Perfekte Anlage für die Familie. Wir hatten ein Swim-Up Zimmer, was mit einem Baby extrem praktisch ist. Die Essenauswahl war ein Traum. Alle waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Die Coctails waren top und sonst ist die Anlage für Familien sowie Paare empfehlenswert. Schöner Strand.

In den Restaurants kann man besser auf die Sauberkeit achten. Teils lagen Essensreste auf Plätzen sowie auf Böden. Die Kinderstühle sollten jedes mal gut geputzt werden, was leider nicht der Fall war. An der Sauberkeit kann noch gearbeitet werden.

Very new hotel, nice room and absolutely loved the waterpark. We have been upgraded to a swim up room which we truly appreciate it, thank you barut team.

Staff is not attentive and unfriendly. Long wait for drinks at the lobby bar during the day, no one cares to ask. When dining in main restaurant never had any waiter greet us good morning/noon/evening whenever we sat down. Bit of shame really, despite the facilities being so amazing. It doesn’t makes us feel welcome at all compared to to another barut hotel, Lara barut. Everywhere we go in the hotel ground, you just never feel the basic hospitality that a 5 star hotel will provide. The waiters throughout the hotel just DOESN’T CARE and will not even try, unfortunately. Almost like a robots, unlike robots they at least will not have language barrier. We find a few of the waiter in main restaurant do not speak English at all. This is shocking for a 5 star hotel, who are your target customers exactly? We are grateful that we have been upgraded to nicer room, but this does not make up the rest(most) of our experience. I sincerely hope someone from management really take time to read this and take the points away and ultimately improve it, we are loyal customer to Barut collection and really hope to have the unforgettable(great) experience everytime we return.

Отель отличный! новый, чистый. Питание на самом высшем уровне и на самый изысканный вкус. Деятм весело в аквапарке и лунапарке. Отличный тренажерный зал и спортивные программы.

Зона ванной комнаты и туалета не закрывается. Выход из душевой кабина сразу в общую зону, кроме того сразу отражаешься в зеркале в коридоре, что видит семья, расположившаяся на кровате. Для семейной комнаты, как-то не очень.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Vor allem die Möglichkeiten in den a la carte Restaurants zu essen, fanden wir toll. Die Unterteilung in die verschiedenen Bereiche fanden wir ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine eigenen Bereich nur für Erwachsene, Familien und einen Gemeinschaftsbereich.

Die Kellner im Hauptrestaurant waren teilweise sehr überfordert gewesen. Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis wir unsere Getränke bekommen hatten. Teilweise mussten wir zu den Kellner selbst gehen, weil sie uns vergessen hatten. Wir hätten es besser gefunden, wenn auch die Möglichkeit bestanden hätte, die Getränke wie Tee selbst zu holen. Ebenfalls waren im Hauptrestaurant die Teller manchmal dreckig, weswegen wir immer schauen mussten, welchen Teller wir nehmen. Als wir auch am Erwachsenenpool waren, war unser Tisch dreckig. Der Kellner hat die neuen Getränke einfach auf den dreckigen Tisch gestellt ohne den Tisch vorher aufzuräumen. Sowas darf bei so einem Hotel nicht passieren.

Geceleri de hizmet veren Cibez restoranın hizmet vermemesi bunun yerine ana restoranda akşamdan kalan en az tercih edilen yemeklerin gece servis edilmesi önemli bir kayıp olmuş. Akşam Saat 4 ile 7 arasında sadece adult restoran hizmet veriyor bu da çocuklu aileler için bir zorluk. Arcadedeki herşeyi paralı olması üzücü özellikle kötü havalarda veya sakin akşamlarda güzel bir aktiviteydi, bu da bir kayıp.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Anda Barut Collection und waren insgesamt wirklich begeistert. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr gepflegt und bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre für einen entspannten Urlaub. Schon direkt nach der Ankunft in der Lobby beginnt die Entspnnung. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Entgegen vieler Bewertungen haben wir fast alle Mitarbeitenden (ausser 1-2 Personen) als sehr freundlich und aufmerksam empfunden. Auch das Essen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hauptbuffet ist entgegen anderer AI-Hotels z.B. in Antalya nicht zu riesig, jedoch perfekt abgestimmt und man findet wirklich alles was man sich wünscht, auch aufgrund der verschiedenen Themenabenden. Die Auswahl ist groß und die Qualität insgesamt auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Besonders positiv fanden wir die verschiedenen Restaurants und die Möglichkeit, zwischen unterschiedlichen Konzepten wählen zu können. Die waren aus sehr gut, jedoch fanden wir 1-2 davon eher durschnittlich vom Geschmack her. Auch die Barista Bar ist sehr gelungen (Grüsse an Savas). Auch die Getränke der Bars waren von guter Qualität. Fitness sehr modern, SPA-Behandlungen auch sehr gut. Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön und bietet sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr viel. Poolbereiche inkl. Aquapark, Strand und die verschiedenen Freizeitmöglichkeiten sorgen dafür, dass eigentlich keine Langeweile aufkommt. Die Anlage ist so gross und hat so viele verschiedene Zonen, dass auch bei voller Auslastung man überall Platz findet (sogar nachmittags) und es sich nicht sehr voll anfühlt. Das Meer ist sehr sauber, es gibt gewisse steinige Stellen aber auch solche mit Sand für Kinder. Buggy-Service ist sehe nützlich, es gibt Stationen, jedoch wird man auch sonst wo aufgenommen, wenn der Shuttle gerade Platz hat. Auch unser Zimmer war sauber, modern und komfortabel. Die gesamte Anlage wurde während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut gepflegt.

Natürlich gibt es auch ein paar Punkte, die aus unserer Sicht noch verbessert werden könnten. In den WCs gab es weder im Zimmer noch in den öffentlichen Bereichen eine richtige Lüftung, was wir bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie etwas ungewöhnlich fanden. Der künstliche Sand rund um den Aquapark war für uns ebenfalls eher unangenehm. Gerade barfuß fanden wir den Belag nicht optimal und könnten uns dort beispielsweise Rasen als angenehmere Alternative vorstellen. Der Salzwasser-Pool war für unseren Geschmack relativ stark gesalzen. Für Erwachsene mag das Geschmackssache sein, für Kinder fanden wir den Salzgehalt teilweise etwas hoch. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Hotel komplett ausgebucht, was man insbesondere morgens und abends zu den Stoßzeiten am Buffet gemerkt hat. Mit ein bis zwei zusätzlichen Mitarbeitern könnte der Ablauf unserer Meinung nach noch etwas reibungsloser gestaltet werden. Gleichzeitig möchten wir ausdrücklich betonen, dass das Personal trotz der hohen Auslastung wirklich alles gegeben hat und stets freundlich und bemüht war. Für uns ist es absolut nachvollziehbar, dass man bei einem komplett ausgelasteten All-Inclusive-Hotel nicht immer unmittelbar nach dem Hinsetzen Besteck oder ein Getränk bekommt – das gehört bei einer solchen Auslastung für uns durchaus dazu. Dafür war der Service in den À-la-carte-Restaurants entsprechend sehr gut. Das Kinderbuffet könnte unserer Meinung nach noch stärker auf Kleinkinder und Babys ausgerichtet sein. Für größere Kinder ist die Auswahl sicherlich ausreichend, für die Kleinsten wären zusätzliche einfache bzw. entsprechend geeignete Speisen wünschenswert. Ein letzter Punkt ist das Essensangebot am Nachmittag: Zwischen etwa 16 und 19 Uhr waren die Möglichkeiten, noch etwas zu essen zu bekommen, für unseren Geschmack etwas begrenzt. Hier wäre ein zusätzliches Snackangebot schön.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Anda Barut Collection. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the kids’ area, pools, and facilities were all amazing. It’s a great place for a family holiday, and there is plenty to enjoy within the resort. The transfer from the airport takes around two hours, and there is basically no infrastructure or anything to do within walking distance outside the hotel. So you should be prepared to spend most, if not all, of your holiday inside the resort. We also had an unpleasant sewage smell in our room for two days, which was disappointing considering the overall level of the hotel. Apart from these points, we had a very good experience and really enjoyed our stay.

Per prenotare a la cartè non ci siamo riusciti Abbiamo provato tre volte ed era sempre occupato subito. Apre le prenotazioni tra le 10-14 Avendo provato anche alle 10.08/10.10 circa in tutti ma tutti sempre occupato e non siamo Riuscito a provare nessuno In più dovrebbero comunicare all’ingresso per informazione e orientamento , che certe opzioni sono privilegiate per le ville. Includendo una parte della spiaggia e ristorante pomeriggio prenotabile ecc ecc

1. Новый отель, никаких признаков "усталости". Номера (мы делали платный апгрейд до свим-ап) удобные: просторная терраса, отдельная гардеробная, хорошие фен и выпрямитель волос 2. Хорошая и своевренная уборка номеров 3. Море чистое. Пляж хорошо обслуживается: полотенца в наличии всегда, свободные лежаки всегда можно найти, напитки из бара приносят быстро. 4. Понравились пляжные кабаны. 5. Еда на ужин в целом хорошая в ресторане Mansion, итальянском и тематические буфеты высокой кухни, рыбный и турецкий.

1. Еда в рыбном ресторане - ничего особенного, в азиатском - невкусная, а на шведском столе малое разнообразие пахлавы. В ресторан Кара попасть не удалось ни разу за неделю. 2. Завтрак в основном ресторане начинается в 7.00, но в 7.20 еще нельзя поличить омлет и блинчики - станции не работают. 3. Сервису отеля еще далеко до 5 звезд. Долго заселяли, хотя мы приехали после 15.00. Официанты в ресторанах (за редким приятным исключением) старательные, но небыстрые и путают заказы. Но больше всего нас расстроил выезд. Нам нужен был поздний чек-аут. Никаких бесплатных опций (номер на час, возможность переодеться в спа и т.п.) отель не предлагает. За доп.плату 50 евро в час наш номер нам оставить не удалось (несмотря на то, что номера этой категории были доступны для бронирования), нам предоставили номер для инвалидов, не предупредив об этой особенности. Однако такой номер для гостей без ограничений неудобен. 4. Полагаем, что отелю следует еще раз пересмотреть размещение зон пляжей. Сначала "обделены" были семьи с детьми, сейчас же взрослым гостям достался маленький кусок пляжа, у границы территории отеля. Взрослую и детскую часть на пляже санрайз нужно поменять местами, т.к. для детей еще есть пляж сансет.

It was our dreamy holiday which eats, drinks, swims and the rest in the hotel all day :) The hotel was so busy but the hotel's area is so huge. 16+ adults and family area is so clear, even for breakfast/lunch/dinner time or swimming (the sea and the pool). They all split the area which was so positive way. i.e 16+ Adult pool doesn't have any music. If you wanna listen it loudly or join the activities, they have main pool to do. There are lots of activities every day. They have regular programme shows every night. Since the 1st day you arrive, you feel your privilege. It's deffo recommended hotel and holiday. Overall I can say that everything is perfect. However, I might add that the bartenders have own mixed coctails that's why there's no standard. This isn't big deal of course, but you might need to keep low your expectation of coctails.

hotel is spaceous and as such it doesn’t feel crowded. staff is amazing they are proactive and helpful. hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. food is amazing and a different culinary every day. restaurants are great. overall an amazing experience.

it can be tricky to book a seat in restaurants but guest relations are amazing to arrange when requested.

General facilities are great, kids club and pool areas lovely to enjoy as a family. It doesn’t feel crowded same as some other resorts despite its peak season. Kara À la Cart restaurant is very good. I think it is our favourite restaurant in there.

Sleep quality. Mattress is not firm, sinking in. If you have issues, it is not comfy to sleep on. Room doors are not well insulated. There was a lot noise from corridor over the night, woke me up 3 days. Patisserie and Desserts are average, you expect better quality for such 5 stars hotel. Service quality was much lower than our previous stay. It was quite hard to get waiters attention in main restaurant. Sometimes they forget your orders. The staff generally great at problem solving as reactive response. However, you expect more proactive thinking at this level. Since this was our 4th stay with Barut Hotels, second on this property. I’d expect from them to keep guest preferences records, provide child amenities in rooms.

​Otelin genel hizmet kalitesi, imkanları ve personel yaklaşımı gerçekten 10 numaraydı. Yemekler son derece kaliteli, lezzetli ve çeşit olarak gayet yeterliydi. Tüm personel her alanda son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Oğlumun doğum günü için odaya özel doğum günü pastası göndermeleri bizi çok mutlu eden çok ince bir jestti. Özellikle Community Pool Bar’da Nihat ve Ömer’e mükemmel kokteylleri ve samimi ilgileri için özel olarak teşekkür ederim.

Yaşadığımız tek ve en büyük sıkıntı; otel içerisindeki mağazadan satın aldığımız deniz şortunun aquapark/kaydırak kullanımı sırasında zedelenip yırtılması ve kusurlu duruma gelmesi oldu. Doğrudan otel bünyesinden alınan bir ürün ve tesis içi kullanım olmasına rağmen otel yönetiminin bu konuda hiç sorumluluk almaması ve konuyu çözümsüz bırakması böyle yüksek standartlı bir otele hiç yakışmadı.

Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute war einfach alles perfekt. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön, modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Anlage ist beeindruckend, das Essen hervorragend und der Service auf einem außergewöhnlich hohen Niveau. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.

Everything is very well thought. Everything is designed in detail. Kids loved it. We both enjoyed our time with them and enjoyed our free time in +16 areas or sport areas while they were running to the kids club. This is a place generated by excellent service in the heart. Thank you very much!

Children sized toilets are missing :( In an hotel that much family centered, we really looked for them.

How helpful and friendly the staff are from checking in to leaving. The variety and freshness of food. The quality of the food, rooms and facilities and also the all day activities, from keeping fit to entertaining the kids. Waterpark variety of both kids and adult rides, the fairground. Everything:)

No pharmacy on site but they did help us if we needed anything but outsourced.

The location, climate, buildings, facilities, foods and drinks, service, people, kids club, the sea, the pools, adventure park, spa, evening shows, open buffet, ala carte restaurants, rooms.All in short, everything is perfect. With 7 years old daughter, all of us enjoyed from every moment and had a exellent holiday. Hope to come back again in future years..

It was a wonderful resort with many options for entertainment with kids or without kids. The staff were excellent, everybody is always smiling and energetic. The rooms, the facilities, the restaurants, the beaches, the pools, the aquapark, the theme park, the game center, everything was great. We had a wonderful time with 2 kids.

The resort is so big, we had to get oriented the first two days :) the reservation only restaurants cannot be reserved via the application even at 10:00 which is the beginning of the reservation period. These are not problems of course, just our comments.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und groß. Es bietet eine saubere und weitläufige Anlage. Man hat genug Platz um zu verweilen. Mein Zimmer war im Adult Only Bereich. L Block 3225. Die Zimmerreinigung war top und sehr lobenswert. Da ich mich super wohl gefühlt habe, habe ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängert. Barrista Savaş ist sehr sehr gut und super professionell und sehr freundlich und aufmerksam im Umgang mit jedem Gast. Der Strandabschnitt könnte sauberer sein. Allgemein mangelt es an Personal im gesamten Servicebereich. Die Servicekräfte leisten einen unglaublichen Job und kommen mit der Arbeit nicht hinterher. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten. Die meisten Desserts waren geschmacklich eher schlecht. Torten nur Cremes und wenig Boden. Das Tiramisu lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich frage mich, ob die Desserts nicht probiert werden.. Da bin ich von Barut Lara und Akra Antalya einen viel besseren Standard gewohnt.. An der Strandbar beim Adultsbereich war der Strandbar Haupt-Barkeeper mit der Beste im gesamten Hotel. Er ist sehr professionell und freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr gut geschult was die Umgangsformen und Ausdrucksweise gegenüber den Gästen angeht. Sie sind alle sehr freundlich, höflich und respektvol den Gästen gegenüber.

Desserts haben Optimierungsbedarf.

This was our second year staying at Anda Barut (Didim), and we were very happy with all the facilities, food, activities, and services. Big shoutout to Neriman Hn (housekeeping), Basak Hn (dinner staff), Sefa Bey (dinner/breakfast staff) and Ege Bey (breakfast staff). Also big shoutout to all the Lifeguards that keep an eye on the waterpark, pools and beaches.

What's not to like? Things were great. We did notice that the overall hotel/resort was more crowded in comparison with last year, but I think the staff and management are going through the expected trials of adapting to increased guest traffic.

Not a big variety of food and every day the same. Food taste not perfect. Very tight schedule of the restaurants and night buffer extremely poor for such a hotel. We didnt succeed to book 1 table even for whole stay. They juts book starting by 10h. I tried even one day at 10h06 and they said all of them fully booked (missing transparency here.) No doctor at hotel.

Отличный, новый отель, большая территория, огромный выбор еды и напитков во всех локациях. Отель полностью соответствует описанию, жили в зоне Adult, Сделали апгрейд номера на SwimUp, всегда думал, что это лишняя и бесполезная функция, но пожив пару дней - очень понравилось, плюс номер удобно расположен, практически не нужно пользоваться лифтом. В зоне Adult, понятно, потише, есть свой ресторан по меню, отдельная зона пляжа, мало людей, на бассейне и пляже Qr и электронное меню. Весь персонал максимально приветливый, всегда готовы помочь, плюс есть помощник в WhatsApp. Если с детьми - это другие зоны и другой отдых, различные шоу, аквапарк, луна-парк и прочие радости жизни. Много активностей, хороший фитнес центр, есть отдельный зал для йоги и групповых программ, расписание на весь день.

Из минусов, не очень удобно расположен, и не самый идеальный пляж, но такого уровня отели в Бодруме стоят других денег. Пирожные в кофейне выглядят красиво, но которые пробовал - не вкусные, макароны норм.

Amazing location, huge territory, Aegean Sea is one of the best, main restaurant offers great variety of cuisine. Lost and Found service works perfectly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Temple of Apollo is just 15 min away. Bodrum airport is 1h15min drive.

This was our second stay, as we also visited last year, and we had another great experience. The food is excellent and of very good quality. The à la carte restaurants are fantastic. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are excellent.

The toddler water park was cold, while all the other pools were warm. Even the adult water park was warm, but the one made for toddlers was not. This was very disappointing. I reported it several times, and each time I was told the technical team would check it, but nothing changed during our stay. It was frustrating because the only pool that really needed to be warm was the one for toddlers. The food variety was also a bit less compared to last year.

The hotel beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful.

The food was very variable, sometimes it was very good, other times awful, hot food was often lukewarm. They have 3 ‘Fine’ dining restaurants, which have to be booked via a website that doesn’t work, the only way I secured bookings was by complaining. The booked restaurants are no better than the other restaurants. Overall the food was good for an all inclusive hotel, but in reality was very average.

The hotel was amazing, Fantastic facilities But My best review, and praise has to go to your amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble, we was greeted with a smile at all time. I cannot praise these wonderful people enough. You made our holiday extremely special. We have booked for next year already

Dat er muziek savonds gespeeld werd op andere plaatsen op het terrein. Ze hebben een muziek area waar optreden gehouden worden. Dus met dat in het achterhoofd hebben we dan ook een andere kamer gevraagd die aan de andere kant van het complex ligt. Want we slapen vroeg. Maar nu werd er bij ons in de buurt zelfs savonds een muziek voorstelling gedaan. Dus niet op de gebruikelijke plek. Hierdoor hebben we 2 nachten niet goed kunnen slapen.

Wij bezochten Anda Barut Collection in Didim voor de derde keer, en opnieuw was het fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Işın hanim (receptiemanager), die ons verraste met een upgrade naar de Deluxe Familiesuite Swim‑Up Room Sea Side. Anda Barut, geopend in mei 2024, overtreft werkelijk alle verwachtingen. De gastvrijheid is uitzonderlijk: elke medewerker straalt vriendelijkheid, professionaliteit en oprechte betrokkenheid uit. Het resort is ruim, stijlvol en perfect voor liefhebbers van luxe en culinair eten. Vooral in de à-la-carte restaurants Kara (Turks) & Nose (Italiaans). Aan elk detail is gedacht: van badjassen en een stijltang tot een koffieapparaat, gevulde minibar, glazen waterflessen en zelfs baby‑ en peuterbenodigdheden. Je kunt bijna al je verzorgingsproducten thuislaten. De kamers zijn compleet en comfortabel. Ondanks de grootte van het resort heerst er overal rust. Voor een zorgeloze, onvergetelijke vakantie is Anda Barut dé plek voor jong en oud. Onze dank gaat uit naar Işın hanim (receptiemanager), Kemal (bediening) Elif & Ömer en het hele animatieteam voor hun geweldige zorg en warmte richting onze kinderen en ons! Tot de volgende keer!

Супер локация - два пляжа в разных местах огромной территории отеля. Благодаря большой территории даже несмотря на большое количество гостей ощущается уединенность. Вкусная еда. Очень вежливый персонал, всегда предлагают помощь во всем. Особенно хочется отметить Эрена который по звонку сразу приезжал для трансфера на багги. Арда на велкаме всегда любезно предлагал свою помощь по всем вопросам.

Вечерние активности слабоваты, отстают от разнообразию и уровню от аналогичных отелей Белека. Питание в а ля карт ресторанах слабовато, особенно в турецком. Детский клуб тоже не дотягивает. Сам отель немного далека то от аэропорта - 1,2 часа езды

Kaltes bzw lauwarmes Essen im Buffetrestaurant. A la Carte Restaurants auf normalen Weg (APP oder Guest Relation) nicht buchbar. Personal zum Teil einfach nicht von Fach und es mangelt auch an Englischkenntnissen. Hotel geht auf Beschwerden nicht ein und sieht keine Fehler ein.

Dat de Activia joghurt urenlang buiten de koelkast stond uitgestald en na het ontbijt gingen ze weer de koelkast in. Volgende dag dezelfde ridel. Dat kan bacteriën geven in de joghurt waar je ziek van kan worden. Ook het bedienend personeel heb ik meerdere malen gevraagd om de glazen niet beet te houden aan de bovenkant maar de glazen aan de onderkant vast te houden. Dit is erg onhygiënisch omdat je drinkt uit een ‘vervuild’ glas. Als mensen na een toiletbezoek hun handen niet wassen en glazen neerzetten die ze aan de drinkkant vasthouden, kan de Ecoli bacterie zich zo hechten aan je glas. Ik ben verschrikkelijk ziek hiervan geworden (voor mijn bezoek in dit hotel) en was daarom erg attent op deze hygiëne voorschriften.

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal im Anda Barut und sind erneut begeistert. Betonen möchten wir insbesondere, dass unsere Kritik aus dem letzten Jahr sehr ernst genommen und die jeweiligen Punkte verbessert wurden (der Kaffee ist mittlerweile fantastisch, auch vor 10 Uhr in bester Qualität erhältlich und zum Frühstück gibt es frisch gepresste Säfte (auch Detox Varianten). Sauberkeit: die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und öffentlichen Anlagen ist unglaublich gut. Ein sehr großes Lob! Hier hat man absolut keine Bedenken, sein Kind barfuß laufen oder auf dem Boden spielen zu lassen. Auch die Toiletten in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen waren stets sehr sauber. Zudem gibt es sehr komfortable Wickelräume. Service: mehr als 5-Sterne-Niveau - schon beim Check In wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und wir haben exakt das Zimmer aus dem letzten Jahr bekommen, welches wir uns gewünscht haben (und das bei nahezu voller Auslastung des Hotels!). Sobald man einen Wunsch über die App äußert, wird dieser umgehend erfüllt (wir hatten uns bspw ein Stillkissen und einen Rausfallschutz gewünscht und innerhalb von 5 min. auf unser Zimmer erhalten). Pools: mehrere Pools und auch der Wasserpark waren Ende Mai noch sehr angenehm beheizt. So konnten auch die kleinsten Gäste die Pools genießen. Essen: Dinner und Frühstück waren spitze. Fantastische Auswahl und auf sehr hohem Niveau. Das Mittagessen ist noch verbesserungsbedürftig (siehe unten). Sehr gut gefällt uns auch, dass man die A la Carte Restaurants ohne Aufpreis nutzen kann. Die Atmosphäre in den Restaurants ist insgesamt sehr angenehm und entspannt. Die Patisserie und auch die Kaffeevarianten waren fantastisch! Ich möchte nochmals betonen, dass das Hotel während unseres Aufenthalts sehr gut gebucht war und dennoch ausnahmslos alles reibungslos lief.

Ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge für das Management (die wir aber auch bereits vor Ort geäußert haben): die Qualität des Mittagessens hat leider im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr nachgelassen. Besonders schade finden wir, dass das Fish Camp nicht mehr mittags genutzt werden kann (nur noch für Gäste der Villen zugänglich). Es wäre prima, wenn das Hotel hier nachbessern könnte.

Baristalardan garsonlara, temizlik ekibinden diğer tüm çalışanlara kadar herkes işini büyük bir özveriyle yapıyor ve misafir memnuniyetini her şeyin önünde tutuyor. Ayrıca böylesine nitelikli bir tesisi ülkemize kazandıran, kaliteli istihdam yaratarak yüksek hizmet standartlarının sürdürülebilir olmasını sağlayan Cengiz Bey’e de teşekkür etmek isterim.

Güney Amerika restoranı tesisin genel standardının biraz gerisinde kaldı. Menüde bölge mutfağını yansıtan seçeneklerin sınırlı olması ve servis sırasında yaşanan bazı aksaklıklar deneyimi olumsuz etkiledi.

We had a great holiday at the Andabarut hotel and thought it was an excellent place to stay. The facilities were very good, and staying in a villa was a real highlight. We particularly enjoyed having our own personal pool, including the ability to request the pool temperature we wanted, which made the stay feel especially comfortable and tailored to us. There are many great restaurants and we really enjoyed cape beach. Sefkan our waiter there was really helpful and accommodating.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die Anlage ist riesig, modern, extrem gepflegt und sehr grün, man sieht ständig Gärtner und Mitarbeitende bei der Arbeit. Besonders beeindruckend waren die vielen schönen Meerblicke praktisch überall im Resort sowie die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge, z. B. im Cape Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind gross, modern und gut durchdacht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Adults-Only-Bereich, Zimmer 3139, mit grossem Balkon, Meer- und Poolblick. Positiv hervorzuheben sind auch das moderne Fitnessstudio mit Technogym-Geräten und Meerblick, das grosse Spa sowie der Aquapark, der sowohl für Erwachsene als auch Kinder super geeignet ist. Ebenfalls toll: die lange Strandpromenade direkt im Hotel, perfekt für Spaziergänge oder Jogging. Das Essenskonzept hat uns ebenfalls gefallen. Das Hauptbuffet war sehr lecker und zusätzlich gibt es mehrere À-la-carte-Restaurants. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Walk-in-Restaurants ohne Reservation. Die reservierungspflichtigen Restaurants konnten kostenlos per App gebucht werden, allerdings war es oft schwierig, überhaupt einen Platz zu bekommen. Sehr angenehm war auch das Bestellsystem per QR-Code: Man konnte Essen und Getränke direkt an die Liege oder den Sitzplatz bestellen. Einige Pools waren Ende Mai sogar noch beheizt, was an etwas kühleren Tagen ein grosser Vorteil war.

Ein paar negative Punkte gab es aber auch: Die Hotel-App auf dem iPhone war ziemlich fehleranfällig und teilweise mit falschen Informationen versehen. Zudem war der Service je nach Restaurant oder Bar sehr unterschiedlich, teilweise top, teilweise leider eher chaotisch und unaufmerksam, besonders im No Se Restaurant.

New hotel, great facilities and clean rooms. Lots of activities for families with kids. Good food and lots of other restaurant options. Friendly stuff. Especially Özge was very helpful during the whole stay.

Clean hotel, food and drinks were great! The rooms were really nice and had everything you needed. Robe, slippers, pillow menu, iron, hair straightener, soap and conditioner, fridge filled with soft drinks, water, beer and snacks. The room I stayed in was a swim up pool, now it’s on the side of the construction where there is a new hotel being made and the noise isn’t as bad as everyone makes it out to be which was another worry, I’m not sure how it bothers people when you have everyday car noises outside your own house and you hear kids running and having fun in other areas of the hotel. Therefore I wouldn’t let that put you off. I knew booking al Carte was going to be an issue because I done a lot of research prior reading reviews and therefore just ate Al carte for lunch time and dinner ate at the buffet which had so much options and it was great this wasn’t an issue for me as buffet has so much options yes it’s overwhelming but after day 2 you know pretty much what you want to eat. The drinks you can choose pretty much what ever you want, there is a small portion you pay extra for and that’s just for like expensive vodkas, wines, redbull ect which you don’t need to drink unless you really want it because most things are included.They nice enough to create different cocktail if you wish, I found the lobby bar to best do this. The facility is nice, water park so much fun for adults and kids as well and then in the evening they have like 2 rides and bumper cars that opens in the evening for kids and I found it entertaining for an adult. They have adult section swimming pool not heated it was cold but as the days got hotter the pool warmed up and so I was able to swim in it, there are also heated and non heated pools in the community area and I didn’t use the pool where the families are but I’m sure they were heated for the kids. I like that they have these different sections in the hotel.

Sometimes a bit of language barrier in terms of when ordering for an example drinks it’s misunderstood at times especially if you want to swap an ingredient like soda water instead of sprite or make a coffee say in a certain way like latte with a syrup, they get it wrong. I always felt bad so I don’t usually say anything. But this is something I expressed to the manager and she understood and said she expects waiters to understand. The swim up room the pool is so cold you can’t use it, now I’m sure this might not be a case later in the year but in end of May it’s still cold so it wouldn’t be a room I would pay extra for unless you just want to use the sun lounges in your room, which again my room only had sun in the morning time anyway by afternoon there wasn’t any sun so this could be also why the water was so cold. It is expensive at the hotel so I recommend any sunscreen, mosquito spray, tablets , water inflatable etc to bring with you anything you may need

Exceptional stay! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The whole place feels truly luxurious — from the beautifully designed rooms to the spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that exceeded our expectations every single day. The service was smooth and professional. Everything worked perfectly, and we always felt well taken care of. A special mention goes to Mrs. Sibel – the heart and soul of the hotel. She was always ready to help with anything we needed, with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Her presence truly made our stay even more special. Highly recommended – we would love to come back! Very nice and modern with great facilities

Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities,food and staff who work very hard to make the holiday special but I have to highlight the noise complaint. Not sure why nobody else has really spoken of this but if you like to lay in past 6am this isn’t the hotel for you. The hotel is located very close to a local mosque with a sound system to rival a stadium. I’ve included pics. At 5.57 the first call to prayer is blasted out the speakers and is so loud at any part of the hotel it woke my whole family daily. It lasted approx 5 minutes. This happens 5 times a day. We moved room after a tense discussion with reception who advised us jet 2 should make their customers aware of the closeness of the mosque so they can make an informed decision on the disturbance. They don’t. I fully respect the religion and the prayer however had I known how close the hotel was to the mosque I wouldn’t have booked. I value my relaxation time and my holiday is the one week I don’t have to worry about waking to an alarm. 3 children under 8 awake daily at 6 am makes for a difficult week. This aside the hotel is incredible in every other aspect. Modern,meticulously well kept, beautiful rooms,views,food and facilities it is pure luxury. I’ve attached images of my first room for context on the closeness of the mosque. Trip advisor won’t allow a video so please message me or comment and I’ll send it to you. You can hear the call to prayer is very loud so imagine how bad it was from the first room which coincidentally are the 9 family rooms overlooking the water park. I’m still battling with Jet 2 for some compensation or at least a change to their hotel description. If you are an early riser then book the hotel it’s incredible.

For context, my husband and I have been incredibly fortunate to have enjoyed extensive worldwide travel and have stayed in many luxury 5* hotels. This trip to Anda Barut Collection in early October was our 20th all inclusive holiday in Turkey. Recent visits to the Antalya, Dalaman and Bodrum regions have included stays at XO Cape Arnna, Regnum Carya, NG Phaselis Bay, Voyage Torba, The Residence Fethiye and Cullinan Belek. Elsewhere in Europe we have been privileged to enjoy holidays at 6 of the 7 Ikos resorts, Crete (Stella Island), Rhodes (Mayia Exclusive), Balearics, Canaries, Portugal, Cyprus, Egypt, the UAE and various Caribbean destinations where we have stayed at Rixos, Barut, Voyage, Excellence Resorts, Secrets Resorts, Royalton, Jumeirah, Marriott, Riu and Hyatt hotels. Our 7 night stay in an adult zone, double room with sea view was booked through easyJet Holidays. We arranged return private transfers with Maxi Tour which took 65 minutes from Bodrum airport to the hotel and 55 minutes on retun. When planning a holiday we typically opt for contemporary, upscale hotels with a choice of a la carte dining options and Anda Barut more than met our preferences on these counts. We loved the contemporary architecture, the multiple clean, attractive pool areas and the stunning picturesque backdrop and stylish design of the resort. Highlights: • We loved the spread out, uncrowded feel of Anda Barut, although in hotter months walking between facilities might be less pleasurable than during October. • The extensive choice of included a la carte dining options for lunch and dinner was a stand-out feature of the hotel and probably the top highlight of our stay. In light of the challenges faced by guests using the app to book a la carte restaurants, we were fortunate enough to dine in one of the a la carte restaurants every night of our stay. If this had not been possible we would have taken a taxi to Akbuk or Altinkum to dine rather than use the buffet. • The gym was top class and very well equipped, and the quality of the facility far exceeded that at XO Cape Arnna, where the choice of cardio machines was very limited. • The patisserie was outstanding with plenty of seating, great service and varied choice of all things sweet and delicious! • The tiered design of the theatre area, with additional seating in the Community pool bar area also overlooking the stage, was much more appealing and attractive than the one-level seating at the Cape Arnna theatre. After the theatre shows finished there was often a DJ at the bar. Additional observations: • Our check in experience was very underwhelming in comparison with other hotels. We arrived in the early afternoon, so there were plenty of staff around, but we weren’t greeted or shown to the reception desk or seating area or offered a welcome drink. Not a big deal but not a positive first impression either. • We also felt that the lobby area lacked soul and atmosphere in the evenings. It’s a spacious area but the lights were too bright and stark. Some live musicians or a DJ would have been welcome in the early and late evenings especially as the weather was quite chilly to enjoy sitting outside. In fact, live music or a DJ around the adult pool bar, or in the a la carte restaurants at lunchtime and in the evening, would be a brilliant addition. • Unfortunately, despite assurances from the hotel before arrival that our stay would not be impacted, the noise from the Akra Didim construction site across the bay was constant for the 7 days (and some evenings) of our stay. It could really only be heard in the adult zone however this was where we spent our time. In fairness, I feel that this issue was somewhat reflected in the competitive price we paid for the holiday and, of course, the heavy construction noise won’t be an issue once the new hotel opens next season. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Anda Barut and, in many ways, we preferred some aspects of the hotel to XO Care Arnna, especially when taking into consideration the difference in price point. We would definitely consider a return visit in the future.

stayed 8th Oct - 15th Oct 2025 The location is wonderfully remote and peaceful, giving you that rare sense of being completely removed from the day to day hussle, there was construction going on across the water but you could easily tune it out. Despite the isolation, every member of the staff goes above and beyond; they are friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Service across the board was fantastic. A big shout out to Mehmet Ali who was a star no matter where he was; whether it be in the Turkish restaurant or the lobby bar his smile and service was second to none We were lucky with the weather during our stay, it was abit of a rain storm on early arrival and cleared by the early afternoon and was dry soon after, the rest of the time the sun beamed which made the whole experience even better. The food was another highlight: consistently delicious, well-prepared, and full of variety. It was abit difficult to get into certain restaurants that were more popular but we managed to get most in over the 7 days all the same. Mansion was a staple for us as an adult couple wanting to enjoy each others company without possible interruption, again here the staff were so nice and on the ball. As for the entertainment, it wasn’t bad at all—some shows were definitely stronger than others, but overall it added a fun touch to the evenings, some shows were not too long and the nights seemed to end quickly (around 11-midnight) and left the nightclub as a option which we didn't bother with as not really our thing. The lobby bar was a bustle of activity at this time and a great place to end a night, some live casual music there would have gone a long way though. The rooms and surrounding areas were top notch and well looked after. All in all, a great escape with excellent service, great food, and a beautifully remote setting. Would definitely recommend and would more than advise another visit.

Our week at Anda Barut was everything we could have hoped for and more! From the warm welcome on arrival, to the food, our suite, the staff, the location, the service and facilities... we had a really lovely, relaxing week. The whole place was absolutely spotless the entire time, with so much attention to detail and thoughtful touches. We were travelling with two older teenage boys, so booked a 2-bed Penthouse Suite with a pool and large terrace. They stayed occupied with jet-skiing, kayaking, volleyball, shooting, tennis, the water park, and they made use of the very well equipped gym every morning. Ultra-all-inclusive was new to us but was brilliant with our sons' huge appetites! Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed having the choice of seating areas for over-16s, which is a thoughtful detail. We tried out most of the restaurants for dinner and Tiger was our unanimous favourite! The Gorilla Bar does an amazing burger-to-order at lunchtime, and the buffet lunch is excellent (we didn't bother to go to any other restaurants for lunch). And then there is the patisserie (which our sons absolutely made the most of!). As well as the incredible array of delicious cakes, tarts, pastries and gateaux - which vary daily - they serve ice-cream, ice-cream-milkshakes and hot drinks. The coffee is REALLY good, and it was a real treat to have 'afternoon tea' every day! ;-) The complex is vast but has been designed into 'zones' to suit every traveller type (which means you really can choose between 'lively' and 'peaceful'), and includes a lovely long walking/running route, along which you can find the beaches, the jetty and a beautiful lookout spot. We are looking forward to returning!

Having to leave!

I stayed for 7 nights during October half term with my six-year-old daughter, having previously visited Lara Barut last year (which was excellent). Anda Barut is a fantastic hotel and absolutely did not disappoint. Check-in & Room Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, with a walk-in wardrobe, plenty of storage, a fixed safe, two sinks, a large shower, and a separate toilet. The minibar — refreshed daily — included two bottles of Efes beer, bottled water, soft drinks, a chocolate wafer, mixed nuts and Cheetos, along with a Nespresso machine with four capsules. We had twin double beds and a large balcony with lovely pool and sea views. We provided our phone number at check-in, and throughout the stay the hotel sent useful WhatsApp updates, such as the Halloween kids club schedule. Hotel & Facilities The hotel is huge, with multiple pools and its own beach. Part of the property is adults-only, while the main areas cater for families. The grounds are beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and spotlessly clean. Madventure Waterpark The waterpark, Madventure, was fantastic. There are two areas — one for younger children and the larger slides where we spent most of our time. The slides were far better than anything we’ve experienced in the UK, and queues were usually very short. Most of the bigger slides are supervised by lifeguards, all of whom were friendly and attentive. One particular lifeguard even became a favourite of my daughter, always giving her high-fives. The waterpark is open 10:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00. Mornings tended to be quieter. The slides aren’t heated — the same as at Lara Barut — so this year I brought a wetsuit for my daughter, which made a huge difference. Pools & Sunbeds There are many pools, some heated and some not. The unheated ones were a bit too cold for younger children in October. The beach-style saltwater pool is heated, and we spent most of our time at the heated community pool, where the gym team often ran classes like aqua zumba and water aerobics. You do need to reserve sunbeds fairly early, although this got easier toward the end of the week when the hotel became quieter. Towels are plentiful, and you can help yourself and swap them whenever needed. You can also scan the QR codes on the parasols to order drinks directly to your sunbed — a great touch. Kids Club & Entertainment The kids club was excellent. The staff were fantastic — friendly, enthusiastic, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working with children. We were even reunited with one of the kids club staff we met at Lara Barut last year. There’s a full daily schedule with activities in several languages, and children can stay for as long or as little as they like. The indoor and outdoor areas are large, modern and extremely clean, with even the toilets being regularly checked and spotless. The mini disco takes place every evening at 8:30pm in a small amphitheatre within the fairground area near the waterpark, and was always great fun. Some nights there was further entertainment afterwards, such as circus shows, and there are also additional performances on the main stage elsewhere in the resort. The fairground was open daily from 8:30pm to 10:30pm and was great fun for children. They even have popcorn and candyfloss! Gym & Activities The hotel gym is excellent with great instructors — far nicer than the gym I use at home — and very well equipped. I joined a few outdoor classes near the community pool and really appreciated having the beautiful sea view while exercising. Food & Restaurants The main buffet restaurant, Zestful Bazaar, offers a wide choice of dishes. My only slight disappointment was that salmon and prawns were only available on a couple of nights, and watermelon or strawberries were never available. The variety seemed to reduce towards the end of the week, likely because the hotel was closing for the season the following week. There were also no self-service drinks machines, so you always needed to ask staff for drinks. This was different to Lara Barut, where Zestful Bazaar did have self-service drinks machines, as well as a broader overall food selection. We ate at the A-La-Carte restaurant Cibes three times, and the food and service were excellent. Menus are accessed via QR code, though I’m sure paper menus would be available if needed. Overall Despite the buffet not being quite as extensive as Lara Barut, this did not take away from what was an amazing holiday. Anda Barut is a beautiful hotel with outstanding facilities and truly fantastic staff. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Writing a review for trip advisor for our stay at anda barut. This was our second stay at Anda at October half term as a family of 3. We weren’t as lucky this year with the weather, it was mixed. This time we opted for a swim up room, which was lovely, especially as the pool is heated. The decor at the hotel is done to a high level, is grand but understated and not glitzy! Just how I like it. The hotel is really well maintained. The cleaning team work very hard. The food in the buffet restaurant is of a good standard. They have a great and even offer a GF area. The ala carte restaurants are great for lunch if you fancy a change. We still found the restaurant booking system a challenge, it hasn’t improved much but concierge were helpful in organising bookings. We really enjoyed eating at Tiger, it had a great atmosphere and the food was really tasty! We had a lovely relaxing time. We wouldn’t return again simply because there is nothing to do in the area and the towns close by are run down and don’t offer any real quality in restaurants or shops if you want to pop out. But if you like to stay in the hotel grounds then this is a great hotel.

"We rarely write a review but we have recently returned from this hotel and wanted to say what a lovely holiday we all had . The rooms worked so well for us , as had 2 swim up pool rooms which interconnected via the decking area if wanted , which we did ! Everywhere was immaculate and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly , and the cats were so lovely with the staff really looking after them ! Initially we had a problem with the reservation of the restaurants but guest relations very kindly sorted this for us quickly , and all the restaurants we tried were super good ( especially happy atmosphere in the Italian ) we would happily return to this hotel and would like to especially thank Bihter for all her help and professionalism throughout our stay"

Zum saisonende war das Konzept unklar keiner wusste bescheid wann die Kinderrutschen geöffnet werden, die kleine Kirmes hatte unerklärlicher weise komplett zu. Reinigungspersonal sehr aufdringlich mit täglicher bitte um Erwähnung.

Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb und somit ist man quasi alleine auf einer Halbinsel. Dieses Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen . Es ist zu 💯 sauber , freundlich und stehst bemüht . Das Personal ( jeder Bereich ) ist SEHR GUT .jeder versteht seinen Job und führt ihn mit eine ungezwungenes Lächeln aus . Man spürt das es einen guten Arbeitgeber gibt und das Personal happy ist , was sich sehr auf die Gäste überträgt ! High Level und auf jeden Fall top deutscher Luxus Standard . Die Getränke alle original , Barbara kaffee . Einfach Wahnsinn . Verwöhnprogramm durch und durch . Fitnessstudio hat die besten Geräte ! Wellness sollte ma unbedingt machen ! Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities for the family. The food was generally of a high standard and the buffet one of the best we have been to Stand out service from Ferit in Kara he was brilliant with the kids and food recommendations The only thing letting this place down is the a la carte booking situation as some days it’s impossible to get in. We complained and the Manager Sibel is lovely and helped us with the rest of our stay but it shouldn’t have to be like that when you are visiting a 5 star hotel so they need to implement a better system and then would happily return The water park and kids fun fair at night kept our children entertained and some of the shows at night were really good. The rooms, pool and beach area were also lovely. We used the gym and classes and they were also very well equipped and well ran So overall it’s a great hotel that would be amazing if they sort out the booking situation

We recently stayed here as a family and wow — what an absolutely incredible hotel. The entrance and lobby are breathtaking; we were in complete awe when we arrived. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Marut, who works in one of the à la carte restaurants, Madison. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and patient. We went there every day, and he always took care of our requests with a smile. He is genuinely a credit to the hotel! The entire staff in the Madison restaurant were fantastic. We also got up early one morning to watch the sunrise — there are beautiful deck chairs perfectly positioned for this, and it was such a peaceful experience. In the evenings, you can watch the sunset with a great view from the indoor heated pool in the spa, which was stunning. We visited at the end of October and the weather was around 24°C during the day. It did get a little cooler in the evenings, so I would definitely recommend bringing a light jacket for those lovely evening walks. The à la carte restaurants overall are amazing, and the fact that they are included in the all-inclusive package is such great value. The whole resort is spotless — there are staff constantly cleaning throughout the day. We had a sea view and stayed in the community area, the rooms were incredible and there is a whatsapp group which we used and if we needed exta blankets or something, we would message them and within 5 mins-10 minutes they would be up helping us! Which other hotel responds to whatsapp messages so quickly!! The water park, for both adults and children, is included as well, and it is fantastic. The pools are beautiful, with plenty of sun loungers, bars, and snack areas. We also visited the spa and paid for a Turkish massage — it was honestly one of the best treatments I have ever had. The two therapists were wonderful. The sauna and steam rooms are included too. The concierge staff were lovely, especially one young lady who helped us book restaurants for special occasions. The resort is very large, so I recommend asking for a printed map and making sure you can scan the menus on your phone, as many are displayed digitally. The spa staff were so friendly, and our massages were exceptional — truly the best we’ve ever experienced. The massive patisserie was wonderful as well, with a beautiful selection of cakes and coffees in a lovely setting. It opens at 10 am and closes at 11 pm. They are resturants everywhere, when one closes another is is open! The buffet restaurant was incredible too, with so much variety. There is something for all ages here, including indoor and outdoor kids’ play areas and a great games room, also when we went there was an mini outside theme park for young children!! This is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. If I am lucky enough to return, I would absolutely choose to stay here again. It has everything — amazing food, exceptional staff, spotless facilities, and endless activities. You don’t need to leave the resort at all. Thank you to everyone — including the gardeners, cleaning staff, and the entire team — for maintaining such an incredible place. You have truly thought of everything!

We stayed at Anda for 8 nights for October half term, family of 4 with kids 10 and 4. Many positives but a couple of things short of * Positives: - Rooms and whole hotel spotless. Rooms huge, comfortable, lots of storage, nice balcony - all staff were great, very attentive and helpful - best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel - huge and great equipment. Great classes several times a day including aqua trampoline, aerial yoga, - breakfast buffet vast and great quality - a la carte restaurants all excellent once you are in them including good options for kids - main waterside park is excellent, my 10 year old loved it, no queues and great fun. Would have suited us better in opened slightly later in morning - kids club excellent - loads of different activities that suited 10 and 4 year old and staff brilliant - excellent evening shows Negatives: - younger kids waterslides were great but not useable. My 4 year old would have loved it but we couldn’t get him to go on it as the jets spraying were so strong and you got drenched before quarter of way up steps - a la carte booking system was very difficult. We did manage to get into a la carte every day but not without stress and we couldn’t get into Tiger. Each day said no available tables despite being on the app at 10am on the dot. We complained about this to guest relations but they claimed we were too late- this cannot be true - clearly they were giving priority to other guests - wine not good Annoying not to have physical menus to look at
