O hotel é bem simples e, pelo valor cobrado, acredito que existam opções melhores, como o Calypso. O que mais me incomodou, porém, foi o atendimento da recepção. Desci às 8h da manhã para fazer o check-out e não havia ninguém disponível. Como eu tinha um passeio programado, pedi posteriormente que retirassem minha mala do quarto, já que eu não estaria no hotel. Fui informada de que isso não seria possível. Por conta disso, precisei cancelar um dia do meu passeio para conseguir voltar ao hotel e retirar a bagagem, o que foi bastante frustrante. Outro ponto negativo é que não há frigobar dentro do quarto. A geladeira é compartilhada e, durante minha estadia, havia vários restos de alimentos de outros hóspedes, o que não considero adequado. No geral, esperava mais e, principalmente, mais flexibilidade e atenção por parte da equipe da recepção.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La situation de l'hôtel sur la plage avec accès direct à la mer et des transats privés. La magnifique piscine pour se détendre. La végétalisation des espaces de l'hôtel. Le personnel très sympathique et serviable. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bonne qualité. La climatisation efficace dans la chambre.
Ce sont des détails, mais il manquait quelques services attendus pour un 4 étoiles : pas de distributeurs de savon, gel douche et shampoing dans la salle de bain (il n'y avait que des petites dosettes), pas de sèche-cheuveux et pas de verre pour les brosses à dents dans la salle de bain, pas de fer à repasser, pas de verres et pas de quoi faire un café dans la chambre. Enfin quelques équipements de la chambre étaient un peu abimés (pieds de chaises et réfrigérateur un peu attaqués la rouille).

There was no relationship between the pictures descriptions and reality. Their description and pictures are an illusion. The place is located exactly in the main public beach, with restaurants playing frenetic music and tons of people. In fact, we did not stay and left after understanding that the place was a fake. We decided to leave immediately, and we did not get any reimbursement. We did not use the place. The price is completely outrageous

Nonostante la musica del bar situato davanti alla struttura abbiamo risposato benissimo, nelle stanze non si udiva nulla. La piscina privata è una chicca 👍🏻

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026L'emplacement était très bien, aux pieds de la plage et à coté du centre festif de cancun sur la zone hotelière. Service d'accueil très receptif lorsque nous avons eu besoin de résoudre certains problèmes.
l'isolation était mauvaise nous avons entendu beaucoup de bruit pendant notre séjour. Le bar du bas avait la musique trop fort trop tôt le matin et les gens parlait très fort dans les couloirs le matin aussi.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026I stayed in the suite beach front room so it was a nice room layout. Very close to the ferry so its nice to go to isla mujeres and come back.
Wifi was not good. It was down for half the day. AC is not powerful to keep the entire suite cold just one section where the bed is. Lost power for 3 hrs one day.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026숙소는 위치가 아주 좋습니다 . 페리 타는 바로 앞이니 때문에 쉽게 다른 섬으로 이동 가능하고 5 분 거리에 대형 슈퍼도 있어서 좋았습니다 . 아래층에 음식점이 있어서 소음이 나지만 , 10-11 시에 닫아서 자는데에는 문제가 없었습니다 5 월 말의 날씨는 후덕지근 하고 더웠는데 냉장고가 방에 없어서 시원한 소다를 사놓고 마실수가 없었으며, 낡은 공동으로 사용하는 작고 오래된 냉장고가 하나 있는데 , 물을 넣어놨더니 다른 사람이 훔쳐가 버렸습니다 .
각방마나 냉장고를 넣어져주세요 . 공동 냉장고도 좀 새로 사구요 . 녹이슨 냉장고는 정말 보기 역겹습니다

There’s no acoustic isolation in the room and the hotel is inside a very loud restaurant, so expect to hear music all the time. Also, there’s no fridge in the room

הזמנו חדר ל2 וביקשנו להוסיף עוד חברה בעקבות סיטואציה שנקלעה אליה . נתקלנו ביחס מגעיל וחסר אמפתיה לסיטואציה . דרשו מאיתנו אקסטרה 50 דולר על החדר כשהחדר לעצמו היה שווה הרבה פחות ורק עם 2 מיטות יחיד ל3 בנות , והכריחו אותנו לחזור מהמסעדה שהיינו בה בשביל לשלם או שהם יעיפו אותנו מהמלון - וכל זה רק כי רצינו להוסיף בן אדם אחד להזמנה שלנו . דיברו אלינו לא יפנ ובזלזול בנוסף לא הסכימו לנו להשאיר את החפצים אפילו לרגע לאחר הצאק אאוט . הרצפה בחדר הייתה מלוכלכת.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Wij hadden de deluxe suite kamer en die was heel ruim, mooi ingericht, er is zelfs een wasbak en microgolf aanwezig. Groot bed, grote badkamer met inloop douche. Het is vlak aan het strand, met name Playa Caracol, waar ook een ferry stopt die je naar Isla Mujeres kan brengen, win/win dus. Er is een zwembad groot genoeg voor de gasten die ze "maar" ontvangen, aangezien het een boetiek hotel is zijn er niet zo heel veel kamers, maar dat staat wel gelijk aan rust. Wij hoorden s'nachts de golven aanspoelen op het strand.
Het opruimen en opkuisen kon naar onze bescheiden mening iets beter, helemaal akkoord dat het een beachfront hotel is, maar bij aankomst lag er zelfs nog op vele plekken zand in de kamer. Dat is het enige minpuntje

Reviewed May 2, 2026O hotel é muito bem localizado com cadeiras de praia no deck e na própria praia. Ao lado do hotel há um restaurante muito bom. Ache excelente para pessoas que não querem ficar em all inclusives cheio de crianças e com mais de 3 mil hóspedes.
O hotel está em obras e eles começam a martela as 6 da manhã e vão até tarde. Achei totalmente inviável. As toalhas são trocadas a cada 2 dias, inclusive as toalhas de praia. Achei inviável considerando que a atração do hotel é ficar na praia e na piscina. Além disso o controle do ar condicionado não permitia usar algumas funções. Alguns hóspedes largavam lixo pelo hotel como copos de starbucks. Embora a culpa seja desses hóspedes, o entulho demorava a ser retirado.

I had an issue with my room, and without me even asking for anything, the receptionist messaged me to offer an alternative. She noticed my dissatisfaction on her own, which was truly wonderful 👏🏻👏🏻
Perhaps the access to the beach through the ground-floor restaurant rooms. But to be fair, it is a shortcut.

Chambre très sombre, mais nous n’y étions que pour dormir.

The room itself was quite depressing — it's super dark with a very small and a bit weird window. It also smelled very bad. Also, the toilet in the room got clogged, it was unpleasant but the receptionist fixed it really fast, thanks for that. The water pressure in the shower wasn't good. The worst part though was the music from the adjusting restaurant, it played extremely loudly from 11am till 10pm. Really annoying

Sin embargo justo por eso sentía como si estuviera sola todo el tiempo, la alberca estaba bien, los camastros siempre disponibles, hay un restaurante al lado bastante conocido que te pueden servir a los camastros la comida con costo obviamente por qué no es un todo incluido
Les falta poner algún tipo de parasol en los camastros que dan a la playa, después de las 2 pm es imposible quedarse ahí por el sol! Estaría bien también si pusieran frigo en cada habitación o al menos uno más grande que sea comunal

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Hôtel avec du charme très bien situé au cœur de la zone hôtelière à un prix raisonnable. Situé à quelque pas de l'arrêt de bus, et en face du Supermarché. Le personnel est sympathique et disponible pour tous renseignements. Les chambres sont très propres, le ménage est très bien fait sur demande, les serviettes sont également changés quand vous le souhaitez. Le lit est confortable et la chambre dispose de rangement. La connexion wifi est correcte dans la chambre, la TV dispose de Netflix. J'avais peur de l'isolation en vue des commentaires précédents, effectivement l'hôtel n'est pas bien isolé, mais il est situé en recul dans une rue très calme donc ce n'est absolument pas gênant et il s'agit d'un petit hôtel avec peu de chambre donc peu de passage dans les couloirs je n'ai donc eu aucun problème de bruit. Le check in se fait avec facilité ce qui est très appréciable quand on arrive de l'aéroport. La vue sur mer de la terrasse extérieure est magnifique. L'hôtel correspond à la description et les chambres sont identiques aux photos présentés.
Le petit déjeuner manque vraiment et serait un vrai plus ! La chambre manque également d'un mini frigo. La plage en bas de l'hôtel est belle et l'accès à celle-ci est un atout, cependant je trouve juste regrettable que les plagistes nettoient la plage jusqu'au restaurant à coté et non jusqu'à l'hôtel. Le bout de plage devant l'hôtel est donc rempli d'algues entassées par les plagistes, c'est dommage mais je précise que ça ne gène en rien l'accès au reste de la plage et à la baignade. Il y a effectivement par moment des problèmes de pression au niveau de la douche mais la propriétaire vous tiens informé quand c'est le cas, j'ai eu une journée avec un filet d'eau sur 1 semaine de séjour.

Nuestra habitación tenía 2 camas individuales y somos pareja, hubiera estado mejor una matrimonial. Y sería de mucha ayuda un refri pequeño en la habitación ya que por el calor hasta el agua se antoja mas fría.

La "vue mer" où on avait en face de nous le toit du restaurant d'en bas.. un peu vicieux concernas la "vue mer" sachant qu'on avait payé pour ça ..

Estaba limpio en general, pero le faltaban detalles. Muy mal aislado y se escuchaba todo el ruido. El personal muy agradable y servicial, pero no solucionaban nada. No nos limpiaron la habitación en los 2 días que estuvimos

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026The location was perfect for me. In the hotel zone but just at a enough distance to have a restful sleep. Supermaket is a minute walk. Great selection of restaurants is across the street. The beach is right outside. I will definitely come back.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Non volevamo gli hotel all inclusive, e qua era perfetto. Molto comodo alla zona dei locali, alle spiaggie (una molto piccola è proprio sull'uscio, le altre sono a un paio di minuti a piedi), e al di là della strada c'è un grosso supermercato che ha tutto. Wifi funzionante, camera e bagno grandi con finestra (ma senza vista). C'è l'essenziale, no frigo. Il ristorante al piano terra non appartiene alla struttura e alle 22 spengono la musica. Non fanno colazione ma tutto intorno si trova di tutto. Poche camere, c'è una rampa di scale x raggiungerle.
Capelli della precedente inquilina ovunque in bagno. La doccia avrebbe forte bisogno di decalcificante

Hem denize 0 hem de Oteller Bölgesi olarak anılan yerin merkezinde olduğu için 5 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesinde pek çok iyi restoran, market, eczane ve de hediyelik eşya alınabilecek dükkanlar bulunuyor. Ayrıca Isla Mujares için kalkan feribotun yanı başında. Kahvaltı olarak sadece kahve veriliyor. Konumu dolayısıyla tavsiye edilir.
Odalarda ne yazık ki; saç kurutma makinası ve özel eşyaların konulabileceği bir çelik kasa bulunmuyor. Bunlar en önemli eksikliklerdi.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026La struttura è bella, restrutturata da poco credo, ma comunque confortevole, pulita e in una posizione ottimale sia per la vicinanza ai locali/ristoranti sia a due passi (letteralmente) dalla spiaggia.
Purtroppo non c’è la desayunos o una collaborazione con il bar sottostante
