Han tar hand om sin personal och personalen tar han om oss. Och han hjälper till där det behövs. Kan verkligen starkt rekommendera detta hotell. Och vilken välskött och fin pool. The pool was right in front of your room. From your room to your porch to the pool. The view of the pool and landscape is stunning.

Beautiful landscape and large pool which every room has access off their personal porch. Staff were exceptionally generous and friendly. Excellent place to stay and enjoy.

i had requested a refund as there was a centipede in our room and drain of toilet was choked. however no discount was provided. I also showed them that the rates were lower but they did not offer us breakfast.

Bar not open till 3 Independent Taxi from hotel was expensive - took bolt and was half price. Drive to Phuket is 50 mins - only €20 So be aware you are away from the main strip area

The hotel is located a bit off of the main track. It felt like we are in a wrong neighborhood sometimes, however we found our way :D the massage saloon outside of the hotel is nice and worth visiting. There is a free bus from the hotel to the old town and to the city centre few times a day, which is a nice addition to the stay. Stuff was friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Breakfasts were amazing :)

The area next to the hotel is very specific and you just need to adjust to it.

Stanza puzzava ed era piena di zanzare. Ristorante che dovrebbero chiudere per quanto fa schifo! Colazione con prodotti scadenti.

Ik vond het een heel mooi, kleinschalig en fijn resort. We vonden het echt geweldig dat we vanuit onze kamer direct toegang hadden tot het zwembad en een eigen terras. Je kon bovendien tot 22:00 uur zwemmen, wat erg prettig was. De locatie was ook prima en we hebben heerlijk genoten van ons verblijf in Phuket. Het personeel was echt super, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was alles ontzettend schoon en werd de kamer dagelijks netjes opgefrist. We verbleven hier met ons gezin van vier en voelden ons erg veilig in het resort.

Wat mij betreft passen de faciliteiten niet helemaal bij een vijfsterrenresort. Zo was het ontbijt niet standaard inbegrepen, terwijl je dat bij een vijfsterrenaccommodatie eigenlijk wel zou verwachten. Ook is er na 22:00 uur in de omgeving niet veel meer te doen. Verder hebben we eigenlijk weinig aan te merken gehad en was alles erg schoon en goed verzorgd.

The pool access from the room was awesome, and everyone we interacted with - reception, restaurant, and room service was courteous and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention for Muhamad from R You GO (Thailand), located next to reception. He went above and beyond, responding promptly to every request, from laundry services, local events to arranging our transportation to and from Krabi. Overall, a wonderful stay at a lovely property; highly recommended.

The staff were very attentive, the pool was good, and there was a shuttle to the city three times a day, which is good because they have a very bad location. It was quite clean. The bed was comfy.When we arrived we had a room where the air conditioning was unbearable and the reception staff were kind enough to move us to another one, which we appreciated.

Far from everything, breakfast is super mediocre all the food was cold, they sell you a 40 square meter room but they have a 28 square meter room (7 x 4 meters).The air conditioning and refrigerator make a tremendous noise; the air conditioner is 30 or 40 years old and the whole room vibrates. To me, this is a three-star hotel, not a five-star one. The reality is that it's fine for two nights at most.There is nothing around.The bathroom was also small and not super well maintained like in a five-star hotel.

Seven wonderful days at the Craft Hotel, with warm thanks to the entire team. From reception to all the staff, everyone was incredibly kind and professional. We felt welcome, just like at home. Wasn’t clean when we arrived, but when we asked them they really deep cleaned the room, the ac was so hot and we told them and they said it’s automatic and they said they can’t do much about it, and I asked them for a fan and they brought, but on last day the of ac temperature finally changed!! so they could’ve changed it all along 🫤 instead they didn’t and we got sick because of the temperature that kept changing

La gentillesse et le sourire de l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel Les piscines sont magnifiques. L’hôtel met à disposition dans chacune des piscines des canoës et des bouées. Une petite salle de sport qui reste fonctionnelle et suffisante. Possibilité également de se faire masser au sein de l’hôtel Le restaurant est très bon L’emplacement est pour moi un plus car on évite la grosse population touristique et l’hôtel est au calme mais facile d’accès en taxi Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est correct

Отель отличный. Очень понравился и номер, и выход к большому бассейну из него. Не пожалела, что не взяла номер с собственным бассейном, так как общий намного больше. Красиво, хорошо убираются каждый день. В предыдущие поездки на Пхукет всегда попадались очень мягкие кровати, в которых тонешь и неудобно спать. Здесь матрац был почти жестким, поэтому было суперкомфортно. Также понравилась тишина. Отель расположен не в туристическом районе, поэтому нет громкой музыки и прочего антуража курортного города.

Отель расположен в 20 минутах езды от Старого города и в минимум часе езды от популярных пляжей. Мы сильно потратились на такси, хотя, конечно, меньше, чем вышло бы, живи мы в отеле такого уровня в курортных районах. Также не очень понравились завтраки. Однообразные и довольно невкусные.

Wir hatten Zugang zu einem privaten Pool, was wir sehr schätzten. Die öffentlichen Pools standen uns ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Personal war stets höflich und hilfsbereit. Zum Frühstück wurde eine vielfältige Auswahl an Speisen angeboten.

Die Lage befindet sich etwas ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums. Es wird jedoch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus zum Zentrum und zur Mall angeboten. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas geräuschvoll und konnte die Raumtemperatur nicht unter 25 Grad senken, was angesichts der Aussentemperaturen als zu warm empfunden wurde.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel en Thaïlande. Tout était réuni pour passer des vacances parfaites : l’endroit est magnifique, très bien entretenue, confortable et parfaitement équipée. L’environnement est calme, ce qui permet de vraiment se détendre, tout en restant proche des commodités et des principaux points d’intérêt. L’accueil a été très chaleureux et l’équipe s’est montrée disponible et réactive tout au long de notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de cette expérience et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage en Thaïlande. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésitation à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un séjour de qualité.

Bij aankomst hadden ze verteld dat we gratis massage kregen super leuk en welkomsdrankje. Supervriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt met wat variatie, propere kamers, rustig gelegen geen drukte van andere toeristen. Met mijn verjaardag kreeg ik een taartje en was er versiering op bed. Smart TV

Veel muggen gehad op ons terrasje aan de kamer, er waren schimmelranden aan de douche, ligt op 20min. van phuket old town en het strand dichtbij word niet gebruikt om te zonnebaden maar om te wandelen gewoon. Het is circa een uur rijden om naar een beter strand te rijden.

Her şey harikaydı. Çok güzel bir balayı geçirdik. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve oda temiz. Günde 3 kez belirli noktalara ücretsiz servis kaldırıyorlar. Bu şekilde Phuket Old Town'a 10-15dk'da ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Tesisle değil hava koşullarıyla ilgili, muson yağmurları döneminde konakladık. Yağmur yağdığı an havuz ölü sineklerle doluyor ve havuz kullanılmaz hale geliyor.

Room was covered in ants, mosquitoes and insects as door had been left opened after room clean. Reception came to spray room, but still insects once they left. Not 5* standard. Food was beyond average, won’t return
