Die war sehr schmutzig toilette auch die Zimmer war voll von Rauch stand sehr ich hab ständig eine andere Zimmer gewechselt aber die war gleich.

I liked personal at the reception

I booked non-smoking room, but from outside it came cigarette smell which was so unpleasant that couldn’t even breathe. The room wasn’t clean, during my stay no one came for cleaning and didn’t change towels. Every time I asked about toilet papers etc.

Yerlerin temizlenmesi gerekiyor. Yatak aşırı gıcırdıyor. Sesten sexe odaklanamadım bile.

Everything in this hotel is awful, worst hotel I’ve ever been in Turkey.

We arrived there no safe deposit box no phones in rooms no soap no blanket there was fruit flies and we paid for 5 nights stayed 2 nights and left I emailed orbits about I could not stay there because these raisons they didn’t do anything and we left the front disk didn’t even ask us why we are leaving early that’s awful

Nothing is good in this hotel

So many things, 1. A/C is not good. 2. Insulation must be placed in the walls, because the sound is very loud from other rooms. 3. Rooms is not clean. 4. Staff not friendly. 5. Bed is very very bad. Sounds coming out. 6. Matrix is very bad and not clean. 7. At the night I couldn't sleep because of smoking smell.

Resepsiyonda yabancı uyruklu bayan türkçeyi tam konuşamıyor ve daha ilk girişte anlaşma güçlüğü çektik. Ardından odamıza çıktık, odada resepsiyonu arayabileceğiniz telefon bile yok. Cep telefonu ile otelin dış numarasını arıyorsunuz. Wifi çok kötü, kullanılmayacak kadar yavaş, video izlemek mümkün değil. Donuyor kopuyor. Yatağa oturduğum an gıcır gıcır bir ses ve tahta sesleri ile karşılaştım. Yatak perişan kötüydü, yastıklar öyle. Koca odaya minicik bir televizyon koymuşlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilmeyecek bir mekan.

Tercih edilmesi gereken son derece temiz ve konforlu bir hotel

In my honest opinion; the location is the best thing about this suite. It is surrounded by various different restaurants and stores, anything you need is close by

Now where do I start? I had a suite with a jacuzzi in it. At a first glimpse it looked nice until I noticed the room was dirty, the walls were wearing off. The bed pillows were extremely dirty and when I asked if they could change them, they said it’s not possible. The room looked nothing like it was advertised on booking, I ended up regretting why I had booked 6 days at this suite. When I asked for a refund it was almost impossible, I had to reach out to booking to be able to get refunded only 2 nights since they had been dragging me all along since the first day I asked to change the hotel. The coffee maker was rusted, I couldn’t even use it for that reason, I asked for it to be changed and they did nothing. I had to debate with the manager numerous times on so many things. I had water pouring in from the walls and windows when it rained during my stay, and a staff had to come clean it very quick. I can’t talk about it all on here. It was a bad experience for me.

The people who clean my room misplace dress of my girlfriends and my drinks and food i did not find it

- Keine Zimmerreinigung - Frühstück gebucht, aber vom Hotel wird kein Frühstück angeboten - Zimmerausstattung schlecht - Nachts zu laut, kaum Schlaf möglich - Türe quietschen - Nebenzimmer kann man hören - etc….

It was a very bad experience, nothing was good at all

Every thing was bad: 1- Staff was very rude and they are not welcome at all 2- The room furniture was very old and not comfortable 3- The air conditions was not working 4- No blankets are provided 5- No trash cans in the room 6- There are not enough towels ( we were in 2 bed rooms) 7- Only one path room in the suite 8- No phones to call the receptionist if you need anything 9- The staff are completly not cooperative 10- Not worth its price (too expensive) 11- They provide only one key, and you have to use it to start electricity of the suite

Well positioned in the high street with restaurants, supermarkets and entertaining places around. Good value for money, good for short business trips or for long touristic holidays

A lot far from the city centre, the room was clean and had everything but was stingy, a smell that we couldn't identify

Dont recommend at all. Bath room smells, curtains are dirty and stained , kitchen is dirty , bed sheets are torn, oven was rusty ,towels at bathroom were stained .broken furniture ,carpet is dirty.AC was not cooling. Not worth the money paid at all.

It was veryyyyyy dirty very old the furniture was burned with cigarettes and the rugs too and the curtains it was terrible I couldn’t sleeep at all
