老城区崎岖不平，如果有行李箱会非常不方便，卫生也很差！！！ 被子上很脏，不过这价格也不能奢望多好

the best thing is definitely the staff, super friendly, very helpful and available 24/7. if things were missing/we requested (for example a 2nd blanket), they gave us no problem. superb location, its in sultanahmet and everything is reachable on foot/with public transport. it has everything from AC, wifi to breakfast.

random noises either from neighbours, outside from other guests when they walked to their room or from the fridge could be heard so unfortunately sound-proofing is not great but not too much of a big deal. just wear earplugs and you are fine. small room, although nothing to complain about at that price, i still wish it was slightly bigger just so its more comfortable walking around the bed.

Очень прекрасный и приветливый хозяин Улаш, подсказывал по всем вопросам касательно расположений обменников, исторических мест и транспорту, оперативно реагировал на просьбы по проживанию. Сам отель находится в центре в 5 минутах от площади Султанахмет и всех главных достопримечательностей Стамбула. Я сама очень привередливый человек, но мне все понравилось, проживала с сыном подростком в августе месяце, в 2-х местном стандартном номере на 3 этаже, все было тихо, чисто и комфортно, удобная и чистая постель. Прекрасный вкусный турецкий завтрак.

Отличный отель, похож на гостевой дом, все чисто. Уютные номера, для проживания когда вы на активном отдыхе отлично. Снимали три квартиры ( на ревом этаже люкс (ванная побольше в люксе на третьем этаже) все остались довольны, очень гостеприимный хозяин, говорят на английском и помогут если будут какие-то вопросы

Die Lage war super, das Peronal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Für eine Übernachtung war es okay.

Die Möbel sind leider in keinem guten Zustand, eher veraltet. Das Badezimmer hatte Schimmel in der Dusche und der Duschkopf war sehr verkalkt. Hatte ein bisschen den Vibe eines Kellers und roch auch dementsprechend.

Locația a fost excelentă. Camera ne-a satisfăcut toate așteptările și nevoile, oamenii de acolo au fost cu noi foarte atenți. Ne-au oferit toate informațiile necesare, ne-au întrebat mereu dacă ne pot ajuta cu ceva, au zâmbit mereu și ne-au întâmpinat cu căldură. M-am simțit ca acasă, totul a fost perfect!

Everything. The room was perfect, with air conditioning that worked (unlike in other places). And a great thank you to the warm welcome and excellent communication from our hosts. Such lovely people, eager to make your stay as nice as possible. We felt like home.

Ottima posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dal vero centro. Si trova in una via leggermente defilata che da quasi l'impressione di essere in un tranquillo paesino di montagna e non in una metropoli caotica. Il gestore è molto disponibile e gentile

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean, well-organized, and exactly like the photos. The facilities were excellent and well maintained. The location is very convenient, close to the city center and main tourist attractions, about 10–15 minutes away. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything, including transportation and directions. Overall, a very comfortable and highly recommended place to stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, I got ill and they went the extra mile to help me get medicine and assisted me so much, I was very grateful! The owner checked up on me daily and assisted with everything I needed wrt directions, excursions, etc. Many shops around, restaurants, lovely places to visit, wonderful holiday. Very kind people, very caring, very humble and friendly.

Excelente estadía! Es un lugar acogedor, de ambiente familiar donde te hacen sentir como en familia. Ulaş fue de gran ayuda en todo momento, proactivo y siempre bien predispuesto a todo. Horarios flexibles para desayunar, buenos tips y sugerencias. Nos brindó un taxi a muy buen precio al aeropuerto y snack de regalo, un genio total. Ademas, el desayuno esta muy bueno y la zona tambien. Cerquita de todo. La pasamos de maravillas, sin dudas lo recomiendo!! Totalmente agradecido!

I proprietari della struttura e chi c'è attorno sono stati veramente cordiali e sempre presenti, ci hanno spiegato e consigliato cosa visitare. la camera era dotata di tutti i comfort, posizione ottima a pochissimi minuti da Sultanahmet, sono già stata in questa zona la scorsa volta ed è la mia preferita. Ritornerò sicuramente a soggiornare in questa struttura per i miei viaggi ad istanbul ed assolutamente la consiglio.

Cel mai mult mi a plăcut ca este foarte aproape de atracțiile turistice. Un loc curat, primitor. Camera este exact ca în poza de prezentare. Un mic dejun foarte bun, fructe, patiserie dulce, omletă…

The property is near to the tourist attractions

Excellent hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation ! Son emplacement est idéal : il est proche des principaux sites et monuments à visiter, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied et de profiter pleinement de la ville. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible pour aider. Ils prennent le temps de conseiller les meilleurs endroits à découvrir ainsi que d’excellents restaurants offrant un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Grâce à leur gentillesse et à leurs précieux conseils, notre séjour a été encore plus agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Me cambiaron de cuarto cuando se los solicité y me dieron buenos datos para conocer la ciudad.

Las escaleras para llegar al cuarto tienen los contrapasos muy altos y sin baranda y comono hay ascensor solo queda usar escaleras con muchísimo cuidado. El cuarto en el primer piso tiene demasiado olor a humedad y también malos olores.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w obiekcie Blau Grun Istambul Otel. Wszystko było w porządku, śniadania dobre, lokalizacja wyśmienita, gospodarze mili, uczynni i zawsze na miejscu.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura dal 12 al 16 maggio 2026. Mi son trovato benissimo! La mia camera era spaziosa, accogliente, pulita e silenziosa. La struttura è in generale ben tenuta. Ulas, il proprietario, è stato super disponibe per qualsiasi cosa, mi ha spiegato anche cosa visitare e dove mangiare (posto in cui ho mangiato 3 volte, buonissimo). La posizione è incredibile, per tornare in struttura passavo ogni giorno davanti alla moschea blu. Se dovessi tornare ad Istanbul (e probabilmente lo farò, perché la città è incredibile), tornerei a dormire qua!

Vi è una salita ripida per andare verso piazza sultanahmet, per cui magari lo sconsiglio ha chi ha limitazioni fisiche importanti.

Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz ve oldukça rahattı. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve her zaman sorularımıza cevap vermeye hazırdı. Kahvaltı çok çeşitliydi, her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu da çok elverişliydi ve birçok yere kolay ulaşım sağlıyordu. Genel olarak, rahatlatıcı ve keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşüneceğiz ve bu oteli herkese tavsiye ederiz.

The room was clean and spacious, the location was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. The hosts were very kind and hospitable, which made my visit feel especially warm and welcoming.

Very comfortable and well situated near the historical center of the city. The hotel manager is very kind and very helpful

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room itself was great and location is superb if you're into sightseeing. Breakfast was huge, you can easily skip any meals untill dinner if you choose it.

A disappointing price-to-value ratio. This establishment feels more like a motel, but charges like hotels of much higher standing in Sultanahmet. It's a run down, with very simple accommodation. Nothing charming, nothing that would make your stay special. Hotel staff tried to be nice but in fact was not constructive when asked to relocate us to another hotel. We were fully charged for five nights, though we have spent there only two nights and moved elsewhere. Feels like rip off. This tells you something about the approach towards customer at Blau Grun Otel. Not recommended!

Небольшой уютный отель с удобным расположением. Несмотря на то, что рядом улица с множеством кафе и магазинов, ночью в номере тихо, можно спокойно выспаться. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Хорошая уборка номера. Номер соответствует описанию.

В целом все понравилось в этом отеле. Хотелось бы только добавить разнообразия на завтрак.

Хочу оставить положительный отзыв о размещении. Прежде всего, очень порадовало расположение — всё нужное рядом. Персонал встретил приветливо и оперативно решил все возникающие вопросы. Номер оказался достаточно просторным, а кровать — по‑настоящему удобной, что для меня очень важно. Считаю, что за такую стоимость это прекрасное соотношение цены и качества. Спасибо!

слабая шумоизоляция — слышны звуки из соседних номеров; однажды отсутствовала горячая вода (по словам персонала, из‑за перебоев с электроэнергией); качество уборки номера — на 6 из 10: хотелось бы более тщательного подхода. Надеюсь, эти замечания помогут сделать сервис ещё лучше.

Totul! Foarte curat

Clean modern room and bath with a comfortable bed. Location is great, close to restaurants and a short walk to Hagia Sofia and the Cistern and to public transportation. Very helpful staff with making recommendations and giving directions.
