Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. I liked that I could check-in and check-out on my own. As well as the fact that the shower was separated from the sink and the toilet. Everything necessary was provided like a hairdryer and

Sadly the TV didn’t work but that didn’t really matter to me. It can be a little noisy at night and in the morning since the train tracks are nearby. There was a plastic cover on the matress that made the bed a little uncomfortable at times, but you get used to it after a few nights. The room I stayed in had a lingering smell that was noticable upon entry but after a few minutes with the window open it wasn’t that noticeable. I stayed on the 20th floor and occasionally heard people moving furniture around on the rooftop lounge or in the neighboring rooms.

Location and shared facilities

They did not clean during my stay

Super clean room, hallway, and everything. There is no staff (I think only at some limited time frame) but everything was guided well in advance and easy check in and out.

It’s 20 floored building and there was only one elevator working. We stayed on 3rd floor so it was not a problem in general but it was annoying to go up to the terrace at some point - full house and one small working elevator for over 100 rooms….

It was clean and located near station

There’s no television

The room was a nice size with lots of storage, with a nice large desk. Room was quiet, as was the neighborhood. Check in and out was simple and quick. Basement lounge areas were spacious and beautiful.

The bed was too firm, causing pins and needles every night. The plastic mattress cover also caused an unpleasant texture on the bed.

Technology

Only one room card for each room

Nice location and a lot of facilities. Close to the bus and metro.

Maybe a few more waredrope hangers but nothing major at all. Overal it was a great stay

I needed a place to stay in Yeongdeung po, and this was a great location and price balance. The facilities are nice, the aircon worked fine, and the bed was comfortable.

Perhaps the check-in time can be a bit inconvenient for those who arrive early.

Spacious common area

Rigid and late check in time. At bookings it says check in time 1500, after booking check in instruction given is 1600 and non-negotiable. No Babbage storage provided if you arrive before 1600 check in time, you can only leave the bag at an open space that is accessible by all residents at your own risk. Front desk staff doesn’t speak English. Located in between 2 subway station, ie 10-15min walk to the station either way. Very basic room amenities.

Venue great

Found it expensive as an BnB accom

I appreciated how quick and smooth check in and check out was. Shower and room were quite spacious surprisingly

Location wise is okay if you’re fine with being away from the city. Small shops and restaurants near by but everything else we had to take a taxi to. There’s a shared kitchen on the bottom floor that you can eat or get supplies from

Very easy check in and check out, safe system to get in the building. Rooms are spacious and clean. Amazing quality for the price

The absence of personnel was not an issue for me, but in case of a problem it might be complicated for guests to solve their issue.

I stayed in 5 different accommodations during my 4 weeks in Korea and this was my favourite one! Spacious, bright, with large work areas and common areas to get work done, do laundry, or just relax. Even though I barely encountered any staff, this spot was perfect for the self-sufficient traveler. I really liked that they had a gym with weights - even though it was very small, it was very clean and had everything I needed (dumbbells, smith machine, mats, treadmills). The neighbourhood was also lovely, not very touristy or crowded but close to Hongdae and the Han River. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

The gym is quite small given the spaciousness of the rest of the building. Also would've been nice to have easier access to cleaning but then the prices would go up, so I don't mind. :)

Czysto i łatwe zameldowanie

Dość daleko dojazd do atrakcji nie najlepsze połączenia

Located in a district for ‘locals’. Convenience stores, Daiso, restaurants, and transportation nearby. The refrigerator worked well and was clean. You also can use simple slippers and thick towels. The trash recycle station is very close, just the opposite door from the main entrance. Overall for the price, it’s a good place to spend a few days in Seoul. I would come there again.

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars after seeing an incredible night and morning view from my room on the 19 floor, but the hot water from the dispenser was burning my face on both days. Plus the conditioner was too loud and strong right above the bed, and the foldable “sofa” looked too old and was just lying on the floor. Also the shelf in the bathroom was dusty, so I had to clean it first before putting my staff there. The room has a hair dryer, kettle and 2 mugs, but no tea/coffee or spoons. The elevator was very dirty, so I even didn’t want to touch the buttons.

Cheap

The toilet wasn’t flushing properly. I stayed for 4 days, but I was assigned a low floor, so I missed out on the sky view.

EXCELLENT!!

High price, but no real amenities or services

a bus station Singil station is near so going to and fro made it easy. i like the rooftop for views. i haven't tried their lounge. it's self checkin so the kiosk will only give you the keycard on the exact time. there is a near CU convenience store. there are some restaurants near.

no bidet. i hope they remove the plastic on the bed. i know it makes it easier to clean but beds will be more comfy if you let it breath.

Gimpo

Outstanding water pressure in the bathroom. Very convenient location.

I liked we had micro oven and refrigerator in room even they had common kitchen in the basement.

I wish we (party of two)had more space in the room - I don’t know if they have bigger size room available. Shower door was not closing fully( 1/2 “ gap) water leaked to the floor mat on the floor is soaked - had to hold the shower door with one hand during shower. Lighting in the bath or room is not bright enough for makeup. Lounge lighting is bright but no mirror there. Saw some girls were using lobby area mirror in front of elevator to touch up.

The room was big and very clean. It is in a great location, close to subway. The view on the rooftop is amazing.

Bottom floors have kitchen, laundry stuff, cowork and rest space.

Only thing I did not like that much was bed. But maybe I’m just used to different kind. Except that, very nice place to stay.

Location, friendly house keeper.

The room wasn't clean enough; the dust made me feel itchy, and the low-quality slippers gave me an allergic reaction. Also, the faucet was malfunctioning—the temperature was unstable, making it impossible to get consistent cold water

Well located for my purposes and very good value.

Room was a little smaller than I expected
