La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, literalmente la escalera de la pasarela de la estación del Metrobus Güzelyurt, está apenas se sale del hotel. Igualmente están justo al frete las paradas de autobuses, a unos breves minutos caminando está el centro comercial Marmara Park y a pocas estaciones del Metrobus está el Centro de Congresos y Convenciones de Ferias Tüyap. La habitación es bastante espaciosa con camas cómodas y excelente servicio de Internet. En la planta baja está una panadería (Çenberlitaş Börekçisi), en la que tienen un menú bastante completo (destacando la variedad de panes propios del lugar y muy sabrosos) y brindan una atención esmerada con la que hacen sentir en familia.

Que al llegar, en su sistema tenían mi reserva con otras fechas, por lo cual no nos esperaban y por ello no tenían la habitación asignada, así que tocó esperar a que solucionaran esa situación. En la habitación no hay suficientes enchufes, lo que hace un tanto engorroso el poner a cargar los equipos. Igualmente la poceta está casi a ras de la puerta del baño, a la ducha le faltaba el difusor (rociador), el mecanismo para regular el agua tibia y caliente tiene un mecanismo poco amigable, no tenían donde colgar las toallas ni colocar el jabón y el champú y le faltaba profundizar en la limpieza, lo que generaba ciertas incomodidades.

I enjoyed its friendly staff, who did their best to cover their guest' needs. Babak speaks Farsi, and this was so helpful for us. The location is good for those who wish to take PTE exam. The room was big enough for us.

The hotel is located beside an autobahn; however, the nice staff moved us to a higher level, so those rooms are less noisy. There was a weird odor sometimes. I think some renovation is required.

Great location, near bus station and big mall. Pleasant staff.

Receptionists were friendly and regularly asking if I need anything. And the hotel was fairly clean. I guess it is fair for its price.

Wifi was slow and cutting off, its freezer wasn't working properly, broken floor, the bed light didn't work, the shower was broken, hair dryer was off, the shower and bathroom floor were rusty. But it was clean.

Its basically on the main road and traffic NOISE is 24/7 the windows didnt close that good to isolate it. Old facilities, thin walls.

I loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were very nice and spacious. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to be near the train station as u can get around anywhere from this area!! Absolutely loved it and will stay here again in the future

Güzel bir deneyimdi. Hem konum hem ulaşım açısından otel çok güzel bir yerde. Kaldığım Oda 4. kat 43 numaralı oda metrobüsten üstgeçite çıkanları camdan görebiliyorsunuz. Otelin İmkanları gayet iyiydi . Tek bir problem var duş baya kötü taşları va değişmesi gerekiyor fotoğraf çekemedim ama taşların üzerindeki kaplama kalkıyordu. Birde yatağın etrafındaki gece lambaları çalışmıyor benim kaldığım odada bilginiz olsun . Genel olarak 3gün 2 gece kaldım tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel

PROS: Metro on the door steps, Front desk understand some English and friendly CONS: Dirty, Noisy because of highway and windows were not insulated, bathrooms old, floor show cracked, shower head broken, keys to lock the doors

Unfortianaly there was not a breakfast , i must pay for breakfast unless my booking was including breakfast i think also the smoke of cigarettes' is always exist in the room all the time

Location is amazing

The location is excellent and close to the metro. The hotel is good and the room is big and clean.

The shower was very old and paint was peeling off on the floor which was very unsightly. The shower door was also missing which made it very difficult to shower. The bedding was old. Bathroom and sink drainage smelt very bad which affected the smell in the bedroom.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it has big rooms. Everything else is bad.

The staff were very nice and willing to help.

The facility is definitely needs maintenance and upgrade. The consumables needs to be provided at a better quality and quantity.

They had a polite and friendly reception staff and good location,

but the building was old and the sounds of cars were directly come inside the rooms because the windows were not completely closed to made sound proofing and it was uncomfortable.in 2 nights I changed 3 rooms at the same building because of water leaking in the bathroom, bad cigars smells, and not completely closed the windows to prevent the sound from outssude.

Odalar genişti,banyo ve tuvalet pisti. Banyo giderleri simsiyah, tuvalet aşırı derece sararmış. Ütü istemiştik saatler sonra inip aldık,ütüye su koyduğumuzda bütün kireçler gömleğin üzerine döküldü. Düğün için gelmiştik malesef başka bişey giymek zorunda kaldım.gece otele döndüğümüzde kaydınız yapılmamış diye tekrar o saatte kimlik istediler.Gerçek anlamda vasattı şehir dışından 1 gecelik geldiğimiz için mecburen kaldık,yolun karşında olan otellerde yer olsaydı çıkacaktık,sorduk yer yoktu mecburen kaldık yani
