The location was excellent, the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The valet driver provided great directions and we were very pleased with the service. We’ll definitely come back

The facility provided with a malfunctioning blow dryer. The staff was able to replace it without any problems

La decoración y la localización en la plaza.

La presión del agua era muy baja y la ducha no era cómoda porque no podías ducharte con tan poca agua. La luz de la habitación no era suficiente porqué los techos eran muy altos y no llegaba la luz desde arriba. Y finalmente, no pudimos ver la tele ni un solo día porque no llegaba el internet y no tenía señal. No tenías teléfono en la habitación y no podías usar el ascensor que tenían y tenías que subir siempre por las escaleras.

La habitación que se nos asignó no hay ventanas , puede ser una ventaja: no tienes ruido de la calle, solo un tragaluz en el cuarto que desde temprano entra luz

El lavamanos estaba tapado tuvieron un retirar el botón para q funcionara Le faltan portaequipaje no hay donde colocarlo

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful

All the staff (excpet for the maid) were among the best we have experienced in the world after 34 years of global travel.

The wifi in the bedroom was weak - and the room had no desk - but they are working on it.

The location and the room was just what I was looking for.

The parking price was a high compared to other cities and hotels.

Clean and great location.

1st floor rooms super noisy late at night and early morning due to proximity to lobby and nearby storage rooms for restaurant. One morning the coffee was cold and old. I complained and front desk reheated it to lukewarm. Told me to get cream at restaurant. Tasted awful. No Mexican bread, no napkins and no creamer. If you are going to advertise free coffee and bread, then make an effort to actually serve hot coffee and get some bread. They did have both the next day.

With it being in the center of the city, it does get quite noisy, but is expected.

Just a wonderful comfortable stay for the weekend. Amazing staff, comfortable room, and the restaurant was excellent. You are staying on a plaza in Mexico. If noise offends you don't book a balcony room. However, we were delighted that everything was quiet by 10pm. This is a great place to stay.

Eek we didn't have hot water the day we left. But it really wasn't a problem so we didn't say anything. It had been raining a few days so it's possible the property uses mostly solar for hot water. This is common in Mexico and I feel confident the staff would have resolved it had we brought it up.

The room smelled bad (drainage), especially the bathroom Found a needle in the mattress, but no actions were taken by the property to make it right.

We love staying at Hotel Plaza de Armas in the heart of colonial Queretaro. The staff was super helpful and catered to our requests. Our room was lovely, with a super comfortable King size bed and a balcony overlooking “Plaza de Armas” square. Overall this hotel is a special find for those seeking an immersive experience of downtown Queretaro.

We had to change rooms due to a plumbing issue and thought we had gotten a quieter room, near the pool, but then the staff made a lot of noise before 8 a.m. right outside our door.

Food was excellent. Best location in Queretaro.

Very difficult to read at night with lights near the ceiling and one not working. Mosquito in the room was a problem.

A wonderful Boutique hotel in the heart of Queretaro Zocalo. We were able to find this lovely hotel only thanks to Booking! The room was amazing with double height ceilings and lovely decor. Breakfast was amazing in the terrace right on the main colonial square. A truly lovely Boutique hotel in the heart of Colonial Queretaro.

Location is fabulous- we had such a good time within walking distance of the hotel. Plenty of cafes and places to sit and soak up the atmosphere. Was close to many of the venues we had to attend in Queretaro. The room was great size and comfortable

Great location right on the Plaza de Armas. Great free breakfast served by cheerful waiters right on the patio right on the Plaza. Nice pool. Room and bath updated. Comfortable king sized bed.

Room will be noisy with the windows open. No problem with windows closed and A/C on.

Nice hotel right in the middle of Centro Historico på Plaza de Armas. We booked 2 nights with short notice and had a little dialogue prior to check-in and the staff was very responsive to our requests. Had a large suite with both a balcony hovering above the pool, and a terasse on the other side. Very nice. Very nice and helpfull staff.

A little bit of an odeur in the bathroom in both accomodations.

The staff were very kind & nice. They went go above & beyond to call Uber. The location was excellent. It was right in the plaza.

Did not have a central air conditioner. The bathroom had mold. The shower stream was very weak & the last day of our stay, we didn’t have hot water.

Great location right on the Plaza de Armas. Very good breakfast with coffee refills! Very comfortable bed. A nice desk with chair in front of the window.

There was no screen on the window and we had to keep it closed to keep out mosquitoes. Fortunately the air conditioning works well. Lots of noise from the Plaza de Armas but it won’t bother you if you keep the window closed.

I like the location but honestly there was plenty more hotels nearby that would had cost me a lot less with better service.

The room is filthy. My sheets had stains on it and hair, the night stand had something sticky on it, the bathroom shower had men hair and scum left around since they obviously did not clean. The pretty woman work at the front desk did not give me my change she insisted to bring the change up to the room even after I ask twice for my change to given at the lobby. There is no shuttle service like mentioned on the booking. The manager/owner Guadalupe charged me 1050 peso for the blanket I had spilt my tequila out on because she said the stain can’t be removed. Then she also mentioned I can have it after paying. Which I paid and wanted it. She did not give me my blanket and kept doing a whole run around. Keep in mind that a room is around 1400 peso and she charged me 1050 peso. I had one night left I told her to call it even I will leave and she said no that she would lose. How? I paid already, I was not planning to stay. Anyways this hotel is horrible service all around.

Room was not clean. Garbage can was full of waste, room was made but unclean.

They need to add more storage space or shelfs in the bathroom, there is no room for much in the counter. Important to notice if you are trailing for work is that there is no desk to work in the room, and they don't have business center anywhere. We try the restaurant but ir was to noise to work so, we had to use the iron bord as a desk in the room.

They need to pay attention to the maintenance in the bathrooms. And it was not very clean, no lotion, no conditioner, no toiletries. The pool looks a little sad, only two lounge chairs and it was hot!! However, the staff was great! And they try their best.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Guadalupe. She checked us in and provided us with great information and recommendations for the area. Guadalupe went above and beyond to provide us with a wonderful experience. The room was nice, and the added plus was the balcony overlooking the plaza. What a great time we had!!

There is no parking available at the hotel. You have to park at one of several public parking lots nearby. They are all within 10 minutes walking.
