El hotel esta muy bien, no es moderno pero esta bien cuidado y limpio. Si el tiempo lp permite se puede desayunar en la terraza del restaurante y es una maravilla aunque hay que hacer gimcana para llevar el desayuno desde donde lo preparan

Kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage, wenn man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten besuchen will (Hagia Sophia, Blaue Moschee, Topkapi, Großer Basar). Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Die Grundsauberkeit im Zimmer war ok, alles andere dagegen grenzwertig. Insgesamt macht das Hotel einen sehr "abgewetzten" Eindruck. Alte fleckige Teppiche, schmutzige Wände, unter anderem auch Schimmel im Frühstücksraum und im Zimmer, Taubendreck auf den vergammelten Fensterbrettern, Schimmel in der Dusche - siehe Fotos. Das Frühstück ist einigermaßen reichhaltig und weniger kontinental als türkisch/orientalisch (gut). Wer aber die "Säfte" aus den Spendern trinkt, muss sehr mutig sein - die stehen da Tag und Nacht ungekühlt.

Mi estancia en este hotel fue maravillosa. La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno corazón de la zona histórica de Sultanahmet, cerca de los principales lugares de interés. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy bonito y auténtico, y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar que recomiendo para quienes quieran disfrutar de la historia y la belleza de Estambul.

Una experiencia excelente en un lugar lleno de historia y encanto. El hotel está situado en una zona preciosa de Sultanahmet y permite disfrutar fácilmente de los lugares históricos de Estambul. La habitación era cómoda, todo estaba limpio y el trato del personal fue excepcional. Me sentí muy bien durante mi estancia y volvería sin ninguna duda.

The location of the hotel was very good. All kinds of restaurants, cafes and shops were within walking distance of the hotel. Although the hotel was located in a busy neighborhood, there was not much noise.

Due to the old building of the hotel, there was no elevator and climbing the stairs when you are tired is not easy, especially if your room is on the fourth floor. The breakfast was not varied and the breakfast room was underground with no windows or natural light, which of course was expected to be cleaner.

Muy buena ubicación, a pasos de la mezquita azul, de Santa Sofía, de las cisternas y del Palacio Topkapi; y a unos 15 minutos caminando tanto del gran bazar como del bazar de las especias. El hotel es cómodo y limpio. Además me parece importante destacar que, aunque Turquía es un país muy conservador, estuve con mi pareja (dos hombres) y no nos hicieron sentir incómodos en ninguna situación, por lo que es seguro para parejas del mismo sexo.

Que no tiene ascensor (aunque te ayudan a subir las maletas). Recomiendo poner más opciones de frutas en el desayuno.

Great place for a reasonable price

Возвращаюсь сюда не в первый раз, отличный выбор за честную цену в самом сердце Султанахмета. Моментальный доступ ко всем достопримечательностям, все кафешки и рестораны под рукой, отель находится на самой "кафешной" улице Султанахмета. Внутри - скромно но со стилем, отель стилизован под османский особняк начала века, т.е деревянные полы, ковры и т.п. Куда лучше чем дешевый безликий "европейский" стиль, который обычно встречается в отелях этой ценовой категории. И самое главное - просторные комнаты (только берите улучшенный номер). Как же это приятно, когда номер не 17 метров.

Ну, на завтрак я не ходил, говорят там просто овощи и яйца. Но в целом в этом районе нет отелей с нормальными завтраками если ночь стоит дешевле $150. Так что не беда. И хотелось бы гель для душа и шампунь получше, те которые здесь дают мне не понравились

Персонал дуже привітний. Відпочивали на День народження чоловіка- привітали та організували торт. Також допомогли з безкоштовною парковкою. Номер був на 4му поверсі з чудовим краєвидом. Сніданки з 8:00 до 10:30, в цілому смачні турецькі сніданки.

Ліфт після довгих прогулянок по Стамбулу був би дуже доречно, але це від власників не залежить) Як на мене, то великі тверді подушки були.

Tutto lo Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità! Non è mai mancato un sorriso e la professionalità. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Colazione semplice ma buona. Mi è piaciuto avere la possibilità di fare colazione nel carinissimo cortile interno. Posizione eccezionale per visitare il centro. Esattamente a 5 minuti dalla moschea blu. I letti comodissimi. Doccia spaziosa. Torneremo sicuramente!

Не заказывайте трансфер из аэропорта в отель! Мы попросили организовать трансфер от аэропорта, сотрудник отеля нам его подтвердил и прислал инструкцию, однако оказалось, что видео инструкция относится к другому аэропорту, трансфер нам не заказали, связаться с сотрудником отеля не получилось, он читал сообщения в Whatsapp, но не отвечал ни на них, ни на звонки. Пришлось решать вопрос трансфера самостоятельно. Завтрак ужасный, не стали завтракать в отеле. Ассортимент блюд минимальный, вид не аппетитный, к 9.30 еды почти не осталось и выглядела она не очень аппетитно.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, καθημερινό καθάρισμα του δωματίου, ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, ευγενικό προσωπικό!

Nice location. A 5 min walk to sultanahmet square. Even though its super close to all the action, it is not a noisy street at all.

Дом старинный ощущение что ты живешь в доме какого-то паши из Великолепного Века, местоположение очень хорошее, рядом много кафе ресторанов, весь общественный транспорт тоже неподалеку, за углом Султан Ахмет и Топкапы. Вайфай хороший, завтраки хорошие, персонал приветливый, уборка ежедневно, кондиционер мощный, в номере есть чай кофе, все как положено.

This was our hotel for our staying during 5 days. Location just amazing. Room small but you have all what you need. The staff on recepción just great. All guys who are working on recepción are very kind and helpful. Whatever you need or ask they help you just in a minute. Everyday they change towels. Cleaning was not every day. Water and coffee they should leave you every day but sometimes they forgot so you have to ask on the recepción so they will give you. The breakfast was amazing also. Very tasty everything and they are changing it every day. That was a great staying in this hotel. One thing: you hear everything around and everybody around hearing you :)) the walls are very thin:)))

酒店员工态度挺好的，没有电梯但是会帮忙拎箱子。早餐种类比较丰富，品质不错。房间比较宽敞，设施设备完全。周围有很多餐厅，评分和味道都不错。离景点较近，附近清真寺步行前往比较近。

房间刚进去会有味道，通风好很多。地理位置离车站不是很近，需要走大概10分钟。并且是石板坡路，带着行李箱并不方便。

The hotel is very well located, close to tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. There is a parking lot right next to the hotel, at a cost of €20 per day. The hotel is elegant and very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is quite basic, and if you arrive an hour before the end of the breakfast period, you may find that some items are no longer available.

Отель в целом не плохой. Очень понравилось местоположение, очень близко к главным достопримечательностям. Завтрак вкусный. Очень приветливый персонал.

Очень сильная слышимость в номере, мы слышали как ходят люди на верху. Не очень понравилось то, что номера были достаточно маленькие. Ну и ресторанчик при отеле, очень дорогие цены. При этом вместе латте мне принесли просто заваренное кофе из пакета.

位置绝佳 两百米就是蓝色清真寺 窗外就是大海 博斯普鲁斯海峡的清晨与暮色尽收眼底！去景点游玩完全可以步行 中间还可以回来洗澡休息！老板伙计们都很出色 很用心 虽然老房子没有电梯 但是他们都能帮忙取送行李 太贴心了.楼下全是酒店和餐厅 氛围满分。

他们应该提供到M11机场巴士的接驳服务就完美了 因为实在是太近了 但是老城区上上下下的走过来蛮辛苦.

酒店位置非常好，离主要景点都是步行能到，离海边也不远。房间虽然有点老，但是设施是翻新过的。工作人员也都很友好。 The hotel boasts an excellent location, with all major attractions within walking distance and the beach just a short stroll away. Though the room is a little dated, all the facilities have been renovated. The staff are also incredibly friendly.

Nuestras habitaciones ubicadas en un cuarto sin ascensor. Las duchas necesitan una revisión, las mamparas se atascan y no cierran bien, el desagüe no traga, el plato de ducha se llena de agua en 2 minutos.

Великолепный номер! Огромный по площади, красивая старинная мебель, при этом нет никаких потертостей или следов использования. Супер комфортная большая кровать! Сотрудники помогли со всеми вопросами, разрешили оставить вещи в холле после чекаута (наш рейс был вечером). Один из сотрудников русскоговорящий, что тоже было приятно. Ежедневная уборка. Завтрак стандартный, но достаточно хороший!

Немного шумновато на улице по утрам, так как окна выходят прямо на туристическую улочку с ресторанами и магазинами. Но после 22 громкой музыки или сильного шума не заметили.

The breakfast was amazing and substantial to sustain you until lunch time and even beyond. The variety of foods catered for those who preferred a hot and/or cold breakfast. Delicious! The location was perfect and accessible to all major attractions (by walking) and trams were easy to travel to other parts of Istanbul. All, from management (a family owned and run business) to hospitality and housekeeping staff were welcoming, friendly, humble, polite and accommodating - went over and above to make our stay a comfortable, relaxing, and pleasant one. We appreciated their advice and help when needed.

There was nothing we could fault with this accommodation.

Очень симпатичные номера по обстановке, работают приятнейшие люди, завтраки простые, но вкусные и питательные. Находится в центре исторического района, до основных достопримечательностей буквально 200-300м. В конце сделали небольшой подарок, было приятно)

Улица хоть и не оживленная, но на ней есть несколько ресторанов и кафе, у каждого из которых стоит человек и активно зазывает в свое заведение, это может быть некомфортно для некоторых людей, надо иметь в виду. По этой же причине обилия ресторанов в выходные дни было немного шумно под окнами до 2 часов ночи, но не прям ужасно, спали все равно, как убитые. Слышимость между номерами тоже довольно сильная, но нам не мешало и мы тоже никому не мешали вроде бы)

I had a wonderful stay at Bender Hotel. Its location is simply outstanding, right in the heart of Sultanahmet. I’ve got a spacious room with a sea view. The room was comfortable and fully equipped. I also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water waiting in the minibar upon arrival. Genuinely friendly and welcoming staff.

Хорошие, большие и чистые номера. Примерно 15 минут пешком, с подъемом до Ипподрома - наверное главной исторической площади Стамбула, с Голубой мечетью и Ая-Софией. Доброжелательный персонал.

Не стоит ждать условий 5*, с паркингом, бассейнами и ресторанами, тем более за такие деньги в старом квартале Фатих.

Локацията беше топ, персоналът на хотела много любезен и отзивчив във всеки един момент. Атмосферата по време на престоя ни бе отлична!

Locația excelentă,restaurante alaturi ,pat confortabil,parcarea in fata hotelului(trebuie să anunțați înainte).Nu am stat decăt o seară fiind în tranzit din Grecia.Am avut camera la parter langa recepție.A c ul a mers foarte bine.Seara deși l am oprit camera a fost foarte răcoroasă.Pretul a fost super 51Euro cu mic dejun și parcare in Istanbul.Deci raport calitate super.

Camera nu era izolată prea bine fonic pentru cei pretențioși,dar chiar și așa după o zi prin Istambul dormi buștean.Micul dejun ar trebui mai variat.

Location was very convenient and the breakfast was great, especially considering the food prices in the local restaurants. Very good value. The staff were polite and helpful.

The gentleman who worked at the front desk was super accommodating and helped us transporting our luggage between hotels. He listened to us and made such an effort to assist us. He was the nicest person we met in Istanbul.

We stayed at Bender for 5 nights. The location was fantastic. Just around the corner from the Blue Mosque and other top attractions. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and there was good coffee in the room. The breakfast was excellent and varied. All up this hotel was excellent value and a great start to our Turkish holiday.

A very cozy, clean hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The staff are the kindest, most open, sincere people. Near the sea, mosques, and it is very quiet. The hotel is gorgeous - lots of wood, looks like royalty! I'll definitely be back.

La posizione è fantastica, nel cuore della old city alle spalle della moschea blu. La stanza è spaziosa e luminosa, il personale gentilissimo, la colazione è ricca e varia. A due passi c'è la fermata del tram T1 che collega la zona con il resto della citta e con il molo. Lo consiglio vivamente!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, right next to the Blue Mosque and within walking distance of many of Istanbul's main attractions. The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. The hotel also includes a breakfast buffet, which was okay (not great) but, most importantly, very convenient for starting the day before heading out to explore.

The only minor drawbacks were a slight smell around the property, although nothing serious, and the fact that if you rely on public transportation, there is a bit of a walk from the tram stop to the hotel. With the uneven streets and sidewalks, managing a carry-on suitcase can be a little challenging. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location, hospitality, and comfort made for a great stay in Istanbul.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko najważniejszych atrakcji. Pokój był bardzo czysty, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony. Personel był uprzejmy i pomocny, a cały pobyt przebiegł bez żadnych problemów.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of major historical attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the tramway. The hotel itself is lovely and exceptionally clean. The staff are friendly, kind, and always willing to help. I stayed there for eight nights. My first room was located in the first floor, it was a bit noisy. The next day, the staff kindly moved me to another room, which I really appreciated. They even surprised us with a thoughtful gift when we checked out, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast was good, especially for a three-star hotel, with a good variety of options. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

If you're coming to Istanbul to see the historic sites, the Bender Hotel is perfect. A short walk to the main sites. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. There were always staff present and they were very friendly and helpful. Exceptional value.

Просторный номер , комфортный матрас и подушки, чисто, есть все необходимое (даже капсульная кофемашина) , даже воду в бутылках приносят каждый день. Уборка качественная. Очень отзывчивый персонал

Завтраки - очень очень слабые. Но самое главное, что в этой столовой с завтраками (она на цокальном этаже) ужасно воняет (что-то типа хлорки). Воняет так, что есть просто невыносимо. Мы были 5 дней там и запах неизменен. Сама еда - слабая. Разнообразия нет, омлет всегда какой-то серый, сосиски сухие и неаппетитные . В общем, завтраки точно брать нет смысла

El hotel es súper acogedor y cómodo. Ubicado estratégicamente cerca de todas las zonas más turísticas pero a su vez tranquilo. El personal súper amable, nos recibieron con un desayuno extra y nos permitieron tomar la habitación antes ya que estábamos muy cansadas del viaje. El desayuno espectacular. Sin duda recomendadísimo!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Bender Hotel during my two-week visit to Istanbul. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, and many other historic sites of Sultanahmet. For anyone interested in exploring the old city on foot, it is a very convenient base. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the atmosphere of the neighborhood. The streets around the hotel are full of character, and there is often a cool marine freshness in the air from the nearby Bosphorus. The old peninsula still feels very much alive. My room had a wonderful view overlooking one of Sultanahmet's narrow historic streets, with the Bosphorus visible beyond. I found myself often pausing to enjoy the view, which added greatly to the experience of staying in the heart of old Istanbul. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was comfortable, and after long days of walking around the city, it was always pleasant to return to the hotel and rest. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit to Istanbul.

I experienced some minor Wi-Fi connectivity issues early in my stay, but the hotel staff responded promptly and helped resolve the matter.

Perfect position to discover Istanbul on foot. Very quiet even if centrally located. The staff was very nice and helpful. Great value for the money.

Our room was on the ground floor just next to the reception. I would recommend to ask for a room on the above floors. Our room was very clear however the air was very thick as we arrived. It helped just opening the windows and letting the air change a bit.

Звукоізоляція на 0, дуже чутно сусідів, людей на вулиці та навіть чайок, але коли весь день гуляешь, то засинаешь за секунду)

Fabulous location. The reception staff were excellent and were more than helpful.

The breakfast was terrible. The stairs were not cleaned well and laundry bundled were left in common areas. The shower had a blockage.

Great location, beautiful and clean building, very comfortable stay, and for this price range it’s one of the best hotels you can stay at in the area. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and most nearby attractions are all within walking distance.

Muy buena ubicación y cama muy grande. Alojamiento cómodo para hospedarse en Estambul

Se nota la edad del establecimiento y el olor a las alfombras.
