Fidan City Hotel

The hotel is walkable to metro station and tourist spots like Taksim Square and Istikal street around 5-10 minutes.

The staff who checked us in has a very unfriendly behavior. We didn’t feel welcome at all. We just felt upset about being approached by someone who has a very cold personality especially since we were soooo tired after long hours of travel. The area is surrounded by restaurants and bars but if you are looking for scrumptuous food at affordable prices you need to walk around Taksim Square as the prices at the restaurants below the hotel and near to it is 3 to 4 times of what you will pay with the same food. The room is not soundproof as you can even hear the people snoring from next door.

The location was perfect, just a few steps from Taksim Square.

The room was very small, with so little space between the bed and the wall that we had to climb over the bed to get to the other side of the room. The shower was broken. We reported it on the first day of our stay, but it wasn’t fixed until the last day. Cleanliness was very poor. Although housekeeping came daily, they only replaced the towels. The floor and sink weren’t cleaned, and the bedsheets weren’t changed during our stay. The walls were also very thin, and the sound insulation was poor. We could even hear someone taking a shower in a room across the hallway.

The receptionist Ameer requested an additional payment for the second person, even though the room was already booked for two people. The room was also very small, poorly soundproofed, and unsuitable for more than one person. I do not recommend this hotel.

Un personnel raciste (Emir's) qui nous parlait d'une mauvaise manière et qui refusait de nous donner la monnaie de 100€ , il le devrait 7 € et il ne m'a donné que 5€, mauvaise gestion du check out où il nous a obligé d'attendre 5 min le temps de vérifier que rien n'a été volé au niveau de la chambre. Un bruit à 4H du matin pendant l'accompagnement d'un client des pays de golf à sa chambre et j'entendais clairement que le personnel lui demandait de l'argent pour lui faciliter la tâche de ramener des filles à sa chambre.. Un signal TV qui ne fonctionne pas, un réfrigérateur qui ne refroidissait pas, une douchette cassée, manque de papier hygiénique.... Je ne recommande absolument pas même si vous êtes juste de passage.

숙소 스탭 Huseyin 정말 친절했습니다. Huseyin 덕분에 여행시 생긴 문제들을 잘 해결할 수 있었고, 우리를 진심으로 도와주는 모습에 정말 감동받았습니다. 그 덕분에 여기 호텔이, 터키에 대한 인상이 좋아지는 계기가 되었습니다. 진심으로 감사드립니다.

الفندق يقع في مكان ممتاز وسط المدينة على امتار قليلة من ميدان تقسيم وحوله العديد من المطاعم والمحلات وايضا محطة باصات المطار، المكان والغرف نظيفة ويتم تنظيفها يوميا او حسب الطلب. الفندق حديث وتصميم جميل للغرف، والطاقم كان ودود ولطيف.

الاسرة كانت مريحة ونظيفة (لكن للاسف الاسرة الفردية كانت مقاساتها صغيرة الحجم). اوصي المسافر المنفرد ان يختار غرفة ذو سرير مزدوج. يوجد بعض الاحيان ازعاج بالليل من بعض النزلاء الذين لا يحترمون الاخرين حيث يتحدثون بصوت مرتفع واحيانا بالصراخ، ربما لان الغرفة التي سكنت بها كانت في الطابق السفلي بالقرب من الاستقبال والمصعد. بالعموم كان كل شي على ما يرام وكانت الاقامة طيبة.

Das Zimmer war schmutzig. Nach dem Auschecken wurde mein Zimmer kontrolliert.

Perfect location for the price. Everything was very close. The beds were comfy. The staff was helpful.

The noise isolation from other rooms was very poor. We could hear any kind of conversation. The cleaning was not so good but also not too bad.

I arrived two hours before check-in and asked if my luggage could be stored safely in the storage room near reception. Unfortunately, I was told to leave it by the hotel entrance and was not given any luggage receipt. Although nothing was lost, I felt that the security of my belongings was not taken seriously. This was disappointing and made me uncomfortable.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, and having a restaurant downstairs is a huge advantage — the food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Everything was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. It’s definitely a place I would happily come back to.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is wonderful and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Думаю что минусов нет. Исходя из цены проживания хороший вариант. Переночевать 1-2 ночи.

Все чисто и комфортно, для Стамбула это отличный отель так как сантехника новая и не изношенная, убирали каждый день, 1 минута и заходишь прямо на Истикляль, так же 2 минуты и рядом автобус хаваист

The bed sheets have strong cleaner smell, didn’t sleep well as I heard the people next to my room. Good for 2 nights max.

Очень долго выбирала отель! Глаз зацепился за фото интерьера и я не ошиблась! Очень приятный, симпатичный ремонт, красивый уютный номер. Есть все необходимое, персонал очень вежливый. Очень удобно расположен - близко к площади Таксим и очень близко от автобусной остановки, откуда идут автобусы до Нового Аэропорта Стамбула. Несмотря на то, что отель расположен на оживленной улице, ночью спать тихо. Мне очень понравилось это место! Приеду сюда еще.

De locatie is top, dichtbij openbaar vervoer mogelijkheden en de grote winkelstraat op loopafstand.

We hadden 3 kamers met het gezin, ze waren niet gelijk ingedeeld en van dezelfde grootte. In 1 kamer kon je bv niet om het 2 persoons bed heen lopen. De kamers zijn nu nog op orde maar verval begin je wel te zien, een opfrisbeurt met een nieuw likje verf en nalopen op renovatie punten zou niet verkeerd zijn om verval tegen te gaan. Dat zou zonde zijn.

Top lokatie, alles in de buurt.

Geen ontbijt maar aan het einde van de straat zit wel een heel goed authentiek theehuis met heerlijke ontbijtkaart dus een goed alternatief! Kamers nu nog op orde maar zal bij geen renovatiewerkzaamheden snel in verval raken, dat zou zonde zijn. Gehorige kamers

Inappropriate employee behavior , Especially the room cleaning staff , they wasn't clean until put some tip for them ,, and when they clean , the if they clean the put a not clean bed cloth , in all of my stay they clean the floor only 1 time , i tried before hotels in Istanbul ( Taksim ) and they was clean everyday / everything . it was not easy to have some Coffee and White suger , i bought many times from outside. and in the morning it was not easy to use the elevator Because the House keeping Team put there equipment's inside it, so you should use the stairs from the first floor until going up or down !!! Really it was So bad ! i will not go there back any more and my stay was expensive compared to the very poor service

Localização central. Pertinho da parada do Havabus/Havaist, do metrô e da rua pedonal de Taksin. Apesar de icalização central, é silencioso O quarto é pequeno, mas é confortável. Banheiro muito bom. Roupa de cama e de banho são novas. O hotel parece ter sido reformado. Há onde deixar as malas antes do check in ou depois do check out. Funcionários gentis.

Best location next to Blue Mosque, , tram, restaurants, … i return to room often to recharge, have a snack, use the toilet…. Extremely convenient.

Room is small but price reflects this fact.

Ужасная слышимость. Шум вентиляции за окном. Неприветливый персонал. Неуютно. Впервые пришлось редактировать свой отзыв: по возвращении из поездки на мой личный мессенджер пришло сообщение угрожающего характера, типа ты чего там, совсем оборзел, чем тебе не понравился персонал и все остальное. После моего уточнения, на каком основании мне пишет представитель отеля в таком непозволительном тоне, он попытался стереть свое сообщение, но я сделал скриншот. Очень странно, я оставил достаточно корректный отзыв, даже не упомянув, что у меня до сих пор пахнут табаком все вещи, настолько прокуренным был номер. Вероятно, многие положительные отзывы были оставлены постояльцами под давлением представителями отеля.
