Poor neighborhood but not to worry about, was safe overnight for cars or to walk around.

Als Handwerker sehe ich viele bauliche Mängel, alles ist krum und schief, Wasserwage kennen die anscheinend nicht. Aber ist für Türkei normal, bin gerade in anderem Hotel, da ist es kein bißchen besser.

Може да отидете навсякъде пеша до Босфора, до Египетския пазар,Централната джамия, страхотното кафене ресторант Mimar Sinan Roof с незабравима гледка към Босфора, пазара Mahmutpaşa, разходка в квартала и да се потопите в живота на обикновения човек!

Просторные, светлые апартаменты с хорошим ремонтом, полностью упакованные. Даже есть посудомойка. Посуда, стиральная машина, все есть. Хозяин очень любезный, душевный, все расскажет и понятно, даже нам, не знающим турецкого языка. Мы попросили поздний выезд, он сделал его бесплатно. Коты очень дружелюбные)

Далековато идти от станции метро, примерно 750 метров. При этом дорога идет либо вниз, либо в гору, то есть, если вы будете выезжать на метро, то идти с чемоданами достаточно трудно. Остальное все очень хорошо.

Το κατάλυμα ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μου. Πραγματικό value for money. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικοί! Πολύ ευγενικοί και όλα μας τα αιτήματα ικανοποήθηκαν άμεσα και με προθυμία. Ουσιαστικά, είναι σαν "ξενοδοχείο" με διαμερίσματα. Το roof είναι ανοικτό για όλους τους ενοίκους και η θέα από το roof είναι εκπληκτική - 360% view. Μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο νιώθεις απόλυτα ασφαλής. Η περιοχή είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος, Η περιοχή είναι ασφαλής, αλλά επειδή υπάρχουν διάφορες μικρές επιχερήσεις και μικροπωλητές, κάποιος μπορεί να αισθανθεί , στην αρχή, μία ανασφάλεια (Αναφέρομαι κυρίως σε άτομα νεαρής ηλικίας).

شقق فندقية نظيفة ورائعة في منطقة الفاتح يوجد لديهم شقه من 3 غرف وصاله ومطبخ ويوجد شقه غرفتين وصاله ومطبخ ميزتها فيها شرفه يوجد حديقة في الاسفل جميله والسطوح مجهزه بطاولات للاسترخاء كنا عائله وستمتعنا بالمكان نظيف ويوجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف والمطبخ مكتامل الشقق والمكان في قمة النظافه والترتيب يوجد مصعد ..الصاله صغيره نوعاً ماء لكن ارتحنا فيها وكانت جيده...موظفو الاستقبال في قمة اللطافه والاخلاق والتعاون خاصه الاخ عبدالرحمن يماني قمه في الاخلاق والتعاون وتقديم الخدمه والرجل الكبير في السن تركي دمث الاخلاق ودائم الابتسامه وفيه اخ سوري معهم في قمة اللطافه والاخلاق..الموقع ممتاز ومواقف السيارات متوفره مجاناً والمنطقه امام الفندق شرحه وواسعه قريب 12 دقيقه مشي من السوق المصري وربع ساعه مشي من ساحة السلطان احمد قريب من جميع الخدمات سوبر ماركت كبير مخابز مطاعم لاتحتاج ان تذهب بعيد

L'appartamento è situato in una zona centrale di Istanbul. Tutte le cose sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi e il quartiere sinceramente mi è piaciuto, forse non tanto esteticamente, ma è un "tocco" di Turchia in una zona ormai piena di turisti. Vicino ci sono bar, ristoranti e tutto quello che serve. Il nostro appartamento era pulito, il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa.

Abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori, ma non mi sembra di aver visto le posate.

Przyjechaliśmy późna nocą i nie było problemu z dostaniem się do apartamentu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra , blisko bazaru i innych atrakcji turystycznych. Pokoje bardzo czyste, w każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja. Parking dostępny za niewielką opłatą.

The location is excellent and conveniently close to everything. The host is available 24/7 to provide assistance whenever needed. A special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman and the hotel staff; they were extremely helpful, kind, and supportive throughout our stay.

Am avut o experiență foarte frumoasă! Totul a fost exact cum ne-am dorit curățenie confort și o atmosferă plăcută! Gazdele au fost amabile și primitoare, iar locația ne-a fost potrivită pentru a descoperi Istanbulul. Aproape de centru de marele Bazar și alte locații. Parcarea 5 euro pe zi! Pe terasă o priveliște superbă cu orașul! 🥰

Appartamenti molto curati ,ben attrezzati, molto spaziosi e dotati di elettrodomestici,c e anche un giardino dotato di giochi per i bambini e una splendida terrazza sul tetto con una bellissima vista sulla cita,lo staff molto gentile e cordiale specialmente Adnan il ceck in e stato anticipato rispetto al orario previsto .Siamo stati benissimo tornerei di sicuro in questa struttura

La ubicación. Es un barrio humilde pero cerca de todo. Tiene lavadora y una cocina que no use pero puedes llevarte comida y comer en el apartamento.

A mí mujer la limpieza. A mí personalmente, que me pusieran en la habitación de la recepción (que diría que era la del personal) no me gustó.

Really amazing host who was very kind, very accommodating allowed an earlier check in and cold water ready in fridge. 10-20 min walk to supermarkets, shops and tourist destinations .

Some items were missing like oven gloves,washing machine was a bit smelly, clothing drying rack was broken and ironing board did not have a cover.

بعدها نوعاً ما عن المواصلات العامة الترام في بايزيد 18 دقيقة مشي الباصات قريبة 3 دقائق مشي لكن ممكن تطلب تاكسي أو أوبر وصوله سهل جداً لكن مشكلته غلاء السعر

The staff Abdulrahman and Adnan were helpful and amazing. They were cleaning the room every other day and provided us whatever we need. I enjoyed staying there and I will book with them again. The neighborhood was also quiet. The cooling system was working properly. It was a clean hotel generally.

There is a bit of distance of like 18 minutes till taksim square which is manageable. It is away from metro but perfectly fine with buses. Also dish washer was not working properly.

El barrio no es bonito, pero no hay nada de peligro, muy cerca del transporte público, de la mezquita y el gran bazar. Muchas tiendas de todo tipo. Adnan nos atendió muy bien, nos ayudó con todo, incluso el primer día nos acompañó hasta el supermercado con su coche. Lo recomiendo.

房間的隔音其實不算太好，我們可以在浴室聽到其他人說話的聲音，但不致於影響睡眠。 旅館所在區域可能正在進行都市計畫更新，周圍有許多工地且較為昏暗；旅館周圍也比較沒有超市。 再者，從該區域前往主要景點的大眾運輸並不方便。想要住在這裡的遊客可以再三斟酌。

The location was amazing for us as a family of four. Beautiful streets to walk around and authentic places to eat. The rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing for views and the property had everything we needed.

Our stay at Mar Boutique Apartments was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic, with many of Istanbul’s most iconic attractions just a short walk away, including Hagia Sophia, the Grand Bazaar, St. Stephen Church, Balat, and the Suleymaniye Mosque. It is also very close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the entire city. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the breathtaking rooftop view—without a doubt one of the most beautiful views we experienced in Istanbul. We highly recommend Mar Boutique Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, an excellent location, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazed by the hospitality of the hosts. Rooms were very clean, we had everything we need during our stay. We parked our car behind the hotel for 300 TL/day and walked around Fatih on foot.

The area around the hotel may seem a bit rough but it is not dangerous at all. We frequently walked around at night and there was no issue.

A big thank you to the hotel staff. They made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and were helpful with various matters!!! The room was small but cozy and clean. It had everything we needed. The location is great, close to the Suleymaniye Mosque and the center of Sultanahmet.

L'hôtel est bien situé au niveau des transports. Tout est accessible facilement à pied. Concernant l'hôtel pas assez de mot pour décrire ce séjour. Logement nickel et propre. Dès qu'on avait besoin d'un coup de ménage pendant notre séjour le personnel était la et nous rendait notre chambre vraiment nickel. L'accueil était incroyable, Adnan est l'âme de cet hôtel, il est toujours là quand on a besoin. Toujours disponible et aidant et cela avec un grand sourire. On a été traité comme des vrai princes et princesse par Adnan. Je recommande vraiment l'hôtel que sa soit pour la localisation et le personnel

Alles hat uns gefallen. Wenn man überhaupt etwas nennen soll, etwas mehr Ausstattung wie Gläser und Messer wäre gut.

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a tulajdonos és a munkatársa is. Felajánlotta az Isztambul kártyáját a tömegközlekedéshez, hogy csak feltöltenünk kelljen. A távozásunkkor természetesen visszaadtuk. Nagyon szép a kilátás a legfelső emeleten kialakított teraszról, 360 fokos panorámában lehetett részünk. Az apartman kényelmes, tágas, az épületben lift rendelkezésre áll, ami könnyíti érkezéskor és távozáskor a csomagok vitelét. Az útitervünk kapcsán bármit kérdeztünk, pontos, praktikus tanácsokat kaptunk. A szállás azt kínálja, amit megrendeléskor ígértek.

A szállás apartman jellegére tekintettel javasoljuk egy mikrohullámű sütő beszerzését. A hiánya nem okozott gondot, mert felül gázműködtetésű, alul elektromos árammal rendelkező tűzhely rendelkezésre állt, de a sütés több időt vett igénybe.

Special thanks to Adnan, who was very helpful taking into account that my family and I arrived and left in different dates and had 1 year baby with us. Adnan and other staff members helped us with luggage, were very helpful and advising.Additionally arranged taxi transfer for extra good price fee to the airport comparing with Uber or Bitaxi apps. Location was very good as for us it was important to see old town which was not far. Additional bonus A101 market in a walking distance.

I would prefer bigger cups in the kitchen :) So if you are used to standard european minimum 200 ml cup of coffee in the morning, better grab your own with you or buy one in the market.

We had a wonderful stay at Mar Boutique Apartment and would happily return :) First thing to mention - honestly, the location is fantastic if you want to experience the real Istanbul. It's in an authentic neighborhood full of local life, away from the crowds, yet everything is conveniently close by. For some might feel a bit run down at first, but upon exploring we really enjoyed this part and appreciated being away from overly touristic bubbles. Lots of authentic shops/cafes, with very kind and welcoming people. It felt very safe walking through, we have not experienced any issues for the whole 2 weeks of stay - so don't let remarks about location change your mind :) The best part - 8-10 min walking distance to Grand Bazaar and further touristic attractions, metro/bus/ferryboat are very close by if you are up to exploring more distand regions - so I rate location 10/10 for sure. The facilities are good, apartment was very comfortable, clean with everything we needed for our rather longer stay -if something was missing, getlemen at the reception were available anytime to help us. Now to that part: what really made the difference was the people. Abdulrahman and his colleagues Adnan and Samet were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. From local recommendations to helping with anything we needed - we got every question we had answered :) Their hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like friends visiting the city. Overall - fantastic value for money, I can only recomment this venue - oh, and I have not mentioned the stunning views from the rooftop terrace that is accessible for everybody ;) Thank you Mar Boutique team for making our stay so enjoyable. We left with great memories and hope to be back again soon :)

Ligging op loopafstand van het oude centrum, de buurt is niet mooi maar het appartement wel. De wandelroute richting de stad loopt via de universiteit en komt door een leuk lokaal straatje met heerlijk en goedkoop eten. Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam!

Приветливый персонал. Нас встретил администратор Аднан, вежливый и внимательный мужчина. Поскольку приехали вечером, не имели местной валюты (обменники уже закрылись). Аднан заботливо дал взаймы местной валюты, показал, где можно в этот час купить еды или поужинать. Указал, где лучше всего обменять валюту выгодно. Помощь Аднана оцениваем - выше всех похвал - эталон менеджера отеля. Все вопросы решал оперативно и дружелюбно. Апартаменты соответствуют фото на сайте, связь администрация поддерживает на всё время от бронирования до выезда. Нам позволили задержаться на час при выезде. В апартаментах всё необходимое для отдыха и жизни есть (кухонная утварь, утюг, кондиционеры работают). Постельное белье, полотенца белоснежные. В каждой спальне по ТВ. К размещению рекомендую однозначно. Отель расположен в старой части города, близко к основным историческим локациям, недалеко есть рынок, рядом производство и продажа национального напитка Боза, магазины с самыми демократичными ценами, уличная еда, кафешки по карману. Готовьте ноги и обувь к пешим прогулкам, места тут гористые, улицы узкие колоритные покрыты брусчаткой.

This hotel is bad the reception guy who’s from Yemen took pictures of my wife passport and when said why did you do this he said this is for police!! I said to him normally all hotels scans the passport. Went to the apartment and size of the apartment very small toilet seat are not working and the sink was broken too also the water taps broken. Size of the toilet/bathroom very small. All the walls are very thin so you can hear everything from then next door flat. WiFi not working at all!!! Ask them to book a taxi for us for early morning and asked me to pay €50 in advance or 2500 Turkish lira But when the taxi driver dropped us at the airport taxi meter was showing only 2100 Turkish lira so the same guy mentioned above took 400turkish lira extra from us!! So avoid this hotel.

We stayed at Mar Boutique Apartment for 4 nights during our trip to Istanbul. Overall, it was a good experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the best things about this property is that it has a spacious lift and is wheelchair accessible, which made our stay much easier as we were travelling with a wheelchair. However, there were a few issues. The WiFi connection was unreliable and kept disconnecting. Also, the washing machine was not working. We informed the staff, but unfortunately it was neither repaired nor replaced during our stay. In addition, no proper cleaning supplies were provided, so we had to buy everything ourselves, which was inconvenient. The location is slightly away from the main attractions, so getting around was a bit difficult without using Uber, especially with a wheelchair. That said, we managed. Overall, it was a decent stay with good service, but improvements are needed in maintenance, WiFi connectivity, and basic amenities.

Location is perfect, near all the atractions. In the naighbourhod hood vicinity of bouth bazzars near boat pier, bus and tram station. We couldn't choose better location. Staf is professional and helpful. All our recommendations We will come again

Facilities and location

V tomto ubytování jsme strávili 5 nocí a byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni. Lokalita je naprosto strategická poblíž u hotelu je zastávka MHD, takže doprava po městě byla hračka. V bezprostředním okolí se navíc nachází spousta skvělých místních restaurací a malých obchůdků. Pokoj byl moc hezký, čistý a jako bonus jsme měli opravdu nádherný výhled. Personál byl po celou dobu velmi milý a ochotný. Využili jsme také letištní transfer, který proběhl naprosto v pořádku a bez komplikací. Snídaně jsme sice bohužel nevyzkoušeli, ale vzhledem k množství podniků v okolí to ničemu nevadilo. Toto ubytování rozhodně doporučujeme!

Розташування непогане, можна пішки дістатись до порту з паромом. В номері є невелика кухня, посудомийка і деякий посуд. Ліжко було зручним. Заселили мою маму раніше часу для заселення.

Не було туалетного паперу. Я попросила принести, але його ніхто не приніс. Наступного дня я знову попросила. Знову не принесли. Тільки з третього разу я вмовила принести його нам. Прибирання не було жодного разу. Ми замовили запропонований нам сніданок, чекали його в номері, його не принесли. Я пішла на рецепшен. Менеджер в ресторан не додзвонився. Гроші віддав, але ми ще години 3 були голодні, бо розраховували на сніданок. Потім ще довго шукали, де поїсти. Мені були дуже незручні подушки. Інших у них не було. Не було великих чашок для чаю. Тільки стакани і кавові чашки для еспрессо. Сам район був трохи стрьомний ввечері. Я обрала цей готель, бо в описі була вказана звукоізоляція. Але цей дуже голосний спів з мечетей, особливо о 6 ранку, це було щось страшне для мене. Я спала по 3-4 години. І за 5 ночей я вже було просто щаслива звідти поїхати, хоча ми там зустрічались з моєю мамою, яку я рік не бачила. Вікна там були старючі, бруднючі і взагалі ледве тримались. З них дув вітер і було чутно абсолютно все! Душова кабіна була брудна. Меблі як диван та стільці були теж дуже брудні. Я застеляла рушники, щоб там сидіти. В кухні телевізор не працював.

Не советую никому туда ехать. Горячей воды нет, и не известно когда отремонтируют. Постель не стирана. Платная парковка. Зная что люди приедут, ни чего небыло подготовленно! Плевать hotel хотел на людей. И booкing.com в том числе. Мы приехали, находится там было невозможно, сразу уехали, заплотили за другой отель, а деньги назад boocking не выплачивает. Мало того, так он ещё издевается над нами!

Много приятно място, чудесно местоположение. Чисто и просторно. Отличен апартамент за нашето петчленно семейство.

C'est un hôtel avec des appartements très bien équipés. C'est un.lieu idéal pour les familles qui veulent cuisiner ou laver le linge sur place. L appartement est très bien chauffé . La décoration est soignée. J y ai sejournee pendant deux semaines. Je recommande fortement cet établissement .

Le quartier est sympathique avec des épiceries et petit restaurant dans les rues adjacentes. Le Mar Boutique, lui, est un immeuble coloré qui surgit entre un car Park et des maisons un.peu délabrées. Je pense que la rue est en cours de rehabilitation ...... Je confirme :La zone est secure. Tout va bien
