There is always a bad smell at the entrance and also inside the apartment. The reception staff should be more helpful and cooperative, although perhaps this is because he does not speak English. The room cleaning is also not up to a good standard.

Best room,very spacious and clean

The location was very central to all parts of Gangnam and near Gangnam. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. We also loved our washer dryer within the unit as well as the full kitchen.

I wished both bedrooms had a closet. Only one bedroom had a closet. The rest of the unit had plenty of storage.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room looked exactly like the photos and exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for our family’s trip to Korea, especially as it was our son’s first international trip after turning one year old. The hotel was very family-friendly and thoughtfully designed. We loved having a kitchen area for preparing meals, a dishwashing area, laundry facilities, and a comfortable living room where we could relax together. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and very well maintained. The 24-hour front desk staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help whenever we needed assistance. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We were truly impressed with every aspect of this hotel. If we have the opportunity to visit Korea with our family again, we would definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended for families traveling with young children!

great location, lots of restaurants around and there is 24 hours convenient store round the corner. very spacious and reasonable price

Everything was perfect. It’s exactly same what mentioned in pictures. Overall good hotels/properties are expensive so in this regard price worth. 24 hrs reception, food deliver at door step if you use coupon app. We dod late checkout will minimal amount. Airport taxi arranged by hotel reception on time very relaxing peace of mind which exactly you want in new place with kids family vacation

Very minor thing may be its neglect-able to others the carpet for coffee table very thin i had to fold it always as you might can get slip. But its the best near gangam property you will find.

The apartment was clean and well stocked with pots, pans, plates etc. It was fairly convenient with a 10-min walk to the train station.

The reception was unfriendly and while we asked fora quiet room, we were given rooms on levels 2 and 3, which were so close to the road that we could hear shouting and cars driving past all night.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was nearly perfect, but I’d give it a 9/10 for one small reason. Since we were traveling with a baby, food spills were inevitable. It would have been incredibly helpful to have a vacuum cleaner or a mop available in the room to tidy up those little messes quickly. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

Overall a great hotel with suites perfect for families. The free parking was a very nice perk.

The location is good if you intend to use public transportation. The area can get congested if you intend to drive/cab it around but it was still fine and worked for us.

화장실이 하나인게 아쉬웠고, 변기있는 칸이랑 샤워하는 칸 둘 다 투명으로 되어있는 게 이해가 안가는 부분이긴 해요.... 그 부분이 엄청 별로. 보통 최소 변기칸은 불투명이지않나요..?

４人での宿泊でしたが、予約時に2ベッド+ソファーベッドありの部屋にしたら、エクストラベッド代金を請求された。 booking.comにソファーベッドは有料と明記してほしかった。わかっていれば予約しなかった。

地暖設備非常舒適，可以讓室內溫度維持在常溫中，不會太熱也不會太冷，也不會讓室內因爲開暖氣而特別乾燥。

洗熱水需要另外用按鍵開啟。

The room was spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were a lot of cafe, restaurant and convenient stores nearby. The reception guy especially Mr Kim was really friendly and nice. I left my phone in a taxi and they put in so much effort to help me locate it.

It takes extra effort to key in the address in maps and taxi apps because there’s many hotel with the same brand / name.

One lift and sometimes during the day it is a longer wait.

침실이 따로 있어서 아기를 재우기에 편리할거라 생각해서 가격이 비싸더라도 예약했습니다만 그점만 빼고는 모든 부분들이 기대 이하였습니다.

어린 아기가 있어서 비싸더라도 침실이 분리된 숙소를 잡았는데 객실 크기 말고는 장점이 거의 없는 느낌이였습니다. 청소도 전체적으로 불만족스러웠고 (첫날 들어가자마자 거실에 머리카락이 꽤나 많이 보였습니다.) 에어컨이나 화장실 환기 팬 표면에 먼지도 잔뜩 쌓여있었고 4박5일간 체크아웃 전날만 빼고 객실청소 서비스를 받았지만 퇴실할때까지 그 먼지들은 청소되지 않았습니다. 첫날 체크인 하고 화장실에 들어가자마자 먼지 퍼지는게 눈에 보이는데 너무 당황스러워서 할말을 잃었습니다. 샤워 물 온도 문제도 있었는데 물을 약하게 틀면 지나치게 뜨겁게 나오고 오직 물을 최대로 강하게 틀었을때만 샤워 가능한 온도였고 그마저도 갑자기 뜨거워지거나 차가워지거나 하는등 샤워하기 매우 어려운 수준이였습니다. 아기 샤워시킬때는 최대 강도로 틀수가 없어서 계속 팔팔 끓는 수준의 온도로만 나오니 너무 스트레스였습니다. 거실에 온도조절기로 온수 온도를 최저로 맞춰봤지만 소용이 없었습니다. 거실은 넓지만 넓은 거실에 어울리지않는 작고 저렴한 소파는 불편해서 쉬기도 애매했고 그 앞에있는 카페트와 테이블은 너무 가볍고 저렴한 느낌이라 바닥에 제대로 고정되지않고 아이가 위에서 움직일때마다 밀려서 기어다니기에도 위험한 수준이였습니다. 침대마저도 실망스러웠고 첫날부터 이 모든걸 경험하니 뭔가 개선될거란 기대감이 완전히 사라져서 굳이 불평할 마음도 들지 않았고 포기하게 됐습니다. 아무리 객실이 넓은편이라고 해도 과하게 비싸게 책정된 가격이였고 그에 걸맞는 시설과 서비스는 전혀 느낄수 없었습니다. 1박에 30만원이 넘는 일정이였지만 솔직히 객실 크기 빼고는 웬만한 가성비 모텔보다도 못한 체감이였기에 개인적으로 추천은 불가능합니다.

Very nice Apartment with nice views, rather quiet. Had everything one could need, except maybe more instructions in English (for example the washing mashine was only in Korean, if you dont have Google Translate, it is difficult).

Communicating with the staff, who dont speak any English really (except 1-2 persons, who spoke a little) was a challenge. E.g. we told them, that the shower was not draining properly, but apparently nobody understood this, because nothing was done about it.

Comfortable and clean, would stay again and very suitable for group of people or families.

New facility with all amenities you need for a longer stay, including a washer/ dryer. Many convenient stores and cafe/ restaurants nearby. Also close to the subway line making it easy to get around the city. Overall I would recommend this place.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice too, especially the staff who could speak Japanese. He was very friendly.

The gym may need some improvements. The treadmill is a bit outdated.

The apartment was modern, clean, and well-designed. It’s surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and shops, and you're minutes from COEX Mall and the chic Apgujeong area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel is situated at the center of everything. The staff were very friendly and the luggage forwarding was smooth.

Beautiful corner suite with lots of space. Very clean and aesthetic. Only suggestion would be to also have a televisión in the main master bedroom.

Loved the washer and dryer combo.

1. It’s like your own home- Laundry, A/C, living area, kitchen everything you need is there 2. Parking elevators- we didn’t use it but they have parking structure on site 3. Friendly staffs- they are very nice and kind 4. Close to every where in Gangnam 5. So many walkable restaurants near by 6. No breakfast but it’s ok because you can find much restaurants close by 7. Cleaning service every day 8. Laundry detergent upon request 9. Utensils are in the drawers that we couldn’t find at the first time 10. Luggage Service, you can also request for keeping service as well

Kind staff and great location, room was very clean

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Bath water runs constant. It will not be suddenly hot then cold and vice versa. Bed mattress and pillows are comfy. Hotel room is legit sound proof. Staffs are friendly, helpful and polite and tried to reply me as soon as they can. It's 5 to 7 mins walking time to Yeoksam station. Nice and varieties of food can be found easily nearby and there is a 24hrs beef restaurant in just less than 5 mins walk to the hotel.

This was the perfect spot for a family trip. The living area and kitchen was super helpful to have for us to spread out. The people at the front desk spoke a little English and the ones that didn;t used google translate to communicate with us, making it very easy to communicate. We would definitely stay here again.

This year you have the second hotel and it has the same name. So, we had issues with taxi drivers taking us to the other hotel as you have addresses of both hotels on the card. It’s better to highlight your specific address when giving card to people.

레지던스랑 같이 쓰는 곳이라 그런지 숙소 진짜 깔끔하고 너무너무너무 좋았어요 친구들이랑 4인용 숙소 여러번 찾아다녔는데 여기가 최고였습니다. 어매니티 종류별로 거의 다 있고 직원분들도 엄청 친절하구요. 티비도 엄청 컸어요.

The instructions on how to use the floor heating and the AC units could be a little more clear but I wasn't familiar with the devices so that is a self-imposed barrier.

주방 잘돼있고 냉장고도 크고 방도 두개 ㅜㅜ 넘 좋았어요

지하철역과 가까운 위치에 있어서 강남이나 잠실쪽으로 이동이 편리합니다. 객실도 깔끔하고 주방시설이 있어서 가족이나 친구와 숙박하기 좋아요.
