Few issues, we didn't have water in the unit for 1 day. called down. the wifi did not work for the entire trip. there was only 1 key provided, which for a two bedroom unit makes it complicated as my friend and I were not always together. I would recommend two keys and upgrading the wifi, loved the building and will be back. Thank you for having us.

My 4th time and love the space , the pool , the location .

The pool was sometimes a bit cloudy , due to no proper function of showers on roof top. So guest did not shower before .

Location was great-near beach one way and near Fifth st the other way. Italian restaurant, 7-11 and pharmacy one block away. 24 hour desk coverage. Housekeeper every day. The pools are wonderful. Taxis always near. Lovely place.

No laundry facilities. Laundry places nearby tho.

Notre höte Érika nous a donné un service impeccable dès notre arrivée. Toujours souriante et disponible pour nous aider en cas de besoin. Excellent travail de la dame d'entretien ménager Vicky et très efficace. Localisation de l'établissement très bien situé, à quelques pas de tous les services et de la plage. Magnifique rooftop avec piscines. Condo vraiment fidèle aux photos sur le site, très confortable. Tout a été à la hauteur de nos attentes. L'unique bémol est le Wi-Fi qui tend à laguer à certaines heures en matinée et en soirée. MERCI pour votre hospitalité !

The location, pool area and room was great.

The only criticism is the wifi in the room is very poor. They did try to set us up with another wifi but it was not great. If you need to work while you are there you will need to get your own service.

C'était notre 3e visite dans cet établissement. Les 2 premiers séjours ont été tres agréables. Le personnel était disponible et très accomodants. Les piscines sur le toit sont toujours spectaculaires.

L'administration a été modifiée et le personnel de la réception n'a plus le mandat de résoudre vos problèmes si vous réservez sur le site Singular Vacation; vous devez vous adresser au propriétaire du condo...ce qui complique les situations. Surtout que le wifi est problématique. À notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de cafetière, ni sèche-cheveux. Le problème s'est résolu 2 jours plus tard. De plus, l'apart se situait juste à coté de travaux d'agrandissement. À notre retour, Erica, la propriétaire du condo, m'a offert de rembourser l'équivalent de 2 nuits sur notre réservation de 8 nuits en compensation de nos inconvénients. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes les démarches qu'elle a faites pour nous satisfaire. Merci Erica.

l'emplacement était sympa, mais je revoie ma note médiocre car après 2 mois sans que j'ai eu à demandé l'établissement ma contacté et ma proposé de me remboursé sans que j'ai eu à demandé. Alors peux être que nous sommes venu au mauvais moment, mais cela reste quand même exceptionnel et mérité d'être souligné

Bruit constant dans la suite, presque jamais d'eau chaude, WiFi inconsistant, bruit trop fort du système d'air climatisée, dégât d'eau dans la cuisine manque d'entretien en général, service de buanderie ne fonctionne pas en réparation pour plus d'un mois, Les télévisions ne fonctionnent pas dans les chambres et la piscine n'était pas chauffée. Quatre déplacements de suite à cause du bruit. On vivait dans une suite et dormait dans une autre suite et ce durant 4 semaines.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und Lage. Auch die Inhaberin ist sehr angenehm und stets zur Stelle bei Fragen/Probleme. Die Anlage auf dem Dach ist modern und sauber.

Bei uns wurden Lebensmittel und private Geräte im Wert von 200.- Chf aus dem Schlafzimmer, welche sich im Koffer befanden gestohlen. Aufgrund dessen haben wir den Putzdienst einstellen lassen. Auch hier zeigte sich die Inhaberin sehr kooperativ. Leider wurde uns aber rund 30.- chf zu wenig rückerstattet, obwohl wir die uns entstandenen Schäden klar aufgelistet hatten. Wir hoffen, dass die dazu notwendigen Schritte getroffen wurden und das Putzpersonal entsprechend geahndet wurde.

La taille de l appartement et le toit piscine

L agressivité du personnel à la réception a notre arrivee. L appartement est mal équipé. Pas de bouteille d eau à notre arrivée, ni sel, ni sopalin (aucun minimum ou kit d arrivée comme d habitude dans les appartments). Peu de vaisselle/casseroles... Le canapé et le lit sont placés sur une vue immeuble alors qu en les plaçantsur le mur opposé, il y aurait une vie mer - dommage! Communication uniquement par la messagerie de booking un peu lente.

This will be our 4th time staying there, and no complaints. Everything is within walking distance.

Over all a good experience. Definitely worth the stay for the view and location. Few amenities that the room offered but lacked functionality. Hot tub on patio did not work. Stove did not work. Hot tub I really was okay going without since it was so hot outside. However the stove was important as we did some groceries that involved cooking. Roof top is amaze and so is the staff. Drinks and food menu super affordable!

Nice covered parking and the whole place is safe and secured. The Rooftop is definitely the nicest in Playa. Location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Comfortable bed. Nice gym compare to other towers.

I had no hot water for three nights and nothing has been done for it except giving me access to another room for showering but that room doesn't even have a water heater!!! They gave me a smaller room than what I booked. The A/C is so loud that wake you up every time it starts. Some furnitures are broken or deteriorate and should be repaired or changed. No coffee cup to start the stay.

The pool in the top

There is no proper wifi, this included the fact that you can not use the TV. The kitchen utensils were few and not the required variety of utensils. The towels were old and disgusting. The sofa bed in the living room was horrible and impossible to sleep on, Also, there was no blackout curtain in the living room and the direct sun in the morning disturbed sleep. The safe was not working. The landlady promised to move us to another apartment because the wifi was not working properly, and she never got back to us with an answer. She simply disappeared. The water in the shower is unstable. During the shower, the water would change to very cold or very hot. Our experience in the apartment was not pleasant at all and damaged our vacation.

Really enjoyed the property! Booked in the Presidential Suite Tower B. Family of 5, so set up the living room with the king sofa bed (workable and comfy). Kitchen was stocked with enough to get by (no dishwasher), but recommend having some ziplocks for leftovers and thermos water bottles for beach/pool. Rooftop pool was amazing with expansive ocean views, a fantastic fully equipped gym and a welcoming bartender to keep you hydrated. Very clean facility and any issues we had were immediately addressed. The jetted tub on the patio was a nice touch, but needs better heating to be useful. Easy walk to the beach (5mins), shops (5 to 10 mins to 5th Ave) and for groceries (Selecto Súper Chedraui Avenida 15mins). 30 mins walk south down 5th Ave gets you to the busiest shopping and restaurants area. Nice to have the option nearby, but also nice to be away from the majority of noise and people. We felt very safe walking around (7:00am to 11:00pm) and within our unit and building. Elected to take airport shuttle (45mins) and taxi for nearby exertions (recommend Rio Secreto - 20min cab ride). Really great family vacation and a great option instead of an all-inclusive. Seaweed on the beach was a bummer and stinks, but that was our only complaint on the whole trip. We had a great time in Playa del Carmen and Singular Dreams helped make the experience all that much better!

The location was perfectly located 1 block from the beach and close to the most beautiful 38 st and 5th av. About 800 m to Chedraui for groceries and a few small fruit shops and bakeries. Rooftop beautiful, but bar service awkwardly located and out of sight. Quiet end of Playa but close enough to all the action.

This property is amazing. Close to beach. Beautiful spacious rooftop pools. My only complaint is the poor wifi. It seldom works.

Close to all the shopping and dining on 38th St and 5th Ave, but private and quiet at the condo. The rooftop pools and bar were perfect!!

Our unit was not well equipped for kitchen needs . There was water leak in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms . All issues were quickly addressed by host . Our family really enjoyed the location and would return again

Do Not Stay Here!!! Too many daily problems and poor mngmnt from Expedia rentals! The SD Hotel and SD Air-BnB have staff at front desk, but Expedia rentals have no Onsite personel to help you! 1. Phone to Front Desk didn't work, so down 5 floors to front desk to get help! 2. Internet Router didn't work! 3. Tv didn't work! 4. Tv signal loses connection once an hour, you have to shut it off and reboot when signal returns! 5. No hair dryer, mngmt refused to supply one, so bought one at local store. 6. SD is building a new 6 story tower 3ft from our ocean view patio. Non stop pounding, framing, concrete pouring, etc from 8am-5pm. Impossible to sit outside in peace and enjoy ocean view. Workers stared at GF anytime she went on deck! 7. Safe would not open, front desk gave me a master key and 4 new batteries then I fixed it. 8. On day 4 we had no Hot Water. I complained everyday til the 6th night of no hot showers. We bathed every night in the pool! On the 6th nite Expedia property manager asked me if I would like her to "schedule a Technician" to fix the issue?? On the 6th nite of No Hot Water thats your??? Why not just do that on day one? 8. On the 7th day of no hot water, at noon we returned to room and found our hot water issue fixed. We left this train wreck called "Singular Dream, hired a taxi back to Cancun and into the loving arms of the Marriot there for our last 2 days. Another out of pocket expense! Change your name to: Singular Nightmare"!!!

Great location between 5th Ave and close to beach. Great bar/breakfast/lunch at rooftop bar with several pools, one heated with jets, and well-equipped gym. Corner apartment with great view-all glass doors on 2 sides with huge balcony. Comfortable king bed and big bathroom with large rain shower type shower. Disappointed with lack of furniture on balcony, not a ton of kitchen supplies, and the wi-fi throughout the complex was horrible most of the time and living room tv rarely worked. Bedroom tv was fine. All and all, many more positives than negatives but they have to fix the WiFi-no excuses for this in 2025.

Unit was not supplied with a coffee maker. When we requested one it took multiple attempts to finally receive a tiny one. There were no beach towels for pool. Towels for bath on the first night did not look clean but for the remainder of the week they were fine. We were not able to have a second key which was inconvenient.

Great location! We had a top floor with Ocean view which was amazing. The pools are super and the roof top bar had good food and drinks. Don’t rely on the wifi, it is not very good.

The property is a modern building with ample space, making it ideal for couples and families. It offers nice facilities, including a gym and pool, although the unheated pool makes it less enjoyable, especially during cooler weather.

My biggest issue was that the presidential suite did not match the photos, and I was disappointed with the overall experience. The administrator, which seemed similar to an Airbnb or B&B managed by Erika, had me wait an hour past the usual check-in time of 3 PM before providing a key. Upon inspection, I noticed the toilet seat was too small for the toilet bowl, causing it to sink into the toilet each time I used it, resulting in cuts on my skin. When I asked for an immediate fix, Erika's response was that I should have informed them earlier, even though I had just checked in. I sent pictures of the injury and requested to meet in person, but instead, they entered the room without my consent, even though I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. They simply lifted the toilet seat and claimed that I should have mentioned the issue, dismissing the fact that the seat was improperly sized for the bowl, which would affect anyone. This solution was far from acceptable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was a significant issue. The single login shared by the entire building made it nearly impossible to work, go online, or even watch TV. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors are saying or watching. On top of that, there's construction next door that starts early in the morning and continues into the evening. The noise from lower floors was also disruptive, as music from neighboring rooms blared nonstop. Overall, this stay was very frustrating, and I don’t believe the property lived up to expectations.

The front desk, employees and cleaners were all top notch. Can't say anything bad about them, most had fairly fluent English and the cleanings were regular and well done.

There are 3 big issues with this place 1: the WiFi is basically useless, in and out constantly and there was not way to fix it . 2: the shower would only get hot on- off, sometimes it'd be just fine, other times we had to wait for showers hours after we planned because it was either cold or lukewarm. 3: it's far from city center, no big deal for up, we walked, but if you're expecting it to be close to all the action it can be a bit far, but the taxis are cheap enough to cover for that.

Desafortunadamente hubo un problema de voltaje y 2 días no tuvimos elevador ni airea acondicionado, no pudimos dormir por el calor y el subir 5 piso por las escaleras y con calor fue muy pesado.

Everything. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished and well equipped. The daily cleaning service has been a plus. The communication with the owner very smooth, he also agreed in giving us a late check out and as a last minute request from our side. The facilities of the building are amazing, in particular the rooftop with the 3 swimming pools, the gym and the restaurant where we had several breakfasts and launches: great food at very honest price. The location is superb, walking distance from the beach and from the center.

Everything. Perfect location near the public beach. Proximity of the groceries and the 5th avenue. Clean room with AC and kitchen, we had there everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and informative. They helped us immediately while we had a problem with the door on the day of our check out. The swimming pool on the rooftop with the view of the sea and nice gym. Very good breakfast in the rooftop restaurant.

Beautiful clean property, that's just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue. You get the best of both worlds at this hotel, it's a condo hotel, so you get a full flat with a kitchen, but also cleaning service included. Hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful! The pools are beautiful with a gorgeous view, there are 3 of them and one is heated which I found amazing and used it more than the others. There was construction in the nearby lots, and as soon as you close the doors you don't hear a beep, very sound proof which I loved.

I wish there were coffee pods for the coffee machine and some salt and pepper available, but that's it, it didn't end up being a big deal, I just grabbed these items from the convenience store nearby.

When we checked in, I noticed right away that our jacuzzi had no hot water. I went downstairs to tell the clerk and was told I should open a valve in the kitchen or bathroom. After many attempts at finding the valve, restarting the valve, etc, and after 4 visits to the lobby counter and speaking with someone over the phone the problem was never solved. After, we realized there was no hot water at all in our presidential suite for 6. No one ever came up to try to fix the problem. Both clerks seemed nonchalent and in no way bothered by the fact that we had no hot water, as if it was normal. Very disappointing considering the quality and the price of the room.

Customer service is non-existent. If there is a problem they will never come back to you. 1. The elevator didn’t work during the whole length of my stay (3 days). It was a major inconvenience to carry my luggage to the 4th floor. 2: Internet was very slow during the first day and then didn’t work at all. Be aware is you need fast internet connection this is not the place to stay. 3. Parking is subject to availability and is very limited. If you arrive after six pm it is very unlikely you will find a spot available.if you want to park in the street you will have to pay. 4. Nobody will answer or try to solve the problems you may have. I just received a message after checking out.
