The room is huge! With even a big bed in the "cave" downstairs. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. The location is good: in a quiet alley, but close by to all the sightseeing spots. The breakfast was restaurant-style and restaurant-class: no buffet, but a table full of dishes and fruits. You don't need lunch after such a breakfast! Parking is actually possible nearby the hotel, which is a big plus as well.

The air conditioning was leaking some water, but that will be fixed. The cat roaming around during the breakfast was not so nice to me.

El personal es muy agradable y te ayudan en todo lo que necesitas. El hotel esta bastante bien aituado y cerca del centro, aunque tendras que subir cuestas y escaleras.

Персонал - классные отзывчивые ребята, очень внимательны к гостям и ко всем нашим запросам. Номера просторные чистые и очень атмосферные. Завтраки сытные и вкусные. Местоположение очень хорошее, в самом центре старого Мардина, пешком ходили до всех достопримечательностей. Перед отелем есть место для парковки вашего автомобиля. Однозначно рекомендую и с большим удовольствием вернемся сюда еще не раз!

It is an authentic little guesthouse in old city of Mardin. In a few minutes by foot you are in center of old city. Not for people with limited mobility. We had a rented car and they kindly provided a parking place. Otherwise to get a parking spot in old Mardin is practically impossible. Be aware of the road, it is really uphill . When my husband had a stomach bug owner kindly provided fresh yogurt from the village and ideas of what to see and how to go there.

Beautiful and cool bedrooms to escape heat, great breakfast, and very attentive staff include Mikail. He brought us tea and coffee all day and answered our questions. The hotel was only a 10 min walk from anywhere you want to go!

De service was buitengewoon goed. Zeer tevreden.

De locatie was niet ideaal. Het was een flinke klim naar het oude centrum. Maar dat is dan ook het enige.

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben echt hun best gedaan om ons verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Dat hebben we enorm gewaardeerd.

Het parkeren viel een beetje tegen. Je kunt niet direct bij het hotel parkeren en moet de auto in de buurt parkeren. Vanaf daar moet je nog een stukje naar het hotel lopen, waarbij je een hellende weg omhoog moet. Dit was vooral met bagage wat lastig.

Excelent location just in the old part of Mardin with a five minutes walking distance to the main street with all attctions . There is a free parking nearby and we easily found a space for our car. The room exceeded our expectations It was diveded in two parts with king- and quen-size beds in each. THe staff was great. We were plesantly surpised to get a free plate with fresh fruits in the evening. The breakfast is very good with rich variety of dishes and fruits. The terrace offers a stunning view of the plain. Highly recommended to stay.

O ședere la superlativ la Rümet Pașa Konagi! Camera este uriașă, superbă ca arhitectură și foarte curată. Micul dejun a fost excelent, iar faptul că au locuri de parcare este un mare avantaj. Personalul este senzațional, mereu atent și dornic să ne facă pe plac. Ne-am simțit minunat și vom reveni cu siguranță!

Мардин - своеобразный город, расположенный на горе. Поэтому для путешествия на машине мы выбрали отель с возможностью припарковать машину, в других отелях парковка проблемна. Номер был прекрасен, чистый, просторный. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Помогли принести багаж, отвечали на все просьбы. Очень хорошие завтраки с фруктами.

Надо учесть, что несмотря на 2 двуспальные кровати, 2 семьям в одном номере жить крайне неудобно, потому что туалет и душ находятся в гостиной, где стоит и кровать. Поэтому нам пришлось бронировать еще один номер для 2й семьи.

Gastvrijheid ten TOP!!!! Tacettin en zijn collega hebben ons perfect ontvangen en super goed hun best gedaan om ons verblijf naar ons zin te maken! Sterker nog, ik kon met mijn auto de krappe straat van het hotel niet inrijden, Tacettin kwam helemaal naar beneden om mijn auto veilig richting het hotel te rijden! Eenmaal bij aankomst werd ons gelijk een kopje koffie of thee aangeboden. We kregen tips over de bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. S’avonds bij aankomst kregen we kopje koffie aangeboden met een fruitschaal. Het ontbijt in de ochtend was erg lekker! Super service van personeel! Mardin zelf was geweldig! Mocht ik ooit nog is terugkomen, dan zeker weer naar dit hotel!!!

Kamer is goed netjes onderhouden en schoon. Mooi ingericht. Ontbijt was zeer goed. Tacedin probeert op eigen manier hotel goed bij te houden en te onderhouden. Je ziet ook dat hij zijn volle energie inzet om het iedereen naar zin te maken. Zonder te vragen krijg je meteen koffie of thee aangeboden. Als je wil maakt hij meteen pot thee voor je. Wij hebben 3 dagen met pot thee van het uitzicht en hotel mogen genieten. Sani ook vriendelijk en ons geholpen. Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat personeel en hotel top is.

Les chambres étaient très confortables et fraîches (40 degrés dehors), le personnel serviable et arrangeant (nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour ajouter une personne sans problème). Le petit déjeuner était bon et le gérant de l’hôtel nous a donné des informations sur la région. Je ne regrette pas mon choix de rester dans cet hôtel, idéal pour visiter Mardin!

The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. They were constantly treating us to snacks and cold water. Our car broke down during our stay and the owner was so helpful in getting it fixed. We had the best experience here!

Pyszne śniadanie.

У нас был большой номер с двумя двухспальными кроватями и террасой. Вид с террасы великолепный, там же и завтракали. Парковка сложная, но возможная. Владелец лично помогал парковаться, отлично говорит на Английском. Также он рассказал про все интересные места в городе и окрестностях и как лучше построить к ним маршрут. Завтрак турецкий и очень вкусный, все наисвежайшее.

In het hotel waren bouwwerkzaamheden. We kregen een ander hotel aangeboden. Kan dus eigenlijk alleen iets over het andere hotel schrijven. Vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt. De afwerking en de inrichting van de kamer was erg slordig gedaan. Maar zoals ik al heb vermeld gaat het om een ander hotel.

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und um die Gäste bemüht, das Hotel liegt mitten in der schönen Altstadt. Wem einmal stilvoll in einem der alten Häuser in Mardin übernachten möchte, ist hier richtig. In der Stadt herrscht eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre, außerdem kann man sehr lecker essen.

Leider liegt abseits der Hauptstraße ziemlich viel Müll herum. Dafür kann das Hotel allerdings nichts, und es ist ein generelles Problem in der Türkei, über das man hinwegsehen sollte😉

Le responsable prend le temps, le matin au petit-déjeuner, de discuter avec ses clients, et même, boire 1 kfé ou 1 thé. Mardin'e tekrar geldigimizde kesinlikle ilk tercihimiz olacak. Oldukca genis, yuksek tavanli bir tas odada cok rahat bir konaklama gerceklestirdik. Odamizda hamam olmasi da ekstrasiydi. Calisan arkadaslar karsilamadan otelden cikisimiza kadar hep cok ilgililerdi ve cok yardimci oldular. Muthis bir Mezapotamya manzarasi esliginde guzel de bir kahvalti ettik. Tekrardan cok tesekkur ederiz.

Service, the respect and politeness of the staff, and the quality of service.

This accommodation experience, which I chose based on reviews and ratings, was extremely disappointing. It saddened me to see that these reviews weren't very accurate for those who, like me, relied on them as a guide; I wish everyone would write things as they are. As someone who has traveled to over 100 cities in 40 countries and stayed in countless hotels, I can say this was one of the worst I've ever stayed in, and my expectations were minimal. I suspect the high ratings and reviews were given because of the polite and respectful attitude of Tacettin and others, who were always ready to help – everyone was very kind and helpful. We stayed in a two-bedroom room. We were greeted by three pairs of dirty, used slippers; new ones were brought upon request, and this was just a preview of our three days there. The rooms were extremely neglected, the furniture old, and lacked hygiene. We waited 20 minutes for hot water to come to the shower. They brushed off every deficiency with explanations like, "This is a guesthouse, not everything can be provided," but now we are staying in another guesthouse in a different city, and we truly understand what a guesthouse experience should be like. The pillows were all clumped and looked like they were a thousand years old; I slept on my own back cushion, and it's not a cheap hotel, at least they could have replaced the pillows. I'm writing this review so they understand that while their high-level service is very important, they also need to pay a little more attention to their already limited number of rooms. Of course, it's also so that those planning to go can see what to expect. I would like to thank the entire team, especially Tacettin and Bilal, for the high-level service they provided us. Tacettin's breakfast on the evening we arrived was a wonderful display of hospitality. However, the rooms urgently need renovation and attention to detail.

Il fatto che al telefono il proprietario si sia offerto di farci cambiare camera

Accoglienza approssimativa a dir poco , il ragazzo alla reception era al cellulare e, solo dopo diversi minuti si è degnato di darci retta ma solo per chiedere i passaporti e come intendevamo pagare. Sotto la finestra della nostra camera, c' erano 2 sacchi della spazzatura che piazzavano, la camera non era pulita e gli asciugamani erano sul mobiletto non piegati e non sembravano puliti. Mi chiedo se ho sbagliato albergo o sé le recensioni che ho letto così belle e che mi hanno spinto a sceglierlo erano vere

The location is stunning with views of the Mesopotamian Plain. Beautiful breakfast on outside terrace. The owner and staff are very helpful. If you have a hire car there is convenient parking.

Excellent value for money. This is very nice property with beautiful rooftop view. Parking is nearby, which is very rare in Mardin. WiFi is good. Rooms were cleaned every day. Beds are comfortable. The owner speaks good english and is very kind and always ready to give support if needed. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. On the last day, we were leaving at 7 a.m. so they even prepared a full breakfast for us at 6 a.m.

L’hotel est très bien situé, dans le vieux Mardin ce qui rend les visites plus faciles à pied. Le personnel est bienveillant et souriant ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Un merci particulier au personnel qui a été de très bon conseil.

Zudem haben sie uns kostenlos Kleider angeboten zum Ausleihen. Inhaber sowie die Mitarbeiter sehr nett, versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Locatie van het hotel, authentiek, rustig. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, telkens vroegen ze of ze iets voor ons kunnen betekenen.

Kamer was een soort grot, zeer authentiek. Eigenlijk mooi om te zien, maar helaas heel erg vochtig. De badkamer was slecht, geen plek om badspul te kunnen leggen en overal werd nat tot aan het toilet toe.

the direct access to the town center was very close but one had to climb about 5 flights of stairs and at night they are very dangerous because in the bad state of repair. it is better to take a taxi

- durch die alten Mauern ist es sehr feucht im Zimmer und im Bad (aber das hält man für 2-3 Tage locker aus) - die Anfahrt und das Parken kann ein Problem sein. Man sollte schon ein geübter Fahrer sein. Es ist sehr steil und eng. Man parkt quasi am Berg. - das WLAN ging nicht immer

Очень гостеприимный хозяин, который подробно рассказал о местных достопримечательностях и помог составить маршрут, а также организовать трансфер в аэропорт. Персонал был очень доброжелательным и быстро реагировал на все просьбы. Прекрасным дополнением была возможность взять национальные платья для фото. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова. Спасибо!

Die Räume sind nicht so groß wie man es von den Bildern meint sehen zu können. Zimmertausch war leider nicht möglich. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit 4 Betten gebucht und es waren nur 3.

The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive no matter the time of the day. We were served with great care. The view is really nice from the roof and the rooms are aesthetically very pleasing. The breaksfast is huge and very tasty.

The suit rooms are better for a family stay rather than a group of friends as there are no doors between the bedrooms.
