Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Чистые, новые аппартаменты. Хозяин всегда на связи. Хороший овощной магазин по соседству. Рядом мигрос, лавка мясника, пекарня с горячими симитами с 8 утра, детская площадка со сквером, в котором по вечерам бегают местные и отдыхающие. До нашего любимого пляжа Инджебогаз 10 мин на машине
Если добавить уличную мебель на балкон и пару крючков для полотенец в ванну, будет просто идеально

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Appartamento spazioso ben arredato con mobili, cucina e bagno nuovi, aria condizionata e televisore pure nuovi. Ci sta anche un balcone. Il locatore Omer è stato sempre disponibile a darci informazioni anche turistiche da noi richieste. Inoltre ci ha immediatamente risolto un piccolo problema al bagno subito dopo averlo segnalato. Il quartiere dove di trova la casa (Cerciler) è dotato di vari supermercati, uno di questi specializzato su frutta e verdura sta proprio dietro la casa, sì chiama Kaş Manav.
Nulla. Potrebbe sembrare un poco lontano la casa dal mare (30 minuti a piedi a scendere, oppure pochi minuti con mini bus o taxy, preferibili per il ritorno dato che la casa sta in alto nella zona collinare di Kaş) ma in realtà le principali spiagge di Kaş non hanno case vicino e stare nel centro non porta vantaggio su questo.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Отличный номер, красивый и светлый. Оборудованный и укомплектованный всем необходимым. Даже гриль на кухне. А по вечерам можно сидеть на веранде и смотреть как облака спускаются на деревню. Хозяин без проблем приехал по нашему запросу.
Были проблемы со сливом в ванной, но вроде удалось разобраться с ними самостоятельно.

Reviewed Oct 29, 2025Новые апартаменты, оборудованы практически всем необходимым для длительного проживания. Апартаменты находятся в тихом районе Каша, в 10 мин от центра на машине. Есть парковка. Рядом находятся несколько сетевых магазинов, овощная лавка, несколько кафе и пекарня. У нас были апартаменты с одной спальней и гостиной с кухней. Достаточно просторно, мебель и сантехника новая, есть стиральная и посудомоечная машины, на балконе можно сушить белье. Также есть вся посуда для готовки. Мы останавливались на 2 недели, клининг за дополнительную плату. К особенностям можно отнести расположение данных апартаментов. Если вы путешествуете на машине, то все хорошо. Если же планируете ходить пешком, то постоянно придется подниматься по дороге с очень крутым уклоном.
Из минусов — мало места для хранения вещей. В спальне был один супер маленький шкаф и этого было не достаточно для двух человек, хотя вещей с собой было по минимуму.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025The apartment was modern, clean, a good size and the kitchen was good. The washing machine came in handy and washing powder was provided. Close to supermarkets. Host was happy to help out whenever needed and prompt in answering any questions I had.
The only negative was that it was quite a walk to get into the old town. The apartment is up on the hill so it was a steep walk up and down.

The location is a little bit far from sea/center, but it wasn't a problem for me. The neighborhood has everything you need for life, including the best vegan cafe I've been - LifeBoxTr. And having a 30 minutes walk to the city center in the evenings was actually nice and very beautiful.

Kaş Likya Apart'ı öncesinde de detayıyla araştırmıştım; 360° görünümden, iç mekan detaylarına varana kadar. Bu sebeple aaa diyip şaşırdığımız bir detay olmadı. Kapıdan çıkar çıkmaz marketler yanıbaşınızda. A101 ve Migros ve yerel marketler var.

Apartın konumu çok iyi hemen yanında A101, Migros ve manav var alışveriş hiç sıkıntı değil. Apart da konaklama için herşey düşünülmüş siz sadece valizinizi alıp gidin. Apartın temizliği 10 numara 5 yıldız.Ben ve eşim 2 gün konakladık daha fazla konaklamadığımız için pişman olduk.Seneye daha fazla konaklamak için tekrar görüşmek üzere Likya apart.
