У нас была задержка рейса . Мы попросили перебронировать даты нам отказали сказали что свободных мест нет. Мы приехали в отель и нам сказали доплатить 80 евро и тогда они дадут нам номер на 2 дня. Хотя отель был полностью пустой. Хозяин отель очень не гостеприимный никакой помощи и взаимопонимания. Отель грязный кондиционеры не работают сверху капает вода прямо на подушку. Спасают только девочки на ресепшене очень вежливые и гостеприимные всегда готовы помочь. Вернусь ли я в этот отель точно нет

Удобно расположение. Персонал вежливый. Есть там же кафе этого владельца. Повар женщина очень классная

Запах плесени, отсутствие второй дверцы в душевой, из-за этого вся ванная была в воде , тряпку так и не принесли. не хватало влажной уборки, кондиционер работал, но невозможно было регулировать поток воздуха,

Очень небольшой буквально на 5 номеров апарт-отель с красивыми по дизайну номерами. Внизу небольшой ресторан с на удивление очень вкусными бургерами и довольно приятыми ценами. Владелец отеля иногда на месте и смотрит какая обстановка и все ли хорошо. Оплата была картой или так же можно оплатить кешем. Своей парковки у них нет, но рядом буквально в 100 метрах можн припарковаться у дороги. Мы выбрали отель из-за локации тк это старый город и до пляжа/ресторанов идти буквально 5 минут.

Номер оказался самым маленьким за мои почти 10 лет путешествий, там просто кровать и по 60-80см по сторонам. Дизайн действительно стильный, но местами уже облупилась краска. Окно выходит в стену соседнего здания а также гдето там же лоцирована кухня и по этому желание открывать окно не большое. Нет чайника, только капсульная кофеварка. Больше всего огорчила черная плесень в душевой на стенах - там прямо толстый ее слой и вероятно изза нее у меня началось чихание. Также был сломан холодильник, я попросил рецепцию решить проблему, но спустя день ничего не прояснилось, а на следующее утро я узнал что они только готовы звонить мастеру, а тк мы не планировали ждать мастера в отеле то я просто отказался и продукты пришлось ооставить на столе как есть. В целом жить можно, но размер номера и плесень с холодильником очень сильно огорчили. Думаю что это можно исправить и тогда станет значительно лучше.

We stayed twice during our holiday and the second room very small and no window .

Отель в самом центре Калкана, все в шаговой доступности. Номера чистые, кровать удобная.

Окно если открыть под шум дискотек возможно не уснете.

The room itself was not bad. It was equipped with a mini fridge and a Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch.

The window opened directly into a corridor, so there was very little fresh air. Because of the poor ventilation, the bathroom had a lot of mould.

Perfect for our overnight stay. Great location, easy check in and out, staff helpful they sorted us a taxi.

Unfortunately stayed only for one night but it was worth it. I was traveling with a car and parking around the tourist centre is very problematic generally. However it was quite easy to find a free spot near this hotel. The hotel has only 4 rooms so you wont get a lot of noise.

Отель маленький, цена самая дешовая из всех отелей, номера не маленькие, все чисто, красиво, уютно, шкаф для одежды есть, сантехника, холодильник, кондиционер очень хорошо работают, номер красивый, балкон есть, нам понравился отель. Находится чуть дальше от моря, рядом красиво, красивые улочки.

Great location in the centre of Kalkan on one of the cute cobbled lively streets. Air conditioned, comfortable, clean rooms. Kind staff.

Nothing. I suppose had to park 5 mins away as no parking nearby. And rooms quite small but it’s good if you are having a short stay and want to save money and be in the centre of town.

Уютный отель в исторической части городка Калкан. Есть свое маленькое кафе. Номер маленький хороший, чистый. Рекомендую брать номер с балкончиком, там вид классный.

When we went out

We found a cockroach in the room. The hotel advertised parking, but there was no parking available and we had to leave our car on a steep nearby street. The room was very small, and breakfast was not included, which should be made much clearer in the property description. Overall, a poor experience and not good value for money.

Самый дешёвый из возможных вариантов жилья в дорогущем Калкане. Расположение - на верхней улице старого города, но карабкаться очень круто в гору от моря не надо, нормальный подъём. Номер скромный по размеру, но придраться особо не к чему: сантехника нормальная, бельё чистое, кровать непромята, есть даже капсюльная кофемашина. Лучше бы чайник, конечно, но что есть... Окна выходили на внутренний двор ресторана и грохот посуды создавал уникальную атмосферу таверны :)

Ценник. Но это ко всему городу претензия, не только к этому отелю.

An excellent location from which to explore Kalkan.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, netter Gastgeber, tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Nur 4 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Gerne wieder.

Ubicación en el centro, aunque en la parte alta, pero rodeado de restaurantes. No tiene aparcamiento pero pudimos aparcar en la calle cerca. Habitación cómoda, cama grande y cómoda. La habitación tiene cafetera Nespresso (nos dejaron 2 cápsulas), lo que no tiene es kettle o hervidor de agua, pero nos dieron en el bar.

Owner and staff were super friendly. The Name "social Club" seems to be more than just a name for them.

Sehr freundliches Hotel, gute kleine Speisekarte. Trotz Altstadt keine laute Umgebung.

Quaint, cozy, small

Буквально все - большой номер, притом очень функциональный - все очень удобно. Есть балкон с сушилкой и столиком со стульями. Большая и удобная кровать с прикроватными лампами - стационарной и гибкой узконаправленной. Отличная ванная комната, горячая вода, сильный напор, с дренажом проблем нет.

Zimmer wäre für zwei Personen und bei schlechtem Wetter sehr eng und bescheiden. Für mich als Backpacker war's ok..

No hot water until later in the evening, sheer curtains on 2 windows let lots of light in making it difficult to sleep, flashing light on ceiling every 10 seconds, no soap or shampoo, bed not very comfortable.

Şehir merkezinde tertemiz çok güzel bir otel. Çalışanlar çok ilgili her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Restoran kısmını da beğendim kahvaltısı güzeldi. Odamda da bir yükseltme yaptılar. Çok teşekkür ederim

The Old Town ambience, locality to real Turkish inhabitants (neighbours). Good internet connex, comfy room and bed, and quiet surroundings. Also, instant access to manager of property, to gain infol. Plus, access to the town of Kalkan. And info offered on places to eat, etc. And not hearing stray dogs barking all night.

Small room (but considering the price stated, was entirely compatible).

Взимку доволі холодно, все ж в Калкан треба їхати в теплу пору року :)

The host helped us very well with the problems with our rental car and contacted a garage. Location is in middle of old town, close to the boulevard. Room was modern and nice

Perfekte Lage, sehr netter und bemühter Service. Ich konnte meinen Raum wechseln, da ich ihn für zu schmutzig und stickig empfand. Der Hotelier hat vielmals um Entschuldigung gebeten, es sei außerhalb der Saison und die Putzkraft vielleicht nicht mehr ganz so aufmerksam.

Selbst das Zimmer (vor allem Bad), in das ich wechseln konnte, war nicht sauber, jedoch größer und insgesamt angenehmer.

The owner hosted us, a really nice person. We had dinner and breakfast, both good. It’s have a excellent location.

Het was er enorm gezellig, het is echt een familiebedrijf. Ontbijt was heerlijk, de kamer was simpel maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Als er een probleem is, lossen ze het op.

Location is perfect, only a few minutes from the beach. Rooms were small but nice and clean. The gentleman at the reception was really nice and helpful. Breakfast is quite delicious and fresh even though it wasn’t a buffet like other big hotels. They serve each person a plate but honestly it was really good with fresh omelette. Better than some big buffets at other places.

It's a noisy place. There's a restaurant downstairs and music until night. Also, the smoke from the cigarettes from below rises into the room. The room itself is in excellent condition, clean and pleasant inside, breakfasts are delicious.

Der Vermieter hat uns ein stinkendes unsauberes Abstellzimmer ohne Fenster angeboten. Als wir ihm das sagten hat er geantwortet, wir sollen verschwinden. Er habe ja unser Geld und hat gelacht. Wir waren gezwungen ein anderes Hotel zu finden. Das hat Zeit Nerven und Geld gekostet. Wir waren schon zu Mittag in der Unterkunft. Wie hätten für ein sauberes Zimmer auch mehr bezahlt.

Хороший отель за небольшие деньги. Хозяин с отличным чувством юмора и знанием английского. Отель рекомендую.

Central hotel at a great price for a 2 night stay including breakfast. Room was a good size with a very comfy bed. Towels were a good quality

No dressing table to get ready at. No toiletries, just shampoo.

The hotel is located on the edge of the old town above the harbour and beach, with its waterside restaurants. The room was lovely, with a small balcony, which was perfect for watching the sun set. I only ate at the restaurant once, but the food was excellent. The staff were very warm, welcoming, and eager to meet any request at breakfast. Breakfast was traditional Turkish, including black tea, but my addiction to English breakfast tea was no problem. Nigel and the woman who made breakfast were so kind and made me feel very at home.

The room was comfortable and the location was amazing. The price was also really good for the service offered.

The breakfast was quite basic and not enough for 2 people (just some pieces of cheese, salad, bread, marmalade and tea).

Excellent location in the old town. Fantastic value for money. It was very quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Great stay.

Breakfast was served from 9-11. We are early risers, however it was a fabulous Turkish breakfast.
