We had a great stay at SILQ Hotel! The facilities are impressive for a city hotel. A HYROX style gym, a proper onsen, a saltwater pool, and an excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of egg options, waffles, crepes, and even a Nutella dispenser. Our Chiffon Studio room was spacious, with a lovely city view, a walk in wardrobe, and a Japanese toilet. The service felt warm, efficient, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our stay. One small thing to note is that there is some construction next door. You can hear it at the poolside, but it did not affect us. I just put my AirPods in and it was completely fine. The location is ideal. Close enough to walk to popular nightlife spots, yet quiet when you want to rest. Highly recommend if you enjoy hotels that feel like part of the trip, not just a place to sleep.

We had another amazing experience! The service team on both shifts did an awesome job. We thouroughly enjoy the onsen every day and the room service is delicious. We would like to give a special shoutout to Namtan, Coco, View, Earth and Earn for their outstanding service. From the minute we walked in the door until the late checkout and pool access we are over the moon with our experience and will come back whenever we visit BKK. Also there are a great selection of surrounding shops and restaurants near by!

This place is amazing. We got upgraded to a huge suite. The breakfast was delicious. Coco was a great help in arranging a birthday cake for my husband who celebrated his birthday during our stay. Stuff in general is very helpful and accommodating . Highly recommended

We stayed at SILQ in early December and absolutely loved this hotel & residence. It’s fresh and new with fantastic staff who are so warm and friendly, and super helpful. Coco is the go-to expert on all information and recommendations for Bangkok and he was so helpful arranging our tours and provided cost effective suggestions. We were given welcome drinks, there were complimentary cakes, & bottled water daily in our room, & afternoon treats by the pool. The location is really excellent! Short walk to the shopping malls, restaurants, massage nearby, as well as a great cafe just out front, another nearby Japanese cafe and supermarket for any groceries or quality Japanese fast food packs. The BTS is near too as it’s right next to the mall which you can walk to in 10 mins or get the free shuttle from the hotel. Our accommodation was excellent, clean, comfortable beds, and well serviced with a kitchenette and fridge and washer/dryer too. We will definitely come back to SILQ!!!

I had a great experience during my stay. From the facilities to the hospitality. The warm welcome from the staff, especially GAME & COCO, they helped us to sort out the transportation & plenty of recommendations of the entertainment. This hotel is definitely my hidden gem.

December 1–8, 2025 This was our fourth time staying at SilQ Hotel & Residence, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the exceptional cleanliness and genuine care from the staff, this hotel has always provided us with a truly comforting and memorable experience. The main reason we keep returning to SilQ is CoCo, the concierge. He continues to handle everything restaurant bookings, transport, massage recommendations, and ticket assistance with speed and precision. What makes he truly outstanding is how he thinks from the guest’s perspective. He even suggested new hot places in Bangkok and recommended extra spots that fit perfectly into our schedule. Thanks to CoCo, our Bangkok trips are always better than expected. This time, he helped us enjoy the Vijit Chao Phraya light festival from the perfect spot an unforgettable moment. We’re also very grateful to Namtan at the front desk. She proactively informed us about nearby construction noise and offered a quieter room without us asking. She also upgraded our room and kindly arranged a late check-out. Most importantly, she constantly checked if we were comfortable. Her cheerful smile and kind greetings brightened the entire lobby every single day. The gym is well equipped, and the L-shaped swimming pool is large, quiet, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the onsen area, which includes three different hot baths and a sauna. Every facility is maintained regularly, and staff are quick to assist when needed. SilQ is perfectly located in Sukhumvit, just a short walk from BTS Phrom Phong, near major shopping malls like EmQuartier, Emporium, and EmSphere, as well as Benchasiri Park and various spa shops. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Honestly, after staying here, we can’t imagine choosing any other hotel in Bangkok. For us, SilQ is more than just a place to stay. It's a hotel filled with heart. Thanks to Coco's dedicated assistance and Namtan's kindness, we are returning to Korea once again with beautiful memories. We highly recommend SilQ to anyone seeking comfort and attentive service in the heart of Bangkok.

Hotel amenities and facilities are good, food are good as well. Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite, especially Mr Coco who assisted me in dealing with the taxi matter. The ladies in the reception are efficient and friendly. Overall is a very good hotel, especially the onsen services, love it after a long day of walking. However, I wished all the facilitites can operate till mid night.

The space is elegant and I loved the comfy bed and ample hot water for baths. The real cherry on the cake is the onsen, and I'd return just for it! Coco went above and beyond to help me which is much appreciated.

I stayed at SILQ for 2 weeks and from the beginning they provided a high level of service. They told me about the construction next door and they saw that I was staying a while so they put me and a room further away from the noise. The room was super clean and also had a washing machine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful all throughout my stay. Coco also provided some recommendations for local places to eat. The breakfast buffet had a lot of different things to choose from and tasted good. The hotel is located conveniently next to everything you need food, entertainment and BTS all within a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and exceptional service. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Bangkok. Thank you to the SILQ team for a perfect stay.

Concierge and Coco are very friendly. Hotel location is very convenient (~7min walk from BTS) with free shuttle bus and welcome drinks.

The location is a highlight for this hotel, as it offers easy access to all parts of Bangkok. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast and the cleanliness of the room here. The staff here are very helpful, especially, Mr. Beer at front door.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and everything was truly wonderful. The facilities were great, and from the first day to the last, every staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. The daily shuttle service was especially convenient, and the gym equipment was all very new and high quality, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Kim, Mond, and the lady with glasses at the reception who helped me with my checkout on the last day. They all took such good care of me. Please make sure they know how grateful I am!

Great hotel did late check in and was received with open arms. The breakfast is another level with great variety. The location is amazing in the heart of Bangkok with many malls and transportation just a walk away. The service all around the hotel is amazing from the front desk available to assist at any time for anything needed and to the concierge who can advise on everything with great knowledge of Bangkok. The location of the hotel is good, just fee minutes walk to the BTS. Room is big and luxury, it also has a laundry machine . That is very suitable for a long stay. The staffs are helpful and friendly. We have a great experience here and will come back again

I had a wonderful stay here. The design of the hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Coco. He was worried that my driver might go to the wrong location, so he even went outside to guide my Grab driver to the hotel to pick me up. This is my second time staying here, and I still slept incredibly well. I’m not someone who likes going out, so having in-room massage service was perfect for me. Highly recommended! 👍

Bangkok hospitality is already hard to beat, but my recent stay at Silq really stood out. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from Emporium — yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and cosy. The team was excellent: always responsive, warm, and ready to help. Coco, MP, and the Onsen supervisor in particular were incredibly patient and kind. If you're looking for a centrally located hotel with a lovely onsen and a well-equipped gym, without the “too big, too corporate” feel, Silq should definitely be on your list.

Everything about the hotel is amazing. Super friendly staff, amazingly comfortable bed, pool and spa is great. Good location but taxis may be needed depending on where you’re going. Price for rooms is very good for the level of room that you get. This is my second stay in the hotel and it is by far one of the best I have been to. Excellent location, close to EmQuartier mall from where the BTS Skytrain can take you almost anywhere in Bangkok! Atmosphere is very serene, quiet and relaxing! Rooms look impeccable and exquisite and include all you need! Not the cheapest rates but compared to what you get excellent value to price ratio. All staff is very professional and friendly. But a special signature to this hotel is given by Khun Coco and his concierge team. He always is available to take care of you and he is excellent in ensuring you will get the best experience of Bangkok, both inside and outside of the hotel! And in case you encounter any issues be assured that Khun Coco is the man that can make them all go away. I wish each hotel had such an energetic and pragmatic personality working for them. A very high standard hotel that has everything you could possibly need. The rooms are well equipped, and it’s clear that every little detail was thoughtfully considered. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the bar had a unique atmosphere with special drinks. Absolutely perfect stay! If you want to stay right in the city center and experience the best of Thai hospitality, this is the hotel for you! I stayed here for a week and honestly wish I could’ve stayed much longer. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and the facilities are beyond expectations. The onsen is perfect for deep relaxation, and both the outdoor and indoor pools are spacious and beautifully maintained. The gym is the most impressive I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It truly has everything! I also enjoyed several drinks at both the indoor and outdoor bars, where the atmosphere is calm, and relaxing. 10/10 — highly recommend to everyone, whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or as a family.

An excellent apartments in the centre of Bangkok, spacious rooms with kitchen and wadrobe, wellness club with private onsen, gym, swimming pool with salt water and great service. The breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options (one of the best buffet in Bangkok). Also want to mention the cocktails in The White Mulberry 24 (with live music on Wednesday- such a vibe!) The location is perfect-just a short walk from the EM Quartier mall, BTS station and many restaurants and cafes. Would definitely come back here!

The hotel is located in a quiet street near the Emporium mall and close to a station of the Sukhumvit line. The staff was helpful, wonderful and kind. The room was large, clean and luxurious. The best thing is that the hotel has an Onsen. After a month is Japan and two weeks in Thailand it was nice going to an Onsen one last time : )

We arrived earlier than expected but the staff was very welcoming. They reconized that we were pretty tired from our long flight and offered us a generous offer for an early check-in. The room also exceeded our expectations as it was very clean and fresh.

The moment I got off the taxi, I was welcomed by the receptionist and the concierge, Coco! Everyone (literally everyone!) has been so attentive to take care of me such as opening the car door, getting me drinks, and answering any questions. And Coco is probably the best concierge I've met. He knows what you need to know about Bangkok and recommends based on what you wanna do. He even arranged a massage session for you. The service is just spot-on! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok!

Highly recommended residence for short or long stays. The location is one of the best areas in Sukhumvit.

What a great stay. The room was spacious and the bed was huge with incredibly comfortable pillows. The pool is a standout and is a great place to relax. It's the staff though that made this stay special. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. One staff member in particular though went above and beyond. Coco the concierge. He helped out with transport. He helped us get great seats on the river cruise. He checked in on us on the river cruise. And he helped my partner get jewellery made by a local artisan who made exquisite, bespoke pieces and Coco updated my partner throughout the entire process. We chose SILQ almost by random (based on a search for pools and prices) but what a find Coco was. He organised our final trip to the airport and saw us off on his day off. Coco treated us like good friends and his hospitality and warmth were a highlight of our trip. They say the Thai's are renowned for their hospitality and I believe they had Coco in mind when they coined this term. Highly recommend. We will be back.

I intentional chose this hotel for many reasons. Away from the main shopping belt. I dont like my hotel to be too cluttered and noisy. Walking distance to bts. Good amenities and food nearby. Spacious room with table and chair (I want a proper sitting area). The hotel boasts a salted pool, gym and onsen. I want to have a getaway in town and yet not too far out so I can do a day shopping. SILQ did not disappoint me. Everything described was authentic. Staff were very professional and friendly. Especially thank to Conceirge staff Mr Coco who managed always to have a little chat with me at the lobby and offering very good advise. The room was very thoughtfully designed with a felt Base put at all the drawers, nice bath tub, strong water pressure, very hot water, good ac and I love the night light that includes a light at the toilet to allow me to find my way in the middle of the night. First time saw hair dryer provided come with curler. Made my hair day so much easier. No straining of the toiletries bottles which happened in every hotel now. I am a light sleeper and the room is quiet at night to allow me to rest well. The downside I would say is the lift. Lift is slow. Also disapponted they do not offer foam pillow. Other than that I love love love the hotel and it offers the best rejuvenating experience while in bkk.

i recently spent 12 nights in a studio premier room,a spacious room with oversize king bed,the latest high tech bidet toilet,large smart tv,washer,oven hot plate sink capsule coffee machine,full size fridge freezer,separate vanity area,credit to house keeping the room was spotless,the service was faultless from the porters the concierge reception etc,a delightful 12 night stay,and not forgetting por and the myanmar gentleman,sorry i cant remember his name who greeted me each morning for breakfast,i can thoroughly recommend this 5 star hotel

Best best best hotel in Bangkok! We were 2 families with chinos all ages. We have had such an incredible time, and the Silq hotel had a huge part of our great experience in Bangkok. Clean, exceptional service, generosity, wonderful food - everything a guest may want. The staff was absolutely fantastic, so this is a great opportunity to thank Fah, Ploy, Coco and all the rest of the wonderful team we met. Absolutely recommended.

Nice room, excellent services both from housekeeping, reseptionist, and restaurant. Very friendly and full of smile. Overall very comfortable and recommended.

The room had windows that open for fresh air and a nice little balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially a gentleman named “Game” who operates the shuttle service and works at the front. Breakfast spread was more than enough and the sauna/onsen was a dream. Amazing.

My wife and two teenage boys stayed for three nights in one of the sky pool villas in mid July. The room was classy, clean, large rooms, and spacious living area. The outside terrace pool was a nice addition but needed a clean - the glass walls had brown algae on them. It looked like there were spa jets in the plunge pool but no button to operate them. But the terrace area is spacious and a nice outdoor addition. None of the three televisions in the suite worked properly - they turned on but none of them offered any option to connect to streaming services. There was a “casting” and “mirroring” option but neither would connect to our phones. The hotel’s maintenance staff couldn’t get it to connect either and the tvs in the bedrooms wouldn’t connect to the room’s very slow wifi (my kids couldn’t stream a YouTube video at the same time as one of us doing the same). The hotel offered a “Netflix box” but then told us it was broken. Local tv was available but for a 5 star hotel this isn’t what you would expect. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The shared pool, gym and sauna were also excellent. The steam room wasn’t working. All in all the hotel was very good. The staff were lovely and helpful.

We had the most memorable stay at SILQ Hotel & Residence, and I cannot thank the team enough for making our visit truly special. A heartfelt shoutout to Mr. Coco, the hotel concierge, and Ms. Nukarnda, the Housekeeping Manager, for going above and beyond in arranging a beautiful wedding surprise for my wife. From the thoughtful decoration to the impeccable coordination, everything was executed with such care and elegance it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is stunning modern, elegant, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Thank you again to the SILQ team for creating such a magical moment for us. This will be a memory we’ll cherish forever, and we look forward to returning again soon!

방콕에서 가장 만족스러운 호텔 중 하나입니다. 이 리뷰가 한국인들에게 많은 도움이 되길 바래요. 총 3번 숙박했고, 다음 여행에도 또 머무를 예정이에요! (2024년 6월 / 12월 / 2025년 6월 숙박) 직원분들 모두 정말 친절합니다. 리셉션, 조식당, 수영장, 하우스키핑까지 전반적으로 모든 서비스가 매우 훌륭했고, 머무는 동안 단 한 번도 불편함을 느끼지 않았어요. 특히 CoCo 컨시어지의 친절하고 정확한 소통과 섬세한 배려 덕분에 매번 ‘케어받고 있다’는 느낌을 받을 수 있었고 레스토랑 예약, 할인 티켓, 마사지샵, 명소 추천, 차량 서비스 등 여행 전반을 도와줘서 한층 수준 높은 방콕 여행이 가능했습니다. CoCo 덕분에 이 호텔에 다시 묵고 싶을 정도로 만족도가 높았습니다. 또한 리셉션의 Namtan 직원은 항상 따뜻한 미소와 친절한 응대로 셔틀 예약이나 기타 문의도 편하게 할 수 있었고, 무료 레이트 체크아웃도 도와주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 제가 숙박한 객실은 원베드룸 타입이었고, 21층에 위치해있어서 뷰도 좋고 조용하며 룸도 넓었습니다. 욕조가 있는 점도 마음에 들었고, 청소 상태도 늘 깔끔했어요. 하우스키핑 서비스도 훌륭해서 필요한 어메니티가 바로 채워지고, 룸 컨디션이 늘 청결하게 유지됐습니다. 호텔 위치는 BTS 프롬퐁 역에서 도보 약 7~8분 거리이고, 낮엔 더위 때문에 걸어가기 살짝 힘들 수 있지만 1시간 간격의 셔틀 서비스로 커버 가능합니다. 쇼핑몰(엠쿼티어, 엠포리움, 엠스피어)까지 픽업 서비스도 사전 예약하면 이용 가능해 무거운 짐 없이도 편하게 이동했어요. 주변에 세븐일레븐, 후지슈퍼, 마사지샵 등 편의 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있고, 벤짜씨리 공원, 벤짜킷띠 공원도 가까워 산책이나 조깅하기에 참 좋았습니다. (룸피니 공원 좋아하신다면 꼭 들러보세요!) 조식은 오더메뉴 + 소규모 뷔페 형식인데, 맛이 좋아서 매일 질리지 않았고 특히 베이커리 종류가 다양하고 맛있었어요. 바에서는 매주 수요일 재즈 공연이 열리고, 체크인 시 제공되는 웰컴드링크 쿠폰으로 분위기 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 공연 보며 마시는 칵테일 한 잔은 정말 잊지 못할 경험이었어요. 수영장은 L자 형태로 실내/실외 모두 있어 비 오는 날에도 이용 가능하고, 소규모 유아용 풀도 있어 가족 여행객에게도 좋을 것 같아요. 또한 자전거·복싱 등의 무료 웰니스 수업이 오전/오후에 있어서 즐겁게 참여할 수 있었고, 여행의 피로도 풀 수 있었어요. 무엇보다 인상 깊었던 건 무료 온천입니다! 예약제로 운영되어 조용하고 쾌적하게 이용 가능하며, 일본 대욕탕 같은 느낌이에요. 3가지 탕과 핀란드식 사우나까지 갖춰져 있어서 호텔 안에서 완벽한 힐링을 경험할 수 있었습니다. 방콕 시내 호텔 중 온천이 있다는 점이 가장 큰 매력 중 하나라고 생각해요. 헬스장은 크지는 않지만 필요한 장비는 대부분 있었고, 운동 후 수영장과 온천을 연계해 이용할 수 있어 하루 일정 마무리하기에 딱 좋았어요. SilQ Hotel & Residence는 쇼핑, 맛집, 휴식이 모두 가능한 훌륭한 시티 호텔입니다. 여기에 CoCo 컨시어지의 서비스까지 더해져 매번 만족스러운 스테이를 경험했습니다. 다음 방콕 여행도 이곳에서 시작할 예정입니다. 정말 강력 추천드려요! (June 2024 / December 2024 / June 2025) The staff here are always incredibly kind and professional. From the front desk to the breakfast team, housekeeping, and pool staff – everyone made my stay truly comfortable and worry-free. A special thanks to CoCo from the concierge team, whose warm hospitality, clear communication, and thoughtful assistance made a huge difference. Whether it was restaurant reservations, discounted tickets, massage recommendations, sightseeing tips, or transportation services - CoCo was always spot on. Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy a much more seamless and high-quality Bangkok experience. I’ll be coming back to this hotel again mainly because of CoCo’s amazing service. Also, I’d like to mention Namtan from the front desk, who always welcomed me with a warm smile and friendly attitude. She helped me easily book shuttle services and even arranged a free late check-out for me. Her kindness made the stay even better. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit on the 21st floor, which had a spacious layout, a nice bathtub, and beautiful city views. It was very quiet and well-maintained, and housekeeping kept everything clean and well-stocked. Location-wise, it’s about a 7–8 minute walk to BTS Phrom Phong Station. It can feel a bit hot walking during the daytime, but the hotel offers a free shuttle every hour. If you book in advance, they can even pick you up – which is super convenient after shopping at EmQuartier, Emporium, or EmSphere just nearby. There are plenty of massage shops, 7-Eleven, and Fuji Supermarket in the area. For those who enjoy parks, Benchasiri Park and Benjakitti Park are both within walking distance – perfect for a morning jog or evening stroll. (If you’ve been to Lumpini Park, you’ll love these too!) Breakfast isn’t a huge buffet, but it’s thoughtfully curated. The combination of made-to-order dishes and a small buffet meant I could try a variety without getting bored. The pastries and baked goods were especially delicious! The hotel bar has live jazz performances every Wednesday, and you get a free welcome drink coupon at check-in. Sipping a cocktail while enjoying live jazz was one of the highlights of my trip. The swimming pool is L-shaped, with both indoor and outdoor sections, so you can swim even if it rains. There’s also a small area for kids. They offer free wellness classes like aqua cycling and boxing in the morning and afternoon – I tried both and had a great time! One of the hotel’s best hidden gems is the free onsen (hot spring). You just need to reserve a time slot (up to 5 people max), and you get a peaceful, relaxing spa experience. There are 3 different baths and a Finnish-style sauna – it honestly felt like a Japanese public bath. Having a free onsen inside a Bangkok hotel is a major bonus! The gym is not huge, but it has everything you need. I liked being able to work out, swim, and relax in the onsen all in one place. Overall, SilQ Hotel & Residence offers the perfect balance of city convenience (shopping, food, transportation) and relaxing resort vibes. With the exceptional service from CoCo and the entire team, it’s been one of my favorite stays in Bangkok. I will absolutely return again and highly recommend this place to other travelers!

My wife and I had our second stay at Silq. It was absolutely exceptional. We stayed in the Deluxe suite. This room was almost as good as the Executive. The staff was really attentive, professional, and warm. We received great information from Cocoo! He IS very knowledgeable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is that we didn't stay longer.

I just got back from a stay at this hotel, and wow, what a great experience! Me and my wife stayed at the silq hotel for 3 nights. There are a lot of good things about this hotel but the best is the staff! The breakfast was very good and versitile, the pool was pleasent and the room spotless, wide and beautiful. We recomend the silq hotel and if we will come back to bankok we will defenetly return to this hotel

If there’s one thing this hotel does exceptionally well, it’s their staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed , starting with the security guard, who was not only warm and kind but also incredibly helpful. He became our go-to person for everything, helping us coordinate activities and recommending incredible local spots and hidden gems throughout Thailand. Coco went above and beyond, and our trip would not have been the same without him. The ladies at the front desk were also wonderful always ready with helpful solutions and a warm attitude. Absolutely fantastic service especially from Coco and the girls at reception. We will definitely be back. The decor of the hotel was funky,, modern with a touch of class, the pool was great and can be enjoyed especially with a family. The gym is amazing, one of the best functional training studios I’ve ever seen in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel.
