Fantastic location close to tram, Galata Bridge, Galata Tower, right on all the lively ‘eat’ streets. Very friendly pleasant staff on reception. Air conditioning worked well, fridge in the room, comfy big bed. Good price.

Unfortunately 3 out 4 days we had no hot water, the floor was dirty, under the bed had not been swept, broken toilet seat and you need to sit sideways on the toilet as not enough room between toilet and basin! Very poor lighting in the room. But it was a good price in a fantastic location.

Localisation au top, port, resto, bar, lieu touristique, carrefour SA, etc, à proximité. Le personnel est également très gentil

Nous avons été surclassé et en plein milieu de la semaine; il nous est demandé à 14h alors qu’on est en pleine sortie visite, de rentrer pour changer de chambre. La 2nd chambre ne correspond pas à la description : très petite (pas 17m2), nous devions escalader le lit pour aller au frigo; la télé pendait; pas de bouilloire; pas de sèche cheveux; étagère cassée et sans barre pour mettre sur cintre; chambre très vétuste. Le dessous de lit était plein de mouton, étant allergique aux acariens, cela a généré des allergies. De plus les fenêtres sont très peu épaisse, il y avait des travaux toute la nuit, nous avons très mal dormis. Nous entendions également la porte du logement, les portes de chambres étant également peu isolée. L’eau chaude était quotidiennement interrompu. Il était nécessaire d’aller voir le personnel pour l’activé, cependant, quand tu es déjà dans la douche, tu prends une douche froide. L’hôtel est effectivement très peu chère et bien localiser, mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de confort.

Le personnel est super. Très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec les femmes de ménage et la gentille dame qui prépare le petit déjeuner. L'emplacement de l’hôtel est top. J'ai quasiment tout fait à pied.

Il y a 2 établissement en un. L'hôtel de la chapelle et le Port House. Je vous invite à privilégier L'hôtel de la Chapelle qui possède des chambres finit et un service de nettoyage quotidien. La partie Port House où nous étions avait des chambres plus rudimentaires, peu confortable, des fenêtres non isolées, un éclairage insuffisant, pas de chevet, une salle de bain digne des perles du bâtiment et une eau chaude qui se coupait tous les jours. (Je devais réclamer à l’accueil pour que quelqu'un relance la chaudières pour me doucher le soir) Il n'y a pas d'enseigne devant la porte. Il y a seulement l'enseigne du café de la chapelle qui appartient à l'hôtel. Je pense que le propriétaire de l'hôtel devrait investir pour améliorer les chambres. Dernière chose, je ne suis pas concerné mais les locaux ne sont pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite (Accès uniquement avec des escalier irréguliers et le petit déjeuner est au 5è étage.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir . L’emplacement est vraiment parfait, proche de tous les moyens de transport, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. Avec un bébé et une poussette, c’était également très pratique : pas de pente, accès facile… Nous avions une chambre Deluxe, très confortable, propre et bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Un grand merci au personnel pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, particulièrement Ahmed, Abdel Gaffar et Omar, qui ont été adorables, serviables. Nous avons eu un petit malentendu concernant notre deuxième réservation, mais la situation a rapidement été arrangée grâce à l’équipe et tout s’est très bien terminé. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour ! Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel pour son emplacement, le confort des chambres et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! ❤️

J’ai passé 14 jours dans cet hôtel et tout s’est très bien passé. Très bon emplacement, proche de tous les moyens de transport, chambre propre, et bien équipée. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Une très bonne expérience, je recommande !

За такую небольшую стоимость прекрасный номер со своей ванной комнатой (хотя при бронировании было написано, что туалет вне комнаты)

В первое проживание все было отлично, во втором - администраторы открывали ключом дверь и смотрели, пусто ли в номере, когда я была уже там, лежала в пижаме на кровати. Номер рассчитан на двоих человек, я была одна, но гостя в номер привести на несколько минут не разрешили в дневное время суток!

Top Lage in Karaköy. Straßenbahn vier Minuten entfernt. Galata Turm ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr nettes Personal, dass sich um meine Belange gekümmert hat. Gerne wieder.

Everything has been great! Really nice room, freshly renovated and clean. The guys at the reception were always helpful and smiling! Definitely recommended.

Positiv waren der günstige Preis und der reibungslose Check-in.

Der WC-Deckel sowie die Armaturen waren lose. Zudem war die Beleuchtung sehr dunkel. Insgesamt hat der Aufenthalt nicht überzeugt. Das Personal habe ich nur beim Check-in und Check-out gesehen, keine Telefonnummer von der Rezeption. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

Naja was soll ich sagen. Ich bin schon sehr wenig gewohnt da ich viel reise und vor allem günstig hier hab ich mir mal etwas „teureres“ gegönnt und wurde leider sehr enttäuscht ich war in vielen Hotels / Hostels und weiß mittlerweile was okay ist und was nicht. Das Hotel erstmal zu finden war schwierig man läuft sehr leicht daran vorbei der Service schwankt extrem. Am ersten Tag hatte der Kollege keine Ahnung wie viele Zimmer welchen Schlüssel etc der zweite am nächsten Tag war dann wiederum sehr gut und zuvorkommend. In unserem ersten Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert sowie der Fernseher in der Dusche hat eine Schiebetür gefehlt sowie Shampoo und es kam mir nicht wirklich sauber rüber. Am nächsten Tag bin ich runter zum Kollegen und wir bekamen sofort ein neues Zimmer dies war dann wiederum inordnung schalldicht sind die Zimmer nicht man hört die Leute im anderen Zimmer (gewöhnliche Unterhaltungen was überhaupt nicht geht wenn man auf seine Privatsphäre achtet) und von draußen hört man dauernd Autos. Ich schlafe meist tief und fest hier bin ich aber oft in der Nacht aufgewacht. Für das Geld leider zu schade gewesen

Tutto a parte il letto.le luci delle scale erano oscure.abbiamo avuto difficoltà a salire e le scale ripide.la pulizia zero.le tapparelle rotte.non consiglio questo hotel.Nessuno dello staff ci e venuto incontro.ci hanno cambiato stanza al secondo piano invece que al quinto senza ascensore con la differenza di 50 euro a testa (eravamo in tre) abbiamo dovuto pagare.( Booking ancora non mi ha risposto per questa situazione). Sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel

The location is convenient.

After 10 PM there was no hot water, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, and the toilet was very dirty. Unfortunately, these issues made our stay less comfortable.

The room on the top floor. Was spacious, clean and away from the noise

Unfortunately, our first day was not good at all. We were given the double room on 1st Floor, however, the room is too small for 2 people l, plus the TV didn't work as well as the air conditioning so we had to leave the window open and unable to sleep due to the noise. The guy at reception helped us next day and switched us room on the top floor which made the while experience a lot more enjoyable

Brudno. brudne szklanki, nie umyta podłoga, ukurzone szafki. Nie działająca lampa, a które są bardzo potrzebne w tym ciemnym pokoju. Pod łóżkiem butelki, gąbki i śmieci. Nie polecam nikomu. Jednego dnia wyłączono ciepła wodę. Odradzam wszystkim! W tej cenie można znaleźć lepsze zakwaterowanie. Żenada. 🤣🤣

Pe jos era pamant, pe parchet se vedeau urme de pantofi (adica nu s-a dat cu mopul cine stie de cand), baia era imposibil de murdara cu par in chiuveta si dus, butonul de tras apa era scos din perete, in chicineta era totul foarte lipicios, geamurile sunt de lemn si pentru ca nu au mai fost vopsite de ani de zile se scorojesc cand le atingi. A trebuit sa ma rog de proprietar doua zile sa vina sa faca cineva curat.

номер ОЧЕНЬ ОЧЕНЬ маленький, 5-6 кв.м., не более. по совокупности условий, вы получаете практически номер в хостеле: он маленький, в нем нет ничего из посуды, нет чайника, две розетки на весь номер, есть холодильник, но НЕТ для него розетки чтобы его включить. Нет вешалок для одежды, даже для двух человек в номере ОЧЕНЬ тесно. Ванная комната есть, но она не в номере, а отдельно на этаже. Дверь душевой кабины сломана, вода почти не стекает, из-за чего в душе постоянно скопление грязной воды. Мыло не было ВООБЩЕ никакого, туалетной бумаги не было. ОЧЕНЬ ОЧЕНЬ громко по ночам из-за шума машин и музыки до 3 часов ночи. Подумайте много раз, чтобы снять номер в этом здании, НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ((((( за эти деньги можно найти гораздо более лучшие варианты.

La ubicación es estupenda, en un barrio cerca del centro con tranvía. La mejor opción si no quieres dormir en pleno centro rodeado de sitios turísticos. La relación calidad precio es muy buena y el trato con Mates es muy rápido e eficiente.

El Wifi no funcionó y la ducha nos quedamos sin agua caliente por la noche.

Wi-Fi sans accès réel à Internet. Pommeau de douche en mauvais état. Propreté insuffisante (sous le lit non nettoyé). Une seule rouleau de papier toilette fourni pour 8 jours. Fenêtre très ancienne (années 90) et mal isolée. Le réceptionniste qui se plaint de mon arrivée tardive, alors que la réception est annoncée comme ouverte 24h/24.

Perfect location, with plenty of transportation options, restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and provided an iron when I needed one.

Check-in process was tricky. There is no staff at the hotel, I arrived late at night, and there was nobody there. I called the number in the door but nobody answered. I called another number sent by message, and the guy who replied told me they no longer worked at the hotel, and sent me another number to contact. It would be great if they share the check in process prior to arrival. Room was ok, but certainly not a "Deluxe Suite". I would've appreciated a desk and chair, and extra lighting, there wasn't much light at night. Bear in mind there is no lift, so consider this if you are carrying heavy luggage. It wasn't my case, so I was ok taking the stairs.

So first of all i arrived late and there was no one to greet me or open the door so i had to check in another hotel

I booked the hotel because it close to the hotel i booked, but when i got there they told me that my booking is in the other hotel which is mates port hotel, No elevator and they gave me room in the third floor, The room is too small to move around and no air conditioning available, The restroom is so small we felt like we could take breath every time we used it.

The location was great and they let us check in early and have a late check out to coincide with a later flight.

The kitchen was very basic but loads of local restaurants so wasn’t a problem

Very noise, I couldn't sleep, there is no blanket I'm was freezing, no shade the sun will burn your ayes soon as come up, windows are extremely old and very thin like nothing the street are live late nite honking and yelling all night. I'm was there 2 nights. I couldn't sleep. The bed was very old, stinky, and extremely uncomfortable. Never ever super expensive, not worth that price!!!!

We were very nicely welcomed despite we arrived little later than expected, and felt in good hands from the start. Ramon was such a good host and always replied to our questions, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is great and we felt safe in the area. The rooms were large and were cleaned very nicely every day.

The location is great! The room is cosy, clean and beautiful in a central street! We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay there! The owner was very helpful! We will definitely come back again! Highly recommend it!

The bathroom is exterior and the windows could change so that they keep the noise outside. There is no elevator.

Location. Bars and restaurants really close. Nice room with ensuite and nice big screen tv. the bed was confortable and the room was clean. The fridge in the room was also nice to have.

The location is very central, very close to main atractions, including the new Galata port. Also very convenient for public transport and to nice places to eat (restaurants) and drink (bars). The host was very helpful, although only available through Whatsapp.

There is no reception, only available through a Whatsapp call. Hotel security is questionable, although the area seems very safe. The rooms clearly need a solution for sound proofing (double windows?) as this area is very busy at night and therefore quite noisy sometimes. Rooms are also quite small.

The warm hospitality and flexibility of our hosts, the stylishness and comfort of the room and the very central location in Karaköy where fantastic! There are very cosy coffee bars and restaurants in all the streets around which is definitely a plus too. We stayed in the bigger room which was amazing, spacious, and bright. Thank you so much for the stay!

Nice place. My family and I felt like we were at home. Very comfortable and above all the staff very friendly and always present to resolve any concerns.

The property is nice and the location is close from everything. Erool is an awesome man who helps a lot with everything you ask for.
