After approximatly 10.00 a.m. it is hard to find sunbeds that have umbrellas (i think people leave their towels and reserve them) At noon and evening, you may hear the sound of music and animators from nearby hotels and i think it alters the ambiance of the hotel.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr modern und wunderschön im Boho-Stil gestaltet. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Zimmer waren ebenfalls top. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders schön fanden wir den großen Poolbereich und den unkomplizierten Zugang zum Meer. Tennis, Tischtennis und weitere Spiele waren inklusive. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Right onto the beach and had its own private area. Rooms spacious and bed comfortable . Good air con. Restaurant good and food lots of choices !

Could hear every door close within the room. Not much going on outside the hotel In the local area so need a taxi into kemer. If going to relax and stay in one area it’s perfect- if wanting to explore you will need taxis or a car.

Die Lage.

1. Sieben Uhr morgens, der Pool ist kaum besucht, aber alle Liegen sind bereits mit Tüchern, Taschen und anderen Utensilien belegt. Es gibt eine Regel im Hotel, die das verhindern soll, aber das Management tut nichts, um sie umzusetzen. 2. Die Qualität des Personals ist sehr unterschiedlich. Manche der Angestellten leisten hervorragende Arbeit. Andere vergessen schon einmal eine Bestellung, einmal wurden wir sogar aggressiv von einem Kellner angegangen. Bis jetzt ist uns nicht klar, womit wir seinen Unmut verdient hatten. 3. Drei Tage vor unserer Abreise hatte ich an der Hotelrezeption für 8 Uhr einen Wagen für die Fahrt zum Flughafen reserviert. Ein Angestellter an der Rezeption hatte mir dabei empfohlen, für nur 10 Euro mehr einen besseren Wagen zu nehmen und sich dann meine Reservierung notiert. Als wir dann morgens um 8 Uhr zum Flughafen nach Antalya abreisen wollten, war kein Wagen da. Es gab auch keine Notiz darüber an der Rezeption. Die Hotelmanagerin erschien, stellte sich kurz vor, sagte dass wir anstatt englisch lieber deutsch sprechen sollten, und anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, meinte sie als erstes zu mir, dass ich hier keinen Stress machen solle. Dabei war ich davon weit entfernt gewesen. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption kümmerten sich währenddessen um einen Wagen und schließlich konnten wir mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung zum Flughafen abfahren.

We booked this property with the purpose of relaxing and chilling, and tanning very calmly. And it over delivered on this aspect. The property is spotless, the staff is incredible, and the resort is just perfect. Everyone was very helpful and I loved the idea of having random games and books around the resort to keep us entertained. A special shoutout to Saban, Yasmine, and Havva for their amazing personalities at work. They helped make the stay even more fun.

Couple of things: - The food. The food variety was minimal and we felt like it lacks the flavor that Turkish food and cuisine is known for. It wasn’t a huge problem for us as we were just eating to go on with the day, and we just ate whatever was familiar. But a resort with this standard and price needs to up their game when it comes to the food. - another thing that was a bit annoying is having cats in the hallways of the hotel, and especially that my wife is allergic. We do love animals and understand that it’s hard to not let them in, but it was uncomfortable for us at times.

I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. What I appreciated the most was the staff. They are truly focused on making sure every guest is happy. If something isn’t quite right, they do everything they can to fix it and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their level of care and attention is exceptional. This is a beautiful place where you can completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere is so peaceful that, if you stay within the resort, you almost forget that you’re in Turkey. It feels like stepping into a different world. I also highly recommend the group fitness classes. The trainer is fantastic, and her programs are excellent. I attended five yoga and Pilates sessions and enjoyed every single one of them.

The only small thing I missed was some relaxing music around the main pool. If you’re sitting near the bar, you can hear the music, but in other areas it feels a little too quiet. And finally, this isn’t a criticism of the hotel but rather a funny observation about some guests. It was amusing to watch people rushing out at 6 or 7 in the morning to reserve sunbeds, while I was simply sitting peacefully and enjoying the beautiful sunrise.

The hotel is good especially if you’re looking for a place to relax, the bed was really comfortable and the hotel is clean.

The food was really bad. (the buffet, à la carte, and room service). It wasn’t okay, it was BAD! The buffet food was really cold and the kebab was very hard, the steak was the same and wasn’t able to chew. We paid 100 euros for the a le carte. The first day we went and sat their and the waiter came to us and asked us if we had a reservation in which I said no, he said we can’t serve you when the whole restaurant was empty, I asked him why and he said that we prepared the food based on the reservations. We booked for the next day in which we paid 100 euros, we came in chose the food and after we ordered the waiter came to us and told us that all the starters are sold out and only the tartar was available. He wasn’t nice to be honest and when I asked for a straw he didn’t hold it with tissue or any thing, he had his fingers on it, didn’t say anything to be honest because he seemed forced to serve us. The food came in, the paste was undercooked not even al dente, the steak was hard to cut (very well done), the sea bass was RAW couldn’t swallow. We then decided to order room service since we knew that the buffet wasn’t good. Ordered a French fries and a burger, the burger was okay but the French fries was also undercooked, we asked for another French fries and told them about it, the got is another undercooked French fries. A lot to say about the food..

Byly jsme v hotelu už podruhé a opět celkově nadmíru spokojeni.

Přístup do moře (lávka vedle mola) by si zasloužila opravu a prodloužení až na pláž. Z toho jsme byli dost rozpačití.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche im Resort. Die Anlage wird gut gepflegt und das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Es gibt viel Angebot was man tun kann, von Yoga bis zu Stand Up Paddeln. Das Angebot an essen war großzügig und für jeden was dabei. Viele Vegane/Vegetarische Optionen und auch in den Bars/Cafes gab es immer Hafermilch. Hier muss man nur deutlich kommunizieren da dies nicht immer verstanden wird. :D

Der einzige Punkt der mich genervt hat ist das viele Gäste natürlich ihre Sonnenliegen am Pool reservieren und teilweise für Stunden! Nicht da waren. Was das eigentlich ärgerliche ist, das am Pool ein Schild steht, das die Reservierung von Liegen untersagt oder sonst vom Personal durchgegriffen wird. Das haben wir kein einziges Mal erlebt. Das wäre schön gewesen. So ist man quasi ebenfalls gezwungen zu reservieren, sonst hat man halt keinen Platz. Hier würde ich mir mehr Konsequenz wünschen, denn wenn keiner reserviert würde es auch keinen Plätzemangel geben.

Практически все не понравилось. В номере было грязно, подушки ужасные, косметика самая дешевая, в комнате запах сырости, отель уже как будто видавший виды. Еда на ужин/завтрак совсем не разнообразна, ничего вкусного попробовать не удалось. Пляж тоже не очень комфортный, заход в воду оставляет желать лучшего. Имейте ввиду, что у отеля нет утюга и гладильной доски😆

The rooms could be better. The snack restaurant is a disaster. We ordered a pizza and the cheese and ingredients were not fresh. The main restaurant lobby smells bad. Maybe a lack of aeration.

Patchy WiFi was annoying at times.

This hotel is super lovely. It has almost Bali vibes - lush and green, modern rooms with a kind of Scandinavian aesthetic. The rooms and entire hotel / grounds were incredibly clean. I’ve never experienced such brilliant housekeeping - be sure to leave a generous tip for them, they really deserve it! There’s a lot of choice for food and they have lovely fresh salad ingredients and healthy options. The beach down the steps attached to the hotel is nice and we loved the beds down on the sand - super comfy and good retractable shade. Sea is lovely to swim in and the hotel does yoga classes on the pier. Gorgeous cats everywhere on the grounds that we were really happy to see the staff being kind to - they have water and food in little tucked away areas for them. We had a super relaxing stay here.

We are both vegetarian and initially were really pleased with the choice we had for food each day (way more than typical resorts). However, we realised that quite often the labels were not accurate and stated dishes were vegan but we spotted chunks of beef etc in vegetable stews. This is not really acceptable and I’d advise caution if you’re veggie and certainty if you have any food allergies. The staff were not always very friendly - they seemed pretty grumpy most of the time, which was a bit of a buzz kill. Finally there were just a few little frustrating things about how the place operates. We enquired about a late check out as our flight wasn’t until the evening. This is something the hotel offer. We were told to come and enquire at reception the day before checking out, which we did. The man on reception told us to come back at 9am then next day - pretty annoying to not know when we are checking out the next day but whatever. Went back at 9am as instructed and were told to come back an hour later, and then the same thing happened so we just gave up. How can a hotel not know that close to the time whether later check out is possible? It’s the same for trying to book a cabana, the a la carte restaurant, etc - you are told to come back. Finally, they cut off our wifi access after we checked out, despite us being at the resort until 6pm - pretty harsh for the amount this place costs. Little things like that dampened it a bit, but generally a great stay.

Balmy beach resort is the ultimate destination to unwind for a week. Amazing location, calm, delicious food and a special thanks to Ömer & Betul for their hospitality, Esra delal and Tuğçe çiçek for their humour and Havva for the great service. Saban was the one who spoke many languages and all made the experience worthwhile. We’ll be back! Kylian

All was very nice.

The service level at Balmy Resort was incredible from start to finish, the staff were attentive, welcoming, and made the whole stay feel really special. The food was authentic with lots of delicious options, and the room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. I would especially recommend it for solo travellers as it felt both relaxing and safe.

The only very minor point was that the private pool area could have had a touch more privacy, but this did not take away much from the overall experience. During the slightly colder evenings, outdoor heaters or more indoor evening activities would have made the stay even better. The cocktails were good overall, although the quality did seem to depend a little on which bartender was making them.

The resort was lovely, loved the fact the food options were very healthy with lots of choices.

There was no entertainment in the evening except the same DJ which was boring, I would love to see different things I.e bingo, karaoke, dancing, quizzes etc.

Wir waren bereits im letzten Jahr sehr zufrieden und haben uns deshalb entschieden, auch dieses Jahr wieder dieses Hotel zu wählen. Dieses Mal wurden wir im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock untergebracht – die Zimmer wirkten sogar noch größer als zuvor. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Melisa und Sedat – entschuldigen Sie bitte, falls ich die Namen falsch geschrieben habe. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das Team an der Rezeption – sehr aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Was uns im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr allerdings aufgefallen ist: Die Auswahl an Speisen war etwas kleiner, das Mittagessen fast immer gleich, insbesondere die Beilagen. Auch die Desserts waren im letzten Jahr deutlich leckerer.

На небольшой территории много локаций для комфортного времяпрепровождения: почитать, лежа в гамаке, поиграть в настольные игры в лобби баре, выпить чай / кофе, сидя на удобных диванах в баре у бассейна, послушать кавер группы вечером в баре с видом на море, наслаждаясь любимым коктейлем. Профессионализму и гостеприимству персонала отдельное сердечко ♥️- вы супер!

Очень зеленая красивая территория.

Очень неприятный злой сотрудник на рецепции. Невероятно плохой заход в море и зайти с пляжа не реально.

Мы жили в номере с бассейном. Номер шикарный, очень чисто, стильно. Отель прекрасный,территория небольшая. Но все уютно, приятно находится. Персонал очень хороший, внимательный, отзывчивый. Защемило спину на море, помогли с вызовом врача, отправкой в госпиталь. Приносили еду в номер. Очень все отнеслись по человечески. Еда вкусная, выбор хороший, всем найдется что поесть. Кофейня на территории прекрасная. Хорошее кофе и огромный выбор десертов. На посещение рестоана аля карт, не тратьте время. Ни о чем) Пошли потом ужинать опять на свой шведский стол) Все чудесно, вернемся с удовольствием. Проблема только одна. Вход в море. Берите коралловые тапки.. мы все таки рассчитывали на более удобный заход в море( чуть рассстроены были именно этим. Остальное все супер..

Заход в море, сложно для людей в возрасте и тем кто не очень хорошо плавает..

My friends and I had such an amazing experience staying here. The team were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy and felt at home. This entire resort is absolutely stunning and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend to everyone.

The hotel is small-medium size but facilities are very good including very nice pool and privtae beach. The all-inclusive food was excellent! The evening entertainment with live bands most nights was also of a very high quality. The adults only atmosphere meant it was calm and relaxing.

Some of the staff spoke limited or no English so summunication not always very easy. Also most staff were freindly but the odd staff memeber (beach security guard) were rather rude. Our original room was rather dark and sombre but the management changed us to a nicer and better room without any fuss or extra charge - thank you!

Just perfect. Literally everything is perfect. The staff, the food, the bars, the pool, the beach. Everything from beach towels to attentive service. You couldn’t find a fault.

Стильный отель с интересной концепцией. Прекрасно оборудованная территория, небольшая, но очень хорошо благоустроенная. Отсутствие детей - большой плюс для любителей тишины. Вечерние программы с живой музыкой и диджеем. Персонал улыбчивый и отзывчивый. Номера большие, просторные. Чайника нет, но есть кофемашина. Минибар достаточно просторный, можно положить и что-нибудь свое. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Шкаф для одежды с подсветкой. Рядом большой городской парк, где можно погулять по дорожкам. Еды в ресторане достаточно большой выбор. Есть рыба, мясо, курица и индейка, отдельно готовят пасту. По утрам свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок либо овощные соки, которые готовят при вас. Отдельно кофейня, где можно взять даже чизкейк Сан-Себастьян. Ну и ларек с джелато (вкусно). Ресторан а-ля карт не успела посетить. Территория чистая, регулярно убираемая, теннисный стол и теннисный корт, настольные игры. Очень интересный СПА, есть даже сауна. Короче, есть желание вернуться.

Есть маленькие минусы, которые не портят отдых, но над которыми можно поработать. На пляже дорожка для входа в море отодвинута сильно от берега, приходится идти по камням, больно и травмоопасно. Конечно можно зайти с пирса, но не все хорошо плавают. В ресторане на ужин стоят тарелочки с готовыми блюдами, блюда интересные, но тарелочки холодные и не подогреваются (минус кухне).

Очень продуманная территория, все зоны приватны. Спокойный отель. Эстетики красивый, современный. Спа классный. Я не почувствовала, что это 4*, больше на 5* похож. Кровать 2м шириной.

Чайника не было в комнате, хотя был разный чай, не поняла почему, может не нашла)

La vue sur la mer, surtout au lever du soleil! Le spa assez sympa et le fitness aussi!

Je suis déçu par plusieurs aspects de mon séjour dans cet établissement. Le choix proposé en matière de nourriture est très limité, les produits manquent de fraîcheur et les saveurs sont très « industrielles ». Côté boissons, la majorité des cocktails inclus dans la formule "all inclusive" n’étaient pas disponibles, souvent faute d’ingrédients. L’insonorisation des chambres est également problématique : la musique du soir est si forte qu’on peut la ressentir jusque dans les chambres situées à l’opposé de la zone d’animation, même près de la réception. Autre point regrettable : la piscine est plus froide que la mer, ce qui la rend peu agréable. Certains espaces de repos (comme les cabanes) sont accessibles uniquement sur réservation payante, alors qu’ils restent vides la plupart du temps — ce qui donne une impression de mauvaise gestion. Enfin, la barrière de la langue (notamment en anglais) semble parfois compliquer la communication avec le personnel.

We liked everything about the hotel. The room, the facilities, the location and the staff were all wonderful. There were 3 classes every day including yoga, Pilates, TRX, core and stretch classes. The instructor was superb.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Ein wirklich außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel – modern, ästhetisch und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Obwohl es erst rund zwei Jahre alt ist, wirkt alles perfekt gepflegt und hochwertig. Ein absolutes Traumhotel für Influencer, Blogger oder einfach alle, die Design und Ästhetik lieben. Vom Eingangsbereich bis zum Frühstücksraum – alles ist fotogen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmergröße ist ideal, sehr funktional und trotzdem gemütlich. Besonders der Balkon ist ein Highlight – großzügig und wunderschön gestaltet. Auch die Vielfalt der Sitzmöglichkeiten im gesamten Hotel (innen wie außen) ist perfekt – egal ob zum Entspannen, Arbeiten oder einfach Genießen. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet wurde. Ein Ort, an den man definitiv gerne zurückkehrt!

Kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten gibt es beim Service: Das Personal sollte im Bereich Kaffee etwas geschult werden – ein einfacher Cappuccino war schwer gut zu bekommen. Auch das Reisgericht könnte geschmacklich und von der Zubereitung her noch etwas verbessert werden. Wir waren Mitte Oktober dort, und dementsprechend war es am Meer schon etwas kühl. Vielleicht wäre es schön, wenn der Pool leicht beheizt wäre – das würde den Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison deutlich angenehmer machen.

The hotel and grounds were so beautiful and peaceful it was the perfect location just to get away to. The rooms were clean and provided everything you needed.

The only downside we found was for dairy free options/vegan on the sweet treats and desserts. Sadly between meals there were no 'snacks' available as they all contained dairy and had to pre-order a sweet treat the day before.

Если сильно постараться найти минусы, то это будет некоторая нехватка профессионализма у официантов и несколько неудобный выход к морю (очень большие камни). Но это мелочи, и в целом на впечатление от отдыха не повлияло
