This hotel is totally worth the price. It was beautiful. Although I didn't use most of the amenities I did have the breakfast in the morning and it was OVER THE TOP amazing. Everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The rooms were beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean.

My only complaint would be the "sales pitch" as you head into breakfast. Most people are there to enjoy time with their families and not being bombarded by someone trying to sell something would be perfect.

La habitación horrible, las cortinas dejaban pasar mucha luz, tenías que tenerlas cerradas durante todo el día para tener privacidad, lo que generaba una sensación de cueva. El baño tenía las antihigienicas cortinas, deberían poner duchas. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad.. El colchón se hundía, deberían cambiarlo. Elegimos este "resort" por la puntuación tan alta en Booking., pero según la habitación que nos tocó, la 135, le pondría un aprobado justo.

Very short on disney rooms. Can't request. Pay more for the special rooms, but won't know with one you will get. I asked to be closer to pool because grandson has disabilities didn't get it. Breakfast is good but very crowded. Long line for waffles. The had toy story characters on Sat. Mornings that was fun.

La única objeción es el desayuno aunque el personal muy amable se formó una fila larga para entrar lo que nos hizo pensar y decidir no ir nuevamente al siguiente día. Deben considerar ampliar el espacio para cubrir los requerimientos de todos los huéspedes.

Mold in the bathroom ceiling, A/C wasn’t good half of the room was hot our son was crying had to change rooms just for the new room to be in use had to go back a 3rd time and get another room. Came back from a long day at Disney just for our room key not to work my family had to wait to go back a 4th time. Breakfast wasn’t as good not much options looks good online but not as good in person. Pool was hot. Rooms are very outdated the covers had stains on them. No microwaves in the rooms either had to go downstairs to use a shared microwave.

The only improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning unit. I believe it wasn’t delivering enough cool air to its full potential. Half of the room felt warm, while the other half was decent.

Housekeeping did an incredible job keeping our room spotless, and a special mention goes to the maintenance staff for their excellent work keeping the pool area so clean and well-maintained during our stay. The amenities at this hotel really stand out. There's a fantastic indoor video game and play area, plus an outdoor playground with a soccer field and ping pong tables that are perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The movie night at the pool at seven pm was a real highlight, featuring a giant screen and a great sound system that all of us enjoyed. The location is also incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants and options for dining right around the corner, as well as several convenience stores for any quick needs. Overall, I highly recommend the Magic Moment Resort & Kids Club as an excellent choice for a memorable family vacation in the Orlando area, especially if you plan on exploring the theme parks.

Bueno, las habitaciones fenomenales. El desayuno también estaba bueno..calidad, precio excelente. La cosa fue que en los últimos edificios no tuvimos Internet hasta que nos cambiaron de habitación para unos mas próximos a recepción. Por el resto...todo bien. Ahhh algo muy bueno, la cafetería tiene unas empanadas riquisismas!!!

O café da manhã para níveis americanos é ok. Falta bacon, um queijo, um muffim. O funcionários são mega atenciosos e prestativos. o quarto é bem confortável e área de lazer esta super bem equipada. A localização é excelente.

O sistema de limpeza a cada 3 dias falta checagem para saber que realmente foi feito ou ser informado que precisa ser solicitado. Em 15 dias, só foi feita 1 limpeza voluntária e 1 solicitada por nós após notar que não havia mais voluntária.

My only complaint, is that the room was pretty warm. The ac couldn't cool it off. I ended up taking a cold shower so I could go to sleep

For the price, the hotel is a very good value. You can tell that some renovations have been done — the bathroom fixtures look new, the room was generally pleasant, and the beds and mattresses were quite comfortable. Breakfast was also nice. The selection is not very large, but there is enough to choose from. There were eggs, some kind of meat such as sausages, potatoes and vegetables, Greek yogurt, fruit, and a few sweet options. The Mickey-shaped waffles with different toppings were especially fun for the kids. I would have liked to see some sliced cheese and ham for sandwiches, as well as something other than white toast, but overall we could always find something to eat. The staff at reception were also friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is clearly very old, and unfortunately, despite the renovations, you can still really feel it. I don’t know if all the rooms are the same, but in ours some of the furniture was extremely dated. The dresser/TV stand was very worn and looked decades old. The refrigerator was just as outdated, had no freezer compartment, and there was an equally old coffee maker sitting on top of it. There was also a noticeable musty, “old building” smell in the room. Together with the old furniture, it really takes away from the parts that have been renovated. I definitely wouldn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot on the floor. What surprised me most was that there was no bottled water, no cups, no kettle, and no microwave in the room. Apparently, microwaves and hot/cold water dispensers are available in common areas, but there was no information in the room explaining this or telling us where to find them. We were traveling with a small child who needed warm milk in the evening, and on our first night I had no idea there was a microwave available elsewhere, so I ended up trying to warm the milk using hot water from the faucet. I only discovered the microwaves and water dispenser the next morning when I went to the main lobby for breakfast. There were no cups in the room either. The following day, when we wanted to have tea, I had to walk to reception specifically to ask for cups. The receptionist was very kind and gave them to me, but since the hotel consists of separate two-story buildings, the front desk can be quite a walk from your room. Providing cups in the room and a simple information sheet explaining where the microwaves and water stations are located would make things much easier. We stayed for two nights, and our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. I’m not sure what the hotel’s housekeeping policy is for a two-night stay, but I found this unusual, as normally I would expect at least some basic housekeeping or fresh towels

Es un lugar maravilloso, realmente lo recomiendo muchísimo puesto que el Personal es súper atento la limpieza es súper puntual y el sitio es muy estratégico. Estoy muy conforme con la visita en este hotel. Primera vez que me quedo en el Hotel tan organizado tan limpio y con tan lleno de atracciones. El espacio para los niños es un espacio súper bonito relajante para ellos y con todas las diversiones que ellos puedan obtener. Estoy muy contento con haber cogido este Hotel, sin duda alguna le doy cinco estrellas, y si hubiesen 10 estrellas, también le doy 10 estrellas, porque se lo merece.

It’s a nice place to keep the kids occupied and engaged and happy. They have lots of activities are wonderful breakfast and wonderful staff.

I’ll let them know that the countertop in my room was falling and he told me they was gonna call maintenance. No one never showed in all of our clothes got wet because the sink was leaking.. I advised them of the problem and he didn’t send help. We had to eat breakfast in our pajamas, and I know the other families was licking at us crazy but all of our clothes were literally wet.

Adoramos a limpeza, tratamento e espaço.

The facility is a kids dream come true.. my grandbabies had an awesome time. I also loved the self affirmation statements all over the place. The fact that you are faith centered and place Jesus as Lord, I will continue to be a guest.

The only negative, that could be an easy fix, is the TV's in the room. Downloading apps that could make watching TV fun and entertaining in the room would be great.

It’s kid friendly the greeter at breakfast was phenomenal.

It’s was bugs behind the bed and we told them they didn’t clean it up or switch our room. So we cleaned it up and they don’t have enough outlets to plug your stuff up.
