Атмосферата, гледката и разположението са прекрасни! Апартаментът ни беше просторен и с голямо легло. Част от персонала са много учтиви и големи професионалисти.

Докато закусвахме първият ден в непосредствена близост до нас падна метална подпора от тентата и за малко да ни удари. От тавана в апартамента ни постоянно падаха парчета мазилка. Банята беше мръсна и явно системно непочистена. Част от персоналът в ресторанта е изключително разсеян и се налагаше да чакаме повече от час за да ни сервират храната. Имахме резервиран тур от тях с вземане от хотела в 10:00. В крайна сметка транспортът пристигна 45 минути по-рано, което ни лиши от закуска след полетът с балон.

The place is a dream, next to Uchisar, with a outstanding view of the valley, the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast have many options and all are delicious, definitely an excellent choice if you want to spend your time near by many interesting places and also quiet and relax

It’s was stuffy and smelly. The rugs need to be washed properly or replaced. The rooms need to be aired out from time to time or additional windows be created.

There are a lot of hotels in Cappadocia, and most of them have great views and decor. But not all of them have great staff like Dream of Cappadocia. Mohammad Sultan is a real gentleman and could not have been more helpful. His staff went out of their way, always smiling, always friendly. The young man Selih willingly drove me back and forth from the ATM, expecting nothing in return. The young girls there were just as helpful. If you want to REALLY enjoy a stay in Uchesar, stay here!

The wifi in the room may not work well if it's close to the next door hotel, but it works great in reception and elsewhere in the hotel.

La chambre cave room est superbe, immense avec une salle de bain magnifique et un jaccuzi dans la chambre Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et vraiment très copieux, la vue des différentes terrasses pour voir la vallée et les montgolfières le matin, le staff est sincèrement adorable C'est de loin le meilleur hôtel, le + dépaysant et le + beau qu'on ait eu lors de notre séjour en Turquie et pourtant pas le + cher Le rapport qualité prix est excellent Tout ça à proximité des lieux d'attraction sans le bruit et l'agitation de goreme qui nous semble beaucoup trop touristique et surpeuplé

Месторасположение топ. Находится прямо под крепостью в Учхасаре. Вид шикарный. Номер также меблирован и обустроен хорошо, все новое и чистое. Красивая подача завтраков

Завтрак на 4 человека ровно такой же как на двоих. Мы каждый раз с мужем уходили голодные, тк завтрак отдавали полностью детям, его недостаточно на 4 человека. При этом соседним столам подавался такой же по составу завтрак на 2 человека. В пещерном двухкомнатном номере становится влажно в первую же ночь. Он не может проветриться до конца, очень пахнет сыростью. За время нашего пребывания первые дни был риск дождя и все декорации убрали с террасы. В последние дни уже было известно что завтра полеты шаров будут, и я спросила, будут ли на утро декорации и ковры на террасе. Работник ответил, что нет, это очень долго и тяжело, он не будет этим заниматься. Поэтому красивых фото на террасе мы не сделали, тк персонал посчитал это ненужным.

The view is simply exceptional. In the morning you can see the hot air balloons write in front of you. The three terraces are very nice and well furnished. Our room (105) was beautiful and spacious with an amazing bathroom. My children were in room 102 that was smaller but still nice with a lovely bathroom. Also room 110 was not as big as ours but either way a lovely terrace (which was a not very private though). One only issue to consider is that the hotel has many steep steps to go to your rooms, which might not be suitable for all.

The WiFi was not too good. They asked everyday if we wanted the rooms to be cleaned, which was an odd question. However they always cleaned them after our confirmation.

The views were amazing. They lived up to our expectations, the location is probably the best in the city. Our room was clear and comfortable. We had great views to the balloons. Ibrahim was an amazing host, very kind and helpful. Tuana made us an amazing dinner and the breakfast was also mindblowing. Highly recommend to stay!

At first the internet and air conditioning didn’t work, but the staff fixed it for real quick. This bnb is clean and comfortable. The room is big and the bed is good. Bathroom is also clean and nice.

Breakfast is good but maybe can add various kinds of food. There is a little bit different between the photos online and the actual room, it’s still nice though.

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet und sehr praktisch. Das WLAN funktionierte problemlos. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, lecker und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

One of the most important things that made our time in Cappadocia unforgettable was the Dream of Cappadocia Hotel. From the very first moment, we were impressed by the warm welcome, professional service, and hospitality. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The breakfast was wonderful, both in taste and variety. Thanks to the hotel's atmosphere, the view, and the smiling faces of the staff, we felt special. We didn't just stay in a hotel; we were treated like we were at home. It will be our only choice when we return to Cappadocia. We thank the entire team for their hard work and attention. I definitely recommend it!

The breakfast was great, there were local products, we did not have a wifi problem, the pulling power was good on all floors, we were very pleased with the interest of the staff, I definitely recommend it, the view is beautiful..🙏😍

Unfortunately, we ended up quite disappointed with how some issues were handled. The staff were friendly, but our concerns often didn’t feel like they were taken seriously. The air conditioning was displaying an error and was not working properly. We reported this multiple times and were repeatedly told that a technician would come and look at it, but this never happened during our stay and the issue remained unresolved. There was also a termite issue in our room. After reporting it at night, we were offered a downgraded room for one night. However, our original room was not treated until we raised the issue again later the following day. We then returned to our original room and stayed there for the rest of our trip, during which we continued to hear scratching noises coming from the wooden panels. While some action was eventually taken, the issue never felt fully resolved. The room also lacked anywhere to hang towels, which made it feel less functional than expected. We also experienced inconsistent water temperature and water pressure in the shower throughout our stay. Overall, while there were aspects of the hotel that we liked, we were disappointed by the way these issues were handled and by the lack of follow-through after multiple assurances that they would be resolved.

Приехали из Анкары автобусом. Добрались пешком до отеля. С учетом чемодана не очень удобно. Можно заказать такси через приложение BiTaksi. Но такси очень специфично. Первый раз приехал другой таксист нежели в приложение. Второй уехал не по назначению , долго переписывались в приложении и соответственно ждали минут на 20 дольше, чем хотели, затем он подъехал с включены с счетчиком и там сумма была уже приличная, об этом сообщила он меня выгнал из такси . Сам отель находится прям около главной достопримечательности местности: крепость Учхисар. Сам номер хороший, но wi fi в Гомеле не ловил, о чем сообщила, мне просто разведи руками, поэтому съел я весть трафик с сотки , пришлось пере подключать. Завтрак вкусный разнообразный, но нам на троих подали столько же ааа другим двоим или одному человеку. Пришлось попросить еще одну яичницу для супруга, сама ела другую еду. По этом сильно чувствуется национализм. Подходят в первую очередь к туркам, мы долго сидели и ждали пока к нам подойдут, хотя на завтрак первые пришли. При этом сам отель очень красивый и колоритный, много красивых декораторских решений, и вид очень хороший. Но мы приехали покататься на шарах, нам помогли в отеле связаться с организаторами, поэтому мы счастливы.😊

Не ловил wi fiв номере. Цены очень дорогие внутри отеля, присутствует национализм .

Das Hotel war super gelegen am Uchisar Castle, das Zimmer mit dem Whirlpool waren absolut perfekt und der Ausblick auf die Ballone waren atemberaubend!! Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Hotel was like something out of a dream world. We had the king suite with the hot tub and you could watch the balloons whilst in the hot tub. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good communication on WhatsApp before and during. Recommend location in uchisar if main priority is watching balloons. It is much higher than goreme and you do not have to leave hotel to watch them.

Beds were very soft for my liking and was rolling into middle. Air con was not very powerful for size of room. These are very minor and would not put me off staying again.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Cappadocia. A special thank you goes to Umut, who took such great care of us throughout our visit. He welcomed us with a smile every day and truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The floor in the room felt quite dirty, so walking barefoot wasn’t very nice. The shower also had a lot of limescale, and the water pressure was just so-so because of it, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.

Det var et utrolig stilig hotell med fantastisk utsikt fra balkongen. Det hadde også mange områder å sitte ute, så det var flott! Hjelpsom og dyktige personell som gjorde oppholdet ekstra bra! Må trekke ut Umut som skilte seg ut ekstra med sin serviceinnstilling! Hyggelig, blid og imøtekommende mann som gjorde alt for at vi skulle få et bra opphold! Rommet var også utrolig flott. Vi bodde i en superior cave suite som var utrolig stort og gjennomført. Behagelige senger og kul vibe!

Eneste minuset under oppholdet var at det føltes litt fuktig på rommet, og da spesielt på badet. Det var ingen ventilasjon der, så der må nok noe gjøres snart!

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Überblick auf die umliegenden Täler. Teilweise in den Fels gebaute Zimmer, diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöne sonnige Terrassen, dort kann man auch Essen. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig und schön angerichtet

Das Personal ist etwas nachlässig was die pflege/ Instandhaltung des Areals betrifft. Die Gartenmöbel waren mit Planen überdeckt, es wurde der Schmutz nicht weggeputzt. Die sitzpolster waren teilweise dreckig. Es hat in unser Zimmer herein geregnet, weswegen wir in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen mussten. Obwohl wir Angaben dass unser Zimmer gereinigt werden soll, ist die nicht geschehen

I particularly enjoyed the unique experience of staying in the cave rooms, which made the visit truly memorable. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a great start to each day. Although the terrace was not fully finished, it was still pleasant to use, and the rainy weather made this understandable. The views from the property were absolutely stunning and added to the overall experience.

Overall, everything was excellent. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi connection in our room. As it was located on an underground level, the signal was quite weak and there was limited connectivity.

Прекрасное расположение, красивый вид, приветливый персонал. Турецкий завтрак . Проживала в пещерном номере, тепло, даже открывали дверь на улицу. Но вентиляции бы хотелось побольше, но мы знали что есть нюансы в таких номерах

I frequently visit Cappadocia for business and always stay at this hotel. I've found my home in Türkiye. It's a fantastic hotel, with an extraordinary view and a very competent team. As always, everything was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Las mejores vistas de Cappadocia. Lugar tranquilo, amable, con sitio para aparcar. Desayuno increible con vistas a la Cappadocia. Fuimos en invierno y estaba todo nevado, precioso.

Lo único es que hay bastantes escaleras empinadas para subir y bajar de la habitación, ya que está en la montaña, como la mayoría de alojamientos en las cuevas de la Cappadocia.

Everything was wonderful during our stay, but what made it even more wonderful were the staff who made us feel right at home. We all loved the food and the traditional Turkish breakfast. The view was breathtaking; it made us feel like we were in a different utopia. If we come back to Cappadocia, I would 100% choose Dream Of Cappadoccia again.

ウチヒサール城の目の前で景色が圧倒的に素晴らしい。ギョレメとはまた違った価値がある。ハネムーンの旅であることを伝えたら、ベッドにデコレーションもしてくれて感動した！ガラス張りのバスルームのタイプに泊まったが、景色を眺めながらの入浴体験が最高に気持ちいい！

スタッフのホスピタリティが低いと感じた。受付で帰りの空港行きバスを予約したが、スタッフに言われた集合時間にホテルに戻ると、バスは1時間前に来てもう出発してしまったと告げられた。どうやらバス会社が間違えた時間を伝えていたらしい。バス会社の原因とはいえ、ホテル側からも謝罪がなく、代わりのタクシーが用意されており、隣町で待っているバスまでの移動手段だと言われた。当然、ホテル側で一旦タクシー代を負担してくれるのかと思いきや、当初のバス料金に加え、タクシー代は自費で払ってくださいと言われた。タクシーは高いのでバス予約を選んだが、結局余分に支払うことになった。時間に余裕があれば、交渉できたと思うがフライトの時間もあるのでそれは難しい状況。この一件でカッパドキアが悲しい思い出に変わってしまったのは非常に残念だ。 また、チェックインや朝食の際も、スタッフの表情があまりもてなす態度ではないのも気になった。目の前の受付や席で平気でメイクをしたり、携帯を触ったり、タバコを吸ったり、、ホテルマンとしてどうかと思った。 部屋のデコレーションは嬉しかったが、照明の電球切れでチカチカしていたり、トイレのハンドルが取れたままになっているなど施設管理の問題も感じた。

انقطع الماء في ليله بارده الى الساعه التاسعه صباحاً تقريباً بسبب عطل و اصلاحات في الشبكه و المفترض ان الفندق عنده خزانات احتياطيه لاستخدامها في مثل هذه الحالات الطارئه .. كانت ليله غير جيده

The room was stunning and very large. We stayed in a luxury cave with a jacuzzi and stunning views from the terrace. We could watch the balloons fly past in the morning from our balcony.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Our room was out of this world – luxurious in every sense, with breathtaking views and every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and elegance. Waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. Breakfast deserves its own standing ovation. It was hands-down the most incredible hotel breakfast we have ever had – an endless assortment of delicious, beautifully presented dishes that catered to every craving imaginable. A special mention must go to Eylem, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set this place apart. She was amazing with our baby girl! We honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Everything about it exudes luxury, care, and perfection. If you’re looking for an unforgettable escape – this is the place to stay.

The receptionist Eylem is very friendly and other staffs are nice, too. The breakfast includes varieties of cheese, fruits, local jams. The hotel is next to the uchisar castle and highly recommended for sunset view!
