We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

1. There was no lifeguard at the main pool, and there were many unsupervised children jumping around in the water. 2. There was no coffee maker in the room.

The pool is my absolute favorite!

The only thing I wish was that the lazy river opened a little earlier. To me it opens pretty late when it’s the main attraction.

The beds were comfortable.

We were put on the 1st floor and as we were trying to unpack and relax we could hear dogs constantly barking in the rooms beside us. This went on for a few hours. Then the stench of marijuana filled our room and on leaving to head to reception the hall way was also stinking. We were placed in a room on the 4th floor and noticed the smoke detector had been disconnected and was therefore unsafe and as we went to leave for dinner the stench of marjuana filled the hallway. We again went to reception to complain and they were going to move us to another room on the first floor however it was also smelling of these fumes and you could smell it at reception. We were moved to the 10th floor. Thankfully no marjuana smell however the bath dos not drain properly and the table light was discussing and dirty so we did not have a shower or use the light. On our second night there was a lady beside us smoking marjuana while in the pool and small children were jumping in and out of the hot tub. One even hit my partner on his head. There were no life guards to keep the children safe or report safety issues to. They seem to leave as soon as the lazy river is finished. We reported our concerns to the front desk who passed it to the GM a few times but no response received from them. They seemed uninterested. We therefore phoned the police and filed a report. It was the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in

The room was comfortable. My kids love the basketball court (although they could have a better basket ball template with). The hot tub and pool were okay, and the open schedule wide enough for and early or late use.

The corridors were dirty. The restaurant very basic and old. The lobby looked old. The open hours of the lazy river is a short period of time. We didn'thave the chance to try it..

The breakfast was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean, I have no complaints at all.

There wasn't nothing I didn't like

Das Hotel ist zwar etwas älter, aber sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, hier wäre eine abstellfläche noch schön. Den Pool, den Whirlpool und auch den Lazy River haben wir sehr genossen. Schade das der Lazy River erst mittags öffnet. Ansonsten fanden wir toll, dass das Hotel kostenlose Parkplätze anbietet (was in Orlando immer seltener wird).

Frühstück würden wir hier zukünftig nicht mehr dazu buchen. Der Preis ist sehr hoch, für das sehr wenige Angebot. Außerdem war ständig etwas leer, obwohl kaum Leute da waren.

Equipment such as television did not work in the room, notified management and nothing was done for the two days we were there.

This hotel was just okay.There was nothing special about.It was a normal hotel.I could have stayed right down the street for much cheaper.

I chose not to stay for breakfast. I ended up leaving at 6 AM the next day because I only booked this hotel due to the fact that they had a lazy river and a pool. However, the pool was overcrowded because the lazy river was not functioning I asked for a refund and was denied. I was not told that the Lazy river was non-functioning uponing check in that was a surprise ten minutes later

A cama e os travesseiros eram deliciosos. As toalhas eram limpas e macias.

Apesar de o prédio possuir placas indicando ser smoke-free, os corredores apresentavam forte cheiro de maconha. O carpete dos corredores estavam muito sujos. A piscina com rio lento só abre depois de meio-dia e esta informação não foi passada em nenhum momento da reserva ou durante o check in. Só descobri quando fui nadar antes de fazer o checkout. Como o checkout deveria ocorrer até 11:00, não utilizei a piscina, que fora o que motivou a escolha deste hotel... :(

The lazy river was a draw for us, however, it was not in operation during our stay.

Same menu everyday. After third day, we ate breakfast outside even though we had vouchers. Pool area had only one umbrella. Lazy river was mainly closed which was one of the reasons we book at this place.

The lazy river and slide wasn't open for the two days we were there and the front desk answer was we don't know if They're gonna open it. A lot of people bought rooms there specifically for the lazy river and slide.

Doing the check-in, they charge my card on the file I wanted to be on a different card. They’re doing with the payment revised and I paid for this again card it’s been two weeks I haven’t received my first refund for the property has charged me twice when I’ve contacted them. They’re refusing the refund. I keep on going back-and-forth with Booking.com and then I didn’t pay Booking.com because it was payment at the hotel doing check-in and I paid the check-in now they’re refusing the refund for the second payment taken.

I was not happy paying for a resort fee when no amenities were open. The pool was closed as well as the lazy river, and this is the only reason we booked this motel. Them to charge me for resort fee when the amenities weren’t available or to me is ridiculous. Then I thought we could use the amenities the next morning however, check out is 11 in the pool in the lazy river do not even open until 11 AM so that was not an option either. Then in the write up, it said breakfast was included, however, at $14.99 a person that’s not included, will not be staying in this hotel any more.

The pool is not for small kids, too deep . The equipment for disabled people at the pool was not working, lazy river don’t have the tubes , the lounge chairs were broken and chairs too , the tables at the pool don’t have the umbrellas.

I don't like the safeguard I think they just don't do the job good , on the slice area no body was there for keep the child's on rules how and when the use the slice and when kids go to use them they scream to far ,my opinion one safeguards need it on top slice for give direction and safety

But they person at the front desk needs help. Very busy/big property and only one person at the front desk. There’s Was always a 3 person line at the front desk. Need 2 people at the front desk or the manager needs to come help!!!

Honestly, I’ve been there soooo many times and this was a terrible experience. I didn’t like anything about the property except check out. Sadly!

No WiFi, no tv the entire time. I called the front desk 3x to be placed on hold for a long time. I didn’t want my entire vaca waiting on hold. The room smelled musty and the floors were badly stained throughout the hotel.

They only had one person working the front desk so check in took a very long time. There was mold in the shower. In the lobby there’s a sign that says the property is smoke free but the hallways of building 7 wreaked of smoke.

University there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and lazy River. The rooms are clean.

The Jacuzzi was lukewarm and the amount of bubbles in it was wild. The food at the restaurant was very much overpriced. People are allowed to bring their dogs into the pool area and eating.

Staff were all lovely, Location was ok, had a pool and lazy river ( was never open due to storms apparently, but still had a pool) room was ok and comfortable enough. Close to a lovely little restaurant called Perkins ( 2 minute walk) and many other places.

Went back in to show it was already paid w booking and the girl immediately refunded with no questions or explanation. Seemed scammy.

Si me gustó deberían de poner más salvavidas en el río porque son muy pocos y la gente pelea cuando está muy lleno por la espera y llenarlos más porque siempre están vacíos un poco de aire. Y que los salvavidas vayan con más ánimo. Y humor porque siempre están con cara de aborrecidos no todos

El desayuno está bueno pero todo los días el menú es el mismo … en la área de piscina los salvavidas con cara d mal humor como aborrecidos y las bodas redondas par el río tienen muy pocas y vacías no las tienen muy llenas ..

The lamp shades were rusty, the arm rest on the chairs were gross, our toilet was clogged before we even used it (which was fixed promptly), the phone/end table had stuff all over it.

No upgrades have been made still have old raggedy couches in the rooms.

We had a difficult time finding our building where we were staying because it was dark and properly marked. I did not agree with the fact that this place qualified as a resort with the extra fee attached. I did not understand why it was categorized as a resort.

Ive stayed at the property several times and I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. They give you a lot of pillows. The air conditioner works wonderful and that to me very very necessary. The hotel is extremely close to a number of good restaurants and fast food options as well as racetrac and Wawa.

I wasn’t overly thrilled by the number of TV channels available. A great many of the channels are just focused on news and sports only. I certainly don’t need eight channels of News and six channels of sports. I would rather see more TNT, AMC and other popular channels that show movies and action series not constantly looking at sports and news. Also, the Wi-Fi in my room was atrocious. I could not stay connected to the Internet and it was very cumbersome trying to get connected every single time. I would be definitely willing to pay for better option with Internet service.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was immaculately clean. The pool waters were crystal clear. They have lifeguards around the lazy river to keep the little ones safe. The front desk was welcoming and friendly.

They need more inner tubes for the lazy river.

Por lo que escogí este hotel fue la piscina, yo vivo en el área pero quería llevar a mi niña a las piscina y aunque el diseño es bueno esta todo super deteriorado y sucio tanto dentro del agua como sus alrededores. Al punto que estuvimos en la piscina el sábado en la noche, la gente estaba bebiendo en latas, cristal, todos con diferentes músicas a todo volumen, flotadores de distintas tiendas y el domingo en la mañana luego de hacer check out nos quedamos en las piscina y estaba la misma basuras alrededor del lazy river, de la piscina, ect. Cambiaron la bolsa de bazura del trash can pero nadie pudo recoger lazy river de los alrededores. Las orillas estaban llenas de hormigas que buscaban la basura y te picaban si te intentabas sentar en el borde.

No me gusto casi todo, llegamos y quien me hizo el check out fue bien seca, nada nos explico y como hicimos la reserva con esta app decia que no la veia, cuando la encontraron nada me dijo, solo me entrego al final la llave y un maoa. La otra persona que estaba a su lado y les hizo el check in si era simpática oero no la que nos toco a nosotros. La habitación estaba en el tercer piso, ya cuando llegas al elevador saber que no puede esperar mucho del hotel por la condición. Al llegar a nuestro piso el olor que había era a abombado, a viejo desde el aire que esta justo en el lado de los elevadores y abarca todo el pasillo, apestaba feo. Al llegar a la habitación las camas están decente y el baño pero no te dijes en los detalles de nada. Porque mas allá de lo básico del baño, espejos y la cama se ve que hace muchísimo no se hace una buena limpieza en ese lugar. El olor también era extraño. Menos mal que me lleve spray de olor. El domingo en la mañana estuvimos mas de dos horas sin luz, el elevador no funcionaba, tuvimos que bajar por las escaleras. Al llegar al desayuno, me dijo que necesitaba un voucher cual no me dieron al hacer el check in. Tuve que ir a recepción y hacer la fila para que me lo dieron y lo primero que me dice es que si no me lo dieron no lo pague. Y yo por supuesto que si, miralo en mi confirmación. En todo momento con actitud, le pregunto si nos van a devolver parte de la estadia por justo pasar el final de la noche sin luz y me dijo que no. Y me ebtrega el voucher diciéndome que es solo para dos personas y nada mas. Cuando llego al desayuno, que fue lo unico bueno de la estadia, me dice la chica que la niña come gratis. Y porque la de recepción no me pudo explicar eso? Obvio que no la iba a dejar sin comer, le hubiera dado de mi comida. Al fin nos fuimos a la habitación después de comer, recogimos, nos bañamos y a la piscina, a las 5om nos sacaron ni que porque estaba empezando a llover. Y asi acabo mi complicada estadia.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, espaciosas y funcionales en todo aspecto; tanto para una estancia de trabajo como de placer.

No me gustó que la reserva que hice dijera: "Desayuno Incluído", y al momento de llegar al hotel me dijeron que no estaba incluído. No fue tanto problema, pero tuvimos que pensar en buscar comida.

The room had a nice view of the pool, two big beds lots of pillows. It was very comfortable. The mini fridge was nice and cold. The air conditioner works very well. There were plenty of towels, soaps, and and shampoos available.

The cable TV system in the hotel is not that great. They need more channels. There’s only like 20 channels and half of them on news channels.

Hotel is not in a good area. Once you enter the lobby you're met with a strange food smell. When we went there were groups of teenagers staying as well and hanging out in the lobby and being very loud. Also, when we checked in there was no mention of any extra fee, but we were charged more than $20 extra per night. It might be booking.com fault for not disclosing the charge, or it was a new charge added after the hotel just recently changed ownership (hotel still has banner over old name), but I should not be charged extra for that. Booking.com has reached out to the hotel and they are not responding.
