الفندق نظيف وموقعه حلو .. تحت الفندق فيه جميع المحلات من مطاعم وملابس و بقالة و هدايا سياح وقدام شوق فيه فود تركات وساحة مطلة على بحر البوسفور.. لكن موقعه شوي بعيد عن باقي المناطق السياحية فتحتاج سيارة لها. بالنسبة للموظفين تعاملهم كان راقي و رائع كلهم خدومين وبشوشين و امينين ، واشكر الموظف ميجيت كان هو من استقبلنا اول يوم ورحب فينا وسوا لنا ترقية للغرفة وكمان قال لنا لو احتجتو مساعدة في اسطنبول عطانا رقم نتواصل معاه .. وفي نفس الفندق فيه كافيه نيرو وكافيه Sekerci لا يفوتكم الحلا والقهوة التركية عندهم وموظفينهم الرائعين . كل الشكر لفندق كراون بلازا على ضيافتكم الرائعة.

The room was very clean, with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was excellent, with a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus Strait. The staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to come back.

Tudo perfeito! Quarto super confortável, completo, tudo novo. Café da manhã fantástico. Os funcionários são um capítulo a parte, eu nunca me senti tão acolhida e bem recebida. Todos os funcionários sem exceção foram simpáticos e solicitos. Em especial a recepcionista que nos recebeu, infelizmente não sei o nome dela. Melhor atendimento que tivemos!

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Istanbul Ortaköy Bosphorus. The location was perfect for my trip, just a couple of minutes’ walk from Ortaköy, very close to Beşiktaş and Kuruçeşme, and convenient for reaching Kabataş, the ferries, Dolmabahçe and many other areas. As a solo traveler who wanted to explore Istanbul, getting around was very easy. The room was always clean, comfortable and well maintained, and whenever I needed anything, the team was very responsive. I was also welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter, which was a lovely touch. A special thank you to Ugur Polat, the manager, who was incredibly understanding, supportive and generous with his time, and genuinely made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. And a big thank you to Ekrem, who was always so kind and looked out for me, especially when I was leaving or returning late at night. As a solo female traveler, knowing someone was making sure I was okay and that my rides were safe meant a lot. Breakfast was another highlight, with beautiful views of the Bosphorus and bridge from inside and Ortaköy Mosque from the terrace. I loved having breakfast with one view and then moving to the other for my Turkish çay. Special thanks to Resul Yavuz, who was always attentive, helpful and made breakfast even more enjoyable. The hotel also has Visorante and NITE. I tried NITE for dinner and really enjoyed the food, DJ and atmosphere, and the complimentary dessert from the team was such a nice gesture. Finally, thank you to Nilay from Guest Relations, who helped me arrange a reservation for an evening out and even checked on me the next day to make sure everything had gone well. That kind of personal attention really stays with you. And to everyone whose name I may have missed, thank you as well, the entire team was friendly and contributed in their own way to making my stay so enjoyable. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable and genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.

Excellent location to ferry on Bosphorus. Easy access to cafes and restaurants. Getting to major sites was easy. Reception staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful with how to get around and enjoy Istanbul activities. Recommend booking through them.

We have excellent experience in this hotel, staff were great specially Ms. Nilay ,she was helpful, customer care and friendly . We had problem with our room, she talk to receptionist and very soon they changed our room to the light and spacious room.Every other things was great, so clean rooms and services. Also staff in valet parking was helpful.

We loved our stay. All our travel and personal requests were met with a smile. Highly recommend as a genuine place to stay in Istanbul. Great location and easy access to ferry and all amenities. Nice restaurants in the water. Came with adult kids and all felt safe.

Le principal point positif est la localisation de l’hôtel. Il est très bien situé, à deux pas du centre, avec de nombreux commerces, restaurants et services à proximité. C’est vraiment pratique pour se déplacer et profiter des alentours

Nous avons été assez déçus par les prestations, surtout pour un hôtel annoncé 5 étoiles et au vu du prix payé. Nous avions déjà séjourné dans un autre Crowne Plaza à Istanbul et nous pensions retrouver un niveau de prestations similaire, mais ce n’était malheureusement pas le cas. La chambre était beaucoup trop petite pour une famille, tout comme la salle de bain, qui était très étroite et avec peu d’équipements et d’accessoires. Le réfrigérateur était complètement vide et notre chambre n’avait aucune vue. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait également être amélioré, aussi bien au niveau du choix que du service. Il fallait notamment attendre assez longtemps pour être servis en boissons. Nous avons déjà séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels 5 étoiles et, selon nous, les prestations de celui-ci correspondent davantage à celles d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Au tarif d’un 4 étoiles, cela aurait pu être compréhensible, mais pour le prix demandé et la catégorie annoncée, le rapport qualité-prix n’est clairement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Great facilities, location, breakfast with a looot of options, very kind staff. Mr Enes at reception helped me a lot. There is a pharmacy, market and lots of options to eat around the hotel.

Communication was a bit tough if you don't speak Turkish, there was only few people who spoke english, there was a lot of things at breakfast could have better explanation for foreigners to know what is the food.

The Hotel is located in best place possible in Istanbul , close to everything and lovely area. The staff were so kind and accommodating and they went out of their way to make things perfect for our trip from booking restaurants and bars outside hotel or anything else inside our own hotel, rooms lovely and clean and beautiful bathrooms. A special thanks to Bell Gorkem in reception for helping us during our stay and thanks to the hospitality of this Hotel we will definitely come back.

Marvellous accomdation in Ortakoy with a stunning sight on Bosphorus bridge and very near to Ortakoy mosque. Beautiful rooms and great attention to the customer. A special thanksgiving to Gorkem and Enes, that have been very willing to make my stay at its best. Absolutely advised.

نظافة الفندق، وتعامل الموظفين جميعا من الاستقبال الى الموظف الي ينقل الامتعة كلهم تعاملهم جيد واي شي نسأل عنه يقدمون المساعدة برحابة يشكرون عليها.. مكان حيوي يوجد مطاعم وكل ماتحتاجه قريب منك.

فقط توزيع التكيف بالغرفة الي اخذتها وقت النوم حر شوي ولكن بمكان اخر بالغرفة يعتبر بارد النقطة الثانية حجزي كان غرفة مطلة عالمدينة بعد استلام الغرفة وجدتها تطل على جدار طبعا هذا الشي ماعجبني ولكن تجاوبو بسرعة وغيرو الغرفة الى اخرى تطابق حجزي. الي يعيب الفندق زحمة السيارات بالشارع الي يوجد به الفندق خاصة بالليل الوصول اليه بالليل يعتبر شارع مزدحم ولكن بالنسبة لي ارجع اسكن فيه مره اخرى ولكن للبعض يمكن يهمه هالنقطة.

Rooms were modern and comfortable

You have to get an access code from reception to use the reception bathrooms. No pool is also a disadvantage. Water temperature for the shower also needs to be hotter and also remain at a constant temperature instead of fluctuating.

Location is perfect. Staff is superb - very helpful and high hospitality. Special mention for concierge Semih, reception desk Enes, Gorkhan and Ugur and 1 more (can't remember his name) Overall excellent experience.

From the reception staff to the housekeeping team, everyone at the hotel was excellent. Special thanks to Görkem and Mr. Enes.

I was actually going to give this hotel a 10/10. The only reason I gave it an 8/10 is because of the young woman with orange hair working at the restaurant entrance. She was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The way she answered my questions made me feel like I was bothering her or that she was doing me a favor. Her attitude completely ruined my relaxing day at the hotel. In fact, I avoided going back to the restaurant just so I wouldn't have to see her again. I always asked my questions politely and with a smile in Turkish, but she responded in a very rude and arrogant manner. It's a real shame to have someone like that in such a kind and welcoming team.

Das ganze Team war alles hervorragend.. besonders an Görkem ,Ayhan,Ömer,und an die Alena die beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksamer. Was ich sehr empfehle, Sie müssen unbedingt diese italienische Restaurant anschauen. Es ist einfach fantastisch.. 👌

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. An emergency evacuation alarm was announced repeatedly over the speakers, instructing all guests to leave the building immediately using the emergency exits and not to use the elevators. Naturally, I believed there was a real fire or another serious emergency. I evacuated the building and many other guests appeared equally frightened. What concerned me most was not the alarm itself, but how the situation was handled afterward. Once it became clear that there was no actual emergency, there was no announcement to inform guests that the alarm had been triggered due to a technical issue and that it was safe to return. I had to ask at the reception to find out what had happened. The explanation I received was that the alarm had been activated accidentally during maintenance of the ventilation system. While technical issues can happen, clear communication during and after an evacuation is essential. The lack of timely information left me feeling unsafe and extremely stressed. I appreciate that the hotel changed my room upon request, but the overall handling of the incident did not give me confidence in the hotel’s emergency communication procedures. I hope the hotel reviews this incident carefully and improves its emergency response and guest communication in the future.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again everything was excellent, just like my first visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. In my opinion, Ortaköy is one of the best and liveliest neighborhoods in Istanbul, and Crowne Plaza is one of the best choices in this area  The hotel is only a 4-minute walk from the Ortaköy ferry pier, and from there you can easily take a ferry to many other parts of Istanbul. It's a wonderful and enjoyable way to explore the city.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Crowne Plaza Istanbul. Het hotel is schoon, modern en comfortabel. De kamers zijn ruim, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om mee te denken. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker, met veel keuze. De locatie is ook erg goed en handig om de stad te verkennen. We voelden ons tijdens ons hele verblijf welkom en goed verzorgd. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en zouden dit hotel zeker aanbevelen aan familie en vrienden. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Istanbul komen we graag terug
