Lupia Suites

Everything was amazing, from the location, to the facilities and to the service and staff. The hotel is so clean, spacious and quiet and is less than a 5 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan. The daily Turkish breakfast is huge and absolutely delicious. Suna was so lovely and gives great recommendations for things to do and places to visit. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to relax. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of fresh, tasty food each morning. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we would happily return.

The room we reserved was very spacious and well designed and included a balcony with a lovely view.The hotel has a small pool. The room includes a large refrigerator, a hair dryer, and tv stations with at least one English language option. The bathroom was nice, had an enclosed shower and had nice towels. The location was good in that it was not too far of a walk to get to the central restaurants and shops, but it is far enough away to be very quiet. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was great. Note that there is no on site parking, but we easily found street parking on the corner.

The bathroom had signage asking that you not put toilet paper in the toilet! A bit odd for a hotel of this caliber.

Красивый отель с прекрасным персоналом. Номер был на 1 этаже, прям с выходом к бассейну со своей маленькое террасой, было классно там сидеть. Красивые номера, все есть, большой телевизор с интернетом. Завтрак не шведский стол, но приносят разные закуски и основное блюдо в виде менеме/ омлета/ яичницы на выбор. Suna приятная девушка, всегда встречала с улыбкой, во всем помогала!

Lupia Suites exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect: right in the heart of Kalkan, incredibly easy to find, and yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. The owners and staff are exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and understanding, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished. Our balcony was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up to that panorama every morning was truly unforgettable. The beds deserve a special mention. They are among the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We honestly did not want to leave. Everything about the atmosphere made us wish we had booked a much longer stay. If you are looking for a place that combines a central location, tranquility, stunning sea views, stylish accommodation, and outstanding hospitality, Lupia Suites is the perfect choice. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this small hotel! The location is simply lovely—tucked away in a quiet spot but incredibly close to the main street, which is packed with shops, galleries, restaurants, and cafes. ​The hotel itself is a gem. The room featured a beautiful design and was clean, with everything in excellent condition. The breakfast was delicious and high quality, though I would love to see a bit more variety in the menu, as it stayed mostly the same throughout my stay. I also caught a glimpse of the pool, which looked fantastic, though I unfortunately didn't have time to use it. The large balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area. ​Overall, this hotel was the perfect final touch to my almost week-long visit to this charming town. Everything felt so well-kept and welcoming—I really enjoyed my time here!

There were very few downsides, apart from the lack of variety at breakfast. I would also suggest improving the Wi-Fi; it wasn't very stable in the bedroom.

Algunos detalles se podrían mejorar: la tapa del inodoro estaba rota, el plato de ducha no funcionaba y salía el agua en un solo chorro, en la pileta del baño no baja el agua. Son detalles porque el hotel está muy lindo.

Lupia suites was a lovely experience. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They went beyond to make my experience there enjoyable. Breakfast was phenomenal and the setting was absolutely gorgeous. If you want a place to relax in a calm and peaceful environment, then a stay here is for you.

Взяли номер с джакузи на балконе… ребята это божественно ) ночное звёздное небо, красиво светящийся город, раскинутый по обеим сторонам на холмах, впереди море )) также очень вкусные турецкие завтраки. Очень приветливый и гостеприимный персонал. Получили огромное удовольствие от проживания у вас !!!

The accommodation was very modern and stylish. Extra spacious room, located right next to the pool area. Very convenient location as situated minutes away from the town centre. Highly recommended.

Good Turkish breakfast but we really would have liked some cereal, fruit or yoghurt to complement the traditional breakfast. Amazing view from the top floor suite

The pool looked lovely but was too cold to swim in during our stay (mid October). There are a lot of steep stairs to navigate. The view on the top floor is fabulous, but it wouldn't be suitable for anyone who wasn't very confident with steep stairs . While the spa on the balcony looked very appealing, it wasn't very practical because there was insufficient hot water to fill it. We were charged for the coffee pods supplied after day 1!

Locaton was great, quiet area of town, easy walk down to the main streets and sea front, although a little steep and uneven in places, so go with a torch after sunset. Breakfast was great, but too much and felt bad about not eating eveything given to us. Easy to park right outside.

We had a wonderful stay! The suite was very clean, spacious, and had a stunning sea view. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the center and all the restaurants. The common was really nice & clean too. Parking on the street was easy to find, and the breakfast was delicious. We’d definitely love to come back!

Lovely, modern boutique hotel with really big rooms, beautiful pool area, and fantastic breakfasts. The staff were friendly, our room was cleaned and towels replaced every day, and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars.

Albeit the breakfast is very nice, it would be better if a choice was offered as it does become a little 'same old, same old' after a few days. I would also recommend providing some fruit juice with breakfast.

A dishcloth and tea towel would be appreciated as I had to use a flannel to clean the dishes.

Only constructive feedback is that it would be nice to have a couple of other options for breakfast other than the Turkish, which was delicious but repetitive after a few days. Maybe just offer yogurt and fruit or an omelette.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lupia Suites Hotel! The place was spotless and really comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. Fatah, the owner, was so friendly and attentive – he made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Gli appartamenti erano molto spaziosi e confortevoli, cosi come anche la struttura che con la sua meravigliosa piscina. La colazione è stata sempre molto abbondante e in pieno stile tradizionale turco. Tutto super! 🤩

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel à Kaş. L’accueil a été chaleureux, et toute l’équipe était toujours souriante et disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et offrait une vue partiale sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et varié, servi à table. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme mais proche du centre, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Un grand merci pour l’hospitalité, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Well located near the old town. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Our first floor suite was a great size with a lovely terrace (note: the ones with the jacuzzis’ are much smaller.) Amazing Turkish breakfast and lovely coffee. Beautiful pool and terrace area. Would definitely consider staying there again.

We were welcomed very warmly with a Turkish tea. The hotel was so clean and the room was amazing. We had a top floor room and they helped with our luggage, our room was spacious and had a bath outside, and what a. view from our bedroom. The location of the hotel was perfect too. Will definitely be returning. Fabulous Hotel and lovely friendly people. 10 stars ❤️

Beautiful hotel with a very spacious and attractive suite. Full sized fridge, separate bedroom, and lovely deck made for a very comfortable stay. Excellent breakfast and a great location for exploring the town. Restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Great view from the deck!

Smokers in the main lobby area meant for some smoke smell in our room. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

We were upgraded to a suite. The suite was spacious and well appointed, the staff efficient, kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was superb.

The glass window between the bathroom and bedroom meant there was no privacy when showering or using the toilet. Would be good to have a privacy screen fitted but only a very minor quibble and did not detract from an otherwise beautiful family run hotel.

Fatih was a great host, and the breakfasts produced and served by his mum every morning were absolutely delicious. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the pool area was lovely. A perfect location, close enough to all that Kalkan has to offer; but wonderfully quiet too. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

A superb Turkish breakfast with a little surprise every day - a wonderful start to the day. Everything about this hotel we loved - the location was a short walk from all restaurants, bars, beach and harbour. Lovely views from our suite with beautiful sunsets and Fathi, the Manager and his staff were so helpful and friendly. We will be coming back.

There is no escaping the steep inclines every where in Kalkan. Lupia is no exception. It’s a very small ‘moan’ that there is no lift so be ready for the steps

Turkish breakfast can be a little overwhelming, so it was great that the staff offer a standard omelet with extras! Staff also extremely friendly and helpful. It seems family owned which has a lovely vibe to it, particularly being a new and modern hotel. Love the rooms and balcony over looking the sea was amazing! We had such a great stay and the location is ideal.

My suite spacious and clean, with a nice view to the sea , very good quality of bedding & towels and sheets. I did not make use of the crystal clear swimming pool, but it is a neat cozy area of the open space of the hotel. My stay was wonderful, and I strongly recommend this little diamond hotel. Bravo! I loved my stay at Lupia Suites and wish I could have stayed for longer! Fati and the team were super friendly, accommodating and made it a wonderful experience. A beautiful, stylish boutique hotel. I loved that it was a small hotel with only a few rooms so was a really chilled vibe. The swimming pool is great and the room was really spacious and well-equipped. Great location in terms of proximity to the Old Town. I have never had so many dishes at breakfast time (omelette, salad with fresh cheeses and vegetables, bread, chips, pastry rolls) but all really delicious. Cocktails by the hotel pool are really good too. Overall, would rate it 10/10.

We loved that this is a small and beautifully run hotel/suite. 7 suites in total. We liked also that there was no children under 12 allowed. It was relaxing and pieceful. The whole place is run by an amazing guy called Fatih. Nothing is a problem and always with a smile. Now... the breakfasts each morning 9 till 11am, wow. These are prepared and served up by Fatih and Elif (Fatih's mum). 9 dishes, turkish style each morning. We never missed it once and it was included in our stay. Something for everyone. Would we stay again 100% we would. We spoke to several couples staying and they all agreed that it was a great relaxing place and would return again. Great sunbeds for all and shaded areas. Loved the Cabanas for a cheeky 5pm drink. Each room is a different style and clean and modern. Old town 4 minute walk and your there. Speical mention again to Fatih and Elif for looking after us and all the other guests. The place wouldn't the same without them. We will return. See you soon.

Our stay at Lupia Suites was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are so comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely view out over the town and to the sea. There was a huge fridge freezer for drinks and ice. It was the staff that really made our stay special. It’s a small hotel with a small team and they are all so friendly and welcoming. I would like to mention in particular Fatih, our man on front of house. He was so helpful and always around if we needed him. Breakfast was a wonderful variety of plates brought to our table. The general public areas and pool were very clean and well looked after, and the design and decor is lovely. Great location just five minutes walk down to the old town. Highly recommend this hotel it’s a little gem!

It is a fantastic small private hotel, new, modern and clean—a beautifully designed spacious bedroom with a terrace overlooking the sea and the city. Fantastic Turkish breakfast, with local cheeses, Turkish eggs, and pastries served in a sunlit restaurant. The hotel is located off the quiet residential street, but only five minutes’ walk to Kalkan’s centre, with its excellent restaurants, tavernas, shops and the seafront. I wish I could move in.

We had a wonderful holiday in Kalkan. We were well taken care of by Fatih, who had great knowledge of the local restaurant scene. We had a second floor suite with a balcony. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Even in the extreme heat wave we had while we were there, the air conditioning worked beautifully.

Spent 8 days here in early June. Unfortunately, it was in the high 30s and low 40s. While Lupia Suits is not far from the centre, it is a bit of an uphill climb in the higher temperatures. The view of Kalkan from the balcony was good but partially obscured by the buildings across the road.

This small hotel is new and stylish, staff is communicative and super friendly. The view from the hotel is amazing. The hotel’s turkish breakfast is absolutely wonderful and delicious.

The air conditioning didn’t operate well, but it was repaired after we informed the staff.
