Kassimo Hotel

I liked that the room was big enaugh for one person, with natural light. There was no noise, at least I didnt hear.

I didn't like because they didn't take garbage, in any day; no towel change. And I didn't understand why I had to pay extra 1400turkish lira, just because payed by bank transfer. There was no info about this!!!

This is my second time staying here, and it's still as clean as before. All the staff are friendly.

Great location very good staff called mufti was very helpful and greeted us every time we walked in or out

Bathroom was very small

The location is amazing

The stairs are a bit difficult, especially when carrying luggage

Amazing location

Nothing to say it

La propreté ainsi que le personnel

Personeel, moefti on the top!

Bed was niet comfortabel

The hotel was very clean, centrally located to restaurants, bakeries, ferry etc. Loved the location and cleanliness. Mufti, front desk employee, was very helpful and accommodating.

Be aware/ prepared that when we showed up we were informed that their credit card device had not been working for seven weeks. They notified us as we were in flight, so we did not find out until we arrived at the hotel. We do not use debit cards and had some cash, but not much and they were very particular about newer bills so declined to accept two of our $20 (US) bills that had subtle defects. If we did not know someone who was living in Turkey at the time, we really would’ve been in a difficult position, so be aware that you might show up and they will not be able to use your credit card that you reserved the room with. Additionally, you will be responsible for credit card fees.

Facilities very clean and comfortable, staff was excellent. The location is perfect! Lots of small restaurants and shops.

No elevator so climbing all the stairs with luggage

The location is good

Upon arrival we were forced to pay with cash because their credit card machine was apparently broken. They were unable to give us our full change, we had to check in multiple times throughout the stay and finally got it after we checked out. The room is much smaller than pictured and smelled strongly of smoke, with paint missing from the walls. There was also no conditioner in the bathroom although it’s pictured in the listing

I loved my stay.

The location was good, very close to the metro station and ferry boat, supermarket nearby and lots of food places, room was clean, bathroom was clean. Toiletries and dental kit available at property. Room came with water and soft drinks upon arrival so no need to worry about it straight away.

Bathroom was a bit small, the smell of the toiletries was not nice in my opinion but that’s just being fussy

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

For a deluxe triple room, it is too small.

For the price range, this was a very very nice stay in the heart of one of the most central locations of Istanbul. The room was in decent size, you get everything that you’d normally expect in 5 star hotels (kettle, coffee, tea, all bathroom amenities, even disposable slippers). Is open 24 hours that makes you feel safe too. Great service in summary

Credit card machine was out of service that could have been a big inconvenience if i didn’t have cash money.

👍🏻

👍🏻

The property is very nice, small but cosy rooms, more than enough for a couple, with a clean restroom. The location is within 5-minute availability from metro and pier. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the accommodation and the attitude to guests. Highly recommended!

Could be a little bit cheaper for the small sized room, but overall okay.

Super clean and pier nearby

Small shower room but it's clean

I like everything here. Every area smells clean. Friendly staff, comfortable beds

The rooms are clean, the receptionist provides good service, the place is in a good location, easy to travel.

The staff is friendly and always at your service. The location is excellent. The terrace of the hotel is valuable for the choice of accommodation.

Don't be spoiled by the praise.

Tiny but very modern and clean rooms. You can sleep very well as it is very quiet in the area in the evenings.
