다른 방에서 물을 쓰면 수도관 소음이 개큼 방 받았는데 누군가 비번치고 들어오려고 함

아침식사 해당없음, 위치는 좋았음

배드버그에 물려 컴플레인했는데 호텔측에서 처음부터 부인했으며 사진을 보여주고 추후 대응을 하였으나 만족스럽지 않습니다. 청결도도 현저히 떨어졌고 욕실에 검은곰팡이 포함하여 객실 청결도도 너무 떨어져서 너무 실망이었습니다

過個馬路就可以到BEXCO或是新世界百貨還有oy，地鐵跟機場巴士也都在旁邊，附近咖啡廳跟超商都超多間，也有不少餐廳，位置也剛好在海雲台跟廣安里中間去哪邊都很快速 房間內設備齊全空間也很大，雖然整體風格稍微有年代感，但都很乾淨

浴室淋浴設備掛蓮蓬頭的地方是固定的無法調整，身高矮的人用會太高 這次分配到的房型有浴缸，浴缸走出來的階梯感覺有點年久失修 吹風機比較小台長頭髮會吹比較久

Perfect location for Bexco, and near transport and shopping. Great self-contained space with enough room for a longer stay.

Comfortable and clean, with the added convenience of having your own washing machine and kitchen. The location is ideal if you’re attending a conference at BEXCO, but the surrounding area isn’t the best for restaurants and other amenities.

The elevators were a catastrophe. I stayed on the 17th floor and sometimes had to wait up to ten minutes for an elevator.

Near to everything

They don’t get my everyday trash. Need to pay 20,000 Korean won for cleaning the room.

Muy poco. La ubicación con conexiones metro y bus, muy buena y la conexión wi-fi impecable. Y otra cosa: nos permitieron dejar las maletas en la recepción a las 08:15 h de la mañana (la entrada es a las 15 h.).

Básicamente, que las características de la habitación no se correspondían con lo que habíamos reservado. No había vistas (daba a un muro interior), la tele era de la primera década de los 2000, no había menaje suficiente, la cocina sólo calentaba de un fogón eléctrico de los dos y que, en general, la habitación estaba sucia y bastante descuidada (baldosas de la pared de la ducha desencajadas, humedad muy visible, etc.). Luego otro tema es el ascensor, que al encontrarse en un edificio residencial, pues es un caos, aunque eso es lo de menos. La relación calidad / precio es buena, pero si regresara no me alojaría en este hotel o exigiría otra habitación.

Wer im Kongresszentrum Bexco in Busan zu tun hat, kann keine bessere Lage finden, das Hotel befindet sich geneau gegenüber, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Metro-Station vor der Haustür. Es entspricht einem modernen Businesshotel mit Küchenausstattung (sogar Waschmaschine vorhanden). Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrere Cafés.

Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen, wobei sie sehr unterschiedlich sind, je nach Preisklasse. Ich hatte ursprünglich ein sehr schlechtes Zimmer bekommen (Fenster zum dunken Innenhof mit lautem Gebläse 24 Studen lang), bekam aber nach einer Nacht ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein deutlich besseres.

The property was very good value for money. I had a little studio flat which made my week-long stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was comfy and so was the sofa. Bexco is literally opposite the hotel for conferences and there are a lot of restaurants and shops around. The metro is also right outside the property.

Being within a high rise; it can be noisy at times. There was even drilling on Sundays. It’s fairly minimal though. The towels are small but that’s fairly standard for hotels in South Korea. It’s just worth packing your own if you want a larger towel. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a couple of laundry capsules for the washing machine as it means buying a whole packet which seems wasteful. Again, consider bringing your own. My room didn’t have a microwave. Convenience stores within the building have them but I would have liked making my own food. These really are minor thing that I am sharing so any reader is prepared.

Très bien situé à proximité de la ligne de métro. Plusieurs resto à proximité, quartier paisible. Très abordable en comparaison des hôtels en bord de mer. Facile et peu coûteux de se déplacer en taxi ou en métro. Notre chambre était spacieuse. On nous a remis des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours sans frais. La plage de Haeundae est facilement accessible en taxi. Un grand centre commercial et centre de congrès à proximité.

La cuisinette n’était pas équipée, aucune vaisselle et linge de cuisine.

The fact that the reception desk is on the third floor and that it doesn’t work 24 hrs. The small towels and failure to clean the room at least once during my stay.

地下鉄センタムシティ駅に近く、周辺に大型百貨店から街の飲食店、商店まである立地条件の良さは抜群。自分はナイトレースイン釜山というランニングイベントが主目的だったが、ゴールのBEXCOはホテルの真ん前だった。また、夫婦二人で三泊四日（素泊まり）で約32万㌆という料金はとても割安だった。部屋は広く、キッチンや大型冷蔵もなどもそろっていた。特にうれしかったのが、乾燥機能付き洗濯機。便利に使わせてもらった。受付に行けば、ミネラルウオーターをもらえるのも良かった。最初、洗面所の水が流れない不具合があったが、スタッフがすぐに対応し改善してくれるなどスタッフのサービスも十分。お得感たっぷりの三泊四日だった。このホテルを選んで良かった。

良くなかった点というわけではないが、最初はホテルを見つけるのにやや戸惑った。地図で見つけた場所には「海雲台センタムホテル」という看板の目立つ大きなビル（ホテル）しかなかった。エレベーターホールの案内板で「W　residence Hotel Centum City」のフロントが３階にあることが分かり、このビルだと分かった。どうやら、海雲台センタムホテルビルの一部のフロアを利用したホテルのようだ。部屋や外出先からフロントへの連絡はラインなどのネット通信を使う。最初は理解できず、いちいちフロントまで出向いた。浴室に浴槽を区切るカーテンがなく、入浴後には浴室内に水びたしになったことがあった。もっとも一晩過ぎたら乾いていたが……

지하철역이가까워서좋았고근처에롯데,신세계가도보로이용가능해서편했음

飯店免費升級很棒，並且對於生理性弄髒床單飯店也沒有多收清潔費，真的很貼心

房間的空調有滴水的現象，不過開了冷氣就好了

벡스코 앞. 센텀시티에 있어 이동 편리 - 센텀시티역이 벡스코역보다 가까움 주변에 음식점 편의점 많음 1층 커피빈? 예전 해운대 센텀 호텔 하나였던 곳이 이제는 6개 호텔로 분할 운영됨 해운대 센텀 관리했던 룸에 묵어서 괜찮았던 기억으로 여기서 묵었음

연박시 청소비 별도 1일 20000원 (물론 난 1박이라 내지는 않음) 수건 더 필요할경우 3층에 있는 사무실 방문 필요 가성비 찾는다면 괜찮지만 좋은 곳 묵으려는 생각이라면 아닌듯

地點相當好，地鐵3號出口，對面是機場巴士站，附近有很多公車可以搭，交通便利。 1樓有2間便利商店，1間咖啡館。 旁邊是新世界百貨、樂天百貨、olive young。 雖然設備不是十分新穎，但空間非常寬敞舒適，房間內也有洗衣機很方便。

The building is shared by several different hotels. 3 of them have reception in the lobby but this hotel has it on 3rd floor. Nothing awful just a bit confusing.

We checked in as 3 people, so the place felt very spacious for us. It has 2 bedrooms with 3 beds total and 2 bathrooms, plus a living room, kitchen, and a large laundry area. It seems like it could comfortably fit 6–8 people. The train and bus stops are also very close, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, it was roomy, comfortable, and in a great location.

The only downside was that the bathroom tiles were quite slippery, which could be a bit unsafe when wet. Other than that, everything was good.

Great location for attending a conference at Bexco

Main bedroom door was broken and did not stay closed. Master bathroom toilet door didn’t close. Some ceiling lights were falling out.

Good location, comfortable bed, ok price.

Bathroom is not great, mold on the ceiling, leaking faucets, etc.

行政4人房寬敞明亮，等於2房1廳；每個房間有獨立衛浴，不過其中一間房間的床沒有床架，是鋪在地上的，介意的人要先了解一下。 飯店位置是最大優點，走5分鐘到新世界百貨，距離膠囊列車藍線公園僅20多分鐘車程，到松島車程也約25分鐘至30分鐘，到海雲台市場15分鐘，即使進市區逛西面車程也約30分鐘。 樓下有2間超市、1間咖啡廳，對面有米其林指南推薦餐廳，但也有平民小吃豆腐鍋、麵包店，還有olive young，距離飯店8分鐘步行有homeplus超市，晚間買水果、雜貨，還能購足伴手禮，現場可退稅，激推必逛。

Love the location and the size of the unit. We stayed in the two bedrooms two bathrooms family unit and the size was considerably big. It’s a block away from the train station and Shinsegae.

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 특히 침대가 2개 있어서 부부나 연인이 아닌 여행객에게 좋았어요.

샤워시 물이 바닥으로 흘러 미끄러워 매우 매우 위험합니다 미끄러짐 주의하라는 안내 문구가 있지만 누가 첫눈에 안내 문구 먼저 보게 되나요? 미끄러져 큰사고 난 후 업주측이 안내문 붙여 놓았는데 왜? 못봤냐 못본 사람 잘못 이라고 우기지는 않으려는지..... 샤워 커텐 만 달아도 개선될것이라 호텔 측에 말하고 체크아웃 했어요.

地毯比較舊了、浴室部分設備也需要更新或維護。

Удобное расположение отеля, чистый большой номер, несколько лифтов, не было долгого ожидания. На первом этаже есть круглосуточные магазины со всем необходимым товаром.
