few years ago, but it needs some updates now.

Очень красивый вид с террасы, достаточно парковочных мест, красивые номера, сотрудник ресепшн составил нам план осмотра Каппадокии, рассказал подробно про очень красивые места. Завтрак бесподобный. Просто браво. Дочке поставили отдельную кровать. Замок Учхисар с террасы видно, как на ладони. Рядом много магазинов и кафе, правда цены в них кусаются, как и везде в Каппадокии.

Мы попали в неудачную погоду, в номере было прохладно. Жили 2 ночи, уборку в номере за это время не делали. Не очень удобно принимать душ в джакузи. Но это мелочи по сравнению с тем, как уютно нам было в этом отеле. Просто отдавайте себе отчёт в том, что собираетесь жить в пещере, если планируете бронировать такой номер как у нас.

As soon as we arrived, we got to know that the room we booked unfortunately started leaking due to heavy overnight rain. Mr. Ziya offered us an alternative room immediately on a discount to compensate and further served us with some good breakfast even though it was past their serving time. Mr. Ziya also has good offers on activities around the area so surely connect with him for good deals and a great experience. We strongly recommend Alice in Cappadocia.

The property is very authentic, well-located, and maintains the charm of an old town. The room we had was spacious. The staff were very attentive and helpful, as was the breakfast. The location and Uchisar are magical. I hope we can return someday. Highly recommended.

I would say the bathtub is a bit shallow for enjoying a long bath.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue muy agradable. Desde el primer momento, todo el personal se mostró atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, lo cual marcó una gran diferencia en la experiencia. El desayuno fue uno de los puntos destacados: variado, fresco y de muy buena calidad. Además, las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien cuidadas, lo que permitió que nos sintiéramos a gusto durante toda la estancia. En general, es un lugar muy recomendable, ideal tanto para descansar como para disfrutar de unos días tranquilos. Sin duda, volveríamos.

we liked nothing as we had to leave within 20 minutes of arrival, the cave room booked was flooded days before but we were not advised! there was nobody at reception and the coffee shop guy across road let us in. then took us to a standard room and left. we were disappointed about the room as it was not the cave experience we had booked. Then the new room door would not lock and there was nobody there to try to fix the issue as well as sewerage smell in bathroom. we had to leave immediately and find a new hotel at 8.00pm at night

We were given no choice and said the room might be available the next day, we were disappointed about the room as it was not the cave experience we had booked. It was not usable and as there was no way the cave room would be ready ( we walked into it with blowers and wet clay stone walls )had to leave immediately and find a new hotel at 8.00pm at night. they refused to refund us our 3 night stay and we now have had to also pay for other accommodation as theirs was not available. VERY POOR they said we left but they could not give us the special Cave room we booked...unbelievable and has put a negative on what is a great place. Luckily the other hotel was fantastic, but this experience was a nightmare!

The start is incredible! They make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent and plenty of food.

The bathroom is a little small but meets the requirements for a comfortable and short stay. Some of the lighting needed some repair.

View from the roof terrace was beautiful, overall excellent value for money. We took the cave suite, and it was very large, if a bit old. But everything was clean (with exception of some bits of powdered...stone?? falling from the ceiling - i guess that's a part of living in a cave....). Staff very friendly, breakfast was lovely every morning - full Turkish breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Coffee and tea readily available at the reception area. Easy walk down into the main part of town with quite a few restaurants and small shops / grocery marts for snacks and essentials.

there is parking, but it is just general public roadside parking. So a bit of a luck of the draw as to whether you get a lot near the hotel!

The architecture transport you to the old centuries. Is unbelievable the stone work here. Inside the hotel the distribution is well, and off course the rooftop allow you have to excellent sight.

Τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν/πρωινό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικά! Το πρωινό αν και ίδιο ήταν πολύ νόστιμο κ το τραπέζι γεμάτο! Πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Μας ετοίμασαν πρωινό πιο νωρίς επειδή έπρεπε να φύγουμε για την πτήση μας! Το δωμάτιο πολύ όμορφο αν κ χρειάζονται κάποιες συντηρήσεις!

Η πρίζα δίπλα στο κρεβάτι είχε βγει από την θέση της! Κ έπεφταν κάποια κομματάκια μικρά σκόνης από σοβά από το ταβάνι λόγω βέβαια ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν σε σπηλιά!

Nous avons apprécié la vue exceptionnelle de l établissement, ainsi que les petits déjeuner très copieux préparée par une gentille dame.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis a notre arrivée, mais nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement lié a la chambre triple prévue pour 3 adultes, le 3 ème adulte devant dormir sur un canapé non depliable. Le personnel nous a alors mis a disposition un lit de camp mais pas très confortable, soucieux de trouver une solution. Sur la suite du séjour, le service n était pas chaleureux ni souriant sans étre désagréable non plus. Peut être devriez vous envisagez de changer la porte de la suite triple car elle est ajourée et l air passe au travers.

Mağara odada kaldık konsept gerçekten iliklerinize kadar kapadokyayı hissetiriyor. Sadece mağara odanın tek dezavantajı nem oranı yüksekti duştan çıkınca her yer ıpıslak oluyur havalandırma daha iyi olabilirdi. Mağara odanın duvarları toprak döküyor bir tık. Ama şimdi oda dediğime bakmayın bildiğiniz mağara 1 +1 ev gibiydi giriş odası büyük koltuk sehpa şomineden oluşuyor. Holden içeri girince tine büyükçe bşr yatak odası ve çift kişilk yatak sizi kaarşılıyor odanın içinden perdeyi açıp diğer tarafa geçince de büyük bir banyo. Yatak odasının içinde havuz küvet var fakat biz su dolduramadık vaktimiz de azdı. Ama konsept bu oda başka bir yerde deneyimlenecek bir şey değil mutlaka bir kere de olsa denenmeli. Otelin içinde bizden başka Türk kalan yoktu bizim bulunduğumuz zaman diliminde. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve güzeldi serpme değildi masamıza kendilerini koydu ve sınırsız yiyebilrisin bittikçe getirebiliriz isterseniz denildi. Ama zaten biz doyduk. Bu arada otelin bir tane de köğeği var adı Çıtır, çok uysal sesi çıkmayan tertemiz bir köpiş Bu durum da beni mutlu ettiler hdefasında Çıtırla ilgilendim hayvan dostu bir otel oldğunu düşüyorum. die Unterkunft ist sehr individuell, ich habe sie ausgesucht wegen der besonderen guten Lage und dem unbeschreiblichen weiten Ausblick bei Tag und am Abend direkt auf die Täler Kappadokiens. Die Pension befindet sich direkt unter der Burg von Uçhisar, somit in der Altstadt mit vielen kleinen Gassen. Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer dort kann man gemütlich sitzen und die Aussicht genießen. Wir hatten die Junior Suite, auch von dort hat man einen freien Blick über die Täler. Eines Morgens bin ich um 07:30 Uhr zum Fenster und das ganze Tal war voller Ballons, unbeschreiblich, man kann nicht aufhören hinzusehen. Das Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet sobald man in dem kleinen niedlichen Bereich der Rezeption wo 4 Tische stehen morgens erscheint. ( die Pension hat 6 Zimmer) ist sehr klein und fein. Tural Bey ist der Manager der Pension und Zia ist der Nachtwächter beide sind immer hilfsbereit und haben gute Tips für die Umgebung. Die Dame in der Küche ist ebenfalls sehr lieb, sie reinigt auch die Zimmer. Der kleine süße Hund Çitir gehört auch dazu.Noch zum Schluß,man muss die Türkei mögen und nicht auf Kleinigkeiten achten, und keinen Luxus erwarten nur das Land und die Menschen genießen.🧿 Vielen Dank an das Team vom Alice in Cappadokia🍀

The breakfast was amazing! Super generous and tasty. The location is top tier, it's a 5 minute walk from the nearest town and remains in a quiet but beautiful area.

Rooms are a little dark. I understand the cave concept but they could use better lighting. They are also cold and only one heater in the room was working.

Sehr schöne Zimmer mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer im Obergeschossgebucht. Insgesamt verfügt das Hotel über 6 Zimmer. Tolle und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich gut und wird für jeden Gast separat angerichtet. Von der Dachterrasse kann man morgens das Aufsteigen der Ballons beobachten. Einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür findet man auch immer.

La proximité, la vue et le chien (Seul point positif de cet hôtel)

Par où commencer… nous avons fait deux jours dans cet établissement. Deux jours catastrophiques où nous n’avons PAS dormi. Nous avons pris la chambre « Cave » et nous avions le choix au début entre deux chambres, nous avons pris la plus grand pour le premier soir et la chambre était sale, ça sentait la moisissure, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, le WC était sale et il n’y avait aucun gel douche pour se laver. De plus il faisait vraiment très froid !! Nous avons décidé de changer de chambre le lendemain (toujours la « Cave ») et c’était encore pire ! Je n’ai jamais vécu ça de ma vie : c’était sale, la cuvette des toilettes était cassée et PIRE DE TOUT IL Y AVAIT DES PUNAISES DE LIT !!! La pire chose que pourrait vous arriver dans la vie ! Je m’en suis rendu compte en ouvrant le lit pour aller dormir, ça grouillait.. nous n’avons pas dormi… on a dû vérifier toutes nos affaires en faisant notre valise. Nous avons peur d’avoir récupérer ces bêtes dans nos affaires.. Nous avons également pu discuter avec d’autres arrivants et ils n’ont vraiment pas été satisfait non plus et sont partis rapidement ! Autre chose, la terrasse était juste abandonnée, tout était déchiré, pas rangé… BREF Passez votre chemin, il y a tant d’autres hôtels 10000 fois meilleurs et moins cher (exemple : Garden Suite Hôtel)

Their breakfast was very good and the staffs were nice.

Facilities needs to be refurbished. It doesn’t look like it’s being maintained properly. Our room 101 looks exactly what’s on the pictures, it’s nice - however it needs to be improved so guests will enjoy and be satisfied with their stay. We had to leave the property to save our last day in Cappadocia.

Un chantier dans le centre d'Uchisar déviait la circulation sous nos fenêtres, donc nous avions du bruit tôt le matin jusqu'à tard le soir.

I was sooo amazed by this accommodation. Our room was huge and the location was great. There is a roof top section with an incredible view. It is a bit further out from Goreme but a very quick taxi to go there. We actually preferred to be in the quieter town with amazing views. The breakfast every morning was to die for. A very very cute dog was around as well, always greeting us when we came back to the hotel. I highly recommend this accommodation !

O gazda cum rar intalnesti, foarte atenta la detalii, personalul calificat iar micul dejun, mai mult decat indestulator este servit la masa cu posibilitatea de a mai solicita in plus. Proprietarul ne-a oferit informatii utile despre locurile pe care le-am vizitat ulterior si s-a ocupat atat de rezervarea pentru plimbarile cu caii cat si pentru cea cu balonul. Recomand cu mare incredere si personal ii atribui un mare 10+.

Check in/accoglienza da migliorare. Non viene data nessun tipo di informazione se non su richiesta. Bagno molto piccolo, non c'è il climatizzatore in camera. Sarebbe stato carino ricevere l'ultima mattina una colazione take away visto che siamo partiti presto per prendere il volo. Abbiamo provato a chiedere la sera prima ma a quanto pare è un servizio che non viene offerto. Peccato perché la colazione era compresa ed è un servizio che invece altre strutture dispongono

Le camere internamente un po' fané: nella nostra è crollato dal muro il porta carta igienica, la rubinetteria della vasca idromassaggio era un po' arruginita e il rivestimento esterno era rovinato. Nella camera dei ragazzi c'era tanfo di fogna. Il proprietario è intervenuto, ma sul puzzo di fogna poco da fare, tornava. L'hotel era dotato di terrazza con posizione magnifica ma lasciato in stato di totale abbandono. Quando non c'era il proprietario, si alternavano dei ragazzi più presi dal loro cellulare che dai clienti.

Our stay in Cappadocia was made amazing by everyone at Alice in Cappadocia. Mr. Tural and Mr. Ziya were so accommodating and helpful and made our stay even better. They gave such good recommendations on what to see and do during our stay in the area so we could really get the most out of our experience. I highly recommend booking one of the cave rooms during the summer. The experience is one of a kind and comes with its own natural A/C. The view from the rooftop and the top floor rooms is also gorgeous during the sunrise when all the hot air balloons launch.

The location was fantastic, the views were incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. the upstairs balcony was lovely and the view was magnificent.

Unfortunately the room was not nice at all. We booked a cave suit but there wasn't enough ventilation so the room was constantly damp, the walls were damp and there was mould everywhere. our clothes ended up being quite damp due to the moisture. the lighting wasn't good and the door would close/ lock without a lot of force. Sadly we tried to avoid spending time in our room due to the excessive mould issues.

Very humid and cold in the room. But it's interesting to live in a cave.

Loved the view, location, staff very helpful and friendly, rooftop for watching balloons was great.

Clothes and bedding get a bit damp staying in a cave room, dehumidifier helps but can't stop everything from getting a bit damp.

Got the double room with balcony, which had a nice view. The manager is very friendly and helpful on recommendations around. Location is very good, good restaurants and views all around. Parking is on the street but we could find a place close almost all of the times. Bed is comfortable. Terrace is good to see the view and drink something. Breakfast is really good, would be even better if had some fresh juice. Note there is no AC and when the sun is really hot during the day it will take time for the room to cool, one day I had difficult to start sleeping.

Lack of towel hangers and enough power outlets. The first day the bathroom smell was bad (sewer) and very annoying but they did something when cleaning up the room the other day and it was solved. Shower is on the edge of being cold if you turn all the hot water on, must be difficult in the winter. Lack of a place to leave the bags open and off the floor.

Tural, the manager, was absolutely fantastic—super helpful and went above and beyond to help us plan our journey and activities. The whole experience was amazing value for money, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

The breakfast was more than enough for two people and very tasty. As we were sightseeing most of the day, the decent breakfast assisted to have a full stomach and full of energy to explore and discover.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality We had a great stay with beautiful views of the morning balloons during sunrise — truly a magical sight! The breakfast was awesome, with a great variety to choose from. A special thanks to Tural, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us amazing advice and even arranged a vintage car ride for us, which went very smoothly. We really appreciated Tural’s outstanding hospitality and support. Highly recommend!

We were happy with our stays however we were not aware that King suite doesnt have fridge although it has minibar

Very nice staff, nice view, the Suite has a very unique style

The normal room is pretty old, some things, especially in the bathroom, were not working properly and the bathroom was very cold.

We had a great stay here! The hospitality from the manager, Mr. Tural, was amazing—he was always ready to help with tour bookings and any questions we had. He had promised to get us the best price for a balloon ride, but unfortunately, they were cancelled due to bad weather. Still, he helped us rent a car and made sure we had all the info we needed to explore the area. The breakfasts were a highlight—warm, freshly made when we were ready to eat, and really delicious. Mr. Tural even personally checked in to make sure we were comfortable, which was such a nice touch. We stayed in one of the cave rooms and loved the experience. The location is also pretty convenient—just a short taxi ride from Göreme, and there are things to see nearby in Uçhisar too. The castle is actually right behind the property, which made for a nice little walk. Overall, a warm and cozy stay with great service!

Great Stay! The hospitality was good, Especially Mr.Tural. Nice breakfast too. We have booked the king suite. There is no balcony or view from room but it's mentioned Landmark view while booking.
