Se hizo una reservación de 2 habitaciones con 2 camas cada uno, pero no se respetó la reservación; al momento del check-in (cercana a la medianoche) salen con la sorpresa que solo tienen disponible habitaciones con una sola cama y para colmo no redujeron la tarifa respectiva por las habitaciones entregadas (que son de precio menor a la reservación inicial). Adicionalmente realizan cargos sin sustento (fuera del depósito de seguro) que si uno no se da cuenta no hacen el reembolso, pero demora más de una semana que se haga efectivo y no estoy segura si se hará efectivo el reembolso.

Hotel sujo, não limpam os quartos, não lavam os banheiros, não limpam as áreas externas e internas, café da manhã péssimo, retiram tudo quando dá 10h independentemente de ter terminado ou não. Pouquíssima variedade do café. Não condiz com a propaganda! Escorre água do ar condicionado pela calçada. Piscina estava em manutenção.

Room was OK, swimming pool, quick connection to attractions. We were staying there several times and all went good in the past.

No rooms have water heater, only microwave. We were almost stranded, because we got the information at check-in, that our room is a single bed room (we are 2+2). Problem has been solved.

There is some kind of breakfast with toast and cream cheese, some drinks from machine. Cereals. For me not sufficient, but we have managed somehow. I would call it something in-between.

We arrived later on the evening and we got the room what we have booked. (We were 2+2 and we need 2 beds)

We were staying here already several times. It was always OK before, maybe due to different building. Air conditioning was not working properly (external heat exchanger blocked?) and water was leaking at shower. We have told this at reception during check-out, but I'm not sure it was taken care.

During our stay, the level of moisture and condensation inside our room was so severe that water droplets were continuously forming on the ceiling and falling into the room. The situation was extreme enough that it genuinely felt as though it was raining inside the room. Most concerningly, the water reached the bed and bedding, leaving us with damp and wet linens. We were therefore forced to sleep in these conditions, which I consider completely unacceptable Following our stay, I have also developed cold-like symptoms and am currently unwell.

Local estava cheirando mofo, cheio de aranhas e insetos nas paredes, ar condicionado com odor forte, a porta estava suja e com insetos mortos, escada suja e lixo com odor desagradável. Iria ficar hospedada por 11 dias, fiz o check in, vi as condições do quarto, pedi para mudar de quarto e novamente o quarto estava em péssimas condições, tive que cancelar minha reserva e procurar outra acomodação no local.

I understand that I reserved the Motel via Booking, but the people of the motel should care about something like this

Extremely Disappointing – This Property Needs Serious Attention This was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel rooms I have stayed in. The property looks and feels neglected, poorly maintained, and in serious need of renovation. The room had obvious humidity and moisture problems. The floors, including the bathroom floor, were damp and wet from the humidity, and there were visible moisture stains throughout the room. The overall condition made the room feel uncomfortable and unsanitary. The maintenance was terrible. The paintwork looked extremely sloppy, with horrible edges and finishing, peeling paint, and areas that clearly had not been properly repaired. Even the bottom of the bed frame was rusting, with paint and material flaking off onto the floor. To make matters worse, there were insects in the room. The air-conditioning unit was extremely loud throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Everything about the room felt old, worn out, basic, and abandoned. It gives the impression that very little attention is being paid to maintenance, cleanliness, or even basic details. For a hotel carrying the name and reputation of this company, this room was completely unacceptable and far below the standard I expected. This is not just about the room being outdated — it is about a serious lack of maintenance and care. The property needs significant repairs, better housekeeping, and much more attention from management. Based on the condition of the room I was given, I would not recommend staying here, and I certainly would not return unless major improvements are made. no

Where do I start? Terrible water pressure and lukewarm shower. Defective AC that created a miserable wet environment...I mean the floors were dripping wet and a fall waiting to happen in a "handicapped room" The bedding was moist and our clothing was all damp! Cigarette butts littering the front of our room. One wash cloth and one hand towel in our room and empty tissue box in the bathroom.No lid to the ice bucket and the refrigerator was moldy! $100 security deposit is ridiculous considering the state of this room! And not sure how they charge a "resort fee"...no resort here! With all.of the other reasonably priced lodging in the area...steer clear of thos place!

Cama e quarto era muito confortável . O chuveiro era perfeito ! A localização fica próxima dos parques 15-20 min e dos outlet uns 30-40 min . Tem café da manhã, mas bem simples , sem proteínas . Tem alguns restaurantes próximos .

Wi-Fi não estava muito bom, os quartos esteticamente precisam de umas reforminhas . E poderiam melhorar as toalhas de banho também .

El desayuno no tiene proteína, solo ofrecieron pankaques pequeños con yogur o café, yogurt y el menú era el mismo todos los días; de igual forma el aseo lo hacían día de por medio pero esperábamos que al menos barrieran y cambiaran sábanas, solo limpiaban y cambiaban toallas.

Cumplía su función. Estaba bien en relación calidad precio. Cerca de muchos sitios de comida, supermercados y cómodo para ir a sitios de interés en coche. También tenía aparcamiento. El desayuno básico pero bastante bien y con lo necesario para empezar el día

La limpieza. La habitación tenía algunos bichos y no estaba muy limpio.

El hotel no esta mal para el precio, el personal amable y eficiente, la piscina estaba limpia

Issues from check in - being given the wrong rooms that were reserved and paid for up front - to having water in one of the rooms and needing to change that morning after requesting twice for a different space, to phones in the room not working requiring us to have to go to the office for each issue, to not having hot water in the other room and having a potential second change. It was a comedy of errors; however, the staff were kind and patient even though we were persistent in the issues that kept arising.

The reservation didn't match the rooms we were given, the rooms given didn't match the number of people that were in front of the check-in host, having to go back and have this fixed; having issues with one of the rooms having a plumbing problem causing water in our room and not being given a new room immediately but having to go down and request a move second time around after a long wait. The breakfast was disappointing, not advertised as a cold breakfast and not replenished for the duration of the breakfast hours despite their being and attendant seeing food items disappear and new clients coming in without having the same food available for their breakfast.

Location is great . Across the street from Old Town. , Cracker Barrel. And right beside the Waffle house

It wasn't the cleanest hotel room . And you have to dump your own garbage cans into a can that was right by our hotel room But We liked the fact that house keeping wasn't bothering us throughout our 4 day stay. We kind of knew that for the price it wasn't going to be a pristine hotel room .

Las habitaciones generan muchísima humedad en su interior. Tanto, que por las mañanas te despertabas con el suelo empapado. Además, el colchón se hundía mucho, y era bastante incómodo.

Infelizmente muito sujo. Banheiro com cabelos por toda parte, atrás da cama estava imundo de sujeira, toalhas sujas, edredom embolorado e o pior de tudo, esquilos que morreram nas portas dos quartos no primeiro dia de hospedagem e ninguém retirou os animais, ficaram por dias cheirando mal próximo as portas dos quartos. Exaustores dos banheiros não funcionam, usamos 4 quartos diferentes durante e estadia e em nenhum o exaustor funcionava, o que dificultava manter o quieto limpo e seco por conta da umidade da cidade; chegamos a trocar de quarto porque o nosso “alagava” de umidade após os banhos, já que o exaustor não funcionava pra ajudar. Tentamos contatar a portaria mais de uma vez pra nos ajudar com esses problemas e nenhuma vez fomos atendidos.

Gostei da localização e do atendimento da recepção. O atendente sempre foi solicito em explicar todas as regras do hotel.

Não gostei do café da manhã, muito lotado de pessoas pegando pratos enormes cheios de comida e levando para os quartos. Se não chegar no primeiro horário para tomar café da manhã, fica sem comida porque eles não fazem reposição. Basicamente comi pão com ovo, todos os dias. A limpeza do quarto é péssima, além de só trocarem as toalhas a cada 3 dias, se não deixar o ar condicionado ligado no mais gelado possível, o quarto fica todo molhado. No segundo dia pedi para trocarem as toalhas molhadas e quando cheguei a noite no hotel, cansada, tive que ir atrás de toalhas limpas porque esqueceram de trocar. No dia em que limparam o quarto, não limparam a banheira e nem fizeram a reposição de itens de higiene pessoal (papel higiênico e sabonete)

Me hospedei por 10 dias e não vi limpeza das partes de convivência geral como escadas , passeios e trocas mais eficiente de lixo das lixeiras comuns, escadas com folhas e sujeira de vento de dias e teias de aranhas de tempos.
