金浦空港からも近く、おしゃれな汝矣島で、地下鉄の駅も目の前でした。ホテルもきれいで広く、最高です。

여전히 깨끗했고 비즈니스호텔 중 죄고라고할정도로 시설도 좋았어요. 직원들도 상당히 친절했고 배달음식도 시킬수있도록 허용해주셔서 감사했습니다.

11층에비해 6층은 세탁기도 스타일러도 기능이 현저히 떨어졌고 좀 많이 습하서 쾌적함히 현저히 떨어졌습니다. 바로전달에 11층은 쾌적했는데. 같은날씨 8월 6층은 습하고 기기들도 좀 기능이 떨어져서 불편했어요. 냉장고도 입실하자마자 말썽이어서 사전 기기 점검부분이 미진하지않았나싶습니다. 화장실도 미끄럼방지 처리가 필요해보였어요.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Even if it's not near to the central seoul attractions, it's well communicated with a subway and bus stop in front of the main door.

I booked a twin double bed room for a four people family but the room had a double and a single bed. When we complained about this with the front desk, they weren't helpful and in the end told us to send our complaint to booking.com. In the end we had 5 night uncomfortable stay. This kind of behavior is not expected for a 4-star hotel, total disappointment, if the room description was well detailed, for sure I wouldn't have booked this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, friendly, and professional. The entire experience was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Bella, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. She did an excellent job arranging a taxi for me and also gave me great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit nearby. Her helpful attitude and genuine hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is lucky to have someone like Bella on the team. I truly appreciate all her help and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

客房整潔度非常好，櫃檯人員親切有禮貌，英文溝通也非常順暢。客房空間比想像得大很多，洗衣機和簡易廚房是我們一家人的救星，讓這個住宿體驗加分超多。住宿周邊也有很多餐廳和便利商店，大公園超適合帶小孩夜間散步。超愛!

搭乘地鐵前往熱門景點需要轉乘，稍嫌不便

It is located in a convenient location right next to National Assembly subway station. Clean and simple room. Good for a business trip stay

깨끗한 방. 여의도 국회의사당 바로 앞이라는 좋은 위치

복도가 너무 어두움. 침대가 너무 푹신하다고 해야하나, 침대가 평평하지 않고 상체와 머리쪽이 많이 내려가는 느낌. 실내온도에 따라 에어컨이 켜졌다가 꺼졌다가 하는데, 에어컨이 작동할 때 소음이 너무 커서 많이 거슬림. 숙박비와 별도로 주차비를 1박에 5천원을 받는데, 하루에 한 번까지만 출차/입차가 가능하고, 두 번 이상 출/입차 할때는 그 때마다 추가 요금을 매번 내야 함. 마지막 날 체크아웃 하고, 근처 식당에서 점심을 먹은 후 출차하는데, 체크아웃한 후 1시간이 넘었으니 그때까지의 추가 주차요금을 내라고 함. 4성 호텔이라는데, 4성호텔만한 객실은 아니고, 서비스는 많이 부족함.

Great hotel stay with excellent facilities and comfort. Collin provided outstanding service, very attentive and friendly. Overall experience was amazing, the hotel is truly superb and highly recommended absolutely again.

Стильный номер и отель в целом. Есть терраса на крыше с шикарным панорамным видом. Метро прямо на выходе, в шаговой доступности куча кафе, недалеко большой парк вдоль реки. Район в целом правительственно-деловой, ритм жизни более размеренный, чем в центре города.

From the moment I arrived, Jess went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. I was particularly impressed by Jess's fluent English, which made our interactions effortless and ensured that all service delivery was precise with no risk of miscommunication. Her local recommendations were excellent, and she was professional, efficient, and incredibly welcoming throughout my visit. It is rare to find such genuine dedication to guest satisfaction. It was a short walk to the finance district and IFC Mall where I had business for five days.

There were some language difficulties which is to be expected but it prevented me from being able to successfully order room service one night.

整體住起來很舒適

昨年に続き２回目の宿泊でしたが、昨年の部屋よりもさらによかった！まずは部屋が広い。ベッドも大きく寝心地がよい。ワークデスクがあり、書き物に便利。部屋に冷蔵庫や電気ポットが備え付けられていて便利。お水も無料で毎日２本程度補充される。バスルームが広い。洗面台が使いやすい。今回の部屋はバスルームにヘルスメーターもあった。全体的に動線が快適。バスローブが、重た過ぎず、さらっとしていて気持ちよい。ロビーにWOWパスの機械があるので、両替もチャージも全く困らない。加えて、立地がよい。地下鉄駅が目の前。ヨイドまで１駅。周辺は公園が多く静かで空が広い。ゴチャゴチャしていない。

特になし。強いてあげれば、バスルームにゴミ箱があるともっと便利だったかな、という程度。あとは海外のホテルあるあるで、シャワーブースがおしゃれでガラス張りなんだけど、シャワーの水がドアの下から漏れる。ま、これはこのホテルに限らずなので、そういうものかと思って特に気にならない。

仁川空港からのリムジンバスが目の前で止まり、国会議事堂駅からも徒歩1分以内と立地がとても良かったです。シックで高級感がある内装は大人向けって感じで大変気に入っています。また泊まりたいです。

위치도 역앞이라 너무 좋고 스텝분들도 친절합니다! 물도 주고 객실도 넘 깨끗하고 넓어요! 근처에 먹을곳과 편의점도 많아요. 루푸탑 야경이 너무 좋습니다. 침구도 너무 푹신해서 잘잤어요. 함께간 친구가 바디로션을 사고 싶어했는데 자체제작에 판매하지 않는다고 해서 제발 만들어서 팔아주시긿ㅎㅎㅎ

Śniadanie. Mały wybór europejskich dań. Brak żółtego serca czy jajecznicy oraz fatalna jakość kawy.

- Location. Bus stop and subway was in front of the hotel, so it was convenient. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Han River is about a 5 minute or so walk away. - Bathroom. Shower and Toilet had separate rooms. -Staff. Friendly and helpful.

They do offer laundry services however, I prefer doing my own laundry. A laundry room would have been nice.

This hotel is excellent. It's extremely close to the subway exit, with a great environment and good value for money. Special thanks to Richard at the front desk, who provided outstanding service.

Erinomainen hotelli, olimme todella tyytyväisiä ja hotelli ylitti kaikki odotukset! Hyvä sijainti metroaseman vastapäätä, tilava huone ja ystävällinen henkilökunta (erityiskiitos Lucylle sujuvasta check-in prosessista). Palaamme jatkossa varmasti myös uudelleen :)

The airport limousine bus stop is right outside. There’s also a subway station just outside. It was very convenient for us. The beds are very comfy. The rooms had everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board, small fridge, and water bottles each day. We especially liked being able to request special pillows. The rooftop view is beautiful!

The only thing I didn’t like was the doors to the bathroom (toilet and shower) were frosted glass. I felt uneasy with that. But, most people may not mind. The front desk staff were pleasant but not what I would call friendly. The housekeeping staff were very friendly though.
