Nice clean room close to the Taksim city centre

This property was amazing! We had a two night stay here and it’s safe to say it was very comfortable. The location is perfect, it’s just a short walk to Taksim square. Mutaz was also really helpful for our stay and trip in general. Should we decide to go again we will definitely consider picking this place once more.

Prendre en compte que c'est sur une pente qui reste légère mais si vous voyager avec des personnes âgées il faut le prendre en considération.

La camere sono molto ampie e pulite. L’hotel è vicino a piazza Taksim, 5 minuti a piedi. Mutaz e Ali sono molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ❤️❤️

I highly recommend it. It was quiet and clean. We were asked every day if everything was alright or if we needed anything.

The management was suitably, conscientious and insisted to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs when we arrived and down the stairs when we left the place was very clean. The air was clean the air conditioner worked. There were no bad smells. I didn't detect any pesticides really nothing to complain about the shower worked all the parts and piece of the shower work which is pretty rare in the stumble. They gave us water when we asked for it and during our stay always were available if we needed something carried up and down the stairs, especially Taz/Mutaz, who seems to be a very conscientious and professional and kind manager.

The spacious room (it had everything that we needed and more) the amazing service and the location.

Zentrale Lage und doch ruhig, nur ein paar Minuten zum Taksim Platz. Zimmer war schön groß, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

I liked how this cozy place was a good find for us in the middle of this mega city. Close the the metro, bus and shopping areas of Taksim. The host (Mr.Mutaz) was super attentive & helpful !

The room service could include a few more basic amenities if possible. It would make the stay more comfortable. Overall nothing to dislike.

Great location, very comfortable, spacious and clean room, and Mutaz (along with the staff at the property next door) was a kind host and responsive by WhatsApp to anything that came up.

The building seemed to cater more to long-term stays, so there wasn't an opportunity or a communal space to meet or chat with other travellers, (though the kind staff next door and Mutaz somewhat made up for this). The stairs can be a bit steep to navigate when/if staying on the top floor.

Проблем никаких не возникло, очень понравилась чистота в номере и новый ремонт, ванная вообще супер!! Вай фай работал отлично! Очень понравился администратор, который с легкостью смог проконсультировать нас и на турецком и Английском. Очень остались довольны.

We were a group of five people and stayed in this apartment for one week. The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly suitable for five guests for a one-week stay. Our host was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed any assistance, he was always available and helped us. The location was also excellent. Taksim Square was only about a 5–7 minute walk away, and the walk was not too steep or difficult. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything else we needed nearby. The apartment was cleaned and tidied every day. The bed sheets and towels were very clean and were changed daily, which we really appreciated. Considering the price we paid, this apartment offered excellent value for money. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

The only downside is that the building does not have an elevator, so the upper floors may not be suitable for elderly guests. However, the lower floors are more suitable, and the host also helps with carrying the luggage up and down the stairs.

The location. The host, Mutaz, was also very helpful and helped us with our baggage.

There is no elevator. We stayed at the third floor and the stairs were extremely hard to climb. Narrow stairway and the room is also quite small. The pictures are too optimsitic and make the room appear bigger than what it is. The sofa bed provided is extremely uncomfortable and I think this listing should've been listed for two people, not three.

The location of the hotel was perfect to reach some main attractions on foot, and to reach different means of public tansportation. The zone was very safe -even for an only-girls-trip-. The pictures and the real place were the exact same thing.

The room was spacious, beautiful, and very clean. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, including restaurants and shops. The price was very reasonable considering the room size and the great location. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Great place at a great location. Host was super friendly, spoke excellent English and even spoke some Dutch to me (my native language) which was unexpected 😅 We got the top floor appartment, which had quite a bit of stairs but also a balcony with a view on the city, which was another pleasant surprise! The kitchen was also a big plus and I had a lot of fun using the table.

La réactivité du personnel.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes. Nous avons eu celle du sous-sol. Celle-ci a été dégradée par les clients précédents mais nous l'avions découvert qu'une fois installés. (Bâtit de portes de salle de bain et bouton chasse d'eau cassés...) . De plus le nettoyage était négligé (moisissures dans la douche, toilettes non nettoyés depuis les clients précédents... ) . La chambre manquait également de luminosité et la forte odeur de cigarette dans le couloir était assez embarrassante. Merci tout de même à Mutax pour sa réactivité. Il a fait ce qu'il a pu mais l'hôtel étant complet, nous avons dû garder cette chambre pendant tout notre séjour.

Nothing to dislike, just be mindful that there is no elevator if you have accessibility needs or if you have very small children. Otherwise all fine.

We loved this hotel! We have been travelling for 9 months now and this is without a doubt one of the best we have stayed at. Mutaz was an incredible host who looks after you. Kitchen facilities in the rooms are great and the cleaner was incredible and did a very thorough job everytime we got our room cleaned. Would definitely recommend!!!!!!

Personal to me, but I felt a little unsteady on the steep stairs due to the lack of a sturdy, well-positioned handrail. Ask for a lower floor if you find this an issue.

Čisto, uredno i mnogo pažnje je poklonjeno detaljima. Udaljeno od Taksima 5-6 minuta. Mu'tez i ostali su veoma susretljivi i korektni. Za one koji žele da im Taksim bude centar za polazak na planirane destinacije, ovo mjesto je odlično kao polazna tačka. Vrijednost za novac je odlična.

Si trova in una strada laterale a pochi metri da piazza Taksim e da tantissime attività e dalla metro. L'alloggio è moderno pulito e spazioso e non manca nulla. Entrando in stanza vi è un ambiente insonorizzato, i letti sono comodi e Internet funziona benissimo, La reception è stata sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Per il nostro prossimo viaggio a Istanbul ci torneremo certamente.

We lived it the biggest room with a balcony, everything was pretty cool. Great air conditioner, water pressure, fridge, light, enough kitcheware and a quite backyard. Friendly host and nice location.

Sometimes not a stable internet connection and a very slow kitchen stove. Also after laundry (extra) our closes smelled with wet tobacco

Noisy street outside, broken closet doors

Nuestra estancia en Taks Inn Hotel ha sido muy cómoda y práctica. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todos los medios de transporte y de los principales lugares de interés de Estambul, lo que hace muy fácil moverse por la ciudad. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor ha sido la atención de Mutaz, siempre pendiente de nosotros en todo momento y dispuesto a facilitarnos cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Su amabilidad y dedicación han marcado la diferencia. ¡Muy recomendable!

Exactly like the pictures

The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning, which made our stay even more pleasant. There is also a small kitchenette equipped with the necessary for simple meals. The host was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a great stay.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr modern eingerichtet und es gab alles, was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Everything was great. We had two suites, a double room on the top floor and a quadruple suite on the ground floor, and both were very clean. You will find everything you need for a comfortable, pleasant stay here. The neighborhood is lively and fun, and from the hotel you can easily walk to Taksim Square. The slope is gentle, so the walk wasn’t tiring even for my 70+ parents. What really makes this place special is the host, Mutaz. He is incredibly kind and helpful, always checking in to make sure you have everything you need and ready to help with anything. I definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to Taksim Meydan. The room was clean, and we felt very safe staying there as a group of four girls. The service was excellent. The reception staff and everyone working at the hotel were very kind, especially Mouataz. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist us. We truly appreciated his hospitality.

Our trip was made seamless by the great help provided by Mutaz. He was very responsive in less than a minute and attended to every single request we had. Totally recommend for anyone going to Istanbul.

キッチンがしっかりしており、今回は短期滞在だったが長期滞在にも向いていると思います。 スタッフの方々は大変親切です。

階段がなく大変ですが、荷物は手伝っていただけます。 また、鍵が開けづらかったのですが、それも階段の往復に嫌な顔ひとつせず対応していただきました。

This aparthotel boasts a highly convenient location near Taksim Square, offering easy and direct access from the airport. The neighborhood has it all: shopping options, breakfast spots, and great transport links to anywhere in the city. The street itself is relatively quiet. Our apartment faced the courtyard, so although it lacked a view, it was wonderfully peaceful. Mutaz is an exceptionally attentive host. Communication with him is excellent—he replys quickly, and you can count on great recommendations. The place was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The price was well worth the standard. Overall, we are highly satisfied with our stay. We also really appreciated being able to check in early.

Just a heads-up for light sleepers: the walls are a bit thin, so you can occasionally hear other guests coming and going in the stairwell.

The terrace was not maintained and with dirt from cats that are regularly sleeping there. More or less unusable in this condition.

Really enjoyed our stay at Taks inn. Very close to Taksim square and lots of shops with a very short walking distance. Still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. Big room, clean sheets and you can get the room cleaned every day with fresh towels as well. Mutaz was extremely reachable and helpful with everything we required. We needed to leave some of our luggage for a couple of weeks and Mutaz happily agreed to! We also needed a taxi to the airport and he arranged one for us immediately. Super great customer service!

Chambre confortable, l'hôte est très prévenant et la localisation est parfaite, a 2 pas de la place taksim et des transports en commun. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre bébé de 6 mois.

The stuff was polite and supportive,, they supported me in booking Escape room because the website didn't except my German number (BTW, don't recommend it, awful experience, its called Escapist) The location is also nice. We attended the concert, so booked the hotel closer to the stadium.

The photos were polished, in reality the room is not so nice although there are the same things and furniture. The stove was quite old, I think a new one was just replaced. What disappointed us is the condition of the bathroom. There was mould on the floor and between the tiles. It was not comfortable to take a shower. Also the toilet button was broken as well as the cover so we had to fix it with a fork (otherwise it would just fall on us every time, which is aldo disgusting.)

Our stay was amazing! We had three big and clean rooms in a great position. Mutaz gave us a wonderful welcome and shared many useful local tips, helping us experience the city like locals instead of doing the usual tourist activities! Thank you!
