The hotel workers are very friendly and always willing to help. Also the location is simply fantastic! There is a bus station super close by, as well as the central metro station Taksim. Also Istiklal is 4min walk from the location.

Here and there some super small things, but actually not worth complaining for what I got for the price I payed.

Location is walking distance to Taksim metro. Near the pedestrian street, which is good.

Immediately outside is a taxi hub. Can hear taxis & sometimes their horns in the middle of the night

Хорошее расположение, все под рукой, легко добраться от отеля в любую сторону. Метро, автобус, такси, скутер, столовая, аптека, магазины, все рядом. Очень добрый и отзывчивый персонал. Отличные завтраки, домашняя обстановка.

Хотелось чтоб в номере было чище.

При выборе отеля искали именно расположение, здесь совпало все и месторасположение и цена. Ночью было шумно на улице, но мы этого ожидали, так как отель находиться в туристическом месте. Закрывали окна и спали с кондиционером, поэтому для нас это было не критично. Завтраки отличные, шведский стол, всего достаточно и вкусно, ограничений не было. Много достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности.

非常棒的体验，前台的Numan小哥非常热情，耐心地给我们介绍附近的景点，偶尔还会和我们small talk，聊一聊文化习俗等等。这里的早餐很好吃，位置也非常便利，更重要的是旁边有一家物美价廉的社区食堂，很适合中国胃，慢慢走几步路就到独立大街了，附近去塔克西姆广场和加拉达石塔都非常近，而且基本上走二十多分钟就能到海边，很惬意的住宿位置～

Mayza Hoteldə keçirdiyimiz vaxtdan çox məmnun qaldıq. Otelin yerləşdiyi məkan əladır, İstanbulun bir çox görməli yerlərinə rahat şəkildə çatmaq olur. Personal son dərəcə mehriban, gülərüz və köməksevər idi. Otaqların və ümumilikdə otelin təmizliyi bizi xüsusilə sevindirdi. Səhər yeməyi isə qiymətinə görə kifayət qədər yaxşı və qənaətbəxş idi. İstanbul səfəri planlayan hər kəsə tövsiyə edirəm.

We had a wonderful stay at Mayza Hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to reach many of Istanbul’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of both the rooms and the hotel overall. The breakfast was good and offered great value for the price. I would highly recommend Mayza Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Istanbul.

Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avions une chambre trop petite pour nous trois , mais je m'étais mal exprimée, on était un adulte 2 ados, et j'avais indiqué 2 adultes un enfant , mais dès qu'il en a été possible ils nous ont installé dans une autre chambre , merci a eux

Her şey çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısıda bol bol, çok güzeldi. Konumu harikaydı. Taksim metrosuna, meydanına 5 dakikada yerleşiyordu. Çalışanları sevdim. Thanks for everything.

Lage in der Nähe von Taksim und einfache Verfügbarkeit zu Bahn und Isteklal Einkaufszentren. Personal sehr nett,freundlich und Hilfsbereit,besonders Herr Semih. Täglich sauber machen .

"Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind sehr laut, die ganze Nacht über war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Der Aufzug fährt erst ab dem ersten Stock und ist extrem klein und eng. Die Dreibettzimmer sind viel zu klein für drei bis vier Koffer

Очень вежливый и добрый персонал, быстро отвечали и помогали с вопросами. Мне надо было оставить багаж на день после чек аута я попросил их можно ли оставить у них и забрать позже на что они ответили позитивно, чемодан был в отличном состоянии. Хороший завтрак

Triple room I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mayza. It is a small, cozy, and budget-friendly hotel in an excellent location, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, they kindly allowed me to check in at 11:00 AM as soon as my room was ready. A special thank you Semih at the reception for making this possible and for his warm hospitality. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, with fresh water and tissues provided daily. I was impressed to see that the curtains had just been washed and freshly hung before I entered the room, which really showed how much they care about cleanliness. The room also had a nice view of the street parallel to Istiklal Street. Breakfast was included, which was a great way to start the day. There was a good selection of bread, simit, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, honey, butter, tea, and instant coffee. One thing to note is that the elevator starts from the first floor, so you need to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs. However, this wasn't a problem at all. Semih kindly helped carry my bags upstairs when I arrived, and the tall gentleman at the reception helped carry them downstairs when I checked out. Thank you both for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to thank the lady 🌸who cleaned the rooms and prepared breakfast every morning. She worked very hard and always made sure everything was clean and well prepared.

La ubicación es perfecta, hay demasiado restaurantes, comercio, el metro cerca. La habitación era amplia y todos los días le realizaban aseo, el desayuno delicioso tiene varias opciones, personal amable.

Топ за свои деньги: в номере убирали каждый день, завтрак не большой, но хватает полностью, расположена почти на Истикляль, площадь таксис в пару минутах, до голубой Мечети можно дойти пешком, все достопримечательности основные в шаговой доступности.

Если ехать не недостатки искать, то отель стоит своих денег.

El desayuno muy bien, ensaladas, queso, fiambre, cafe, te... bastante completo. La ubicación excelente a solo 200 metros de la calle Istikal y muy cerca de la plaza Taskim.

Que el ascensor esté en el primer piso, para acceder al mismo debes subir un piso mediante escaleras. Otra cosa a mejorar sería la hora del check in, antes de las 14:00

Ночью спать невозможно шум адский до утра,сантехника сломана,ступеньки узкие и очень неудобные для подьема,а лифт начинается только со второго этажа

The location was ideal from my point of view with numerous bars and restaurants in the road opposite the hotel and only a short walk from the Besiktas Stadium. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

The facilities listed on the Booking.com website state: 'Dining and Leisure: The family-friendly restaurant serves Turkish cuisine with halal options. Guests can enjoy a bar, coffee shop, and outdoor seating area. Additional amenities include a terrace, patio, and garden views.' I guess the breakfast area could double as a restaurant although only breakfast was offered. There was no bar although the area itself is full of bars. A bar and a restaurant were facility that attracted me to the Mayza Otel and the lack was a disappointment but did not stop me enjoying my stay there.

Good location

The smell of cigarettes in the room was so bad that we couldn't sleep. The smell of cigarettes permeated the room, and the smell came in from outside as well, which was really unpleasant...It seems like many guests already smoked in that room for a long.. It would be nice if this issue were improved.

Good location near Taksim Square. Handy for catching a bus to or from airport. Manager, Mr Noman, very friendly. Room was quiet, warm and functional, despite being rather small. Breakfast was included in the price and was perfectly adequate.

I would suggest removing the rather stained carpet outside the rooms and on the stairs. It does not create a very good impression. The breakfast room would also benefit from a bit of decorating.

Отель и номер соответствует фото, приветливый персонал, в номере убирали каждый день, ставили воду, в стоимость включен завтрак. Расположение отеля отличное, рядом все есть и магазин и аптека и недорогая столовая, вечером идти не страшно.

Местоположение- близко до улицы Истикляль, Площадь Таксим, автобусные остановки, персонал отзывчивый, на все просьбы отзывается без проблем, рядом, в соседнем доме недорогие продуктовые магазины, аптека, столовая с приятными ценами и вкусными блюдами. В целом впечатление от гостиницы - небольшие номера, маленький лифт, завтрак скромненький, для женщин норм. но мужчинам думаю не будет хватать. В номере чайник, чай, сахар, вода. Фен, полотенца, тапочки, мыльные принадлежности. За эту цену год назад жили в районе Фатих гостиница получше и завтраки лучше, но Для отеля рядом с Истикляль думаю за такую цену соответствующая гостиница. узнавали цены в соседних отелях, намного дороже.

При заселении сначала очень не понравилось в номере было грязновато и постель как будто не свежая и полотенца, но после того как пожаловались, сразу дали новую постель и полотенца. В следующие дни уже убирались , было чисто и постель даже меняли. полотенца и тапочки новые оставляли после уборки. После 11.00 вечера девушкам лучше не выходить одним из гостиницы - место оказалось злачным - ходили девушки лёгкого поведения, трансгендеры, слышны были разборки между собой и с полицией. Также рядом место стоянки таксистов. Но местные сказали не переживайте, здесь много полицейских в штатском.

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Odamızın temizliği, sıcaklığı, sessizliği, duş sıkıntısı olmaması, çalışanların yardımsever ve güler yüzlü olmaları, fiyatı uygun olması, kahvaltısı olması. 3 gün kaldık çok memnun ayrıldık. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.

Отель отличное месторасположение. В 20 секундах в сторону Истикляля находится магазин Sok. Если будет холодно, сразу просите обогреватель на ресепшене.

Отдыхали в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. Местоположение очень удобное, завтраки прекрасные, удобства в номере все есть. Персонал очень отзывчивый и очень дружелюбный. Рекомендую его своим друзьям и сама взяла себе его на заметку. Рада буду вернуться.

The location is great, the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. We had clean towels everyday and a lot of hot water. The staff is great. I'd say good value for money.

It can get quite loud during the night, the sound isolation is a bit poor and the overall isolation, as the AC needs a longer time to heat the room because of that. The breakfast was ok, but the kitchen area is a little bit shabby.
