Fantastic stay at the Galata Greenland, the staff were extremely kind and warm, and felt like a family.

Overall acceptable accommodation for the price and the staff were trying to be attentive.

Great area, relatively quiet. Good breakfast and really helpful staff.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We reached early on check-in day, and to our delight, they accommodated us with an early check-in, which made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. It truly made a difference in our overall experience. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was delightful, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start our day! One of the best features of the property is the terrace, which offers a stunning view. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening wind-down, the scenery added a special touch to our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming place to stay. It's a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and beautiful views!

Työntekijöiden organisointi on puuttunut. Olen matkustanut yli 15 vuotta istanbuliin mutta valitettavasti tämä oli huonompi kokemusta hotellin kannalta. Vaikka he tarjosivat ilmainen aamiainen. Ja olin varannut vaikka superior huone ja saatu tavallinen huone. Kiitos kuitenkin hoitohenkilökunnalle ja managerille

The hotel is located in a central area with tram, ferry and bus stations only a few minutes away. Also many cafés and the Galata tower are nearby. The hotel itself is quite large with many rooms that seem to differ a lot in size (although from the same category). Our first room was quite small and the last renovation of the room seemed to have been done without passion. Also, there was quite a lot of corrosion in the bathroom. We had problems with the toilet flush and the water in the wash basin not running. The hotel immediately reacted, they repaired the problems, but we got a new room anyways. The second room was noticeable bigger and also in a better condition, although there was again some corrosion in the bathroom. Both rooms were clean. The personnel was very friendly. We also had breakfast (7€ extra per day) which was good. Nothing super fancy, but what you can expect in my opinion from a 3-star hotel. So, overall, I would recommend the hotel if you look for a relatively cheap hotel in a very central location and plan to mainly stay in the hotel for sleeping and breakfast

Nos encanto, muy cerca de la torre de la galata, personal muy servicial y amable, volveria sin dudarlo

One of the most disgusting hotels i’ve been to

Alles bestens

Excelent location, great instalations, people from the desk are very useful and kind, will help you if you have any question

The views on the roof top were amazing, especially at night.

Location was worse

Loved the friendly staff, made it feel like home.

Really disappointed with this property, we were meant to be staying multi nights but left after the first night to another hotel. They didn’t have our reservation when we arrived, which was not handled well, and we were being asked to move rooms through our stay (bed were uncomfortable, pillows were lumpy and walls paper thin so very noisy) . When we informed them the next morning we were not staying, no one seemed particularly bothered that we hadn’t had a good experience. I don’t think customer service is their top priority and fell far short of our expectations.

It is the BEST hotel. Staff is great. Everything is great. It’s absolutely 10/10

Amazing staff. Very new hotel. They are ready always to help you. Ask reception everything.. they arrange tour , boat , restaurant and shopping guide for me Many thanks Definetly come back
