Virtuvėje nieko nera tik patalpa. Švaros truko. Per 5d niekas neužėjo valyti. Higienos reikmenų ir tualetinio popieriaus taip pat reikia prašyti. Sienos nutaškytos. Tualete Vanduo bėga ant žemės, gerai kad yra grindyse nutekėjimo skylė. Šiukšles nešite patys. Užsikloti miegant nėra nieko. Ant lovos paklode ir pagalvė. Paprašius davė dvi kaldras be užvalkalų. Prašėm užvalkalų. Po derybų gavom vieną dviguli ir vieną viengulį, tai trečiasis uzsiklodavo rankšluosčiu. Nuo nuolatinio vandens ant grindų pradėjo veistis gyviai. Nuo jo centrine dalis gan toli, viešuoju transportu reikia kelis kartus persesti. Dideli trafikai nuolatos, tad kelionė užtrunka 1,30-2val. Pusryčiai labai silpni.

Draps non changés avec énormément de poils dans le lit, porte de douche cassée, très faible pression d’eau et beaucoup de bruit autour de la chambre. Impossible de dormir et de se sentir à l’aise. Un véritable cauchemar. Nous déconseillons fortement cet hôtel.

Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив. Стаята ни на деветия етаж имаше невероятна гледка от всички страни – от спалнята, хола и кухнята. Мястото беше страхотно. Закуската беше лека, но вкусна и напълно достатъчна.

Мы приехали в Стамбул на выставку собак, с нами было 6 питомцев разного размера, от 8 до 50 кг. С таким "багажом" нечасто удаётся найти достойные условия проживания и хороший сервис! Большое спасибо, что пустили нас, надеюсь, мы не оставили после себя плохое впечатление и с удовольствием вернёмся!

Хотелось бы все таки кондиционер во всех комнатах. Просили хотя-бы вентилятор, но его не было, это досадно.

الإفطار ممتاز المنظر من الشقة في الطابق 13 كان رائعا ومن كل النوافذ توفر موقف للسيارات أمام الفندق وجود المسبح والحمام التركي والساونا أمر رائع جدا

عدم وجود موقد في المطبخ علما انه ضروري جدا للعوائل وجود رائحة غير محببة في المصعد ضعف الإنترنت في الطابق ال 13

Boravak u hotelu bio je vrlo ugodan, osoblje je iznimno drago i susretljivo, apsolutno su nam svi koje smo upoznali bili vrlo susretljivi i uvijek spremni pomoći, naročito osoblje na recepciji: g. Levent i gđa Sevval. Boravak je bio ugodan i vrlo rado bih ga ponovila.

Miris u lobbyju i pražnjenje kanti za smeće u sobi, iako čim smo smeće iznijeli van, osoblje ga je pokupilo.

Номер в целом был замечательный. Были, конечно, небольшие нюансы: сломанная тумбочка, отсутствие микроволновки, а также ночью не оказалось одеял и пододеяльников. Несмотря на это, общее впечатление осталось положительным — красивый вид из номера, хорошие и разнообразные завтраки. В итоге проживание нам понравилось, и в целом номер можно оценить как очень хороший.

Спа-центр в отеле — это, по ощущениям, отдельное «государство», которое никак не контролируется администрацией. На ресепшене спа постоянно находился сотрудник с зажжённой сигаретой, из-за чего стоял стойкий неприятный запах, который не проветривался. Также есть вопросы к безопасности: в бассейне сломаны ступеньки, и моей пожилой маме было сложно самостоятельно выбраться — это уже серьёзный недостаток. И, к сожалению, финальный момент, который полностью испортил впечатление: на территории спа в течение двух дней лежали кошачьи экскременты, которые никто не убирал. За такое отношение к чистоте и контролю — большой минус отелю.

Закуската беше малко еднообразна ,но персонала беше любезен.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. The breakfast was delicious as well.

в отеле грязно, сауна была грязная, в помещении сауны было накурено. На кухне не было никакой посуды, кроме чайника и двух маленьких чашек. Расположение не удобное, если вы путешествуете без машины. Отель находится на достаточно крутой сопке, в спальном районе, рядом нет остановки транспорта, ресторанов, ближайший приемлемый был в 20 минутах ходьбы. Красивый вид из окна.

Вратите на душкабините, не се затваряха. Няма трапезна маса със толове.

Съотношени цена,качество,локация е много добре.Гледка, безплатен паркинг.Отзивчив персинал.В близост много магазини и MALL.

Басейна беше студен.Като цяло има нужда от освежаване, вратите на терасите не уплътняват добре,липса на посуда в кухнята, изхабени батерии на дистанционните.Закуската беше бедна ,а в ресторанта студено.

Great value for what we paid

No room cleaning

Bel hôtel, cependant on a dû faire pas mal de demandes à l’accueil, on avait pas de couette, de l’eau chaude, problème de serrure, etc. Il y a des trous dans le tapis, etc. Cependant le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Le petit déjeuner est pas assez garni, pas de jus de fruit, pas de viennoiseries, manque de diversité au petit déjeuner.

Mon séjour en famille de 5 personnes était agréable et petit dej copieux, j ai raccourci mon séjour de 3 jours car l' hôtel est loin des monuments d Istanbul de 1 heure mais sinon rien a dire.perdonnel très sympathique

Vi bodde på hotellet i en vecka under vår semester, och överlag är vi väldigt nöjda. Själva hotellet är stort, fint och passar perfekt för en familj med 2–3 barn – vi kände oss bekväma och barnen trivdes väldigt bra. Läget är fantastiskt, hotellet ligger väldigt centralt, och från högsta våningen (vi bodde på våning 11) hade vi en otrolig utsikt över hela Istanbul. Verkligen magiskt! Frukosten var också mycket bra, med ett brett utbud som passade både vuxna och barn. Ett litet minus är städningen. Det står att man kan be om städning vid behov, men vi tycker att det borde ingå som en rutin, åtminstone varannan dag. Det kändes lite obekvämt att behöva ringa eller gå ner till receptionen varje gång man behövde nya handdukar eller ville ha rummet städat. Annars var det en härlig vistelse och vi skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att komma tillbaka, speciellt om städrutinerna förbättras.

if you have a car, the hotel location is not important. but if you ar travelling without a car, then you would struggle a bit, because it is located in the neighbourhood a bit further away from main transport arteries and is upscale. so you walk upwards, which will make you sweat.

The hotel is at a higher altitude than the main street , if you are carrying heavy bags it is better to take a taxi , there is a noise in the room every time the elevator works

The hotel is kept well, very clean and is in a good location, close to amenities. Mustafi was great, assisted us with a connection problem we had with the TV in a couple minutes. Good variety of breakfast, offering local options of both savoury and sweet food. Highly recommend this!

Alles was eigenlijk goed

This was one of my worst stays in Turkey to date. I was shocked to see the high reviews after staying here. To start, the location of the hotel is not great. It is at the top of the hill and taxis had a very difficult time finding it even with the gps. When we arrived, they showed us to the room where we quickly realized that the bedroom did not have air conditioning. We asked about this and they immediately said "that is not a requirement in Turkey and very uncommon in Europe." The breakfast was also very cheap with very little selections. Overall, this stay was definitely not worth the price and we will not be coming back. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Blue vista hotel and spa, is a very beautiful hotel close to public transport and local amenities. We stayed in the family suit which was a great size, well decorated with a/c in all rooms. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was good. We would be back again.

We were a big family and took a 2 suite but one of them had broken furniture and some bugs on it 🙂🙂🙂

AC installed in one living room, both sleeping rooms are not provided with it The kitchen is absolutely empty. Breakfast could be better (one hour before closing time buffet was half empty)

It's a nice apartment. It met our expectations and was clean. The breakfast was so good. The staff is so kind and cooperative.

The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful, as well as professional. The location was very nice. A calmer area of Istanbul...yet not far from the Metro Station and Bus Routes. The room was actually a 2 bedroom apartment, which was very nice and clean with great views and close to markets and restaurants. It also has a very nice swimming pool/spa and the breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this establishment.

I am so amazed with the reception team, stuffs in breakfast and housekeeping. They are very warm welcoming and doing their best to make your stay memorable. I loved ambiance of the hotel and very cold , clean and nice entrance. They offer you immediately with bottle of cold water and coffee on ur choice. Rooms are so big and clean with Full AC facilities, Wi-Fi

What an excellent 2 week stay we had. The staff are the stars of the show. All shifts went above and beyond to make sure my children and I were comfortable. They assisted us with everything from ordering food, recommendations, for popular and activities and historical sites of istanbul. I fell sick for a few days and was recommended a wonderful traditional yogurt that kept me well hydrated and feeling better as well as their sauna, which did wonders for my breathing. The staff was never too busy to answer our questions. We've never experienced such attentive staff 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way. Staff speaks wonderful English and even helped us find some of our American favorites The breakfast was excellent as well full of delicious traditional Turkish foods which did not disappoint. My children really loved the pool and the sauna was my favorite mode of relaxation. The cleaning g staff did a wonderful job as well. We would come back from a busy day with fresh clean linens and rooms ready for rest.Blue Vista is a gem in Istanbul I highly recommend. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a wonderful spa scent. The shopping center was within walking distance, allowing us to leave our car at the door. Our children loved the swimming pool and Turkish hammam. The staff were incredibly hospitable. We definitely recommend this hotel!
