The ratio of quality and price is excellent. In relation to the price, the location is excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area of ​​Uskudar (well connected by bus lines). Buses are very frequent and affordable. In the immediate vicinity there is everything you need - supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, fast food, pharmacies, hairdressers, etc. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very large and pleasant to stay in, the beds are comfortable

Cleanliness could have been a shade higher. (Bathroom and bed were clean) but drawers, closets and wooden surfaces could be cleaner. We had a problem with getting the invoice that we needed to reimburse the costs of the stay. Namely, the invoice (with the correct first and last name) could be obtained by paying in cash (euros or liras). In the case of payment by credit card, foreign banks (in this case in euros) issue only a slip, and an invoice with name and surname is possible in that case, but with an additional payment of about 30% of the booked price. They had an explanation that it was due to some transactions in Turkish lira, taxes or some other fees, I don't know, it wasn't clear to me. I did not travel often, but my colleague says that this was not the practice in other hotels and countries where she stayed.

The staff is friendly. There is elevator. Location is good(few restaurants,bakery,pizza,market). Capitol mall is 10-15 mins by walk.

Not clean at all, very dusty and with stains all over the walls. Dont even think about to turn on AC because it was never cleaned. Broken remotes,no kitchen, 2 spoons, 2 glass for water and 1 dish(we were 4 people). Outside of the window there were 6 motors from AC so it was loud as hell. Also no restaurant, for coffee you will need to go to the gas station.We left earlier from the hotel. For sure I wont come back.

The staff were consistently polite and took problems seriously. When we were unhappy they waived the breakfast charge (EUR 7 per person) without being asked, which I thought was fair of them. The location in Uskudar is convenient and the room was kept clean.

Water dripped from the ceiling into our room. Maintenance came and fixed it, but it started again in the middle of the night and frightened my elderly mother. They traced it to a jacuzzi in the unit above and repaired it again, but it happened twice. Sound insulation is poor: doors slamming late at night, guests talking and laughing in the corridor, and furniture being dragged in the room above. Cigarette smoke from other rooms also drifts into the hallway. The suite is open-plan with no separate bedroom door, which is not clear from the listing and matters when sharing with family.

Die Lage ist ok . 5 Minuten mit Taxi zum Zentrum.

Die Klimaanlage. Das Mobiliar . Und ein Nichtraucher Zimmer hat nach Rauch gestunken .

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen - ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Man ist in 5 min bei der Metro oder paar Meter weiter beim Bus bzw Dolmuş. Es gibt zudem zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Personal hat immer gegrüßt :)

The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

I arrived late on the Monday 3rd August. I was unable to have dinner and through broken english I understood that dinner had finished.I was travelling alone so went to bed. On arrival at my room I found the window was broken and as this room was on the main road realised that sleeping was not going to occur. The receptionist transferred me to room205. Immediately, I noted that the safe did not work, neither did the bed side lights. The following day one light was taken down and not replaced the other light was repaired. The safe was looked at and a new code was put in, but again, the safe did not work and was not replaced throughout my stay. I had No house keeping for 4 days until I actually requested clean towels and toilet paper. On my final day I decided to have breakfast. This turn out to be a tray that would be delivered to my room. There appeared to be no restaurant facilities therefore no evening meal too. There were fast food outlets close by but, as a female travelling alone this was not a preferred choice. The toiletries provided were hand and shower gel and I assume conditioner. On speaking with Staff it transpired that this establishment accommodates hospital patients undergoing treatments for example cancer and also hair transplants. I would not recommend this lodging for a single female, however, as I was walking to the Sports Venue daily, this was a perfect location.

Olen Uskudar Hotel had very attentive staff . Its situated in the best location for a two weeks stay . It is surrounded with on the go eateries and public transport on its doorstep which was perfect for exploring the entire Istanbul. If you could provide an iron for each room you would deserve another * Star. Thank you for a really pleasant stay.

The room was spacious, and because the windows faced the courtyard, it was pleasantly quiet with no issues from street noise. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was quite convenient for getting around and exploring the area. The air conditioning worked very well.

Apartment with some dated elements and a minor issue with the shower. Amenities were quite limited (only one roll of toilet paper and two small bottles of water for two guests), which affected overall comfort. The photos on Booking.com also feel quite enhanced compared to reality — the hotel is not bad, but it definitely doesn’t look as polished as shown online.

Atvažiavus I Stambulą anksti ryte apie 8h ,viešbučio prasiau anksčiau įsileisti,nesutiko tik nuo 14h ,atvykus 14h sako mes neturime elektros ir nepriimsime be 16h . Tada pasakiau jog pavargęs ir niekur nebeisiu ..įleido į kambarį,.16h gavau kortele ,bet iškylo kitą problema ,nebuvo vandens ,tiksliau neveikė dušas ,teko eiti iki registratūros,atėjo išvalė dušo galvutė ,vanduo atsirado ,bet kitą dieną grįžus iš miesto vėl pasikartojo problema su vandens nebuvimu .tai erzina ..per visas 4 dienas ,niekas neatėjo ir nesutvarke numerio ,šiukšles teko pačiam nešti laukan ..neveikė elektros apšvietimas prie lovos,bet nebesikreipiau

They sent a notification on the same day of arrival saying they had a broken window with no other alternatives, luckily a refund was still possible and was able to find other accomdation

L'hotel è comodo perché c'è la metropolitana vicino e ci sono anche i ristoranti per mangiare lì nei dintorni. Personale alla reception cordiale e gentile.

Io ho soggiornato in questo hotel e purtroppo nella mia stanza si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni e al mattino presto entrava la luce del sole perché non ci sono le tende adatte. Altra cosa le pulizie non venivano fatte ogni singolo giorno e quindi in bagno mettevano solo 1 rotolo di carta igienica senza un altro rotolo di scorta.

Helpful reception staff. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very fresh.

The shower wasn't very strong and needs to be repaired. There was no spare toilet roll. The Smart television was working but I couldn't get any TV programmes. Maybe my lack of technical knowledge

The location, done rooms don’t have curtains and I was having surgery so it was important but they moved me rooms no question and put up curtains for me.

I loved everything about this hotel! At first, I asked them if I could have a room on the lower floors, but they said they had a room for a single person inly on the 4-th floor. So I had that. And how happy I was that it was the 4th floor after all! It was a very cute room with the entrance to a roof top. So I watched the mist beautiful sunset in Istanbul and then the mist beautiful sunrise the next morning. I just wished I could stay more:) Next time in Istanbul and I hope they have that particular room available for me. And in general it is very clean pleasant and cute place to stay in.

Ich hatte ein sehr großes Zimmer, Bett und Badezimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Das Fitnessstudio habe ich sehr geschätzt.

Super great location next to restaurants, grocery shops, just a walk away from the shopping mall. Great value for money. Gym was good as well.

En était 4 personne avec un bébé yavais que 1grand lit et 1 petit lit et canapé normalement il devrais avoir 2lit pour les enfants et le canapé tellement dur impossible de dormir

Ca are lift și este aproape de un centru comercial,plus stația de metrou !Personalul foarte amabil

Peretii subtiri,foarte multa gălăgie ,zgomote ,cu toate ca eram la etajul 4!!!!In trei zile a trebuit sa imi cumpar eu hârtia pentru toaletă ! Nu au trecut să facă curat măcar o data ,cu toate ca era pus pe ușa faceți curat vă rog !!!

Главный минус номеров, которые выходят на дорогу, это шум. В первый день не было уборки и вечером горячей воды.Также в категории номера было заявлено наличие кухни, по факту ее не было. Окно не открывается. Локация не самая удобная.

Beklediğimizden çok daha temiz ve rahat bir oteldi. Ben yakinlarindaki Academic Clinicde Ameliyat olduğum için Olen Oteli tercih ettim ve çok memnun kaldım. Çok samimi personelleri var ve çok temiz çalışıyorlar. Ayrıca bize her konuda yardımcı oldular. Heryere gayet rahat ulaştık. Bundan sonra her zaman ilk tercihimiz. Ordaki herkeze teşekkür ediyoruz.

Ich habe drei Nächte im Hotel geschlafen. Kein Zimmerservice an diesen drei Tagen. Weder Betten gemacht, noch aufgeräumt. Fernseher ging leider auch nicht. Einzig die Lage und das Wlan konnten punkten! Schade

Wir haben dort nicht gefrühstückt, da wir die Gegend sehr gut kennen und wissen wo wir am besten frühstücken und essen können . Lage war bewusst gewählt , da wir die Gegend kennen .

The bed was comfy and clean. The shower water pressure was good. The location was very good. Easy to get to any part of Istanbul. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was reasonably priced but we didn't get a chance to try it. In all it was value for money for that area and location. The metro was like 10 mn walk which is not bad at all.

The only issue was the noise from traffic outside which was all night and the windows were not soundproof. It was like the windows were open that's how bad it was. We asked to be moved to a different room and was asked to pay 30 euros extra per night. There was no cleaners during our 4 nights stay so bedsheets were not changed for the duration of our trip. We had to ask for clean towels.

The location is fantastaic. Very close to Metro station and many coffee shops and local stores around.

There were some problems with the Kettle in the room. The personal tried to fix it but It wasn´t fixed.

Номер чистый, положили по 2 полотенца на каждую персону, по нашей просьбе выделили дополнительное одеяло. Приветливый персонал на ресепшене. Всем советую. Брали 3х местный номер Кинг сайз (есть даже неплохой вид), правда не уверена что открывается окно и летом возможно будет душно, но мы не проверяли, лучше уточните у объекта.

Zona locatiei este una buna pentru ca ajungi usor in partea centrala , in port , la moscheea camlica, ai statie de autobuz la cam 100 de metrii de hotel ceea ce este foarte bine , baiatul de la receptie a fost foarte primitor si respectuos, ne-a indrumat unde am avut nevoie , ne-a pus la dispozitie numarul lui de telefon pentru a-l suna pentru orice nevoie avem sau daca ne ratacim.Camera in care am stat a fost la etajul 4 , are o terasa cumva pe colt destul de mare.

In baie nu avea faianta pe pereti ,nu era terminata. Din priza iesea un fir invelit in leucoplast. Apa la toaleta nu avea deloc presiune in vasul de wc ceea ce este o mare problema, prosoapele desi erau curate aveau pete galbene pe ele iar peste noapte a fost putin cam frig . Un mareee MINUS a fost faptul ca nu aveam unde sa bem o cafea dimineata desi au niste mese cu scaune in fața receptiei in exterior....
