It was a gorgeous resort on the beach and the beach & the pools were beautiful. It had lots of beds, and a swing on the front. Bean bags on the beach too. It was clean and very welcoming. Food was decent - nothing extraordinary for the price. Walking distance to restaurants and 2 min walk from coco bongo

Staff could be a little rude

Staff at the desk was rude, he doesn’t even want to show his nameplate. The way he explained hotel policy is rude. From the time of check in and checked out same guy. He put us in the room in 2 nd floor. We can hear noise from outside. No exhaust fan in bathroom, smells. Towels old and rough so as the beddings. No disable on each side of the beds, I used the chair from the small balcony to put my stuff . No electrical outlet only inside bathroom. So I have to charge phone in bathroom electrical outlet. Hair dyer doesn’t work. Theres 1 small ref in corner of the room. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been.

L'albergo è fantastico, direttamente sulla spiaggia di Cancun tra l'altro priva di sargasso, è molto grande. Ci sono tanti servizi come piscina, bar e spiaggia privata. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutto. La camera ed il bagno erano veramente grandi

El personal no atendía las solicitudes. No tenían destapador y no tenían la contraseña de la televisión.

Unfortunate because rooms were quite nice.

Truly horrible service, would put negative if I could. Front desk staff was rude every time interacted with them, the lifeguard told us we couldn't be at the upper pool because no children were allowed while 4 other children were in the same pool. They kept telling me that I had to monitor my children while I was sitting right there by the side of the pool where they were playing. I was speaking in Spanish (lived in Spain) so wasn't a language issue. We had to wear wrist bands which would be fine if they weren't so sharp they cut into you - my son bled on his back from me just picking him up and wristband gouged his back We were told couldn't take them off or had to pay our leave the pool. We had cut off wrist bands the last night so we could sleep but at checkout they said we were either prisoners and could not leave the locked compound or had to pay $80 for the missing plastic wristbands. Too many things to list all. Really unfortunate.

Les piscines à débordement avec un cocktail à la main. Les lits confortables et les chambres propres avec vue sur la mer. Les repas sur place sont corrects.

L'entrée en voiture manque de visibilité pour y accéder, nous avons dû faire un tour de la zone hôtelière et retrouver l'entrée pour pouvoir y accéder.

The Hotel was not what we expected. Water in the hallways in front of the elevators. Only 1 blanket on the bed. But the worst was the staff who was mostly not very friendly , especially Jose at reception. Never in my life have i dealt with such a rude person at a hotel. How on earth he works their only he will know. When i confronted him about his attititude and that i"m going to give a bad review, his answer was just, "i don"t care". k So the ling and the short, we had a very bad experience sorry to say!

The views and the pool area

The rooms were out dated. The staff not so friendly. Long check in and check out. The beds were uncomfortable.

Great location and walking distance to the bars, dance clubs and restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi was not the hot but jets work perfectly. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great view of the ocean.

Faltaba una mesa en la habitación, por si se quería tomar un café o un refresco, y hay suficiente espacio para una mesa!

The location was great amd the view was great as well.

Fees for everything! They won't let you take drinks or food into the pool area because they want you to spend at their bar, but then they close it at 5 pm ON A SATURDAY. They asked us to move to the beach area if we had food or drinks, we moved to the shaded area they provide and guess what? They kicked us out of there as well. They told us we couldn't used them if we were not consuming food or alcohol from the hotel. We had to move like 20 feet closer to the beach. Will not be staying there again.

The pools are really nice & the swim up bar was good. The location of the hotel was brilliant, right on the beach & a 2 minute walk to the strip. The room was really nice & modern. Most staff were welcoming.

The cleaners never seemed to do a full clean of the room, they just replaced towels & made the bed. We had to make a point of getting the bins emptied as they didn’t empty them for 3 days. Even though we were a group of 5, the cleaners kept giving us only 4 sets of towels. We had to keep asking for extras. Then on check out, they tried to charge us for a missing towel as there was only 4 even though that is what the cleaners kept giving us! One of our group accidentally got the hotel wristband caught & it snapped so we went to reception to get a new one & they charged us 40 US Dollars. This was disappointing as it was clearly an accident & all the wristband is, is little bit of plastic - not worth 40 US Dollars.

Very good value for money. Very close to the very nightlife epicentre of Cancun. Direct beach access.

Muy buena ubicación, esta en plena zona hotelera a pasos de bares, restaurantes y actividades nocturna. Tiene buena piscina y salida directa a la playa con opción de ocupar reposeras consumiendo bebestible o alimentación ( es parte del hotel). La habitación es amplia con balcón y con vista al mar.

Los espacios comunes son antiguos y algunos sectores con falta de mantención.

Ich war in diesem Hotel bereits 2022. Seitdem wurde es sehr schlecht gepflegt und der Zustand ist sehr viel schlechter mittlerweile. Das Personal ist der unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit (vor allem die Rezeption)

They had tours of Coba available and the lady Kari was awesome.

The beach seemed closed off and the pool wasn’t available all day and night like other properties I’ve stayed at.

El aire acondicionado de la habitacion no enfriaba, le hace falta revision

Las regadera en las duchas disparan agua por todos lados y se sale del agua de las duchas. puerta de la ducha no cierra. Humedad en el techo que cae en las camas, el agua de los balcones cuando llueve entra a las habitaciones.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant et nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité durant tout notre séjour. L’emplacement est également un vrai point positif : la zone touristique est facilement accessible à pied et les déplacements se font en toute sécurité.

En revanche, nous avons trouvé dommage que certains services pourtant associés à l’hôtel soient facturés en supplément, notamment le petit-déjeuner ainsi que l’accès à la salle de sport. Cela aurait mérité d’être inclus ou au moins mieux précisé. Nous avons aussi constaté un manque d’entretien de certains équipements : le robinet du lavabo de la douche était rouillé et la tête de douche n’était pas très propre.

Deficiente trato del Personal, mala administración (reservé para 3 y tenían registro de dos) (solo dos toallas en habitación y pedí una tercera y me pedían que al final se las llevara al lobby). No tenía estacionamiento y no te daba opción ni compensación.

Location is the best. It is walk distance to all the restaurants and clubs. Food and drink okay, not so expensive. Right on the beach.

We can't take outside food or drinks to the pool. Also we asked for a taxi on our last day and the receptionist said it was US$25 but it was US$48.

Que desde que llegamos al lugar inmediatamente la distinción y el racismo Me cobraron un impuesto del cual nunca me comentaron al hacer la reservacion y creo que no esta bien pues deben de gacela desde el momento de la reserva

Demasiadas restricciones en la zona de alberca y playa, a pesar de estar consumiendo en el establecimiento se molestaron porque traía un termo y unos cacahuates

Todo estaba hermoso, la vista al mar de la habitación deluxe era preciosa y se escuchan fuertes las olas, y por tu entrada la vista a la laguna, la alberca súper limpia, limpieza a la habitación y cambio de toallas diario que es importante por qué ahí te bañas varias veces al día, las camas y almohadas súper cómodas, el mini split perfecto enfriaba muy bien. Y el plus de tener cocina y refri para los que tenemos niños y ocupamos tenerles snacks, cerca de todo aunque ahí en zona hotelera es muy caro. Bajar por las escaleras a la playa a cualquier hora es un plus

Solo que no dejarán los camastros por la tarde para los que queremos estar en la playa ya que caiga el sol, solo los dejan por la mañana. De ahí en fuera todo bien.

Service is horrible the staff almost made us pay 80 dollars because they done like us , they kicked out our friend for losing his hotel bracelet (!!!) and didn’t let him take his things , this has never happened before !

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, nunca lavaron mis tazas, ya no dejaron otro café, el baño deja que desear, la limpieza de las habitaciones no me gustó. No tienen lavandería El “bufete” son 3 cosas, el desayuno muy muy básico por $480

La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel es lindo pero está un poco viejo y le falta mantenimiento en las instalaciones de la habitación, los cajones estaban descarrilados, las almohadas excelentes, el sofá cama un poco incómodo pero el resto estuvo bien

Meuble salle de bain et Chambre vétustes Le petit déjeuner est cher vu ce qui est proposé, l'omelette à la carte est assez petite et le pain toasté est facturé en supplément si vous en redemandez, personnel de la piscine et restaurant souriant uniquement dans l'attente de tips, si le tips n'est pas celui attendu, le sourire s'envole immédiatement. Pas vraiment top !!!

I stayed at this hotel and I can say that the room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished. Lovely sea view. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach area too. Staff was nice especially Heriberto. Good location of the hotel with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

there are a few areas that could be improved. Unfortunately, the window didn’t close properly with the lock. I also noticed that one of the light switches in the bathroom was detached from the wall, which gave the impression that maintenance had not been done carefully. Overall, it seems like the property could use some renovation work, especially indoors. Also the beach area for the guests closes at 5pm which I found weird because people where staying on the beach much longer than that. Also we used the transport service from and to the Airport and there was miscommunication with the pick up and we got delayed and had to wait for one hour at the airport.

There is a furniture in the bathroom that you can bump (hurt) your head very easily. Also there is only one trash can and is the one in the bathroom.
