Reviewed Sep 19, 2026الموقع ممتاز الأثاث جديد والمفروشات جديدة ونظيفة الحمام جديد ونظيف ودفع الماء ممتاز السرير مريح لا توجد روائح كريهة الفندق صغير مثل أغلب فنادق المنطقة وهذا جعله أكثر أمانا وراحة الموظفين رائعين ومحترمين وحريصون على تلبية جميع احتياجاتك وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ أحمد والأستاذ أصلان على استقبالهم وابتسامتهم أخلاقهم راقية ودودين وخدومين جدا The location is excellent. The furniture and furnishings are new and clean. The bathroom is new and clean, with excellent water pressure. The bed is comfortable. There are no unpleasant odors. The hotel is small—like most in the area—which made it feel safer and more comfortable. The staff are wonderful, respectful, and eager to meet all your needs; I would especially like to thank Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Aslan for their welcoming smiles and excellent demeanor—they are friendly and very helpful.

C'è poco da migliorare, lo spazio delle camere è davvero risicato ma si potrebbero sicuramente migliorare gli infissi poiché la chiusura non era totale e lasciavano passare qualsiasi rumore dalla strada (nonostante fossimo al 4° piano)

Room is small and good for 2pax only. Quite noisy at night because the tram is just a doorstep away and many restaurants around.

Leider hab es weder Stuhl noch Sofa oder Tisch. Da es auch kein Frühstück gab war es schwierig, im Zimmer ein kleines Frühstück zu machen.

- Barrière de la langue pour quelques personnes de terrain ! Mais avec les applis de traduction, de la patience, on y arrive. À défaut, les managers, très impliqués interviennent, à la rescousse... jusqu'au General Manager ! - Manque, dans la chambre, une petite table mobile, à usages multiples.

Reviewed Jan 31, 20261.位置特好，去老欧洲区的景点几乎都可以步行前往，比较近。2.工作人员态度都非常好，非常有礼貌，前台白班和夜班的小哥人都很好，经理人也很好。3.比较干净，客房卫生做得很好 4.周边吃饭的地方很多，但是有些价格非常刺客！国人注意一下，到处走走其实会有价格还不错的饭馆，但毕竟是在伊斯坦布尔老城区。
酒店门口就是地上铁，我是个对声音挺敏感的人，但是我们每天很累，其实也不会太影响，我常年戴耳塞睡觉，所以也是戴降噪耳机睡的。

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026The hotel is located 2 minutes away from a tramway station, and from there you can easily move everywhere within Istanbul. The staff was super helpful and friendly, I accidentally booked a twin bed room and and was able to change it without any additional cost. The room was good, zero issue with noise. I'll book this hotel again for my next trip to Istanbul.
If you intend to use the scale in the lobby before going to the airport: be careful. It didn't account for 4kg in my bag. I noticed the error at the airport when giving my bag (maybe I used the scale wrong, not sure).

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026La posizione è molto comoda per visitare tutta la città sia a piedi che mediante tram e metro, con le fermate raggiungibili in 2 minuti di camminata. La camera è molto pulita e i letti comodissimi. Lo staff gentile e disponibile.
La camera non è molto spaziosa ma c'è comunque posto per tutto.

The rooms are bit small, making it a bit difficult to move around. Especially the front of the bed area.

Mr. Yasin and another gentleman (whose name I didn’t catch) were very supportive — he kindly assisted us in changing our rooms to be next to each other. Mr. Yasin also welcomed us warmly and made our family stay (and departure) smoother with his polite and supportive attitude. We really appreciated the hospitality
Two things that I think, if improved, would make a great difference: 1) Cleaning under the bed — I know most people don’t look under the bed, but it would be better if this area is included in the cleaning routine as there is accumulated dust there. 2) The window could be upgraded to PVC or double-glazed glass to reduce the street noise, especially with the tram passing nearby

In der Nacht hat man nicht schlafen können, weil von drausen viel Lärm gekommen ist und ich aus dem Fenster raus was in den Hof geschaut hat, war es sehr laut. Die zimmer waren nicht gut eingerichtet gegen die Lautstärke von drausen

Mais ce qui rend le séjour vraiment exceptionnel, c'est le personnel: d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider à tout moment. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme font toute la différence. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui nous a fait sentir comme chez nous.

Персоналу отдельное спасибо, отзывчивые, помогают, стараются решить какие либо вопросы. Ясин, Месут - вы молодцы 👍👍👍Разрешают оставить чемоданы в день чек-аута до отъезда в аэропорт. Расположение отеля -отличное. Всё примерно в шаговой доступности. Много магазинов, кафешек, кондитерских. Рядом с отелем есть заведением есть место где готовят рыбный сэндвич👍 называется Fish & Chips. Отель рекомендую 👍👍👍

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Hotel realmente nuevo para estar en Sultanahmet (las fotos no engañan como me había pasado en otro hotel hace 3 años). Todo está muy limpio. Dejan botellas de agua todos los días y el personal de recepción siempre te intenta ayudar (te prestan paraguas, guardan el equipaje o te buscan transfer sin problemas)
Nos dieron una habitación a la calle de la fachada por la que pasa el tranvia en la 3a planta. Es muy ruidoso. El tranvia para a las 0.00h y comienza a las 6.00. Sobre las 5.00h llaman a rezar desde las mezquitas. Así que 5h es el tiempo que queda para descansar. Echamos de menos alguna silla en la habitación, que es pequeña. El wifi se desconecta cada poco tiempo.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist auch top. Es gibt einen gut funktionierenden Aufzug.
Wir hatten nur Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, die dann behoben wurde. Ansonsten wirklich super Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen!
