i did not like the fact that, there is written that there is a car parking, but there is not in the same building, which was crucial for me. They took my car and parked it 1 kilometre away, in such a buisy city and traffic like istanbul. When we arrived at the hotel it was already 23:30 so we were too tired to look for something else and it was prepaid and we were gonna stay just one night, and the next day the valet opened the car door for me but hit the door at the pave and did not even say sorry, im never returning again, it is not what is expected from Mövenpick

Ich kam viel zu früh beim Hotel an (check-in normalerweise ab 15h), war schon um 09h da und nach kurzem Check, bekam ich das Zimmer sofort, was ich extrem geschätzt hatte. Das Personal allgemein war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig.

Excellent 5 stars hotel in Istanbul, located ideally on excellent road network that takes you anywhere in with decent duration and options. Highly recommended

Bathrooms tiles are slippery, attention to them is important.

Not to repeat, hotel staff were very supportive to resolve an incident by housekeeping, and have added free breakfast for 5 nights as a complementary, very nicely done

It was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we truly experienced perfect Turkish hospitality. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of high-quality food. I can’t mention all the staff by name, but especially Mr. Mert was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. All of the bellboys were also very kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel

One of several options for “free 3 night stay” in Istanbul when we purchased business round trip flight to London on Turkish Airlines. To be honest, I was a bit worried when we are paying a third of the price of Dallas-London direct and then they threw in three nights at a hotel? Well, this was a five star experience. Beautiful, large rooms, breakfast included. We ate the first night at the Italian restaurant on the top floor. A bit pricey, but the food was phenomenal and what a great view. I highly recommend this hotel. It is in the new section, and most of the cool stuff to visit is in the old section, but we arranged a tour and they picked us up at the hotel. Things don’t open until 10 so a 9:30 am pickup worked fine

We would like to give a special mention to two wonderful members of staff who made our stay even more comfortable. Asli, the lovely lady who cleaned our room, was always friendly, kind and attentive. She did a wonderful job and made sure our room was always clean and comfortable. Mert/Mart, who we always saw serving breakfast, was also fantastic. He was warm, welcoming and attentive every morning, always making us feel well looked after. Thank you both for your kindness and for helping to make our stay such a pleasant one. You are both a credit to the hotel and truly deserve to be recognised.

Great location. Very helpful staff. Best breakfast we have had in Turkey (and we have had a lot at different places). The cleaning of the room was impeccable. Isa, floor 9s cleaner, was very dedicated, respectful and wonderful at his job.

The hotel offers a modern and elegant atmosphere, with comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and beautiful views of the Bosphorus and Istanbul skyline. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation and many of Istanbul’s key areas. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall hotel was very well maintained. What made the experience even better was the friendly and professional staff. Their hospitality and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The restaurants and facilities were also excellent, and the combination of comfort, location, views, and service makes this hotel a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul!

The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to Zorlu Center. Nişantaşı and Bebek were only about a 10-minute taxi ride away. The hotel was truly clean and well maintained, with a pleasantly cool atmosphere and a wonderful scent in the lobby. The rooftop restaurant offered an amazing view and very reasonable prices. The Guest Relations team, especially Ms. Melika and Ms. Iremsu, were extremely helpful with all our reservations and recommendations for exploring the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel with over 9.5.

Hotel is elegant and it is in a very good location and management have a sense of customer Service, and therefore have upgraded my room to suit reflecting customer appreciation.

A couple of observations Water is too sweet. The soap does not wash off easily. In my suit, the shower floor was very slippery, pay attention to that and do something about it

We always choose this hotel when we travel to Istanbul, comfortable location, very good staff, clean rooms.

The smoke smell in our floor, but the service staff immediately took action. So it wasn’t a big problem

No parking from the hotel. You give your car to someone thats not from the staff to park your car. İ really dont like that.

I had a very short stay at the hotel, so I can’t fully rate the overall experience. The room was clean, and both the reception and concierge teams were welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the breakfast service. When I politely asked a waiter for a coffee, I was told to serve myself. This was surprising, especially for a five-star hotel where you expect attentive service. It wasn’t about the coffee itself, but about the attitude and level of hospitality. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the breakfast service did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel of this category.

You're greeted by a doorman or two, both inside and out. Your luggage concierges waits for the check-in process to whisk your luggage upstairs.Everyone is exceedingly polite and hospitable, and speak some degree of English. The common areas of this hotel are immaculate and it's not uncommon to see people polishing up. The daily cleaning could not have been more impeccable. And the cleaning staff is available for anything that you need and very accommodating. Magnificent breakfast spread every day, complimentary. I was reminded of breakfast buffet at the plaza in New York. Every breakfast item imaginable was included in this, buffet spread. Even the honey that was served was dripping off a honeycomb. The hotel has a complete fitness room and swimming pool even though I didn't use the pool. They also have a hair salon and a spa which I did not get to enjoy. The concierge employees always ready to help you make reservations and give you tips on how the best enjoy your day. There are always several doorman available inside the entrance to flag a taxi or help you with anything you need. I ate both at the downstairs restaurant and the food was delicious, I ordered room service several times my order was always perfect and the servings were very large. I also ate at the upstairs find dining restaurant, which is Italian with beautiful views of the Istanbul Vista to include views of.the Bosphorous River. On this night, there was a strolling violinist. The beautiful views and polished atmosphere along with the good food made for a pleasurable experience. Among other things, I ordered a Caesar salad, which came drenched in Cesar sauce. For next time I would ask for the sauce on the side and not tossed. I've been to 20 different countries and I've stayed at many hotels, this will go down in history is one of my favorites. It's a medium sized hotel and intimate enough to feel personable. If I return here to this sample, I would definitely stay again at this hotel but I would ask for a high floor with a view if possible. All in all a very noteworthy experience at this hotel andI highly recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Every aspect exceeded my expectations— from the pristine, comfortable rooms to the elegant design. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The dining experience was exquisite, and the amenities—from the spa to the gym—were top-notch. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—definitely a five-star experience! The cleanliness of the room was truly exceptional. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job—every time I returned to the room, it was spotless, exactly as pristine as when I first checked in. We stayed at this location as part of a stopover program. The rooms are a bit small but they have everything needed. The location was a bit further from the historic area than I had anticipated but of course, the traffic does not help. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our dinner on the rooftop was a highlight, the views were beautiful and the food surprisingly better than expected.

The hotel is located outside of the area defined as available for pickup for majority of tours. However while a taxi was required to get to the meeting point they always gave me a lift back to the hotel. Hotel was very nice and staff very friendly and helpful. In particular the Guest assistant Mel am was excellent and followed up to seethat everything went well. She was brilliant and deserves high praise! Had a room.on 17th floor which had a lovely view Really enjoyed the stay.

Traveling from California I took advantage of the Turkish Airlines stop over Free! hotel opportunity. I chose this hotel and could not be more pleased - the rooms are large, updated, and beautiful - The breakfast is above and beyond - IREMSU AT THE CONCIERGE DESK was a joy to speak with in a City that barely speaks English She was attentive and patient with a challenging issue I had - Mehmet at the front desk/reception Was also great with assisting for an additional evening I’m only here for a couple of days and being alone unless you are with an English speaking guide or speak Turkish can be quite a challenge and therefore, I spent quite a bit of time around in solitude and spent some time in my room since I had such a fabulous pilgrimage in France and I was still bathing in all the special moments I had there

The hotel is a good one. Value wise, it depends on the person and their job and if they value cleanliness and a very good bed, if not, its not worth your buck. They are extremely thorough with their cleaning service like really thorough. 5 stars, will probably come back again.

Stayed for a week at this very nice hotel in Istanbul. Well located although walking to Bosphorus or other sites is a bit of a trek. Fazile and the other staff were very warm and welcoming and kept our room clean and well equipped.

Over priced mini bar and charged me for coffe capsule from the room. Normally all hotel anywhere in the world have this coffee complementary or will tell you otherwise.

Rooms aren’t spacious

Absolutely excellent! The breakfast is fabulous, have never seen such choice and quality. Also big credits to the ladies managing the tours desk and other personnel. An advice to those trying to get to the hotel from Gayrettepe metro station. Although it is just 900m walk and visible from there do not try to negotiate the tunnels, stairs, lifts to re-surface on the proper side of the roads (unless you read/speak Turkish). Go strait to the street level and take taxi for example at bus stops, they are available from there, approx. 300 Lira, 7USD.

For the past week, this hotel has felt like my home away from home. After undergoing surgery and experiencing some follow-up complications, I was confined to my room and bed for most of my stay. During this difficult time, every single member of staff went above and beyond to care for me. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made all the difference. I was advised to eat certain foods that were not even on the menu, yet the kitchen staff never hesitated to prepare them for me. They always did their best to accommodate my needs with a smile. A special thank you also goes to one of the housekeeping ladies, who would prepare my room in record time whenever needed so I could return and rest comfortably. Her thoughtfulness and dedication did not go unnoticed. This place was much more than a hotel to me—it became my home, my support system, and my family for an entire week. I am deeply grateful to every member of the team and want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. I have always loved Türkiye, and the warmth and hospitality I experienced here have given me yet another reason to dream of one day living here with my family. Thank you all for making a challenging time so much easier and more comfortable. I will never forget your kindness.

Their kindness was not just part of their job—it was evident that they truly cared about our wellbeing. Outstanding customer service is rare, but the level of care and empathy we experienced was exceptional. Everything exceeded my expectations. - We were upgraded to a suite (instead of our booked twin room) due to availability, which came with complimentary breakfast—a generous gesture that we deeply appreciated. - The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the Bosphorus - The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. I loved my stay at the hotel so much, it had everything I needed, a really great gym, sauna, steam room, and a beautiful lounge. The best part of my experience here however was the state of my room when I get back from an exhausting day, the maid Műneuver was an absolute breath of fresh air, she made sure my room and all my things were neatly arranged, she never hanged around or made suggestions for tips, it’s so funny that I looked forward throughout my stay to getting back to my room because of her. I truly appreciate Műneuver for giving me such a comfortable and happy experience at the hotel.

Very good, it’s clean, the services are quick and the location is amazing.

Spacious room. Friendly and very kind staff. The design in the room is really good because it is minimalistic. Having a balcony is a plus. No-carpet floor is quite a plus.

There was so much outside noise coming into the room - the window insulation is not good for that matter. The elevators shake like a cradle. There was hair in one of the towels, which was "unused" in our room. The wifi was not working. They tried to fix it but the timing wasn't good so we let it go.

Mövenpick Hotel Bosphorus was an excellent choice for our first trip to Turkey visiting from the United States. Everyone at the hotel made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel was very clean, the amenities were great, and all of the food we tried was excellent. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. Ismail, one of the waiters at the buffet, was extremely attentive and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
