We were here for 6 nights and we really enjoyed the hotel. We loved the location. Easy to access public transport and centrally located to be able to walk everywhere. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also great.

The room had less floor space than expected, but it was comfortable.

What I liked most about Hotel Momento was its great location and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is fantastic, surrounded by charming streets, great cafés, restaurants, and plenty of character. It’s a lively area with a perfect mix of historic Istanbul and a modern, vibrant atmosphere. Everything was conveniently located, and it was easy to explore the waterfront, Galata area, and other parts of the city from here. The atmosphere, architecture, and local energy really made the experience special.

Das Hotel ist super zentral und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist herzlich und hilfsbereit! Die Dachterrasse hat eine phänomenale Aussicht und das Restaurant eine super Küche.

Lovely stay at this very centrally located hotel. The rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. The staff attentive and very helpful. The views from the roof top terrace and restaurant are superb. Highly recommend staying here and if I return to Istanbul, I would book here again.

We booked the recommended river boat cruise and it wasn’t good value for money. Take a local ferry at sunset instead!

Our room was classed as a triple room but it was really small. It was on a busy road that was not attractive. There was no balcony although it was supposed to have one. It was really disappointing. Glad we only stayed one night

Sehr sehr schönes Hotel in Istanbul! Ich war bereits mehrere Male in Istanbul und das Momento Golden Horn ist mit Abstand das beste, in dem ich bisher war. Die Lage ist super zentral gelegen. Natürlich ist es etwas lauter aufgrund dieser zentralen Lage, aber an sich ist das Hotel gut isoliert. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und auch das Bad ist schön und sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf den Bosporus und auf die Hagia Sofia sowie weitere Moschen. Das Personal ist super freundlich, zu meinem Geburtstag wurde ich mit einem Stück Kuchen und Geburtstagslied überrascht :) Besonders Mr. Sedat und Jakob waren äußerst hilfsbereit und haben uns bei all unseren Fragen und Anliegen unterstützt. Sowohl das Essen im Cafe/Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist super, aber vor allem auch im Restaurant im 8. Stock. Das Essen dort war äußerst vorzüglich und die Preis-Leistung einfach super. Die Aussicht war natürlich auch spektakulär. Alles in Allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt und ich komme bei meinem nächsten Istanbultrip sicher wieder.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir hatten eine Tolle Aussicht von unserem Zimmer aus. Wir haben das Frühstück im Hotel nicht in Anspruch genommen, waren aber abends im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Dieses bietet einen umwerfenden Blick über Istanbul. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Der TV liess sich leider nicht mit Netflix verbinden, ansonsten war alles top.

Hotel bfast expensive just for the view and location.

It's all good. The service, the location, the amenities - they were all excellent. The air conditioning worked great and was most welcoming at the end of the day. Special shout out to Sedat Sinan and all the staff whose names I did not manage to get. They all went above and beyond in taking care of me.

Sind im Hotel Stammgast. Super Lage, mit sehr schöner Terrasse und tollem Blick auf den Bosporus und dem Galataturm. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Das Personal ist top, insbesondere Sedat hat uns jederzeit und bei allen Fragen und Problemen unterstützt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-).

The staff and the location

Room was so small for a couple, No floor space for a large suitcase or 2 and no storage. The bathroom was also tiny with no shelf or sink space, they had a rain shower head in a tiny shower that stopped the doer from closing - not a great design

I really appreciated the location, the spacious room and the services. The staff was fantastic. Jacob and Haron, in particular, were very friendly and always available to help when needed.

The elevator is a bit noisy, but that is just nitpicking.

Le personnel (notamment Jacob qui était très disponible et avenant). L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à deux pas du galata bridge. Une grande offre de restauration à proximité, à côté des ports pour prendre les ferrys. La vue de notre chambre était magnifique.

I had a wonderful stay in Istanbul and really enjoyed this lovely hotel. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Jacob and the reception team were particularly kind and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The location is unbeatable and the hotel offers excellent value for money. One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant—the food, atmosphere and views were fantastic. In my opinion, it deserves Michelin recognition! I had such a great experience and would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

We stayed from the 26th to the 28th August 2026 . The rooms are lovely , comfortable beds , great bathroom and a view of the Golden Horne. Plenty shops and places to eat nearby , close to transport . Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay , he appears to really love his job and is very much a people person . He took our bags all the way to our rooms for us and answered any question we asked . We ate breakfast at Celines , which is their downstairs Cafe, breakfast was great coffee was amazing and great prices.

The restaurant on the 8th floor with a view catered for breakfast but we couldn't see the value of 30 euro , if it had been 15 to 20 euro we may have considered eating there.

La posizione ottimale, pulito, accogliente e il personale molto gentile in particolare con Harun e Yokup ci siamo trovati molto bene .

Non mi è assolutamente piaciuto il ristorante della struttura. Mangiato male e appena seduti al tavolo ci servono, senza che l' avessimo richiesta,dell'acqua San Pellegrino in due bicchieri con due fette di limone . Non l'abbiamo neanche bevuta perché abbiamo ordinato 2 birre. Alla fine nel conto ci siamo ritrovati 11 euro di acqua ovviamente abbiamo fatto notare la situazione e ci hanno detto che l'acqua costa molto 🤣! Vabbè non l'abbiamo pagata perché non l'avevamo chiesta!

Прекрасный отель с хорошими номерами, шикарной террасой-рестораном. Очень вкусная кухня. Останавливаемся не первый раз в этом отеле. Номер всегда берем с видом на Босфор. Исключительная чистота. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Все сотрудники на рецепции большие молодцы. Особенно Серкан и Седат. Расположение отеля центровое. Везде можно дойти пешком до основных достопримечательностей. Заказывали трансфер от отеля в аэропорт (вип минивены приезжают).

My first and second stays here completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel was honestly so much better than I had thought that I ended up staying here on both of my trips to Istanbul. First of all, the location is absolutely fantastic, but what really stood out to me was the service. It is so much convenient to stay here because it’s very close to the train, bus, tunel and ship stations. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, almost like they were taking care of you like a child, in the best possible way. They really know how to make you feel happy, relaxed, and comfortable throughout your stay. The facilities in the room were excellent, and the views were also beautiful. The front office manager, Mr. Sedat, the reception staff member, Jacob, and a tall handsome gentleman, forgave me I haven’t asked his name, were both wonderful people. They personally showed me to my room and even took the time to explain the layout and facilities. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

This place is a godsend has the qualities that you look for worldwide city vibes but personal touches they do not compromise on quality Sedat Aydin manager makes sure you are completely happy with your room and is always on hand reception team Harun and Sinen quick to act if anything you need reservations taxis even helping you plan excursions and the laughter and polite kind bellboy Jakub he helped me above and beyond and made me feel very safe and cared about as I had just had operation and was travelling solo The restaurant is second to none catering for all your needs and always with a smile the manager is on hand with anything you need in ilker he is so helpful and you can see has full respect from the staff Memhet helped me as I had surgery and he made sure all food was made to help and when not feeling well arranged to have brought to my room Zafer and Salim the waiters welcome you and are so attentive always they again was on hand so friendly but the stars of the show are the chefs Selim and sebamattin made the most incredible dishes flavours that I will miss until I return which I most definitely will

Very good location. Near the Galata Tower and Karakoy district. There is good restaurant on the roof especially with stunning 360° view. In the room everything clean. You can choose a room with a beautiful view of the Galata Bridge and the Golden Horn.

This was an excellent stay. We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. From the moment you walk in you are treated special. We stayed on the 7th floor with the best view over the Golden Horn and all the buzzling of activities on both sides of the river and the national monuments highlighted in the sunset light. The bed was large and very comfortable. The best night's sleep in my 3 weeks in Istanbul. Breakfast was exceptional. So good in fact that we returned for dinner, and it was very well worth it. The concierge made the reservation for us (which is often needed at it is a Michelin rewarded restaurant).

Outstanding service, very hospitable staff, amazing view from the terrace, delicious food in the restaurant (Michelin nominee 2024, 2025). Location is very good for tourism.

A special thank you to the reception staff, Sedat & Jacob, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed & kindly offered us coffee and tea every day. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service. We were also very happy with the breakfast team, and the ladies at the café. The hotel itself is very clean and in an excellent location. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for everything and for making our stay so comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit and hope to be back very soon!

- تعامل الموظفين: خصوصا يعقوب وهارون وسيدات وسنان، وكذلك الموظفتين في مقهى Celin في الأسفل، والطباخة في الإفطار في المطعم بالأعلى. كانوا جدا متعاونين ومرحبين ويتعاملون بغاية اللطف معي ومع عائلتي خصوصا ابنتي الصغيرة. - المرونة: كانوا مرنين جدا في الدخول Check in والخروج Check out ، في الدخول جئت في وقت متأخر ( الساعة 12 صباحاً ) وأدخلوني بسرعة، وطلبت تغيير الغرفة إلى الدور السادس واستجاب الموظف سنان بسرعة ونفذ لي ما طلبت. وفي الخروج طلبت تأخير الخروج فمباشرة وافق لي سيدات وتعاون معي. - الموقع: موقعه ممتاز، قريب من الأماكن السياحية، مطل على القرن الذهبي، سهل الوصول له وليس في مكان مرتفع. - النظافة: المكان نظيف، الغرفة نظيفة، الحمامات نظيفة. - الأكل: جربت الفطور والغداء، يعيبه عدم التنوع.

- صغر حجم الغرفة: وهذا وضع غالبية الفنادق في المنطقة، ولذا أنصح بأخذ غرفة وصالة لمن معه أطفال. - عدم التنوع في بوفيه الإفطار: رغم إنهم أضافوا بعض الأطباق عندما طلبتها، لكن بإمكانهم تقديم خيارات أكثر. وللحق تعامل العاملين بالمطعم كان ممتاز والأكل لذيذ.

Ничего не понравилось , кроме напора в душе и вида из окна на историческую часть города. 1. Очень маленькие номера. Хотя бронировали 3х местные. Просто ужас. Негде поставить чемодан. Нет мест для личных вещей. Негде сушить вещи. Тестно Нельзя управлять кондиционером с пульта 2.Управление кондиционером только на стене в неудобном месте, за телевизором и только там. Ужас. Ручки балкона с трудом открывались. Дверные ручки были сломаны, что не давало открыть балкон При открытии окон, кондиционер выключался и из за этого приходилось снова лезть за телевизор Гипер неудобно. 3.Постоянный грохот лифта , его было слышно везде. Ночью не давал спать. Как будто бы лифт был сломан. Спускались на ресепшен что бы узнать причину грохота 4.Завтраки очень скудные. Ходили полуголодными. Ели только омлет или яичницу. Пили капучино. Выбора больше не было.зато было много хлеба и булок. В общем , не рекомендую этот отель. Единственный плюс - это персонал Очень приветливый. У нас заболел сын и нам разрешили остаться на неск часов дольше выезда за 60 евро 😅

Tudo incrível! Localização, funcionários extremamente simpáticos e dedicados, café da manhã excelente, limpeza, qualidade do sono. Eu, minha esposa e minha filha adoramos as duas diárias no Hotel Momento Golden Horn! A localização é excelente na região de Karaköy, que tem vista para o Estreito de Bósforo, próxima da torre de Gálata e da estação de ferryboat que nos conectou com Kadiköy na parte asiática de Istambul, bonde e metrô facilitando muito o deslocamento em Istambul. O café da manhã tem ótima variedade e é delicioso e fica no rooftop do hotel com uma vista maravilhosa do Estreito de Bósforo. Agradeço em especial o funcionário Jacob por toda a ajuda e preocupação com a nossa estadia. Quarto com cama confortável e com cofre e frigobar. Banheiro grande e super limpo! Se tiver oportunidade de retornar a Istambul, com certeza me hospedarei novamente no hotel Momento Golden Horn!

Hotel strategico per la posizione. Comodo al Ponte di Galata e in generale al tram T1 che porta in tutta la città vecchia. Molto vicino agli imbarchi per le crociere sul Bosforo. È un boutique hotel, piccolo ma confortevole. Camere non enormi ma dotate di confort elevato, abbastanza silenziose considerando che affaccia su strada. Molto pulito. Prodotti da bagno e asciugamani rinnovati ogni giorno. Colazione di discreta qualità, a buffet, con prodotti freschi anche se non con grande varietà. Vista impagabile dalla sala colazioni posta all'8 piano. Non abbiamo mai cenato li ma penso possa essere di buona qualità anche la cucina essendo segnalato da Michelin. Menzione speciale allo staff: sia Sedat, il general manager sia Jacob davvero gentili e superprofessionali. Ma insuperabile Harun, che è riuscito nell'impresa quasi impossible di prendere due biglietti del treno per Ankara (se ci dovete andare prenotate per tempo perchè vanno esauriti immediatamente) monitorando il sito delle ferrovie turche per oltre 24 ore filate e anticipando con la sua carta di credito il costo. In tanti anni e tanti viaggi mai visto fare prima da nessuno. Complimenti Harun e grazie. Ottimo e puntuale poi il servizio che offrono di venirti a prendere all'aeroporto. E anche nel portarti in stazione.

Hervorragende Lage, um tagsüber alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Sultanahmet zz besuchen und abends im belebten Galata Viertek unterwegs zu sein.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Momento Golden Horn. Communication before our visit was excellent, making everything easy from the start. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and provided outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, a great hot shower, and a beautiful view overlooking the Golden Horn. The rooftop restaurant was a real highlight. The breakfast was fantastic, and watching the sunset over the water while enjoying dinner was unforgettable. The location is excellent. It was an easy walk to the Galata Tower area, and the bridge and tram stop are just one block away, making it incredibly convenient to explore Old Town and the rest of Istanbul. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Balayı tatilimiz için eşimle birlikte Momento Otel’i tercih ettik ve gerçekten harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin temizliği, konforu ve huzurlu atmosferi beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Özellikle Sedat Aydın Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Güler yüzü, ilgisi, misafirperverliği ve bize yaptığı ince düşünülmüş ikramlar sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Amazing experience at Momento Golden Horn Hotel. The rooms are confortable, the view on the Golden Horn from the room is stunning and even better from the restaurant while having breakfast. But what really made this experience special was the kindness and the professionalism of the team, specially Jacob and Sedat. The hotel is very well located too, we walked everywhere from the hotel with our two year old daughter.

This was my 3rd time staying in July, and the only place that makes me feel home when i travel is Momento ! Perfect location, perfect views, and the staff are absolutely outstanding ! 10/10 ! From the second you arrive; Harun bey greets you at the door with a huge smile, Serkan bey is inside and immediately brings you a tea or coffee, and depending on the day you will see Sedat or Yakup bey at the check in desk, finding you a nicer room, extending your check out, or paying for your taxi so you can sort it out later with them. You cannot leave out the amazing Aydın bey at the rooftop restaurant upstairs! He greets you with so much warmth and happiness i don't bother eating anywhere else in Istanbul besides Momento's own rooftop restaurant. They all genuinely look after you, they dont expect anything in return besides your please and thank you's ! Truly amazing people. Tip: ask to sit upstairs above the restaurant at the bar for even better views of all of istanbul ! The beds are great, rooms are clean, spacious, bathrooms have everything you need ! Until next year 2027 - thank you for 3 amazing separate stays !

Kamer was wat krap met 3 personen, met het uitklappen van het bed was er amper ruimte om de koffer ergens neer te zetten.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Memento in Istanbul! Everything was impeccable: very clean rooms, daily housekeeping, top-quality service, and staff who were extremely kind and attentive to guests' needs. A special thank you goes to the manager, Sedat—a remarkable, professional, and dedicated person who always had a smile on his face. He, and with the help of Jacob and Harun, did his utmost to ensure our stay was perfect, and we felt truly welcome. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We will certainly be back!

Location was perfect, very close to the Galata Bridge and Galata Tower. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast room was on the top floor with a wonderful view of beautiful Istanbul. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the heart of the city.

Our floor stunk of smoke. The room is outdated. Very small. Breakfast buffet needs more attention. It lacks freshness and was disappointing. The street that the hotel is on is a shock! Not an ideal street..

Hotel liegt sehr gut. Von IST habe ich ca. Stunde mit der U-Bahn gebraucht. Die Einrichtung ist Zeitgemäß und in einem guten Zustand. Personal ist sehr freundlich und erklärt gerne alles. Ich habe das Zimmer mit dem Meerblick gebucht und die Aussicht war ganz toll, vor allem bei Nacht. Fenster sind gut isoliert, so dass man vom Verkehrslärm so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommt. Das Frühstück fand ich gut und türkischer Kaffee hat mir auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis/Leistung stimmt, aus meiner Sicht. Von mir eine klare Empfehlung.

My 2nd time staying this month and it feels like home when im in Istanbul. The staff are super friendly, sea view room is amazing, and the dinner and breakfast on the terrace upstairs has the best view in Istanbul. Love this hotel.

Location is perfect. Staff was super attentive. Very good breakfast with an outstanding view from the rooftop bar. We were offered a free cab for our next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience we experienced. It would have been better to receive that attention at the time of payment and not next time, which, honestly, I doubt will happen.

The rooms are designed with a window separating the bathroom from the room itself, with a blind intended to block the light, though it is unclear why, as it adds little practical value. In our first room, this blind was not working, meaning that anyone using the bathroom during the night would flood the room with light. On top of that, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell every day. Staff moved us to a new room quickly, which was appreciated, however the shower door in the new room did not close properly, making it difficult to avoid water spreading across the entire bathroom floor. The air conditioning at the rooftop was not working for two consecutive days during breakfast, which at 30 degrees is far from enjoyable. ALso the electricity experienced small outages during the morning, which they claimed is normal behaviour. Either the overall price for the stay could improve or the infrastructure.

Amazing location. Eren who worked as the bell boy was so friendly and assisted us with any questions we had and gave us local insider tips. He was the best. I’d return just because of how nice and accommodating he was with us. The restaurant on the rooftop is a must try.

Our room was a lot smaller than we thought it would be from the photos. The bed was the perfect size, but the area with the couch felt cramped.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous in every aspect: it's location which was the best for us as visitors (near Bosphorus, Golden Horn, Galata Bridge and Galata Tower), it's cleanliness, it's modernity and it's capacity to make the guests feel very confortable. The room was big enough, nice and very confy, the confortable bed was all we needed after long walks in İstanbul, the bathroom was clean and well equipped, the breakfast was delicious and varied from day to day, the rooftop restaurant was spectacular and had tasty and elegant dishes on the menu. But above all, we loved three "things" which made our little holiday unforgettable: the amazing view from our room and from the restaurant were we had breakfast every morning, the professionalism and friendship of the entire staff - they were allways smiling and willing to help (we would like to thank them and especially to Mr. Sedat) and the good friend we had there every morning - the lovely seagull Bekir.

Ive stayed in this hotel lots of times when ive come to istanbul, the staff are extremely helpful, always available, the rooms are boutique and just enough, the location is perfect - 50 meters to the ferry, 50 meters to Galata Bridge, the Galata tower is right behind you, and the BEST part; the terrace upstairs for dinner and tea at sunset, sunrise. A big thank you to Sedat bey and Aydin bey, and if i remember it was Harun bey, best people you will meet !

Staff were very friendly, helpful, and caring; the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices; and the location of the hotel is very convenient with easy walking distance to nearby shopping and restaurants and to public transport (bus, tram, and ferry) that can take you to all major attractions. An evening walk on the bridge was lovely and safe.

The airport transfer driver the hotel front desk arranged for us needs to be reminded (if not outright admonished) about his driving behavior; from the hotel to the airport, on a busy expressway. He kept checking his cellphone, looking up numbers, texting, or talking with someone. Almost half of the time, to the point that we couldn’t refrain anymore and had to ask him to stop for our own safety. He did listen, though, and stopped. Since we paid the hotel for this service, we hope the hotel will let their driver know that this is not an acceptable behavior.

The hairdryer didn’t work. I didn’t ask for a replacement cause I stayed for a night only.

Location is top , it has beautiful views of Golden Horn and Bosfor , it is a short walk uphill to Galata tower and across Galata bridge to Sultanachmet . The room is good size , clean , and has a small fridge and tea making facilities. we also had a beautiful view of Golden Horn. The hotel stuff was very helpful and attentive. Big thanks to Sedat and Sinan. Another important for us thing, it is good for taxis as it is out of the road maze of Sultanachmet.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля. В шаговой доступности набережная Босфора, Галатская башня. Мы жили в стандартном трехместном номере с видом на Золотой рог и основные достопримечательности. Вид действительно был восхитительный! Окна в номере с хорошей звукоизоляцией, шум с улицы не было слышно. Сам номер небольшой, но очень хорошо оформлен. Нас было четверо и было тесно, даже для чемоданов не было места. Но мы в номере только ночевали, поэтому это не было проблемой для нас. Ванная комната комфортная, были все необходимые принадлежности для душа. Ужинали в ресторане на 8 этаже с шикарным панорамным видом на Босфор. Еда была вкусной, нам понравилось, особенно кебаб. Завтраки накрывают в этом же ресторане, но нам, к сожалению, не удалось их попробовать.

У нас был утренний рейс и мы заранее договорились с сотрудниками отеля, что в 7 утра сходим на завтрак и в 7.15 за нами трансфер. Официально в отеле завтрак с 7 утра. При заселении нам этот график подтвердили. Утром же выяснилось, что горячий завтрак будет только с 7.30 и нам выдали только сэндвичи с собой. У нас не все члены семьи едят сэндвичи, поэтому часть из нас осталась голодной (и это при оплаченном завтраке). В качестве извинения нам налили кофе и сок, но это, конечно, было недостаточно. Поэтому при выезде немного испортилось впечатление от отеля.

Zunächst einmal waren wir mit dem Service des Hotels sehr zufrieden. Alles war äußerst sauber und hygienisch, und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge von Sedat Aydın haben uns sehr beeindruckt und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Auch das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war hervorragend. Mit der Gastfreundschaft, dem Engagement und der Professionalität von İlker Kurtulmuş, dem Restaurantmanager, waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal – die Straßenbahn, die U-Bahn und die Fähre sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir werden dieses Hotel mit großer Freude wieder besuchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.🫶

My stay at Momento Golden Horn Hotel was extremely disappointing. We booked 3 rooms and stayed for 4 nights. During my stay, one of my personal belongings, a pair of pants, disappeared from my room. I searched everywhere, but it was nowhere to be found. When we reported the incident to the hotel staff, they showed no concern and made no real effort to investigate or help us. Their lack of professionalism and complete indifference made the situation even more frustrating. A hotel should provide a safe environment for its guests and take complaints seriously. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Because of the poor security and the way the management handled our complaint, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. Be very careful with your personal belongings if you choose to stay at this hotel.

Our experience at Momento Golden Horn Hotel was extremely disappointing. We reserved one of three rooms for our family and stayed for 4 nights. During our stay, personal belongings disappeared from our room, leaving us shocked and very disappointed. We expected a hotel to provide a safe environment for its guests, but unfortunately, that was not our experience. The most frustrating part was the way the hotel handled our complaint. We informed the staff as soon as we noticed the missing items, but they showed no real concern, offered no meaningful assistance, and made no serious effort to investigate what had happened. We felt that our complaint was simply ignored. This experience completely ruined our stay and made us lose confidence in the hotel’s security and management. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to stay. If you choose to stay here, make sure you keep your valuables with you at all times.

Excellent location with beautiful views of the Bosphorus. Very close to Tunel station, ferries and tram. Friendly and helpful staff especially Jacob, Arun and Sedat.
