My stay at this stone hotel in Mardin was truly exceptional. The hotel offers a unique opportunity to experience the rich history and authentic atmosphere of this beautiful city. The hotel is impeccably clean, with great attention paid to even the smallest details. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of the main attractions and the heart of the old city, making it easy to explore everything Mardin has to offer. This is a great hotel run by a wonderful family. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located in the old town, but it is easily accessible by taxi, which is a significant advantage. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The terrace offers stunning views of the Mesopotamian Valley, and guests can enjoy a full, varied, and delicious homemade breakfast. The main advantage of this hotel is its owners. They are amazing people who are very friendly, kind, and open-minded, and it is very comfortable and enjoyable to spend time with them. Hned po příjezdu nám byl nabídnut pokoj vyšší kategorie než jsme měli zarezervován (Nur), moc děkujeme, byl prostorný a dobře vybavený, kdybychom byli v pokoji, který jsme si zarezervovali, hodnocení 10 bych ani přes výborný servis nedala, pokoj byl velmi malý, nedaly se tam rozložit kufry, byl hned u recepce, tak pozor na to, který typ pokoje objednáváte V hodnocení hodnotím lepší pokoj

The shower area need improvement.The water seal is not be able to hold the water so when you shower the water go outside the shower room and it take 2 days until the water dry out.

Had an amazing stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. They served home cooked breakfast and it’s delicious. The hosts was super friendly and responsive(English wasn’t a problem) — made check-in really easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was truly wonderful. The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Mardin — just a 2-minute walk from all the charming and elegant spots. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you all for your hospitality — we’ll definitely come back again!

Be careful on the roads to Dara and Midyat. We took the offer to have one of the brothers drive us around and we’re in an accident on the highway that wasn’t his fault. Not sure if I would go outside of Mardin again. We loved the town but this dampened our need to return

Wow - that family run hotel is really amazing, beautiful, and perfectly located in the middle of old town Mardin. The rooms are beautifully restored and offer all you need, it‘s very quiet but still centrally located, all is spottlessly clean, and just so so special. Above all - the family takes so good care of their guests and they are always present, to answer questions, to tell about the house and the history. And not to forget - the breakfasts made by Mum is so so delicious, and prepared with love! Definitely my place to stay when being back in wonderful Mardin!

Au cœur du Mardin historique, nous sommes formidablement reçus dans une maison traditionnelle toute équipée. Tout était parfait, très propre et avec une climatisation (indispensable en été !). À deux pas de la rue principale, l'hôtel est très calme et complètement silencieux. Dit is zeker één van de beste hotels dat we ooit hebben genomen. Zo een gastvrijheid heb ik nooit meegemaakt. Top hotel, top service, top mensen, top uitzicht,.. wat wil je nog meer?

Vanaf het moment dat we arriveerden, werden we hartelijk ontvangen door het uiterst behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel. Niets was hen te veel moeite en ze zorgden ervoor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. De bedden waren heerlijk comfortabel en we hebben uitstekend geslapen. De kamers waren brandschoon, stijlvol ingericht en straalden een warme, luxe sfeer uit. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend een feestje: vers, uitgebreid en met veel zorg bereid. Een verblijf dat onze verwachtingen echt heeft overtroffen!

Ana Talia house is an absolute gem. Staff are all extremely friendly. The building itself is magical and atmospheric. It has an excellent location and the rooms are also wonderful. There is nothing to think about. Just book here and you'll have a fantastic time in Mardin.

Excellent location, very walkable to all attractions and dining. The rooms are very pleasant with a great architectural style mirroring the city of Mardin. The staff is very helpful and highly professional, ( Mehmet was amazing), typical Turkish breakfast served in a beautiful veranda. In addition they transported us to the airport with a very fair price. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this gem town.

It's one of the best accommodation experience we had in Turkey. The whole hotel is very beautiful, the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious. The most important of all, the host family is very friendly and helpful. The street in front of the hotel is very small, and you shouldn't drive in there. We made a mistake without contacting the host first (which was mentioned in the instruction that we HAVE TO contact them first) We drove the car into the small alley, but luckily everything works out fine because the host could see I was panic and tried to guide us to the parking ASAP. We really like Mardin. If we ever come to Turkey again, we will skip Istanbul and transfer a flight to Mardin. This hotel is located in a very convenient location. I definitely recommend everyone stay here!

The owners and personnel showed a friendly attitude, they were responsive to our requests. The hotel itself is well equipped, room was clean, with great view on the city. The breakfast was home-made, which is great.

The family who run this hotel were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The outside terraces are especially gorgeous in the morning and at sunset. The breakfast is home-made and delicious. The rooms are clean and lovely. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it without reservation.

Guests should be aware that the terraces are directly outside guest rooms and therefore they should not talk there into the night. The hotel does their best to manage this, so it’s not a big problem.

We loved meeting Talia, her husband and children - three sons and a daughter - who were so friendly, charming and helpful with everything. Breakfast was just delicious with Talia's home made apricot jam and other goodies. We felt so welcome. Thank you for everything.

I liked everything!

Very friendly, family-run guesthouse. The rooms were not serviced automatically but any requests for fresh towels, etc are met with a smile and acted on immediately. Breakfast was simple and very tasty. This guesthouse will particularly appeal to cat lovers. The owners are obviously very kind people who have 5 cats of their own and also help to care for the local cat population. Great location in the old town. Just a couple of minutes’ walk from the main street.

The hospitality of the hosts cannot be overestimated, they tried very hard to make us comfortable and feel good in the excellent city of Mardin! A great option to stay and get to know the local cuisine, architecture and culture better.

This fantastic family establishment surely has been one of the highlights of our trip to Mardin. The hotel is located in the centre of the Old Town - one parallel street from the main street (which is a positive thing as the main street has tons of shops and car traffic, being slightly away from it makes life easier), each room is named after a beloved family member, and they are all different from each other offering varied design choices, the delicious, home-cooked breakfast is included and served at a time chosen by the guests, the rooms are stylish, tidy and spotlessly clean, the hotel does not have their parking area, but there is a car park nearby. The hotel owners provided directions over the phone before we arrived. The family is from Mardin, and listening to their stories over breakfast + having friendly conversations with every single one of them has created unforgettable memories for us. The building itself is 960 years old and tastefully renovated to meet all the current-day expectancies. However, do keep in mind that you are not staying at a soulless gigantic chain resort where everything is extremely convenient. This hotel is for those who are willing to have a unique and authentic experience. If that is what you are after, there is no need to look for any other place than Ana Talia for your Mardin trip. Let the wonderful family take good care of you while you enjoy your visit.

Clean room and spacious with really friendly and helpful staff. The view was amazing and the atmosphere was just what we wanted from our stay in Mardin.

We were on a vacation with my wife and Ana Talia was a great place to stay. Very close to the city center in Mardin. The family staff was very lovely and helpful and they made our stay way more enjoyable. The breakfast was traditional one from Mardin and the family prepared it directly for us. We would like to thank everyone specially Islam and Tufan for they lovely hospitality and we would definitely be staying there again next time.

I've been to dozens of hotels (large or boutique) but this is the first time I've encountered such a warm atmosphere. Everything was excellent, starting with each family member and continuing with the hotel itself. It's a family business, a family as all should be. They personally take care of each guest, they prepare an amazing turkish breakfast and they make you feel like you're visiting relatives. The rooms are clean and each one has its own specifics and story. The location and view are also ideal. There is nothing I would change.

960 yıllık Konak, hâlâ dimdik ayakta — maşallah. En çok bayıldığım olay, otelin bir Aile tarafından işletilmesi. Aile inanılmaz sıcak ve misafirperver. Anne-Baba ve çocukları sağolsun her işe koşturdular; temizlikten kahvaltıya kadar herşeyi kendileri yapıyor. Bir sabah Anne-Baba ile uzun uzun sohbet ettim; çok tatlı İnsanlar! Konağı yıllar önce berbat bir durumdan alıp geniş bir restorasyondan geçirmişler. Şu an oldukça temiz ve konforlu bir ortam olmuş. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz. Ayrıca Aile çok hayvansever. Konağın avlusunda bir kaç Kediye bakıyorlar.

Aile işletmesi bir butik otel , profesyonel hizmet beklemeyin, samimi insanlar ve çözüm odaklılar , sadece seçtiğim oda aşırı küçükmüş bilseydim daha büyüğünü tercih ederdim. Genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık,tavsiye ederim.

Merkezi konumuna rağmen huzurlu ve sessiz bir atmosfer sunuyor. Odalar son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Oteli işleten aile ise inanılmaz misafirperver ve sıcak insanlar; aynı zamanda tam bir hayvanseverler, konakta birkaç sevimli kedi de bulunuyor. Kahvaltı oldukça lezzetli ve keyifliydi. Otelin hemen yanında Süryani şarabı tadabileceğiniz şirin bir kafe ve sahaf bulunuyor, bu da konaklamayı daha da özel kılıyor. Mardin’e yolu düşen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Size kendinize rahat hissettirmek icin ellerinden geleni yapan cok tatli bir aile işletmesi. En büyük dert diye bahsedilen arac parketme meselesi icin yol göstericiler asla zorlanmadik bu sebeple. Terasinin manzarasi cok güzeldi.

Tufan bey, abisi, annesi, babası ve kız kardeşi çok tatlı insanlar bunu en başa not etmek gerekiyor. Otele ilk ulaşmaya çalıştığımda Tufan bey bizi Fahri baba otoparkına yönlendirdi fakat çevrede çok boş alan olduğu için ben Fahri baba otoparkına park etmedim az ilerisinde boş bir alana park ettim. Otopark sahipleri bizim park alanımızı kullanmanız gerekiyor tarzı bir şey söyledi fakat ben ücretli olduğu için kullanmayacağımı belirttim. Neyse, aracın her yanının videosunu çekip otele yürüdük ve ulaştık. Sabah aracın yanına gittiğimde aracın sol ön lastiği sürtme süsü verilerek patlatılmış. Sanırım ek bir şey söylememe gerek kalmıyor park konusunda. Araç ile geliyorsanız bu otopark ve yakınından uzak durun. Konaklama; Otele gittiğimizde Tufan beyin abisi karşıladı çok beyefendi ve temiz bir kişiydi. Bizi odamıza yönlendirdi. 303 Teyyare isimli odada iki gece konakladık. Oda maalesef çok basık, 1.65 ve üzeriyseniz eğilerek yürümek zorundasınız. Ek olarak aşırı nemli ve tuvalet banyoyu odadan ayıran bir kapı yok fakat klima mevcut. İkinci gece klimada bir sorun yaşandı kan ter içinde uyandık sağolsun Tufan bey bir wp mesajından sonra sorunu hızlıca çözdü. Kahvaltı; İlk gün otelin açık alanlarında yapmak istedik fakat kedilerden fırsat bulamadık. ikinci gün kapalı kısmında kahvaltımızı yaptık. Ortalama bir kahvaltıydı, ellerine sağlık.

It is a cozy hotel run by a family. All the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room condition was good and all the facilities ( TV/Air con/ hair dryer / bed) were very good. There was a spectacular roof top view we enjoyed the sun set very well. They served local traditional breakfast which we enjoyed very much. While it is in the middle of the hill and rental car access is not recommended, they provided special assistance when we drove there and left the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Но наш номер, который нам предоставили - "Стандартный двухместный номер" , оказался недостаточно комфортным. Очень маленькое расстояние между кроватью и огороженной в номере зоной душевой, очень неудобно проходить.

It is a lovely and historic property. I was impressed and moved by the hospitality of the hotel owner Islam, his brother, and his mother. Upon arrival, I got help for the check-in, and recommendations on tours I should be taking to avoid paying extra as I traveled alone. During my last day of the stay, the owner's brother even offered me a transfer to the airport at a reasonable price in addition to explaining to me the history behind the property and also the history of the South East Anatolian region, It was eye-opening and I would never forget the warm and kindness from the owner and his family, will come back again.

This was one of our loveliest experiences ever at a hotel. Family owned, kind, attentive, breakfast made by the mother. We could not have asked for a more lovely welcome to Mardin. The rooms are clean and quiet. A/C and wifi work well. This is the type of hotel everyone wishes they could stay at.

This feels much more than hotel, you really feel like guest. Breakfast wins nr1 breakfast EVER, great rooftop view, perfect location in the most beautiful street of Mardin. Talia and her family are great hosts, always with smile. Her son Mohamed baked a cake for all guests one evening and served with ice cream, which was AMAZING! Rooms are beautiful!
