The views were spectacular and our room was spacious with comfortable beds. The pool was nice, the staff were very attentive.

Food and drink was too expensive which made us go elsewhere to eat and drink. The pool was too busy at the weekend and we struggled to get a sunbed.

They gave me free upgrade to bosphorus view room. That was made my day. Special Thanks to the best receptionist Mr. talha ayberk, was a very polite and had a happy face. Brekafast was excellent. I have tried many bosphorus view in istanbul but this hotel has greatest view over of the bosphorus. Bellboy was great also. They brought me a birthday pancake as a surprise during my breakfast.

The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were polite, courteous and friendly. We had an Executive Room that gave us access to the 17th floor lounge - the views were spectacular, breakfast and evening food were excellent and the 2 hours of alcoholic drinks were most enjoyable. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from a tram line and ferry stop. Since the weather was so good we did not use the gym or spa, but the facilities looked decent.

The climb up the hill after a day’s sightseeing was pretty exhausting. This is a big conference hotel which also hosted several weddings whilst we were there - whilst we enjoyed the people-watching, others may find it too busy.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage mit teilweisem seitlichem Blick auf den Bosporus.

Leider war jeden Abend laute Musik bis etwa 12 Uhr zu hören. Die Möglichkeit zu Fuß an den Bosporus zu gehen ist nur entlang einer nicht schönen und stark befahrenen Straße. Ein Durchgang durch den Garten direkt zum Bosporus ist leider nicht möglich.

Бронировали отель с видом на Босфор, но номер оказался на низком этаже и больше был на деревья. Попросили поменять номер и нам без доплаты предоставили огромный люкс с лучшим видом и террасой. Потрясающе. Хорошее расположение. Вкусный ресторан. Все действительно на высоком уровне.

Over priced for its value…. View of the room was extremely disappointing!! I booked a garden view room but the room that we got had parking view. Even after complaining the hotel advised that the next room will have a similar view. The description didn’t match the view mentioned at the time of booking. Looking at the parking lot for 5 days wasn’t quite exciting, they should categorize the room as parking view not garden view.

We had a very comfortable stay. The hotel has everything you need—a great location, wonderful staff, and excellent service. We would especially like to extend our gratitude to Executive Lounge Chef Aziz Bey. My 3-year-old son has multiple food allergies, so staying at a hotel is usually challenging when it comes to finding safe meals or getting help from the kitchen. We truly appreciate Chef Aziz and the entire staff for being so accommodating and helpful.

It’s very beautiful & services are exceptional

Very comfortable room with a view up the Bospherus. All the features of the room were very good and I particularly enjoyed a choice of pillows available. The rooms were cleaned quickly at a time suit. The facilities were excellent. We used the swimming pool, the suana/steam room in the wellness centre, several of the restaurants and the rooftop bar. Madhu's Indian restaurant was excellent. The daily breakfast had an enormous and interesting choice and although very busy, all the staff were very helpful and attentive. The restaurants and facilities are on many different floors across two towers which took a bit of getting used to but quickly became easy with fast lifts. We found the best way into the old part of Istanbul was by tram - a 20 minute walk downhill to the end of the tram line. We would certainly return.

A small point but we would have liked some form of milk in the fridge to have with tea/coffee. Many hotels today do not seem to stock soap bars but have a liquid version. I always travel with my own soap as a result! Over the weekend, the swimming pool became very busy with non-residents who can use it, the week days were much less busy although there are the usual suspects who arrive early and 'reserve' multiple deckchairs with towels and bags and then don't appear for several hours!

The AC didn’t work for the first two days despite our complaints, the room was extremely hot, housekeeping was only once a day, and used/dirty towels were not replaced but put back on the shelf.

Poolside pricing was inconsistent—the exact same order cost around 1,800 TL one day and 1,200 TL the next, which felt very unprofessional. Communication was also difficult as the pool staff spoke very little English.

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel in Istanbul, situated in a priceless location with wonderful staff and facilities! We were especially impressed by the reception staff and in particular one of the male staff (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) who was kind enough to facilitate an early check in after a long flight from Australia! The service and food was especially amazing! We will definitely be coming back to the SwissHotel

No se merece ni 2 estrellas, la mayoría de empleados no solucionaban nada y siempre con malas caras. Recomiendo otros hoteles de la zona, la piscina pequeña, colas interminables para desayunar y a todo esto con malas caras, y algun que otro grito a mi hija por tocar el piano y mi hija tiene 6 años, quieren venderlo como un hotel de 5 estrellas y no es real ni 2 estrellas, es mi humilde opinión creo que deberían mejorar muchísimo para alcanzar 5 estrellas.

I paid for a bosphorus view, the hotel gave a room that i can sea the sea but not the bridge of bosphorus, they have charged me for the parking! The hotel takes a 100 euro per night deposit in cash! When i asked the reception for this charges I didn’t get a satisfying answers.

Неразбериха с завтраками. Я бронировал номер с завтраками и доступом в лаундж. Но мне сказали, что я могу завтракать только в лаунже. Но в итоге я только рад: хоть выбор был небольшой, все было очень вкусно и нас обслуживали по высшему разряду.

Как всегда великолепный сервис, супер вид на Босфор с лобби, с номера. Классный уличный бассейн, атмосфера в баре на крыше. Отличная еда на завтрак.

Кровать в этот раз была очень мягкая, спать было некомфортно. Завтраки немного изменились с прошлого года, как будто стали скуднее.

The stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast experience; the restaurant staff were exceptional, attentive, and made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay.

Уже много лет останавливаюсь в этом отеле . Он очень удобно расположен . До люксовых бутиков - пешком , торговые центры - такси , прямо от отеля , которое вам закажет дворецкий . До площади Таксим -7 минут . Красивый , современный , сейсмично устойчивый отель , так как проектировали его японцы . Расположен прямо напротив дворца Долмабахче, напротив отеля - величественный Босфор . Через дорогу пристань Кабаташ , после ремонта , современная , откуда можно на пароме перебраться в азиатскую часть Стамбула и на Принцевы острова. До Галапорт - пешком или на такси , все рядом . Все чисто в отеле , прекрасные рестораны с видом на Босфор. Лично для меня , это как дом , куда я люблю возвращаться!

Séjour très agréable ! Les installations sont vraiment au top : magnifique piscine, excellente salle de sport et accès pratiques. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service, ce qui fait toute la différence. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter pour la qualité de ses équipements et de son service.

Les points négatifs concernent surtout le rapport qualité/prix des restaurants de l'hôtel, qui est nettement moins intéressant que celui des excellentes adresses à l'extérieur. En revanche, le véritable problème est le rooftop transformé en boîte de nuit : la musique est diffusée à un volume très élevé tous les soirs jusque tard dans la nuit. Si votre chambre est orientée de ce côté, il est très difficile de trouver le calme nécessaire pour se reposer. C'est vraiment dommage, car cela contraste avec la qualité globale de l'établissement

I booked a Bosphorus View room, but the view was very disappointing. The Bosphorus was only visible from a very small corner of the room, and it was not the panoramic or proper view I expected when booking this room category. I believe the room should be described as having a partial or limited Bosphorus view rather than a full Bosphorus view, as the current description is misleading.

My recent stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus was nothing short of spectacular, and the entire hotel exceeded all my expectations! Booking a room with Executive Lounge access was absolutely the right choice. The lounge itself is fantastic, offering a beautifully relaxing atmosphere, excellent food, and an absolutely breathtaking view of the Bosphorus. It truly elevated my whole experience. The level of service across the entire hotel is outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to the wonderful girl at the concierge desk who was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist me. The whole front desk team is highly professional, welcoming, and efficient, making you feel valued from the moment you step in. Housekeeping also did a phenomenal job. The cleaning lady was extremely sweet and polite, and my room was kept impeccably clean and spotless throughout my entire stay. From the stunning views and luxurious amenities to the top-tier hospitality of the staff, this hotel is a perfect 10/10. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

This was my second stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul, and once again it reminded me why I chose to return. As someone who truly appreciates quality hospitality, I notice and value the small details—and they certainly did not go unnoticed during this stay. I was travelling with my mother, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. A special thank you to Orgun at the Front Office for his professionalism and kindness, especially for arranging a thoughtful upgrade to a beautiful Bosphorus View room. It made our stay even more memorable. Our mornings at Sabrosa Restaurant were a highlight of each day. Thank you to Nuray, Berfin, and the entire breakfast team for their genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. We also truly appreciated Samet and his team at Oasis Bar & Restaurant by the pool, as well as Doruk at the lobby coffee shop, who consistently made us feel welcome. The only area where I believe there is room for improvement was our dinner experience at the Rooftop Restaurant. While the food was enjoyable, the service did not reflect the otherwise outstanding standards of the hotel. However, I sincerely appreciated how professionally my feedback was handled by Zeynep at check-out. She listened carefully, took my comments seriously, and her thoughtful approach left us with a very positive final impression. I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and luxurious. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh, delicious, and high-quality options to suit every taste. The hotel’s facilities were well maintained, and the location was convenient. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt valued as a guest.

The live music from the hotel bar/club goes on until late and it's you're in the west tower, you may not get a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Swissôtel from July 14th to July 18th, 2026 . Everything was simple super, and it's always pleasure staying with them . A special shout-out to the wonderful young lady working at concierge desk who was extremely helpful, as well as the entire team of assist me . The level of service and hospitality here is consistently top-notch. Also, a big compliment to the housekeeping maid who maintained my room - it was kept impeccably clean and cozy. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Расположение ,нереально красивые виды .Вкусные рестораны ,особенно снаружи отеля .На этом все

Отель изрядно подуставший , не пятерка это точно .В ванной комнате все в белом налете от воды ,видимо нет хороших моющих средств .Заселили сначала не в наш номер ,меняли очень долго так как очень плохо знают Английский часть персонала ,в итоге поменяли на прокуренный ,а мы с маленьким ребенком .В бассейне нельзя купаться с ребенком до 3 лет в надувном круге с родителем ,только можно в детском ,где всего 2 зонта на все шезлонги и сидишь в адском солнцепеке .Нет пандусов для коляски и нужно постоянно просить персонал помогать .Из за постоянных свадеб не возможно погулять по территории .Это то что запомнила ,еще раз точно не вернемся .В Стамбуле есть куда лучше отели

Excellent customer service all round from highly professional staff. Good location in Besiktas near the football stadium, very close to cafes and bars. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable with excellent facilities. Loved the executive lounge as well, with a great selection of food and drink.

The resident club, 16Roof, isn't what it was last year unfortunately.... although maybe that's because we visited on a weekend this time round. Highly pricey drinks, and being informed that we had to pay to stand at a small table to enjoy the Bosphorus views ...nah, not good.

Everything was amazing ! Top hotel in the heart of Istanbul. The breakfast very good , the spa was great , and the outside pool is kids friendly . The 16th floor restaurant had a breathtaking view ❤️ and the staff was friendly and attentive . For sure we will be back
